Starting point is 00:00:37 Thank you so much for being here. Hello and welcome to this guided meditation for deep healing and restful sleep. Take a few moments to find a comfortable position, lying down comfortably, making sure that you are neither too cold nor too hot. Your clothing is loose on your body and you've silenced all outside distractions. This time is sacred. It is a space for you to relax and unwind,
Starting point is 00:01:42 a time for you to turn inwards to become at peace as you prepare for a deep and restorative, sleep. As you settle in, gently close your eyes and allow your body to relax, bringing your attention to your breath. Begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs completely. Hold it for just a moment at the top of your inhale and exhale slowly and fully through your mouth, pausing at the bottom for a moment. Continue to breathe deeply and steadily for a few more cycles. Pose for a moment. Vote through your mouth, holding for a moment, filling your lungs completely as you inhale, noticing that pause at the top of your inhale
Starting point is 00:03:40 and releasing all of the air from your lungs on your exhale, pausing at the bottom of your breath, completely empty. As you continue with these deep, steady breaths, allow yourself to be fully present in this moment, feeling the support of the surface beneath you and noticing how your body conforms to it, holding you, allowing you to live.
Starting point is 00:04:32 let go and to simply be. Notice the temperature in the room. Notice the feeling of the fabric on your body. Notice any sensations in your body. And when thoughts pop into your mind, notice them as well. Without trying to change them or stop them, just notice them. Passing by, temporary and impermanent. Now is not the time to engage. Now is the time to simply allow yourself to just be. To allow your body to relax. To allow your mind to relax. And to create space for a deep, healing, and restorative sleep.
Starting point is 00:06:14 Next few moments, we will go through a series of affirmations. If it feels right, you can repeat them silently in your mind after me. Or, you can just listen to them, knowing the words to gently sink in, massaging your brain, nourishing your mind, body, and spirit. Showing each affirmation to resonate through your entire being. Take another deep breath in through your nose. nose, our full exhale out through your mouth and gently allow your breath to return back to its natural rhythm. I'm safe. My body is healing, restoring, and rejuvenating as I sleep. Release all worries
Starting point is 00:08:04 and stress, letting them drift away like clouds in the sky. I deserve rest. and I allow myself to fully relax. My body knows how to heal itself, and I trust in its wisdom. I am surrounded by loving energy that supports my healing journey. As I sleep, my body repairs itself, and my mind finds clarity. I let go of the day with gratitude,
Starting point is 00:09:20 welcoming the healing power of sleep. I am worthy of rest and I embrace the stillness of the night. Each moment of rest brings me closer to perfect health and well-being. I trust in the process of healing, knowing that all is well. My mind is calm and my heart is at peace and my body is relaxed. I am filled with positive energy and I release anything that no longer serves me. I welcome deep, restful sleep that rejuvenates my body and soul. My body is relaxed. My mind is calm.
Starting point is 00:10:57 I am ready for deep, restful sleep. Let go of all that I cannot control. And I surrender to the healing power. of sleep. I sleep, my body is filled with light, healing every cell, every muscle, every organ. I am deserving of deep rejuvenating sleep and I welcome it with an open heart. My sleep is a sanctuary for my body and mind, a time for deep healing and restoration. I trust. I trust in the healing process, knowing that my body is working for my highest good as I sleep. My dreams are a place of healing where my mind and spirit find renewal.
Starting point is 00:13:01 Peace all fears and doubts, embracing the safety and comfort of sleep. Each night my sleep becomes deeper, more restorative, and more healing. feeling, self to rest deeply, self to sleep deeply. So these affirmations to resonate deep within you, knowing that as you drift off to sleep, their healing energy will continue to work within your mind, body, and spirit. Take a few more steady breaths and yourself to sink into a deep. restorative state of rest. You are healing with every breath, every heartbeat, and every moment of rest. Wishing you a peaceful sleep.
