The truth is the lifetime of what you carry right now
and what I carry right now, it's limited.
And now just imagine you would be, let's say, the director
of your own movie.
Jump out of the body and watch yourself right now
and you are writing your story.
How do you want to write the story?
How do you imagine what is a really nice way of living
for you the next 50 years?
If your life was a movie and people were watching up to this point,
what would the audience be screaming at the screen
telling you to do with your life?
What would the audience watching the movie of your life?
be screaming at the screen telling you to do.
I already know the answer of what I should be doing.
I'm just scared of making the commitment
and having the conversation.
There's one piece of advice I can give you.
You have to want it.
You have to want to be a stronger version of yourself.
I can't give you that.
That's something that you have to want.
You have to have a desire and a hunger and a dog in you
that wants to become a stronger human being.
When faced with adversity,
Do you get scared?
Do you get anxious, stressed?
Or do you actually get excited?
If you really want to be great at something,
it definitely doesn't happen overnight.
It's not going to happen in a year or two.
And even if you're having a great season
or you're having a career year,
there's still so much more room to continue to improve.
You know, it's still much more room
for you to continue with,
the process of becoming great, where it's sustainable.
Most people think about Thursday night, happy hour, Friday night with the boys,
what we're going to do this weekend.
And so they continuously think about that, and that's what they continuously get in their life.
If the universe actually does create your life, how can you know what to create if you don't
intentionally create?
If you audit yourself right now, and you can become aware enough to be honest with yourself
about where it is, you spend your time visualizing, even if you're not intentionally visualizing,
you'll realize that your life is a direct reflection of,
the thoughts you think. Most people are never aware of the negative thought process, which creates a
negative life, okay? And this is why so many people get caught up in this cycle of mediocrates,
because all they think about is how hard they have it. If all you think about is how hard
the fuck you have it, guess what the universe is going to give you? More hard shit.
I want to be Mr. Olympian one day. I won't let anything stop me from accomplishing this
goal. 24 hours a day. There's no days off. There's no missing meals. There's no missing
sleep, there's no missing workouts. You can't do it's at 90% or even 99%. Take it from me.
If you're not 100% you will never be successful. You've got to burn the boats and burn the bridges
and commit all energy and focus to being the greatest bodybuilder on the entire planet. The body
is not used to the 9th or 10th or 11th or 12th rep. No, you've got to go through this pain
barrier and just go on and on and on and it's these last two, three or four repetitions.
That's what makes the muscle grow and that's what separates one from being a champion, one from not
being a champion. This is what most people lack. The guts, the guts just go in there and say,
I don't care what happens. If I fall, I have no fear. Do you actually want to do this or not?
Do you actually want to do this or not? Because if you actually want to do it, what's going to stop you?
Nothing. Ah, man, I wish I would have. Right. That is the last thing I want to have to think in the future.
Ah, dude, I wish I would have. And if you don't really want to do it, what's going to stop you? Just about
anything that comes up. Just about any obstacle it gets in your way becomes an excuse. It becomes a
reason. It comes a rationale for not proceeding down that path. Well, you have to look back at, you know,
your last couple years or months or weeks, whatever, and they come in, I wish I could have blank.
Everybody's in their bed, sleep, dreading that it's a Monday. Hate it's a Monday. And I'm loving it.
I'm loving that. Where everybody's getting weaker, I'm getting stronger. It's not about to
running to swim in to push up to sit-ups it's about what those things do for your mentality you don't
get better on the daggone couch you get better by coming out here and getting the fuck after every
daggone day if you do the thing in spite of being fearful of doing the thing that is courage
and if you don't do the thing even though you felt like doing the thing that is cowardice
when you come out of the storm you won't be the same person that walked into it
That's what the storm is all about.
When you can't control what's happening to you, control how you respond to it.
That's where your power is.
You're going to work hard and nothing's going to happen.
You're going to give it your all and nothing's going to happen.
You're going to pour your heart out into it and nothing is going to happen.
And the hardest part is that it might go on for weeks, months, years even.
And you might sit there wondering, when is this going to pay off?
How much more do I have to bear?
How much longer do I have to walk?
You look at the world and say, you said one more lap, three laps ago.
You said two more reps, five reps ago.
But you must endure.
You say, I can't make it to that next corner.
I got to walk one more street light.
My legs might give out if I give this one more step.
But you must endure.
Consistency is not the problem.
It's the discipline.
Making the choice to do the thing that is going to serve you in the long term.
rather than what's going to serve you right now.
Delay gratification, misappropriate.
Everybody's consistent.
Most people are just consistent in the wrong things.
But I'll tell you a secret.
If your dreams go too long without becoming a reality,
they slowly morph into nightmares of what could have been.
