Say to yourself over and over again, I am unstoppable.
I am unstoppable.
I can do anything I put my mind to.
And wonderfully enough, you do become what you think about most of the time.
You also become what you say to yourself most of the time.
And that means that you accept complete responsibility for yourself.
I'm where I am and what I am because of myself.
And you start to feel powerful.
You develop the mind.
of the truly superior person.
He developed the mindset of the leader.
And no matter what happens, nothing can stop here.
Do what you said you would do.
Your self-confidence isn't found
by reading a book or doing affirmations.
It's built from evidence.
Every time you say that you'll do something and you don't,
you teach your brain not to trust you.
But every time you follow through,
even if it's just a small,
promise, you trust yourself more, and that is the foundation of confidence.
If you are someone who's ambitious, and this is me just talking specifically to you, you have
to get used to being alone.
I realize you go higher, you go even more alone.
Why? Because nobody is willing anymore to invest their energy in going higher, because it's
becoming more difficult.
You can tell it you're destined to be a one.
winner or a loser simply by looking at what you think about in each coming event.
And if you just make the decision right now to think about what you desire, ask yourself,
am I thinking about what I want to happen, or am I thinking about what I'm afraid will happen?
If you're impressed with your reality, then create a reality that you're impressed with.
You want to be known somebody that gets things done and you're not soft.
The next time you're going to say you're going to do something, do it.
Practice and continuously end with patience.
Stay with it.
If it's important to you, stay with it.
You need to let what you fear happen in order for it not to control you anymore.
You need to become what you think is impossible.
You need to become what you are moderately scared of
because it is going to teach you the most about yourself.
You want to grow the most as you can as a person.
Become the thing you fear.
That will give you the most growth.
85% of life is just showing up.
Show up.
If you show up, there's a chance
something could happen.
What happens if you walk through this lifetime,
something unexpected comes.
And then there it is.
Something that we call choice.
You have the choice.
The suffering comes and you run away,
run away or the suffering comes, the pain comes, and you face it.
We are overcoming the suffering.
We are not running away from the suffering.
You are overcoming it.
You go through it until you have become so strong.
Your body will become so strong.
Your mind has become so strong that it doesn't matter after words anymore.
So you've got to learn to stand up to yourself inside yourself and short circuit override
that conversation that's always going on.
85% of what that conversation will tell you is negative.
It's negative.
It will tell you you're tired when you really are not tired.
It will tell you you can't do it.
It will fill you with fear.
So you've got to watch that conversation.
And when you find it going on, you've got to stand up to it and say, I'm going to do this anyhow.
I'm afraid, but I'm afraid not to do it.
And I'm not going to let you stop me.
I don't tell people that they're okay the way they are.
Now I say, no, no, you could be way more than you are.
And they're relieved about that, you see, because if you're in a dark and terrible place
and someone says, you're okay the way you are, then you don't know what to do about that.
Right.
No, I'm not.
I'm having a terrible time and I'm hopeless.
You're okay the way you are.
Well, then what?
That's it.
That's it.
That's where I am?
And you could be way better.
You could be incomparably better across multiple dimensions.
And in pursuing that better, that's where you find a meeting in your life.
And now we'll give you the antidote to the sufferer.
Don't worry.
You're never ahead.
You're never behind.
You're exactly what you need to be.
Don't let anything rush you because you're exactly what you need to be.
And every minute that you're spending wishing you at someone else's life,
you're wasting a minute of yours.
you learn things painfully
and when you learn something painfully
a part of you has to die
that's the pain
you know but a dream is shattered for example
a huge part of you that constituted that dream
maybe even the biological substrate of that gene
has to be stripped away and
and burned
and so
life is a constant process of death and rebirth
And to participate in that fully is to allow yourself to be redeemed by.
And so the good is that process of death and rebirth, voluntarily undertaken.
It's like you're not as good as you could be, so you let that part of you die.
It happened for me is I realized, as my life was circling the drain, this was not the situation that I wanted.
I didn't want my life to end in divorce.
I didn't want to be in financial ruin.
I didn't want to be depressed.
I didn't want to be anxious.
And here's the truly screwed up thing.
I knew what to do to fix it.
