Starting point is 00:00:00 Right now, live coverage from your local newsleader, breaking stories from overnight and this morning, and your first alert forecast. Here's what's happening where you live. This is ABC 11 eyewitness news. Good Sunday morning, Carolina. I'm Bianca Holman. It's Sunday, December 14th. You're watching eyewitness news at 9 a.m. It's a first alert day. We're expecting single-digit feels like temperatures tonight. Meteorologist Steve Stewart is here this morning with our forecast. And we hear from doctors on the hypothermia risk that are at play here, how to stay warm and safe. A deadly shooting at Brown University, two confirmed dead and several others injured,
Starting point is 00:00:42 what we're learning about an early arrest of a person of interest. Let's go ahead and take a live look at the Raleigh skyline. We had some early morning droplets out there. You can see he's still lingering there on the screen. He may be in Wake County and getting some raindrops there. We're going to send things over to our first alert meteorologist, Steve Stewart. It was warm out this morning, but it's not going to stay like this for long. It's not. It's not.
Starting point is 00:01:04 And a couple of folks online were asking, you know, are we going to have ice tomorrow morning? And typically you would be concerned about that. Not with Arctic air. It's incredibly dry. Our new points are going to go down to like zero. Because the ground was warm yesterday, right? Is that because of the ground? That too.
Starting point is 00:01:19 But when you have this cold of air, you would think, oh, we're going to get some ice. It's too dry and too much wind. It should completely dry out. later on for today even though we've got some decent amount of rainfall in the sand hills folks and so let's enjoy that because it's been so dry as of late here's the radar now the heavy rain is shifted off to the east but we had some impressive downforce still raining in Fayette now a little batch of some light rain moving through the triangle but the back edge is coming matter of fact out by the triad already starting to see some sunshine as you look out to the west 43 again it's like 42 now but the numbers go down from here all right so that was the warmest and then we're going to basically have the wind's picking up that cold air comes in and we're definitely going to be feeling it later on starting at six o'clock today until nine o'clock tomorrow a cold weather advisory where we could see single digit wind chill temperatures across the area and the ambient temperature meaning not what it feels like the actual temperature we're going for 15 tonight it's been 1,082 days since already you's been that cold so this has been a minute since we've had air like this so out and about look at how the feels like temperature just drops like a stone as we go afternoon through the evening hours and it means business and the winds will stay elevated until midnight one two in the morning then the winds will calm down a bit rain moves on out you see the back edge clearing coming in and that really cold dry air just absolutely plunges in again should dry the roads out absolutely with as much dry air 42 in the north hills right now cloudy dewpoint at 37 where 37 in oxford now and rhodo craft is starting to see some temperatures coming down there still relatively mild will come call it near 50 down in Clinton as that front continues to settle to the south.
Starting point is 00:03:00 It's really later on this evening where the actual temperature is going to be below freezing all the way through the evening hours and getting to the low 20s by later on tonight. But it's a nice little warm up coming our way, low 60s by Thursday. More on that coming up in just a few minutes. All right, Steve, thank you. Breaking news just into our newsroom this morning. Amanda is dead following a shooting in Fayetteville early this morning. They have police tell us officers responded to the 5,000 block of Clifdale Road around
Starting point is 00:03:26 on 4.30 a.m. finding a man with a fatal chest wound. Another man with a non-life-threatening leg injury, he arrived at the hospital and is connected to this incident. So police say this was an isolated situation. There's no danger to the public. Investigators are asking anyone with any information about this to contact the Fayetteville Police Department. Also breaking overnight, two men are dead after a fiery single vehicle crash in Samson County. State troopers say an SUV was speeding east on NC-4-11 near Garland when it ran off the road. crossed the center line, hit a ditch, a power pole, and a tree then caught fire. The driver and passenger were killed.
Starting point is 00:04:03 Investigators say speed was a factor. And we also have breaking news that we're following out of Australia, chaos at Bondi Beach for several minutes during this morning. And so we've got this video that you're watching right now. It shows beachgoers running away from the area as gunshots ring out. Australian police confirmed 10 people are dead, including a suspect and 11 others injured. Two of them officers. Two people are in custody, and authorities are telling people they want them to avoid that area because they've had to continue with multiple agencies investigating that situation there in Australia.
