Gratitude is such a powerful practice that not only opens the heart,

within. So in this meditation, we will take the time to reflect on and feel gratitude deeply in
every part of your being. Letting it expand in and out through your entire body. When you are ready,
find a comfortable position either seated or lying down, allowing your body to soften into
stillness. When you're ready, gently close your eyes and begin with a few slow, deep breaths,
allowing your breath to carry you into the present moment, grounding you here. As you begin to
settle in, bring your attention to your breath, noticing the gentle rise and fall of your chest
with each inhale and exhale,
focusing on the sensation of the air
as it enters through your nostrils
and the sensation as it exits your body through your mouth.
Perhaps with a gentle sigh,
each breath acting as a reminder of life
of the air that sustains you.
In this moment, allow yourself to feel grateful for this beautiful gift.
of breath. With each inhale, breathe in the energy of gratitude and with every exhale,
release any heaviness that you may be holding onto, creating space for more love and appreciation
to flourish. Allow each breath to be a wave that moves through your body,
washing away any distractions bringing you deeper into the warmth of your own heart now gently shift your
attention to your heart center tuning into the pulse the beating of your own heart just taking a moment
to express gratitude for this incredible involuntary function of your body that can

life as you are.

with every breath radiating throughout your chest down your arms through your fingertips
into your legs and out through your toes.
Continue to breathe, letting this feeling of appreciation expand further, reaching every cell
of your body.

expands beyond your body, moves through your skin, reaching out into the space around you.
With each breath, this light grows surrounding you in a loving, warm glow.
You are enveloped in this energy, safe and held by the abundance of everything that you have
to be grateful for.
Now, take this next moment to allow your heart to open even wider.
as you reflect on more things that bring you gratitude.
Reflect on the people that you love,
the kindness that you've received,

With each thought, feel the love and appreciation growing stronger,