See, this is the trap that most of us are in.
But progress towards a worthy goal, a worthy vision in your life,
is the pathway to success.
So why don't most people make it?
Why don't most people?
They go their whole life, they never really live.
They react.
Because they live in the physical world.
They don't control their thoughts.
I want you to remember this.
Thoughts are the currency with which you purchase your dreams.
Thoughts are the currency with which you purchase your dreams and your vision.
If you can begin to change the way you think, literally you can begin to change your life.
But most people only operate in the physical world.
Discipline equals freedom in all aspects of your life.
From a fitness perspective, you've got to have the discipline to get up early in the morning.
You've got a discipline to work out, the discipline to eat the right foods.
And if you have those kind of disciplines, they're not easy.
But if you make the right choice over time, it's going to give you free.
Life is a journey.
Never think that any frame of your life is independent from other frames.
Because that's where we can really overwhelm us.
So when you're in a certain situation, you suddenly feel that this is it.
This is now a real setback.
If you don't recognize that it's a journey and this moon will continue to,
to travel and the setback is not going to remain this way, then there's strength and confidence
to move forward.
But if you convince yourself that my moment, remember the emotional reaction of demoralization
takes over, then besides the actual setback, the actual diminishment you've now turned
it into a liability.
But I will tell you this, it isn't one thing, and it isn't 10 things, and it isn't
a hundred things.
It isn't a quick path and there are no shortcuts.
Meditation won't get you there and neither will a miracle drug or an organic supplement or some superfood.
Getting better isn't a hack or a trick or a one change that you need to make.
Getting better is a campaign.
It's a campaign.
It's a daily, a weekly, it's an hourly fight.
It's waking up early and going to be.
to bed late and grinding out every second in between.
Your brain spends most of its time to try to make sure you don't notice because you'll go crazy
if you notice everything. But when you decide what's most important to you, your brain goes after
it. If you don't know exactly what you want or you let yourself get beyond that as something
general, you're not going to achieve it. Clarity is power. The more clear you are about exactly
what it is you want, the more your brain notes how to get there. The biggest challenge that you
will have in life is you.
There's an old African proverb that says there's no enemy within.
The enemy outside can do us no harm.
I want to know how to stop the laziness.
And they want to stop the procrastination.
And, you know, they have some idea in their head, you know, some kind of a vision,
what they want to do.
But they don't know where to start.
They don't know where to start it, you know.
They don't know where to start.
And say, hey, where do I start?
And when's the best time to start?
And I have a very simple answer for that.
You say you want to be great, let your actions, let your words display that.
If you say you really want to be elite, let your actions and let your words display that.
Right? You can't feel a common man and do uncommon thing.
That's uncommon. That's an uncommon mentality.
That's an uncommon spirit. That's an uncommon disposition.
Don't ask me for my mind.
No, we not.
Every single day, do you dominate in what you do?
You got to come out to comfort zone
because your comfort zone is the deadliest place you will ever be.
You should never feel comfortable.
You should be happy and dissatisfied.
Masters make the hardest things in the world look easiest,
and in the moments where you push yourself,
when no one else is around, those moments have a tendency to lead to success.
As we begin to look at what we want,
want as we began to look toward the future. What's going to be crucial for you is every time
you find yourself saying that you can't do something, you've got to affirm to yourself,
hey, hey, no, no, no, I can make it. This can happen for me. You've got powers within you,
talents within you that you haven't even reached for yet. Now, whatever goal you have,
Here's what we know. You're going to have some opposition. You're going to have some difficulties. You're going to have some challenges.
Long journey, long dark night. But when you hold on to your dream, don't let anybody kill it in you.
Just hold on to that tree. When it doesn't make sense to anybody, it includes you sometimes. Just hold on.
Once you give yourself an opportunity to try and to just stretch, you'll find out you can do more than you can ever begin to imagine.
What are your goals? Is it to get the goals?
You get the goal, how would you've gotten the goal, and after you achieving went,
is this all there is?
That's worse than failing, isn't it?
Because most of you, if you fail, you're driven, right?
You'll dust yourself out, get up and go forward again.
You're going to get there.
So I want you understand something.