Starting point is 00:04:38 The Australian Jewish Association described the shooting happened at an event being held at the beach to mark the beginning of Hanukkah celebrations, and so we'll keep you updated as we learn more throughout the morning. Well, back here at home in the triangle, people are gearing up for the bitter cold west. eyewitness news stopped by a clothing store in Seaboard Station the owner says with temperatures dropping foot traffic is rising since we've had a little nip in the air we've been selling most of our hats honestly if you look around we don't have too many I just did a reorder I'm hoping they come tomorrow and we've
Starting point is 00:05:14 been selling well Duke Energy is also offering tips to get your home prepared the power company says one of the easiest ways to increase heat efficiency is to change your air filters. Also check your windows, doors, and vents for air leaks. And to help lower your energy bill, Duke says reduce the thermostat to the lowest comfortable setting. And as we prepare for those dangerously cold temperatures, shelters in the triangle are preparing to take in more unhoused people. The Durham Rescue Mission has launched its Operation Rescue Warm Shelter. John Dowding spoke with the shelter about their efforts and he has advice from doctors and mechanics on how to keep you and your family safe in the cold.
Starting point is 00:05:51 I think we're getting well down into the low teens this coming week. That's deadly weather. A dangerous blast of Arctic air is headed for the triangle tomorrow. It's really cold outside to be sleeping outside. Ahead of the cold, the Durham Rescue Mission is activating Operation Rescue Warm Shelter. Operation Rescue Warm Shelters is when we open our doors to any and everybody that can come in. And we have no restrictions on them, essentially. Just come in and get in out of the weather.
Starting point is 00:06:17 The shelter provides more than a hot meal and a warm place to stay for people like Joshua Schifflett. I don't have identification because all my stuff was stolen. I'm from Virginia, so to get my stuff back, it's kind of complicated. So I needed a warm place to stay to be able to get my head in the right place. As the temperatures begin to drop, doctors say take steps to protect yourself before going outside, especially for vulnerable populations like the elderly are those with chronic medical conditions. Some sort of moisture working on the on the most inner layer, a middle layer that's more insulating. So something like wool or fleece that, that can be insulating and then an outer layer that protects you from the element.
Starting point is 00:06:55 And doctors recommend knowing the warning signs of when cold exposure could become hypothermia. As the hypothermia gets progressive and worse, you can actually have confusion, slurred speech, drowsiness. But don't forget, check your car as well before hitting the road. Make sure the fluids are topped off and the battery is in good shape. This time you've got a lot of batteries. They're marginal and cold temperatures. Bring them back down to failing.
Starting point is 00:07:20 So the cold temperatures create a quicker breakdown when it comes to batteries and also tire pressure. Some great advice there. That's our John Dowding reporting. Doctors also suggest checking in on your elderly neighbors as the air gets colder. Also, now is a great time to go ahead and make sure you have a cold weather kit for your car with blankets and food, rechargeable batteries and as such for your devices. We'll make sure you have the free ABC 11 weather app close by as we track these dangerous weather conditions with this cold air. You can also get the latest weather forecast right in your hands. Blue season is hitting earlier than what Duke doctors have expected to see right now.
Starting point is 00:08:00 And so plus, we've also got some other news. Last chance to ship Christmas gifts on time. The deadlines are approaching you guys. And why as South Korean tractor company chose Nash County for its U.S. operations, the latest. We've got that in our North Carolina-Maid series. But first, here's Steve. Okay, Bianca, thank you very much.
Starting point is 00:08:18 Good morning, everyone. The rain is still with us, but it's mainly. on the 95 quarter and quickly moving off to the north and the east. The colder air is lagging behind, but it is on the way. Big games today in the NFL and weather could be a factor. Maybe snow up around Boston for the Buffalo and Patriots game. And look at nine for the high temperature there. Well, that's actually around kickoff. In Chicago for the bears and the Browns about 10 degrees. Cold in Kansas City as well. Denver will be fine. No issues there. In the west coast, weather really not an issue. Got your forecast after the break. Welcome back, everybody. Good morning to you. I've got a little wet out there to start today. Some heavier rain in the sand hills. That's moving out. And the cold Arctic air is going to come spilling in. You're really going to notice it later today. That's why it's a first alert day. And again tomorrow. In the morning hours, we could have single-digit wind chills. The wind should calm down. The gustiest is probably going to be this afternoon and evening. And it means business if you're out and about. Really bundle up for that. Tuesday, we get a little warmer. as those temperatures start to climb back up a bit. But there's that front. It's moving on through. You see all the rain out ahead of it. The cold air is really lagging behind.
