Take a moment to settle into a nice, easy position that feels good for you.
And gently closing your eyes, allowing your body to relax.
and just taking a moment to gather all of your awareness and turning it towards your inner experience
this meditation is for the heart for love for compassion for grace now more than ever the world needs your light your love
your peace and your grace and when we practice living from an open heart from a place that is
free-flowing and rooted in love we're able to create more peace more compassion more positivity
not only in our own lives but in the lives of everyone around us so just take a moment
to recognize how profound this practice truly is.
Now gently bring your awareness to your breath.
Beginning with a nice deep breath in through the nose
and exhale out through the mouth.
Again deep breath in through the nose
and exhale out completely through the mouth.
A steep breath in.
and continue breathing into your heart center, all of your awareness, to find its way to that space.
Sometimes it's so easy for us to become disconnected from our hearts.
And we begin making decisions from fear, from old wounds, perhaps from past experiences
and from the stories that we may have carried with us for years.
But your heart, it is your center,
your center for compassion,
your center for truth,
and your center for the way in which you move through this world.
So I invite you to gently bring your awareness
to any part of your life
where you may feel disconnected from your heart without searching without over-analysing
simply allowing whatever comes to mind to arise naturally and whatever comes up whatever emotions
or thoughts or memories simply let them be exactly as they are everything is welcome here
without judgment or guilt or regret just giving yourself
self-permission to become aware of whatever may have created distance between you and your heart
as you continue breathing into your heart center know that your intention here is everything
and imagine every inhale filling your heart with more kindness more patience more compassion
more grace allowing that energy to gently replace and dissolve any weight that's been resting here
any heaviness any stagnant energy letting it go with your out breath letting it leave your body
as your heart becomes brighter and more open and more alive through this intention to live
from your heart, love without condition, love without attachment, just knowing your heart
to simply exist as it was always meant to and feel the space within your heart
opening even more, feeling the energy flowing around it as you feel that love moving
throughout your entire body moving up through your neck into your face and down through
your shoulders into every finger and feel it flowing through your chest and your belly down through
your legs into your feet every part of your body every fiber of your being to become saturated
with this frequency with this energy of positivity of compassion of grace and acceptance
of love, noticing what it feels like to exist fully in this energy, paying gentle attention to the rhythm of your own heart.
As we repeat the following mantra, my heart is open, my heart is safe.
I choose to lead with love. My heart is open, my heart is safe.
I choose to lead with love.
My heart is open, my heart is safe.
I choose to lead with love.
Knowing these words, to become a feeling, a way of being, an intention that flows throughout
your entire being, both within you and around you.
My heart is open.
My heart is safe.
I choose to lead with love.
When you're ready, you may gently release the words of this mantra
and bring your awareness back to your physical body
noticing any sensations that are present,
noticing how you feel within your body,
perhaps more open, more alive,
more connected than when you began this practice and your practice here today will create a ripple effect
and it starts with you and it touches all of the lives of those that you interact with those that you
speak to those that you share a smile with you are the essence of love is you some gentle movement
into your body by wiggling your fingers and your toes and slowly opening your eye wishing you so much peace
and so much love namaste