The purpose of life is not to get your goals.
The purpose of life is who you become to achieve your goals.
Stop doing the things that you know are wrong,
that you could stop doing.
But we will presume that there are things that you're doing
that for one reason or other you know are not in your best interests.
There's something about them that you just know you should stop.
They're kind of self-evident to you.
Other things you're going to be doubtful about.
You're not going to know which way is up and which way is down.
But there are things that you're doing that you know you shouldn't do.
But there's another subset that you could stop doing.
It might be a little thing.
Well, that's fine.
Stop doing it.
Let's see what happened.
And every day you fight, not wanting to get up.
And you do anywhere, you chip another piece off there for a lot.
And every day you can eat your right foods,
and every day you go to train,
and you train harder and harder and harder,
and you get up earlier,
and all these things you do to start forming yourself.
You're chipping another fucking piece of that rock up.
Before you know it, you get this beautiful, fucking piece of artwork
that you built.
Can you be committed to the process of what you're doing
without being emotionally attached to the results of what you do?
I'm gonna ask you again,
can you be committed to the process of what you're doing
without being emotionally attached to the results of what you're doing?
results are what you do. If the outcome of the result changes, will you still be the same individual?
You've got to stop waiting for somebody else to give you permission to become the person you
want to become. If you want to be an author, write. And as soon as you start writing, you're an
author. If you want to become a musician, play music every day. And you're a musician. Nobody
needs to give you permission. Your problem is you're up.
peer thinking about it when you need to get out of your head and just start doing it because the
second you start doing it you become it doesn't matter what you say it matters what you do and if i
want to figure out what you believe i don't ask you i watch how you act and i assume that your true
beliefs are those that are directing your actions and so truth is discovered in action
And that's a very different claim.
You know, and it's not the claim of a passive observer.
It's the claim of someone who's actively interacting with the world.
And, of course, we are always acting.
We're always acting interactively with the world.
And not only that, if we don't interactively with the world, we cease to exist.
Now, the true task is never forgetting it, right?
Even when we become successful, even when things go really well, and we hit a rough path.
The challenge is never forgetting the spirit, the feeling, the thought process,
and when we went through those moments of preparation,
what it took to get over the hump, to get through the rough patches,
and to continue to press forward.
Right?
That's what I always say to people,
never allow light to make you forget why you do what you do.
Because a cat can become so successful,
they can become a victim of their own success.
We all live in this bubble.
What you got to do to get the life that God wants you to have,
you got to put more air in your bubble.
You got to blow your bubble up.
Expand yourself. Take yourself out your comfort zone. Do not live in your bubble. Put some more air in your bubble.
Whatever happened last week, happened last week. Whatever happened last year. Your girlfriend dumped it. You got to get up, look at the man in the mirror and go, this is what I'm doing today, whether they like it or not. I don't give a fuck.
Everybody's focusing on the stupidity things that they get on the moves. Don't watch the news no more. I can give you the real news. You know what the news is about today? You and how you're going to conquer the world.
How do you become a king by taking into the next commitment?
By doing some outside, you come for a zone.
Commitment means standing up for your life.
It means honoring yourself.
What's always too hard is too hard.
We don't challenge our spirit.
Ladies and gentlemen, there's nothing as powerful as the human spirit.
You can't destroy it.
You can pervert it, but you can't destroy.
What happens if you walk through this lifetime, something unexpected comes?

If you will change, everything will change for you.
You don't have to change what's outside.
All you've got to change is what's inside.
To have more, you simply have to become more.
I wish you the courage to be warm and the world will prefer you be cool.
I wish you success sufficient to your needs.
I wish you failure to temper that success.
I wish you joy in all your days.
I wish you sadness so that you may better measure joy.
I wish you gladness to overbalance the grief.
I wish you humor and a twinkle in your eye.
I wish you glory and strength to bear the burdens.
I wish you sunshine on your path and storms to season your journey.
In order for something new to come, something old must go.
And that old can sometimes mean let go of what you know until now.
Most people try to create a new personal reality as the same personality and it doesn't work.
You literally have to become someone else.
If you keep thinking the same thoughts, keep demonstrating the same behaviors,
keep living by the same feelings and emotions,
your personal reality is going to stay exactly the same.