And we all know people, this is true,
who they firmly believe that their best days are behind them
and that their future is dimmer than their past.
And that's a terrible way to live.
But what I'll tell you is the only way to turn,
your dreams into reality is to combine it with action.
So it's not just about thinking big.
That's great, that's a first step, but then you have to act big.
If you want to live the life of your dreams, you have to act big.
In the midst of the storm, a lot of people feel like, man, I lost this.
I lost that.
But when you come out of the storm, the perspective that you gain,
the person that you have become, right?
The happiness that you gain, the joy, the peace that you gain, right?
You always gain something in spite of what you consider to be a law.
You have to take that time.
You have to earn that shot, earn that opportunity.
And when you earn it, you'll make the most of it.
Because you put in the world, you woke down the goals, you made it a part of your discipline.
And now it's a part of your fiber.
You'll cut from a different cloth.
Don't allow yourself to be draped around something that can't appreciate you.
You're expensive.
It costs a hell of a lot to make you.
Don't sell yourself cheap.
You're having a hard time.
Well, guess what?
Everybody has hard times.
You, me, and everybody else.
We all deal with shit that we'd rather not be dealing with.
And there's two kinds of people that have hard times.
There's the kind of people who go through hard times.
And then eventually, they find their way to prosperity.
And there's people who have hard times and just stay there and spin their wheels in the hard time for the rest of their lives.
And it's one simple thing that decides which one of those people you're going to be.
And it's this.
The people who go on to prosper stop when they're having the hard time and they ask themselves a very simple question.
What is this situation supposed to teach me?
And then when they find the answer to that, they apply that lesson moving forward.
And the people who wallow and the people who become victims and the people who suffer their entire lives don't do that.
So do it.
See, the only time that we realize how far we can go is when we push beyond that limit that we stopped at before.
You are capable of so much more than you realized, but you stop short because your mind tells you to stop,
but your body can go on for more and more.
You are capable, and when your body gives out, your mind wants to go on for longer.
You are the one in control.
You are the one who has the power to say,
I want to stop here along and keep going.
Put down your while.
It's what will motivate you when you don't feel like it.
Days of the gym will come and go and you'll feel like,
I've done enough, I'm too sore.
I'm still not over an injury.
There will be days where you feel like not getting up and going
because motivation isn't always there.
But you have to absolutely talk to yourself
and convince yourself that you,
your life is big enough to give you the passion,
to get over the pain, to get on with the plan.
And then you gotta get over your old excuses.
50% of men and women cannot or will not
look at themselves in the mirror,
because they are either disgusted or disappointed
with where they are in life.
And if you cannot look at yourself in the mirror,
that is an act of self-rejection,
that is an act of self-criticism,
that is an act of self-hatred.
That's not just a casual thing you're doing.
The rest of us that can look at ourselves,
what we do,
when we look at ourselves,
is we focus on the things we need to fix.
For most women, putting on makeup is not additive.
It's not a creative expression.
It's covering something up that you don't like.
And for so many men, if it's not about your appearance,
it's about where you are in life, the mistakes that you've made.
That action, that intention behind it, is self-rejection.
I know a lot of you out there, you've lost your voice.
And I want to speak to you to tell you that even if you
decide from hearing from others that they told you that you cannot speak or what you say
doesn't matter, you can still speak. I know you can speak because I was speaking all throughout my
life inside of me. A wise person once said, what surprises me most about humankind is that we get bored
of our childhood for us to grow up and long to be children again, that we lose our health
to make money and then lose our money to restore our health.
That by thinking anxiously about the future, we forget the present.
Who are you? Are you the one who endures?
Let's find out. And when you find out that you can endure longer than you thought before,
amazing things happened. You realize how powerful you truly are.
Do I have weakness?
I am nothing but weakness.
I'm not naturally strong or fast or flexible.
I'm certainly not the smartest person in the world.
I get emotional over stupid things.
I eat the wrong foods.
I don't sleep enough.
I procrastinate and I waste time.
I care too much about meaningless things and not enough about important things.
My ego is too big.
My mind is too small, often trapped inside itself.
Now, all that being said, I have the same.
A person's strength is often their biggest weakness, but their weaknesses can become strengths.
Input determines output.
Output determines outlook.
Outlook determines outcome.
determines destiny.
I want to talk to you if you're going through things in your life.
I want to ask you, what are you telling yourself?
What are you telling yourself?
Are you telling yourself it's all happening to me?
And it's because why is it happening to me?
What did I do wrong?
Are you talking to yourself about how it's all happening to you?
I wanted to ask you this because it all happened to me as well.
