Welcome to this guided meditation.
This practice is an opportunity for you to connect deeper with you.
A moment where you can drift into your own inner world and inner experience.
and notice, explore and connect with whatever is present today without the need to change or contemplate.
And instead, just recognizing and just being, exploring what it's like to feel into your own body,
your own presence, your own intuition with simplicity.
with trust and with ease. So once you feel ready, find a comfortable seated position
and gently close your eyes if it feels comfortable and safe for you to do so.
You may wish to gently place one hand on your chest and the other on your belly and just notice
the sensation of your own touch. Notice this connection to yourself, this connection to this present space.
I'm welcome in a nice deep breath through the nose as you inhale deep into your belly,
filling up your entire body and exhale completely through the mouth, letting it all go.
Again, deep breath in through the nose, feeling your lungs expand, exhale completely.
Letting everything release and soften.
One more deep and slow breath in through the nose and a complete breath out.
Keeping your hands placed gently and lovingly on your body as you notice the space.
that's been created from your own breath and from your own presence and let's move through a series
of open-ended questions that will guide you into connecting deeper with yourself let your
intuition guide you without pushing or controlling it and just opening yourself and allowing
answers or sensations or insights to rise on their own. There is no right or wrong. There is no need
to over-analyze. Simply continue moving with your breath and let your inner voice respond.
Let's begin. How am I doing and how am I feeling today?
Hence what energy is present within me today.
If there's anything I need to let go of in this space today,
what would make me feel most loved and nourished in my own being right now
does true safety and presence in my mind, body and heart, feel like today?
I want to show up for myself.
and others for the rest of my day today and just taking the next few moments to let anything that
surfaced integrate that voice that's you and you can trust it fully there is no justification needed
there is no analysis needed just trust that that's you when you're ready
welcome one more deep breath in and a complete breath out once again feeling that connection
to your own self to your own body feeling the strength and the support of the ground beneath you
feeling the energetic frequency the universe around you and feeling the prana and the energy
flowing through your body and when you feel ready you may gently release your hands
wiggle your fingers and your toes and slowly open your eyes as you move throughout your day
gently notice when your inner voice nudges you you can trust this voice it is you and it is you
and it knows you better than anyone else, wishing you so much peace and love. Namaste.