But if you have new thoughts that lead to new choices that demonstrate new actions,
that create new experiences that cause you to feel differently,
you will begin to walk into a new future.
Sometimes you will have to convince yourself that it's possible.
That you can go from zero to hero, from peasant to king,
if you change the way that you think.
And if you don't know how to change the way that you think,
begin to digest new information.
Stay away from the haters, stay away from the losers,
stay away from the people with weak minds and weak mentalities,
and find those people that empower you, find those people,
elevate your spirit and your soul.
and understand that your potential, my friend, is limitless.
You, my friend, are liberalist, but you must believe.
And if you can believe, all things are possible.
All you have is this moment, so you have to continuously focus on bringing the intention to this moment
and keep reminding yourself that what decision can I make in this moment that is aligned with
the best version of myself, that is aligned with the vision of where I'm trying to get to?
If you look at stories of great men, of great women in history, that story always has a lot of disadvantages that will overcome.
There is something in the process of overcoming hardship that creates greatness.
Most people quit through that process.
If you can survive it, then your story will be a great one.
You got to bet on you.
It's so funny that you believe in others.
You would bet on others.
You would support others.
You would be there for others.
But when it come to you, you take a darn back seat.
I don't understand it.
I'm a bet on me.
I needed somebody, and they didn't do it.
So I decided at that point, I guess, I don't need you.
The only person I need is me.
And I'll be damned if I'm ever going to need somebody.
I ain't needing somebody.
I'll be damned if I'm ever going to need somebody.
somebody again.
Don't be afraid of people rejecting.
Stick to your guns.
That fear, it just withers the soul.
It makes what you create just like everything else out there.
But when you think, no, I'm going to be myself.
I'm going to mind what's different about me.
I'm going to be bold and confident.
Those who are trying to follow all the trends don't have impact.
Find out what you're good at.
Find out what you're good at.
Find out what you're good at.
what craft or thing or what are you good at, what you have an aptitude for.
Do you like history?
Do you like math?
Do you like artwork?
Do you like music?
Do you find out what you have a natural inclination towards.
You find out what you're good at.
And then you figure out how to help other people with that thing that you're good at.
And once you figure that out, that's purpose.
Two plus two equals four.
So what are you good at?
How can you help other people?
That's your purpose.
everything around you that you call life
was made up by people that were no smarter than you
and you can change it
you can influence it you can build your own things
that other people can use
shake off this notion that life is
there and you're just going to live in it
embrace it change it improve it
make your mark upon it
remember you guys only have one life
on this earth okay
It's not too late to change everything.
Good upgrades.
May today the day.
The more I listen to this, the better my life gets.
If they don't have what you want, don't listen to what they say.
There's no greater waste of time than justifying your actions to people who have a life you don't want.
Build a vision of what you would have to accomplish between now and the end of the year.
And then make a written decision.
description of that vision. Paint the picture with words. Vision. Vision is going to direct your life
if you let it. Use it constructively. See what you want. Don't spend any time thinking of what you
don't want. When you get a picture in here, make it big, make it beautiful. You'll be glad you did.
What we feel is what manifests. It's the energy that we put out that we get back.
Claim it in your heart right now.
Who do you want to be?
How do you want to feel?
What do you want to give and what do you want to receive?
And ask yourself that design your day every single day.
You have the power within you to design life.
What you see is a reflection of what you believe.
So are we going to say yes to a new belief system now?
Do the thing and you'll get the energy to do the thing.
Do the thing and you'll get the energy to do the thing.
Don't wait, start right now whether you're ready or not.
Just say, I'm going after it, I'm going to get it,
and your present circumstance has got nothing to do with where you're going.
You've got to accept yourself for what you've done wrong.
Do your best.
And also find some difficult to do,
because that gets away a lot of the anxiety that you carry around in your body.
Difficult things make regular life less difficult.
Anything is possible here that you're only limited by your own.
imagination. Now it's not going to be handed to you. You have to find your way through and
there will be times that you're going to hit dead ends, but you have to pick yourself back up.
You have to be smart. You have to calculate another route and then you kind of keep moving forward.
