Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.
This practice has been created to cultivate deep, inner clarity, and wisdom.
It is so easy for our minds to become a sponge.
to outside stimulation.
We absorb the thoughts and beliefs
and even the emotions of others around us.
Sometimes this can cause mental clutter
that is not ours to carry,
which can make it difficult to make aligned decisions
for ourselves and our lives.
So this practice, we will return to our natural, expansive state,
state, clear and open space within the mind, the body, and the heart. Once you're ready,
find a comfortable seated position, feeling your sit bones grounded into the earth beneath you.
And you may wish to bring your hands into a yana mudra with the tip of your thumb and index finger touching.
a gesture of wisdom, focus, and awareness.
Connecting your individual self to universal consciousness.
And take this next moment to turn inward as we settle deeper into this present space.
Welcoming in a deep inhale, complete exhale.
inhaling deeply through the nose exhaling fully through the mouth of stability and focus any tension or heaviness
out of your body noticing how your body becomes heavier and grounded with each and every breath
and just letting your breath return to its natural rhythm as we use the next few moments
to create more space within the mind.
This isn't about clearing or emptying the mind.
But simply noticing what is there,
acknowledging it without engaging in it.
As you continue to focus on your breath,
your inhale, see your mind as a wheel that is spinning,
and with each breath it becomes slower and slower,
effort and ease can both coexist in the same space just be here steady and aware of everything that is
happening within you and around you everything within you is already working together your heart beating
your breath flowing your body settling as you drift
deeper into the state of complete inner focus and clarity and if your mind
becomes distracted you may wish to silently return to the following mantra
I am aligned with the rhythm of my body mind and heart
Mind with the rhythm of my body, mind and heart.
With the rhythm of my body, mind, and heart.
You just notice how you feel.
Notice the space, notice the ease, notice the stillness within your mind and body.
To notice any other shifts within you.
Once you feel ready, you may wish to gently return your awareness to your body,
releasing your mudra and wiggling your fingers and toes,
welcoming in one more deep, slow inhale through the nose
and a complete exhale out through the mouth into your day
with this incredible spaciousness within your mind,
your body, your energy, and your heart, wishing you peace and love. Namaste.