Starting point is 00:09:28 That'll eventually get here, though. And as we go throughout the day, look at the feels like temperature starting at 1 o'clock, just hour by hour, just incredibly stair stepping down. It means business if you're out and about. 42 now, cloudy skies at North Hills. The rain is pushing off the east. There's a little sliver of rain across Wake County now, but the lion's share is out to our east. We're still in the 30s and 40s, but the numbers are going to come down.
Starting point is 00:09:53 You can see where the really cold there, that pinker color there, that's the Arctic air. And we can't get away from it. It's coming. It'll be here as we get into the afternoon. And look at this. If you're heading to Lenovo Center to watch the Keynes game, it'll be around freezing. This is not the feels like. This is the actual temperature around freezing when you walk in in low 20s by the time you're going to be heading on home.
Starting point is 00:10:14 Snow in New York today, especially this morning, Chicago cold, Minneapolis, six for the high. Denver's not bad and more rain there in the Pacific Northwest. So far this morning, I've been doing pretty good, but Philly's got some delays right now with some snow about 40 minutes. Got your 70 forecast coming up in just a few minutes, Bianca. All right, Steve, thank you. We are getting down to the wire
Starting point is 00:10:35 if you need to send out Christmas gifts. There's only one week left if you need to get gifts shipped to their destination. So the Postal Service says you need to send packages by Wednesday to get them delivered before the holiday. And if you wanna spend a little bit extra paying for priority mail, I'll buy you some time until Thursday. Priority Express mail lets you wait until Saturday,
Starting point is 00:10:54 but keep in mind these are estimates, and it's always better to send them a little bit earlier and also allow an extra day or two if you are sending items outside the U.S. Gifting is fun, but holiday waste, it adds up fast. Why experts say how you wrap and what you give can make a big difference for the planet. Former UNC Rex nurse is accused of sexual,
Starting point is 00:11:19 assault. Brian Alvarez Ortiz is currently being held without bond and is due in court tomorrow. Three victims have come forward. Police say there could be more. They ask for those individuals to call them directly. Well now to your morning news health check. Doctors at Duke say flu and colds are peaking early this year with three flu variants circulating. COVID and RSV remain low. Health experts urge getting your flu shot and taking precautions if you are sick during the holidays. While the winter holiday season may be the most wonderful time of year, but it's also the most wasteful time of year. It's also possible to limit holiday waste while keeping the gift giving cheer. ABC News chief climate correspondent, Ginger Z reports. Gifting is an exciting part of
Starting point is 00:12:08 the holiday season, but being aware of what we give and how it's wrapped can also be a gift for the planet. According to the Ecology Center, Americans actually throw away an additional five million tons of trash between Thanksgiving and New Year's Eve. That's 25% more than usual. Holiday waste comes from both gift packaging and holiday wrapping, and most wrapping paper cannot be recycled. Around 4.6 million pounds of wrapping paper is produced in the U.S. each year, and about half of it ends up in the landfill. But it doesn't have to be this way. One way you can reduce waste in the holiday season is by wrapping your presence in reusable bags or materials, check out your local secondhand shop for something like a silk scarf or a basket
Starting point is 00:12:51 and present your gifts in that. Or you could use something like a really nice tote bag and make the wrapping part of the gift. Our planet is drowning in waste from overconsumption. So instead of buying things, consider gifts that can be consumed, used, or experienced. Something like a gift card to a spa or a gift certificate for a lesson at your local art center for a new hobby they've picked up or you could give them something like a concert ticket and you can go with them and that's part of the gift as well. And if you're looking for physical gifts, shopping at local and secondhand stores, farmers markets and makers fairs can be a greener way to buy. With this climate minute, I'm Ginger Z. All right. So experiences they say make the best gifts. What do you think
Starting point is 00:13:36 about that? I like that. I can agree with that. Okay. Absolutely. Maybe somebody got tickets to a game today, huh? Absolutely. Listen, it's wet out there still. Most of the rain is along the 95 corridor. I'm pulling on out. Is that front's moving on in? The rain will be long gone, but a cold breezy afternoon where it's going to feel like
Starting point is 00:13:55 the 20s and it gets worse as we get into the evening and overnight hours. And tomorrow morning, we could have some single-digit wind chills to start the day. Keep in mind the strongest wind will likely be this afternoon and evening. After midnight, it'll calm down significantly. But when you have ambient temperatures around 15, it doesn't take much of a lot of a lot of a breeze to make it feel quite a bit colder. Gradual warming trend, though, low 60s by the time we get to Thursday before cooling again, but not this drastic.