At some point, everything's going to go south on you. Everything's going to go south and you're
going to say, this is it. This is how I end. Now you can either accept that or you can get to work.
That's all it is.
You just begin.
You do the math.
You solve one problem.
And you solve the next one.
And it doesn't matter how you get knocked down in life, because that's going to happen.
All that matters is that you've got to get up.
Or God.
Be somebody.
Be something more than what you see in the mirror.
Let the world be your middle.
Don't let them judge you because the mirror can't judge.
You judge what you see in the name.
There's a great Chinese expression, a great old proverb.
The best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago.
The second best time is now.
Just be the best version of yourself and anything that you do.
You don't have to live anybody else's story.
Sometimes people make it seem like you have to have certain prerequisites
or a crazy life story in order to be successful in this world.
But the truth is you really don't.
It doesn't matter where you come from,
where you have or don't have what you lack.
All you need to have is an undying passion for what you do and a relentless drive and the will to do whatever it takes to be successful.
There's a moment when every boy realizes no one's coming to save him.
And that's when he becomes a man.
And some boys never get there and stay children forever.
You're not allowed to give excuses because excuses are a sign of weakness.
We give no excuses when we fail.
Failure is just fertilizer to help us grow as a team.
Guys, in life, general, winning isn't everything, but training to win is.
Having the will to win, that is everything.
Whether you win or not, you're going to fail.
You get back up and try it again.
But if you don't have the will to win and you don't train to win, that's where you're really missing the mark, guys.
You ever had a gut feeling that maybe you were meant for more?
What if you were everything you could be?
Fall down seven times, get up eight.
Ease is a greater threat to progress than hardship.
We're all trying to improve ourselves.
No one's perfect.
I'm not perfect now.
I never will be.
You're not and you never will be, but you're better than you were yesterday
and you're going to be better tomorrow.
You know, the greatest lesson my mother ever taught me, when I was a kid, whatever I started, I had to finish it.
Whether I got in the midst of something and then care for a coach, whether I got in the midst of an organization and then care for a leader,
my mother would never let me start something and stop because she would always say,
the person that you will become by enduring the process is far more important than the person that you have to deal with in the midst of the process.
Your present or past results have absolutely nothing to do with what you have.
What's going to happen from this point forward?
You see, I kept thinking, well, gee, I such a mess up, you know, I've done everything wrong up until now.
I'm 26, I'm broke, I'm not happy.
Everything was wrong.
That's all in the past.
Every moment is a new moment.
Success is a strange thing.
Presumably we want success because we think a more successful life will bring us more happiness, meaning and fulfillment.
Here's the problem.
We sacrifice the thing we want, happiness, for the thing which is supposed to get it.
supposed to get it. Success. Failure can make you miserable but I'm not sure the success
will make you happy. I am only worthy of love, acceptance and belonging, if I succeed. Now, powered by
internal feelings of insufficiency, this person is driven to achieve many things. They're prepared
to outwork, out hustle and out suffer everyone else because they're not just running toward a
life they want, they're running away from a life that they fear. Success and progress
ameliorates the feelings of insufficiency, therefore success and progress have become prioritized
above everything else.
Character is the core of a person, something they can't control, something that comes from deep
within, and it causes people to have patterns of behavior.
And you want to find people who have a strong character to associate with as opposed to
a weak character.
And what a strong character is, is people who are adaptable, who are fluid, who could admit
that they are wrong, who can learn from their experience, who can take criticism.
So I want you to focus not on people's charming exterior.
Instead, focus on that deep inner quality, that core, that character, because that's who they really are.
Your character is creating what happens to you in life.
There's the famous quote of the ancient Greek philosopher Heraclyde's character is fate.
As I continue to experience life and find myself, I realize that hope isn't what I thought it was.
Through a lot of sorrow, it's actually been redefined for me.
I ask myself the question, what if my pain is actually my hope?
So many of us are at war with ourselves within.
We have that inner conflict because we're trying to portray this image that is,
acceptable in the world around us, that we think is acceptable.
Instead of just staying true to you, and yes, when you stay true to yourself,
people are gonna look at you a certain way, people are gonna try to knock you off your path.
