For this practice, you may wish to remain seated, or you may feel called to move gently throughout the meditation. So often, energy can become stored within the body, within the muscles, the fine, the muscles, the and the nervous system itself and movement can sometimes help that energy begin to soften, to process and to flow. So before we begin, if it feels comfortable for you, I invite you to gently shake out your
Starting point is 00:01:43 hands and shake your arms, perhaps swaying side to side or simply taking a moment to stretch whatever way feels natural for you. Simply allowing your body to know that it is so safe to let go. It is safe to process and to feel everything. And it is safe to open and realign with that which is your greatest good. And once you're ready, if it feels comfortable for you, You may gently close your eyes. As we turn towards that beautiful inner experience, bringing your awareness to your breath in its own time. This beautiful, familiar, nourishing breath.
Starting point is 00:03:04 This breath that connects you so deeply to yourself and to life itself, beginning with a slow deep breath in imagining the breath traveling up from the base of your spine all the way upward through the body filling the lungs completely and exhaling slowly letting it all go perhaps with a sigh again a nice deep breath in through the nose and a soft complete exhale out through the mouth. Deep, full breath in and with your exhale, allowing your shoulders to drop, allowing the jaw to unclench and the belly to soften, allowing all of the muscles in the body to release, giving yourself permission to melt ever so gently and lovingly into this wonderful present moment in your mind's eye envision yourself lying within a beautiful lush open field soft emerald green grass surrounds you gently swaying in the breeze
Starting point is 00:05:21 You feel the warmth of the summer air brushing softly across your skin and above you a beautiful clear blue sky and the golden warmth of the sun. And in your heart you know this place is sacred. It's safe and it's special. And as you lie here, you feel the sunlight pouring over your body. as you begin to connect with its warmth and feel it soaking into every part of you, into your skin, into your muscles, your bones, into every cell of your being, as though your entire body is drinking in this warmth, this light, this soothing healing energy, melt over you and weave its way gently, throughout your body and naturally almost effortlessly anything heavy stagnant anything that you no longer need to carry
Starting point is 00:07:23 it begins to loosen to soften flowing out of the body with ease turning gently back into the earth where it can be recycled renewed and transformed anything that you are released saying today served a purpose at one time perhaps it was to protect you perhaps it was trying to keep you safe but in this moment you are safe you are calm you are held by mother earth herself and your body no longer needs to carry and resonate with what it is that you are ready to release and just allowing yourself to melt into this moment every breath taking you deeper allowing yourself to realign with peace with clarity with your highest and most beautiful good oh feel this warmth spreading throughout your body spreading into your neck and your shoulders
Starting point is 00:09:30 and your face, traveling down through the palms of your hands and through the tips of your fingers, swirling gently around your heart space, your torso, your core, creating space for love and clarity to exist, and flowing down through your legs into your feet, and just feeling yourself becoming one with this beautiful, This beautiful energy, this warm, this light. Now if it feels comfortable for you, you may wish to place a hand over your heart and quietly. Repeating after me, I clear any energy that is not mine to carry. I let go of it all and focus on the good and all that I am becoming. I fill myself with light so that only beautiful thoughts and I am, I am becoming.
Starting point is 00:11:19 so that only beautiful thoughts and words of love flow through me, I open myself to infinite love and peace, abundance, and all that is good and pure. Meaning here in this energy for the next few moments, soaking it all in allowing yourself to rest in this renewed energy and noticing how good it feels to let go to release, create space, and to be at peace within yourself. Gently begin to bring your awareness back, to your physical body, to your breath, to the energy within you and around you, taking one nice, deep, cleansing breath in, and letting everything go with your exhale and once again if it feels good for you you may wish to
Starting point is 00:14:23 shake out the arms the legs the body getting any of that excess energy out and slowly opening your eyes taking a moment to thank yourself for nourishing your body and your mind your heart cleansing your energy and aligning with all that is meant for you your greatest good wishing you peace and love namaste
