Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.
Take a moment to let your body settle into this space, letting stillness and comfort, settle within and around you.
Once you feel ready, welcome a slow, deep breath in through your nose.
Slower exhale out through your mouth.
Again, inhale through the nose.
Exhale, releasing any of the weight that you've been carrying.
Deep breath in and a full.
complete exhale out letting your body settle in sinking deeper into this present moment and giving yourself
permission to be here exactly as you are just you just this moment often we move through our
lives, scanning for what's wrong. We focus on what we should be doing, who we should be, what we should
have already figured out. But what if, even just for a few moments, you set all of that down,
all of the pressure, all of the expectations, all of the stories you've been told, all the
ones that you've told yourself. What if you let them untangle and loosen their grip on you?
And what if you just allowed yourself to come back to you? Beyond the masks, beyond the identity,
just you. Right here exactly as you are. There is nothing about this moment or this place in your
life that needs to be different. Everything that has led you here, every decision,
Every experience, every high and every low has brought you to this exact.
And while it might not be where you want to be, it is where you are now.
And there is something so beautiful and special and sacred about that.
You'll only have this moment once.
Begin to gently shift your awareness forward, not as an escape.
but as a form of conscious creation in the present.
I want you to envision a future that feels aligned for you.
Not what looks good to others, not what you think you should want, but what actually feels good in your body, in your heart, in your spirit.
Success on your terms. Love on your terms. A life that feels good in your body, in your heart, in your spirit.
a life that feels expansive and fulfilling and fully yours and it's going to be different
every single person is going to have a different vision of what that looks like and that's normal
that's how it should be so i invite you to lovingly ask yourself without pressure without force
what does my version of success look like and what does
my version of love feel like? What does my life look like when I feel safe, supported,
and expansive? Let the images come, let the feelings rise. But instead of chasing them,
instead of seeing them as outside of you, or merely possibilities, allow yourself to
fully experience them as if they already.
belong to you because they do on the higher timeline they do belong to you use your
breath to soften into it as you inhale allowing it in exhale releasing
resistance releasing logic releasing the how or the why and just letting
yourself receive it despite what we've been told you don't have to
earn this feeling you don't have to prove yourself worthy of it you already are for this genuine
gift of acceptance to your own self and or out loud repeating to yourself i am worthy of the
success i desire worthy of deep and supportive love i'm worthy of abundance in all forms
and I allow myself to receive it.
Not someday, not when I've done more, but now being to yourself.
I claim it.
I am worthy.
I'm going to settle into your body, letting it become familiar and safe.
And spending the next few moments in this feeling,
in this vision, in this sensation,
and this beautiful, positive, expansive future
that is yours to step into, to claim, to receive, to your breath,
back to your physical body, back to this space around you,
welcoming a nice, deep breath in.
And as we begin to close this meditation, I want to remind you
that once you see this truth as your own once you claim it everything starts rearranging itself to meet you there
and it begins by feeling worthy and safe enough to accept it to receive it so feel this in your heart
in your body and let it become the natural frequency that you radiate within because you so deeply deserve it
When you feel ready, welcome some gentle movement back into your body by wiggling your fingers and your toes,
opening this powerful energy with you into everything that you do, in everything that you create.
