A Zen Mind Guided Meditations - Presence & Acceptance of the Present Moment: 10-Minute Guided Meditation
Episode Date: December 8, 2025✨ This meditation is a gentle return to what is real: complete and total presence. It is so easy to be pulled into the future by our goals and desires, or tangled in memories of the past. This pract...ice guides you back into the only thing that truly exists: right now. Here, we soften into acceptance. We practice meeting life exactly as it is, without pressure or resistance, and allow ourselves to feel eternally supported by this moment. Hello to this guided meditation.
Settle into a comfortable position for yourself, where your body can rest naturally.
And just gently allow your body to release any holding, any tension,
relaxing your face and your neck and shoulders letting your arms rest heavy by your sides
and your chest open and your belly relax and bring your awareness to your breath
choosing a rhythm that resonates with the energy that you wish to cultivate
maybe that's a gentle breath a steady breath maybe it's a spacious or a
deep breath, just do whatever feels right. Let's bring our mind to the concept of acceptance
and presence itself. Acceptance is unattached. It's non-judgmental and blissfully unbiased.
It simply is. It's the spaciousness and the freedom that comes from the awareness that
This is how things are.
Right here, right now.
At this moment in time.
Whether that applies to this very second,
this very breath,
or to the greater picture in this very season of your life,
this very year,
acceptance is honoring that it simply is
that this is how things are.
Right here, right here, right.
Right now, at this moment in time.
And we can have goals and dreams and aspirations that guide us.
But just as we want to be mindful of not living in the past, we must be sure to not get
too caught up in the future either.
Because right now, this is how things are.
Right here, right now, at this moment in time.
That's perfect. Keep your awareness on your breath for a few more moments and can you notice
the rhythm that you chose earlier without changing it, just letting it be exactly as it is
at this moment in time and bring your awareness to your physical body, observing how it feels
right now. Can you love it and accept it exactly as it is?
At this moment in time, shifting your awareness to your mind.
Maybe there's emotion or thoughts that are present, but can you remain spacious in your awareness?
And accept it exactly as it is.
At this moment in time, your awareness to your greater timeline, where you're at in your life and your personal journey,
can you honor it and appreciate it exactly as it is at this moment in time this is how things are
right here right now and accept it exactly as it is at this moment in time how freeing the energy of
acceptance feels as if it's a form of surrender to reality that no longer requires
your effort. Because it simply is and things are inevitably going to change. They will expand
and evolve over time. But to stay present with them is to accept them exactly as they are.
At this moment, in time, your awareness, back to your breath, back to your body, back to your environment,
and the space around you.
And notice if anything has shifted internally during this practice.
Even if, just a sense of greater presence, that is more than enough.
Once you're ready, you may welcome some gentle movement back into your body.
By wiggling your fingers and your toes and slowly opening your eyes,
carrying this beautiful acceptance and presence with you into everything that you do.
Wishing you peace and love. Namaste.
