Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.
This meditation was lovingly created to guide you into the process of intentionally opening your heart,
expanding and nurturing the emotional center of your being,
clearing out any energy that no longer serves you and raising the energy of your beautiful being.
Every day we experience moments that can lead us to close our hearts, feelings of self-consciousness,
self-doubt or dissatisfaction, whether from ourselves or others,
can cause our heart space to constrict.
Sometimes if we feel slighted or hurt, our heart area can become tense and tight.
But when we feed this energy source with love and positive intentions,
we begin to resonate with a higher frequency of love, gratitude, and appreciation.
For ourselves and others, our bodies are a field of constantly moving and forward.
flowing energy and this energy is anchored in the center of our chest so during this meditation we will
cultivate an expansive and open emotional center releasing any stored energy and focusing on activating
the heart center turning inward once more and elevating your internal experience when you
are ready, begin by finding a comfortable position either seated or lying down, close your eyes
softly and take a moment to settle into the surface beneath you. Begin with a deep breath in,
filling your lungs, from the bottom all the way to the top and a slow and controlled breath out
through your mouth, allowing your body to settle. Notice how your chest feels in this very moment.
Does it feel heavy and constricted? Or does it feel open and expansive? Perhaps it's a bit of both.
Lovingly observe any sensations that you may feel without judgment.
Gently place the palms of your hands over your heart center. Feeling the warm, the warm,
warmth of your hands and the connection that they create with your heart space. Feeling the beating
of your heart, take a deep breath in through your nose once more. Envisioning the breath flowing
directly into your heart. As you exhale, visualize the breath leaving through your chest.
Creating a channel of love, light, and cosmic energy. Continuum,
you to breathe in and out through your heart, allowing each inhale to welcome love and light,
and each exhale to release anything that is no longer serving you. If it feels right for you,
you may also wish to say, I breathe into my heart on your inhale and I breathe out through
my heart on your exhale. I breathe into my heart. I breathe out through my heart. Opening the heart
center of allowing energy to pour in and out freely. Now take a moment to reflect. Think of anything
that might be holding your heart back. Are there any feelings of hurt, resentment or fear
that are causing your heart to constrict, acknowledge these feelings without judgment,
see them as experiences passing through your body, rather than something to grasp onto.
And with each exhale, allow any constrictions of the heart to release, to loosen,
and to become more free, envisioning the light of your heart.
heart beginning to glow brighter with every breath. This light is your true essence.
Your capacity for love and connection. Allow it to expand beyond your heart center,
sparkling and shimmering as it makes its way upwards through your body,
traveling up through your veins, permeating each and every cell, up through your neck,
your shoulders and into your face and head traveling down through your arms and hands
into your abdomen hips through your legs and flowing out from the soles of your feet
breathing this light into each and every corner of your body wherever you feel called
to bring more of it to.
Sending feelings of gratitude and appreciation throughout your body
for this time
and for this space that you have created within yourself,
opening your heart for the greater good of yourself
and all other sentient beings.
Lovingly take a few more deep,
cleansing breaths through your heart,
relishing in the warmth and openness within you.
I breathe into my heart.
I breathe out through my heart.
I breathe into my heart.
I breathe out through my heart.
When you feel ready, slowly and gently bring your awareness back to your surroundings.
Gently wiggling your fingers and your toes.
connecting to the surface beneath you and the room that you are in,
coming back into your body,
into the present moment.
And just take one more moment to check in with how your heart feels now.
Perhaps it feels lighter and more at ease, open, expansive,
ready to give and receive love.
Know that you can return to this practice whenever you need to honor, nourish, and replenish
the beautiful center of energy that is within you.
When you feel ready, you may open your eyes and continue about your day or head into your
night.
Wishing you peace, love, and light.
Namaste.
