☁️This practice was born from something I have been deeply craving - complete and unconditional rest. So often we’re taught that rest must be earned, when in truth, it’s an essential part of l...iving and something we deserve to integrate into our daily rhythm. With this in heart, I created this meditation as a soft sanctuary of space,  a practice that invites you to release, to breathe, and to simply be (however that may look for you).  The meditation begins with a few minutes of gentle guidance, helping you slow down and arrive fully in your body. From there, the practice opens into silence and sound, offering you uninterrupted time to drift inward, to rest, to reset, and to reconnect with yourself. This is a nourishing space for your body, mind, and spirit, and is a gentle, cozy landing place for your soul. This practice has been created to offer a soft and spacious place to land. A sanctuary of rest, of stillness, of silence, present. and pure being and the space is a reminder that rest is not something
Starting point is 00:01:26 to be earned. Your body, your mind, and spirit are worthy of it simply by existing and in order to show up in this world and for others
Starting point is 00:01:45 and to shine and be your most radiant and magnetic self you must first take time and create space and create space for yourself and only yourself. Free from doing, free from guidance, and free from expectations. So let this time be whatever it needs to be for you today.
Starting point is 00:02:23 Showing up exactly as you are. Because as you are is perfect. Absolutely nothing that you need to do to fix. to change or to contemplate in these next few moments. You have done so much already and now it is safe to completely relax here and to open yourself fully, deeply, completely and just breathe here as you ever so slightly deep in your next inhale. As you breathe deeply into your body, all of the weight, your presence to this beautiful, incredible breath that sustains you. As you inhale, breathing in, and just allowing your breath to find its own rhythm without forcing, just following whatever feels right.
Starting point is 00:05:03 Thoughts arise that is perfectly okay. Your thoughts are not you. and they do not define you they come and they go you are simply the space in which they move through so allow them to pass through without engaging
Starting point is 00:05:29 returning your awareness to your breath whenever your mind tries to take you elsewhere each time with loving awareness as you return to the space between next few moments to rest here. Beautiful space of presence of rest and relaxation as you sink
Starting point is 00:06:24 deeper and deeper through the layers of conscious awareness. Having yourself permission to release entirely as you dissolve into the soft expanse of safety, of stillness and presence. You return your awareness to your breath, noticing the rhythm of your inhale and exhale, the flow of prana within your being, and noticing the beat of your own heart, feeling the support beneath your body,
Starting point is 00:12:32 noticing how heavy and grounded your body feels in this moment, may wish to gently welcome some movement back into your body, wiggling your fingers and your toes, as you gently open your eyes or continue to rest, trusting whatever your body calls for, being with you, this peace and this presence, as you return to the flow of your day or into your name,
Starting point is 00:13:36 night wishing you so much peace and love.
