Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.
During this practice, we will simply return to a state of presence, the true meaning of meditation.
In this space, there is no right or wrong, no good or wrong.
no good or bad we're simply focusing on pure presence so once you feel ready let your body settle
into a position that feels comfortable for you and just notice that position what feels good about it
notice how your body chose this position this placement and let's begin with a deep inhale
Just noticing how it feels to take such a deep and intentional breath, followed by a slow and full exhale.
Noticing how it feels as all of the air leaves your lungs.
Taking another deep breath in, noticing all of the sensations that come with it and a full breath out.
And now just let your breath settle into a rhythm that feels natural.
and easy. And just notice it. Notice what feels right. Notice how things start to slow down.
Notice the slight pause between the inhale and the exhale. And perhaps you wish to say in your
mind, inhale, exhale. Just to gently bring awareness to your breathing. And now I want to gently
invite you to notice what brought you here today. You don't have to analyze it, just feel into it
and see if one or two words come to mind to describe why you showed up. And in this space,
allow your inner witness to emerge. That quiet voice that doesn't need to explain or figure
anything out. The part of you that doesn't judge. The part of you that doesn't judge. The part of you that
simply observes and notice how you made space for this practice how you carved out
time during your day just to be here notice where this moment fits within the flow
of your day so often we lose our awareness our why when things move fast or were
caught up in everything we forget the presence of the moment lose sight of the
reason behind our actions, our thoughts. So use these next few moments of your own to just witness
everything, every sensation in your body, every breath, every thought that pops into your mind,
not to engage with it, not to change it, not to understand it, and not to get rid of it, but just
to see it, to hold it gently as something separate from you, to witness it all from a higher
perspective, a more intentional type of presence. And just notice becoming the watcher, the quiet
observer of your body, your breath, your mind, and this moment. Once you feel ready, take a full breath,
in and a full breath out and notice how fresh and aware and present your body feels, how tuned in you are.
Gently wiggle your fingers and your toes and open your eyes when you feel ready.
Carry this sense of presence and awareness with you into everything that you do today, every interaction,
every conversation, every decision, every room that you walk into, every space that you occupy,
every thought or emotion that passes by, hold it all with this gentle presence that you've cultivated
in this wonderful practice, this beautiful, soft and intentional,
awareness wishing you peace and love namaste
