Take a moment to get nice and comfortable as you settle into this space, letting your hands rest on your lap, perhaps placing them in Yanamudra. with your thumb and index finger, gently touching one another, and just allow your body to settle in here. Taking a few moments to come fully into your body, relaxing the muscles in your forehead, letting your eyes close and rest heavy, unclenching your jaw, letting your tongue soften and rest naturally in your mouth feeling any stress beginning to liquefy and melt away throughout your
Starting point is 00:02:31 shoulder blades your heart your ribs and your lungs letting everything melt away as you allow it to flow down through your body and back into the earth and when you're ready welcoming a nice deep breath in complete breath out deep breath in deep breath out nice deep inhale and gently bring your awareness to your chest to your center notice the rhythmic beating of your own heart going it down even more as you breathe deeper and slower and easier let your awareness stay on this point as you begin to envision a small opening forming a portal at the center of your chest as you breathe in you welcome in this healing cleansing light as you breathe out you release the heaviness the doubt the worry the uncertainty let it leave through this opening in whatever shape form or
Starting point is 00:05:12 color that it manifests in for you give it permission to leave to exit your body through this portal creating more space for this light to enter to transform and to radiate inward now receiving pure positive energy exhale releasing any negativity focusing on this conscious energetic exchange a detoxifying and healing process or your highest being for your greatest good you may wish to repeat after me or simply follow the breath i receive trust clarity confidence exhale i release doubt worry and the need for control i receive peace peace safety, ease, exhale. I release tension, fear, resistance. I receive abundance, expansion, and possibility. Exhale. I release scarcity, limitation, hesitation. I receive acceptance,
Starting point is 00:07:40 presence and compassion. Exhale. I release self-judgment, comparison, and insecurities. I receive love, connection, and harmony. Exhale. I release shame, emotional baggage, and alter. Take the next few moments to simply rest in this exchange. Whatever you feel the need to let go of, specific thoughts or worry, or circumstances. Now is your time to release it all, to welcome in higher vibrations, lightness, ease, peace, and compassion, all of which you so deeply deserve. And if your mind gets caught up in the thoughts themselves, that's okay. Just gently bring your awareness back to the in in breath, receive, exhale, release.
Starting point is 00:11:44 Gently, bring your awareness back to the opening in your chest. Notice how it feels now, how open and fluid energy can move within and around you. When you're no longer holding on, when you trust the greater source of energy and presence within and around you, it becomes that much easier to trust. trust the process and the unfolding of your path becomes that much easier to live and experience each moment exactly as it is to let go of what no longer serves you and to welcome in that which is aligned with your highest being to contribute and to flow with the natural cycle of release and renewal in every aspect of your life
Starting point is 00:13:06 Once you feel ready, take one more nice, deep breath in. I'll completely. Releasing the palms and just placing your hands on your chest for a moment. Sending love and delight and compassion inward. When you're ready, you may gently bring some movement into your fingers and your toes and slowly open your eyes, moving into the remainder of your feet. your day or night with this light with this peace and love infused into your very being wishing you peace and love namaste
