Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.
This meditation is a full body gratitude practice where we will slow down,
turn inward, and offer heartfelt gratitude.
for each and every part of our being.
Your body is strong.
It's intelligent and it's incredibly resilient.
Every day it keeps you alive and conscious with systems working effortlessly in the background,
your breath moving, your blood flowing, energy circulating throughout your body.
And so during this meditation, we're going to pause and simply say thank you to it all.
So once you are ready, begin by getting into a comfortable position.
Whatever feels good for you and comfortable for your body.
And let's begin this practice with a gentle self-hug if that feels comfortable for you.
taking a moment to wrap your arms around yourself and to just be in this moment with your body
and with your breath and in this moment allow yourself to take up space to know that you deserve to
be here to expand blossom to grow and to rest you belong here once it feels right gently release
your arms and let them rest either in your lap or beside you. And let's begin our practice
by gently bringing your attention to your feet, the ones that have carried you through so much
every place that you've ever been, every step that you've ever taken. Thank you for keeping me
grounded move through my life with ease and freedom now up to your legs your calves your knees
and your thighs thank you for holding my weight for walking me forward for your quiet strength
and support even when i didn't notice gently bring your awareness to your hips and your pelvis
a space of creation of stability and deep emotion thank you for holding so much for carrying
emotion and resilience for being the seat of my soul moving upward towards your belly thank you
for digesting for nourishing even on the days that i may have judged you you continue to
show up for me. Thank you to all of the organs here, working effortlessly, to keep me healthy,
without needing my attention, always supporting, always sustaining, and gently feel into your ribs
and your lungs, breathing in and breathing out. Thank you, lungs for this quiet miracle.
for the breath that sustains everything, for allowing me to welcome in fresh oxygen to my body,
to give life to all of my systems, to your heart, grid, beating center of it all.
Thank you, heart, for every beat that keeps me alive, that keeps blood flowing throughout all of my veins, and for loving.
for breaking open for healing and for feeling the full spectrum of being alive up to your shoulders,
your arms and your hands, the parts of you that hold, that carry, that create, that comfort.
Thank you for the way you've connected me to the world, allowing me to touch and to feel
and to engage with life around me.
Shifting your awareness gently up towards your neck and your throat.
Your voice, thank you for allowing me to express myself and to be heard by the world.
Thank you for allowing me to communicate,
allowing me to add value into the lives of others.
simply through the uniqueness of my words and shifting your awareness up towards your face.
Your lips which carry your words out into the world.
Your eyes which allow you to see so much beauty.
Your ears which allow you to hear your favorite songs.
Laughter.
Even this very meditation.
Thank you to all of the senses that live here that allow me to experience life to its absolute fullest.
And finally, moving your awareness up towards your mind, your busy, brilliant mind.
Thank you for trying so hard to keep me safe.
Even when it overthinks or when it worries, it means well.
Thank you.
Thank you to every muscle, to every bone that supports you,
to every nerve that allows you to feel,
to every cell working quietly to keep you healthy and whole.
Thank you for it all.
And finally, let's just take a moment to thank your entire self.
This whole wondrous being that is you.
There is nobody else in this entire world that is like you.
And your value is in your uniqueness.
In your authenticity.
In how you see the world and how you choose to show up in it.
Give yourself permission to take up space and allow yourself to let love and gratitude flow for every part of your being.
This body is yours and yours alone, connecting you to the experience of this one precious life.
Treat it kindly, offer it the love that it deserves. We're constantly.
showing up for you.
You're ready, take one more deep breath in through your nose,
gathering every ounce of gratitude.
Hold it gently with your lungs filled,
your belly expanded.
Exhale it all out with a sigh,
an offering of thanks
to the miracle of life itself.
Once you feel ready, you may gently wiggle your fingers and open your eyes, offering yourself one more moment of gratitude for choosing to do something wonderful today, for your body, for your mind, and for your spirit.
Wishing you peace and so much love.
Namaste.