Starting point is 00:14:20 Cold weather advisory goes into effect at 6 o'clock today, last overnight into early tomorrow, morning where it could get down to single digit to wind chills, if not even lower. I wouldn't be surprised in a few areas flirting with zero. There you see the rain moving on out now, a little bit closer. The heavier showers are down east. Still a little sliver of some showers in around Wake County now. Smithfield wet and still some rain down in Fayetteville. But again, it's moving on out.
Starting point is 00:14:46 And the feels like temperature is really going to be plummeting as we go through the afternoon. And by the evening hours could be single digits in teens and worse as we get closer to 11 o'clock. Everyone should have a single digit feels like temperature. It's incredibly cold air. Rain moves out here in the next couple of hours and then we'll see that clearing line and the dry air really blasts in. Right now we're looking at the cloudy skies and still damp out there. 42 degrees in North Hills with a breeze at about eight miles an hour, 37 Oxford, 42 in the Raleigh and Fayetteville at 45. The front is settled to our south. But keep in mind, the dew point temperatures will continue going down. This is why I really don't have concerns about the roads freezing up because it's incredibly dry air. Matter of fact, we could get to some sub-zero dewpoint readings. That is like desert air. So it's incredibly dry and the wind's going to be elevated. So it should dry everything out. completely as we go later into the evening hours. And look at these feels like temperatures just continue to go down and by midnight well down into those single digits. As we look to tomorrow, after a frigid start, about 38 for the high temperature with plenty of sunshine. We'll see a few passing high clouds. Sunny warmer near 50 on Tuesday. We'll start seeing this milder air come our way as we get into Wednesday and Thursday. So the high again happened at around midnight. And right now we're at 42, but it's going to.
Starting point is 00:16:10 down from this point in time. The rain moves on out as well. 15 tonight. It's going to be a very cold night around the triangle. Matter of fact, everyone should be in the teens for lows tonight under clear skies. Breezy evening and the winds calm down a bit but still have some frigid light wind chills tomorrow morning. And then as we go later in the day, we'll start to warm up to the upper 30s. Sunny warmer on Tuesday. Wednesday, clouds will increase. There could be a shower Thursday. I think it's more likely Thursday after sunset and overnight will get some rain. A little damp Friday to start, but the breeze will dry everything out and a little cooler as we headed the next weekend. Bianca.
Starting point is 00:16:46 All right. Steve, thank you. Coming up, we're taking you to L.S. Tractor in Rocky Mountain, a South Korean company making a change one tractor at a time. Starting point is 00:17:37 And this week takes us to Nash County and a compact tractor company making a big name for itself. Joel Brown paid them a visit. In Rocky Mount's tiny Battleboro community, L.S. Tractors on a mission to make a name for itself. We build tractors. The company specializes in compact tractors, tractors that pull, haul, till, and mow. It's a South Korean-owned company, a distant corporate cousin of the popular LG electronics. In 2009, Ellis Tractor USA made its move to Battleboro, opening its North American headquarters and assembly plant right here on the Nash-Edgham County line. The steering wheel, all the hydraulics have to be assembled.
Starting point is 00:18:19 Lindsay O'Dell is senior purchasing manager. They had a viable product that was inexpensive, quality-driven, and they wanted to capture that U.S. market share. But this is also close to our customer. There's a lot of agriculture in eastern North Carolina. We wanted to be close to that customer. Now some modern tractors. Their distinctive blue tractors were right there at last month's Raleigh Christmas parade, a chance to show off their machines that start at 22 horsepower and top out at 101.
Starting point is 00:18:46 101 is the one I drove in the parade. That's the one that I like. Marketing themselves to small farmers, pulling smaller loads of soybean or hay. When you get to the really big farms that have hundreds or thousands of acres, that's out of our, that's more John Deere. That's not quite our market. This is the L.S. Tractor, MT2, is one of the company's more popular models. But this is the finished product. When it gets here to Battleboro, it looks like that one.
