Thank you so much for being here.
And welcome to this guided sleep meditation, your sanctuary for deep rest and relaxation.
This time is completely for you.
A time to let go of the day to say.
to sink deeply into comfort and to embrace the peaceful stillness
that will lead you into a perfect sleep.
Begin by taking a few moments to ensure that you are nice and comfortable,
lying down in your bed or wherever you feel the most at ease,
making sure that you are not too warm or too cold,
and that your clothing is loose on your body,
allowing your arms to rest gently by your sides,
your legs naturally falling into a position of ease,
perhaps putting a pillow underneath your knees if that feels comfortable.
Close your eyes softly and take a deep, cleansing breath in through your nose,
allowing your belly to expand as you fill your shoulders,
with oxygen and exhale completely through the mouth as you release all of it feeling your belly
contract take a few more slow deep and intentional breaths in through your nose inviting cool
fresh air into your lungs and exhaling anything that no longer serves you from the day past
Any hot or tense air, let it go through a deep exhale.
Just feel the rhythm of your breath as it flows effortlessly in and out.
Each inhale, inviting calm to enter into your body, every exhale, allowing any stress
or tension to gently drift away.
There is nothing else to do.
there is nowhere else to be this moment is yours let's bring your attention to your body releasing it from
the day's hold begin at the top of your head and just imagine a soft wave of relaxation gently melting
over your scalp smoothing away any tension feel it flowing down your forehead softening your forehead softening
the space between your brows, allow your eyes to feel heavy and relaxed, resting peacefully.
Notice your cheeks and your jaw. Let them relax completely releasing any tightness.
Feel your tongue rest effortlessly in your mouth. Now allow that wave to travel down your neck
and your shoulders. These are places that often carry the weight of the day.
So allow them to feel light as though they're floating.
Feel your arms grow heavier, sinking into the surface beneath you,
completely supported and completely at ease.
Bring this relaxation to your chest,
letting your breath flow naturally, smoothly.
Your heart beats gently.
A steady rhythm reminding you of your own peaceful,
presence. Feel this wave low down your spine, releasing each muscle along the way, letting your
stomach soft in and your hips grow heavy, relaxing your legs one at a time, feeling this
calmness extend all the way into your toes. Your body is completely at ease in this moment.
each muscle surrendering to this deep relaxation.
Now as your body feels light yet grounded,
imagine yourself gently sinking.
With each breath, feel as though you are descending
through soft, welcoming layers of consciousness.
Each exhale carrying you deeper,
like a leaf floating down,
through still, clear water.
These layers are spaces of peace and stillness,
beginning with the first layer holding the day.
Thoughts, worries, slowly releasing that from your mind.
With your next breath, you move beyond it,
letting it fade into the distance.
Deeper now.
You arrive at a layer of calm,
where only the present moment exists.
Feel its warm, feel its comfort.
With every exhale, letting go, allowing yourself to descend further.
Feel yourself sinking through a layer of gentle awareness.
Your time slows down.
And your mind feels expansive and light.
Beneath this, another layer awaits.
A sanctuary of pure still.
and harmony, a place where you are cradled by a deep, unshakable peace, are drifting, floating,
descending into a space of perfect rest, where the boundaries between your body and the world dissolve completely,
each breath taking you deeper into this sacred stillness,
tranquility, peace, love, comfort, and rest remains.
As you continue to sink deeper, notice how effortless it feels to let go.
Any worries, any tension.
They simply drift away.
You don't need to hold.
hold on to them. Feel the beauty and the lightness of this release. There is nothing for you to do.
No expectations. No responsibilities. Just this moment. Just this breath. You are safe here.
You are held. You are able to rest and relax completely. This moment is yours. As my guidance begins to fade
Allow yourself to rest in the simple embrace of this moment.
With each breath, with each moment,
you drift yourself closer to sleep,
feeling your body melting into the softness beneath you,
the boundaries between your body and the world,
consciousness, dissolving completely.
The music will gently fade just a little.
as you do, to the most peaceful, restorative.
