A Zen Mind Guided Meditations - Morning Manifestation Meditation

During this 10 minute meditation, we move through a simple visualization exercise... where you are gently guided into your future, both visually and emotionally. Neuroscience shows that the brain does not clearly distinguish between a vividly imagined experience and a real one. When you regularly visualize a future outcome and feel it in your body, your brain begins wiring itself toward that reality. When you repeatedly see something, feel it, and emotionally experience it as real, your mind begins to orient your decisions, behaviors, and attention toward creating it. And welcome to this guided meditation.
Take a moment to settle in comfortably.
Allow your arms to rest beside you with your palms facing up.
And when you're ready, gently close your eyes.
as we begin with a slow deep breath in through the nose and fully exhale through the mouth another deep breath in and a complete breath out
or deep breath in and exhale fully allowing the body to completely relax continue with a few more slow and deep breaths using each
each exhale to allow your body to soften into the space into this moment.
Letting the nervous system settle, letting the body feel safe and open and receptive.
Gently guide your awareness to the space in between your eyebrows, your third eye, and as you do, and image.
And image begins to form in your mind's eye of a beautiful doorway and you notice a soft, glowing
light surrounding it and somehow you just know.
This doorway belongs to you and it leads to your future.
When you feel ready, extend your hand forward and gently grasp the hand of the hand
As you slowly open the door and step through the threshold, you enter into your future and begin
to notice the life unfolding around you.
In this space, see the opportunities arriving, see your dreams materializing in reality,
See everything playing out even better than you could have imagined.
Notice the places and the environments where you spend your time.
Observe all of the forms of abundance that are flowing through your life in this space.
Notice how you feel within yourself and how you move through the world.
Truly allowing yourself to experience this reality as if you feel within yourself as if you're
it is happening right now. Feel it in your body and let your nervous system respond to it.
Free from any limitation, free from any doubt. If it helps, imagine the very best version of your life
and then expand it even further. Stay here for a few minutes in this vision, in this
energy, this experience, and all of the sensations that arise. Once you feel ready, gently begin to
guide your awareness, back to the present moment, back to your physical body, back to the space
around you, welcoming a deep breath in through the nose. As you exhale, allow your heart to soften and to expand
with gratitude as you bring to mind just three things that you are grateful for right now
today and offer a quiet thank you to them gratitude is magnetic and what we appreciate
expands and now go one step further and expand gratitude and a thank you to
everything that you created in this vision and this experience saying thank you to the blessings
that still have yet to come because you know they will it is inevitable taking one final breath in
and a complete breath out welcoming some gentle movement back into your body by wiggling your finger
fingers and your toes and slowly opening your eyes and as you move into your day know that the
energy that you stepped into that you created during this practice will continue to move with
you through you and around you you are a creator you are the architect of your reality
and absolutely anything is possible.
What you claim as yours, the universe will always deliver.
And so it is, wishing you so much peace and so much love.