Starting point is 00:19:11 All the final touches, the hydraulics, the hood, the fender gets assembled here. In the company's best year, it shipped 10,000 tractors. They plan to double that in the next eight years. Everybody has a great deal of pride to say, as I'm from North Carolina, I commute 15 minutes down the street to a global company that is. distributing their tractors within all of North America. North Carolina made and North Carolina proud in Battleboro. Joel Brown, ABC 11, eyewitness news.
Starting point is 00:19:42 All right, L.S. Tractors and Arctic Blass headed for the Triangle. Meteorologist Steve Stewart has our weekly forecast. That's coming up next. Plus, students adjusting to new phone policies. Teachers report better results in the class. And two dead, nine hurt police now have a person of interest in the Brown University shooting. We've got those details ahead. right now live coverage from your local newsleader breaking stories from overnight and this morning
Starting point is 00:20:11 and your first alert forecast here's what's happening where you live this is a bc 11 eyewitness news here at 930 this sunday morning here's a live look into downtown durham it's feeling all chilly out there but it's going to get even colder as the day progresses good morning morning, Carolina. It's Sunday, December 14th. I'm Bianca Holman. You're watching eyewitness news on ABC 11 and wherever you stream. We've got this top stories coming up. But first, we've got checking with meteorologist Steve Stewart at our first alert day because it's just that cold air that is coming in. Yeah, it's going to be shocking how cold it's going to get later on for today. But the rain's moving on out right now. We still have some showers around. The Arctic front has been pushing to the south. But the really cold air is delayed behind the front. It'll take some time as it spills over the. mountains, really shallow cold air. Still some spotty showers around that Wake County. Now the lion's share of the rain is off to our south and east. A few areas picked up a good amount of rain, but the rain comes to an end. And again, it's going to be cold and breezy as we go throughout the afternoon. Temperatures continue to drop throughout the afternoon hours. Feels
Starting point is 00:21:18 like single digits tonight and into early tomorrow morning. So a cold weather advisory for tonight until around 9 o'clock tomorrow morning. And if we get down to 15, the last time we did that was 1,082 days ago. So it's been a while since we've been this cold. So those feels like temperatures, look how fast they just plummet once we get to the afternoon and evening hours, really going to be going down. The winds are going to pick up and the temperatures will be below freezing, but with the wind, it's going to feel even colder. Rain moves out. We'll get that clearing line coming in here as we get into 11, 12 o'clock and then clear skies and just really cold air, just blasting in here from the
Starting point is 00:21:54 north and the west. Still damp on the roads and North Hills at 42 degrees and cloudy out there with the north breeze about eight miles an hour. We've got 30. up in some of our northern counties now 44 and Irwin you see that flow behind the front now coming in from the north but the evening actual temperatures will be freezing at 5 o'clock and then continue going down to 21 by the time we get to 10 o'clock in the evening hours the good news this is a fast shot of arctic air we'll start moderating starting tuesday and by thursday we can be in the 60s more on that coming up in just a few minutes bianca okay great steve well the person of interest in a deadly shooting at brown university is now in custody And police say the manhunt is over. So investigators confirmed that the person detained is not a student and authorities are not searching for anyone else. The shooting happened around 4 p.m. yesterday.
Starting point is 00:22:42 You can see that this is some video footage of what was going down on Saturday around the engineering lecture hall during a final exam review. Two students were killed, nine other shot. Most are in stable condition this morning and the shelter in place has been lifted. But parts of campus remain an act of crime scene and classes for the rest of the semester are now canceled.
Starting point is 00:23:03 Here's ABC, Johnny Fernandez, with the latest. We are able to report that we have detained a person of interest involved in yesterday's shooting. Deadly shooting rocks Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. There remains seven individuals in stable condition, one in critical but stable condition, and one has been discharged. Authorities say the shooting happened in the engineering and physical. Department during the second day of final exams. The building where the shooting was, is kind of on the edge of campus already. The street behind the building is a residential area.
Starting point is 00:23:42 And so the shooter kind of walked off campus immediately after the shooting ended. Police releasing video of a person of interest, seen walking out of the building moments after the shooting. The next process for us is what we do best in our detectives is to coordinate with the prosecutors, to collect evidence, to conduct evidence, to conduct interviews. and then from there, we'll be able to, when it's appropriate and accurate, to share more details with you all. Students visibly shaken. When it first started happening, yeah, there was definitely a lot of people running that way, like scrambling.