There's gonna be a lot of external things,
that, you know, try to sway you this way or that way.
But you got to stay true to you.
Here's my best advice.
Welcome all experiences.
You never know which one is going to turn everything off.
The only way to live is no you're going to die.
If you're afraid to die,
you'll not be able to live.
The pain of discipline or the pain of regret.
Go for the discipline because it weighs ounces.
The regret weighs tons.
Because it can accumulate.
Out of how you've been showing up lately,
there's a lot on your plate, no doubt,
and it might feel like you're falling behind, but you're not.
You're overcoming stressful situations.
You're fighting for your mental health.
You're doing your best.
The only thing you're falling behind on
is giving yourself the credit you deserve.
because at any given moment, you're doing way better than your inner critic would like to admit.
You have a plan and you have a process when opposition adversity challenges uncertainty pops up.
The problem doesn't look as big.
The adversity doesn't look as big.
The challenges don't look as big.
When you got a plan in a process in place.
Now when you don't got a plan in a process in place, adversity and opposition shows up, uncertainty shows up.
problems look real big.
The adversity looks real big.
You forget about the sacrifice.
You forget about the long hours.
You forget about the vision.
You forget about the mission
because you don't have a plan or process, right?
The process makes you stick to
whatever it is that you're doing.
How bad do you want it?
We all know when we're reliance
exactly the person we want to become.
The question is, do we believe we can become it?
Without that belief,
every journey
we've run into a debate
that debate
when pain starts to fill the body
you eat a temporary pain
versus a lifetime of pride
champions

to make it happen
no matter
how long it takes
they find a way

So don't be ashamed to say you're nervous, but find a way to get over it.
Passion into drive has to be followed by an action.
That's the hardest part. People don't want to have that action.
Dreams want to live just like everybody else.
And if you don't bring them to life, somebody else will.
And you're going to be sitting there back thinking, man, I could have, I should have, I would have.
Boy, you had your chance.
You got to deliver. You got to have action.
You got to deliver.
Ever tried, ever failed.
No matter.
Try again.
Fail again.
Fail better.
The world is yours.
You could either do the work today to become your highest version tomorrow,
or tomorrow you can feel a lifelong of regret.
That's a given.
The people who know that they were met for more and didn't go for me.
more end up with a lifelong state of regret.
And the reason for that is, is because they didn't want to hurt the people around them,
didn't want to hurt family members, but instead they gave in to the life of average just so
they can blend in and not stand out.
And years later, they regret not doing the things that they could have done to become a winner.
We often don't realize we're in control.
We're in control of our own lives.
and we can make different choices.
And if the things in our life are not bringing us joy and happiness,
if our career that we've devoted all of our lives to
is it bringing us joy, we can change them.
If we decide our relationship, it's not the right relationship.
We don't have to suffer in that relationship.
Stay in your comfort zone, that's why you will fail.
To get something you never had, you have to do something,
something you never did.
You will fail in your comfort zone.
Success is not a comfortable procedure.
It is a very uncomfortable thing to a tip.
So you gotta get comfortable being uncomfortable
if you ever want to be successful.
Ask yourself, what do you really want?
What do you really want?
Link, get out inside.
If you get anything you want, what you really want.
Let your mind take off.
You're creative being.
There's nothing on the planet that's like you.
Give me evidence that you're not qualified to go get that.
Give me evidence that you're not qualified for a great life.
You have not.
You are ultra qualified.
No one can tell us what we're capable of except us.
And when we believe these truths, it's over.
You're unkillable.
You have the ability to take a sledgehammer to anything in your life and remake it.
Life is clay.
so long as you realize that you can mold it and shape it
and change it to do what you want to do.
If you knew what you were doing,
then you would be stagnating
because you'd be doing nothing new.
And so if you're going to do something new,
then that is what would be the catalyst for growth.
And so you can't want to grow
and also want to know everything you're doing at the same time.
It's like the two beliefs contradict one another.
And so I think that's a lot of the discontent that people suffer from is they want two things that are polar opposites.
They want the really strong character.
They want the easy life.
Like one is the price of the other.
You don't want hardship.
Hardship creates growth.
And so they want both and you can't.