Starting point is 00:24:12 Actually, it was working in my lab. There were three other students with me. We decided to turn the light off and close all the doors and hide under our desks. Law enforcement converging on the scene. The fact that the state of Rhode Island is in shock, but they're really responding as a community. that we all love and that the communities that we are proud of the fact that we live in our state that everybody comes together. An alert going out to faculty and students urging them to lock doors, silence their phones, and stay hidden until further notice. In a letter to students, the president of the university, calling it a deeply tragic day.
Starting point is 00:24:53 We have a lot of recovery ahead of us. So my main goal in the coming days and weeks and months, it will take a long time. is to bring people back together and help them feel safe and secure on campus. Johnny Fernandez, ABC News, New York. And again, the university has issued a statement saying there will be no exams today. And breaking news here at home, we are just learning about a deadly and a chaotic chain of events in Robinson County early this morning. So sheriffs, they tell us that a man stole an ambulance, crashed it, then shot and killed,
Starting point is 00:25:29 a 74-year-old woman. The suspect, a convicted felon, is now charged with first-degree murder and is behind bars without bond. That investigation is ongoing as we learn more. We'll bring it to you. Here in North Carolina, Governor Josh Stein highlighting a new report revealing positive impacts of cell phone-free classrooms. Back in June, the Governor's Advisory Council for Student Safety and Well-Being recommended school systems eliminate the use of cell phones by students during the school day. There's a new law going into effect next month, making the school districts come up with the cell phone policy. But several school districts, they have now implemented local policies to keep phones quiet in class. Teachers say they're seeing
Starting point is 00:26:10 improve academic outcomes, including in Orange County. When I talk to the students about the cell phone policy, one, they say, hey, we don't like it, but two, they say they understand why it's in place. The cell phone policy takes effect across the state. on January 1st. Carrie Academy is working to make private schools more accessible by covering the cost of tuition for some families. The school announced its initiative called the Charger Promise. That would cover the full cost of attendance, including tuition, dining, transportation, before care, and extended day programs for families earning $100,000 or less. Applications are currently open for the program.
Starting point is 00:26:51 The financial aid will be offered for the 2026-27 school year. Global drug maker Novartis based in Switzerland and is now expanding its operation here in the triangle. Last week, leaders broke ground on a new building and its existing facility in Durham. It's part of a three-site expansion in Durham and Morseville. The new manufacturing hub in the triangle will be the company's largest in the triangle. U.S. Online grocery shoppers, listen up. You could be paying more for some of the same items. Well, it's not Christmas just yet, but Wade County, they are already having plans for your
Starting point is 00:27:36 live Christmas tree for after the holiday. And the Lum-D tribe closer than ever to federal recognition. But first, here's Steve. It's pushing to the south, but the really cold air is delayed behind it, but it's coming. We can't get away from it at all. And a lot of big games in the NFL today, weather could be issue in Chicago and Cincinnati. It's bitterly cold. These are actual temperatures around 10 degrees, but the breeze will make it feel colder. Maybe some snow up in Boston for the game today. To the south, just fine. Dallas, that's an indoor game. Denver looks just fine. Cold in Kansas City, but the West Coast games, weather won't be an issue. I got your forecast after the break. Welcome back, everybody. The rain moving on out and the cold air is coming. Not quite here yet, but it really cold air is going to move in. Later today, the winds are going to pick up. Feels like temperatures this afternoon, likely in the 20s, and we could get down to the mid-teens tonight.
Starting point is 00:28:33 And then tomorrow, only 38 for the high. Tuesday, we'll get a little warmer up around 50 with plenty of sunshine around. You can see where the front is right now. The coldest air is still behind it. It's going to take a little time for that to move on in here. And look at the feels like temperatures. Just take a nose dive this afternoon into the evening hours. The winds could gusts in here 30 miles an hour.
Starting point is 00:28:53 42 degrees of North Hills right now. The wind about eight. The front is to our south, but 30's in our northern counties now. But you see where that darker shade is, north of Roanoke. That's where the really cold Arctic airs. That is coming and that's going to be delayed,
Starting point is 00:29:07 but it's going to get here midday into the afternoon and you're going to really notice it. So by the time you go to the Keynes game tonight, as you're walking into Lenovo Center, the actual temperature is going to be freezing in about 10 degrees cold or low 20s, and that's not including the wind chill. by the time you're heading back home.