And throughout the whole journey, I asked one question to my question to my life.
question to myself every time, every day, every minute I ask, what am I posed to learn from all of
these things that are happening to me? What is the lesson? Why is this happening to me? And what
should I learn from it? Are you doing that? Because I tell you, because that's how you get out of what's
happening to you. When you ask, why is it happening to me? And what am I supposed to learn? Because when you learn from it,
you can use it as your superpower to overcome anything that happens to you after that. So I'm asking you, are you
asking yourself this once you make that first cold call you're likely to keep going once you start
writing that first sentence on this chapter you're going to keep writing once you hit record on that
video on the video you're going to keep going once you fill out the first name last name line on the
application you need to fill out you're going to keep going once you pull up your resume template
and you start writing, you're going to keep going.
Because the problem isn't your ability to do what you need to do.
I say every day that it is never too late to wake up and be the person you want to be.
And you deserve that.
And here's the truth on how you do that.
You have to act like you believe in yourself before you believe in yourself.
I'm going to say that again.
You want to learn how to stop doubting yourself.
You want to learn how to believe in yourself again.
You want to learn how to not be so afraid or full of doubt.
Because again, you have to act like you believe in yourself before you do believe in yourself.
So let me just make this super, super detailed for you.
When you wake up tomorrow morning and you sit down in that chair, you are acting like you believe in yourself.
When you endure, you show others what's possible.
When you continue on and push when you are tired and you feel like your tank is on empty,
you inspire and leave a legacy.
Leaving that legacy of what humans are capable of.
See, it's not about you.
It's about everyone that comes after you.
It's about the person to your left and the right that needs an example.
You are that example and you become that example because you can endure.
You can endure the pain, I promise you can.
You can endure the hate, I promise you can.
because when you show that your character is still intact in those moments
when you have every reason to abandon it,
that right there, my friend, is greatness.
You have that greatness within you.
You have the greatness to endure.
Now go get it.

I lost my mind and I don't want to find it because I don't want to be like anybody else.
I don't want to be like the majority who says nothing is wrong with me.
Everything's wrong with the world.
I want to be like the very few who say I need to change me so I can change the world.
Pessimism, the deadly disease of always looking on the bad side, the problem side, the difficult side, checking all the reasons why it can't be done.
The poor pessimist leads an ugly life.
It all depends on how you look at it.
Our lives are mostly affected by the way we think things are.
Not the way they are.
The way we think they are affects us lows.
What you're going through right now
are preparing you for what it is that you want.
Whatever it is in life that you want,
the hard times are given to you
so that you can grow and so you can get stronger.
You cannot be trusted with a lot
unless you can be trusted with a little.
That's how life is.
Everything that you've been praying for, everything that you've asked the universe for is coming to you.
But you just have to keep going and go through the hard moments and grow for what you want.
And when you get there, you will see that you could not connect the dots looking forward.
But you'll see how the struggles were the most important part of the journey to get you to where you wanted to be.
We'll never, ever, ever live a life that you're meant to live.
If you're constantly worried about what other people are thinking,
people are going to be disappointed no matter what you do.
Let them.
Let them judge.
Let them be disappointed.
Let them say what they're going to say.
Let them not invite you.
Let me live my life.
If you want to win big in the beginning, you're not going to have it all.
You're going to start earlier.
You're going to work later.
You're going to work weekends.
You're going to skip beers with the boys.
You're going to miss a dance recital or a baseball game.
The question is just whether you want to make the trade for the thing that you want now,
for the thing that you want most.
And everything has a price.
And so if you're not willing to make the trade,
there's nothing wrong with that.
It's just about what trades you are willing to make
because the person who wants to be you
is willing to trade more than you are.
You have to stick to your guns.
You have to find something that you could do
that maybe other people couldn't do.
And even if that seems different
or doesn't fit into people's expectations,
that's what's going to distinguish it
if you could do it successfully.
So I think it's really about sticking to your guns,
You're doing something you're passionate.
You believe that you have to be true to your own passion and your own sense.
You don't even realize how much potential you have.
You think you're just confined to the reality you currently live in, that you're just born
the way you are and that's the way it is.
And just because it's been this way this whole time, that it can't be any other way.
It's not true.
It doesn't matter what your story's been up to this point.
Who is responsible for finishing the story?
It's not your parents.
It's not your genetics.
It's not your friends.
It's not your family.
It's not any of the things that you've been blaming your entire life.
You. So you can either sit there and continue to blame everyone else and tell everyone that you don't know what it's like to be me. Or you can say, you know what? My story's been what it's been. Things have gone the way they've gone and I can't change that. But what I can do is take control of my future. I can choose to not be a victim anymore. And I may not have control over everything that happens in the future either, but I can do a whole lot more than I've been doing.
It's a lonely journey. You're isolated.
Those used to keep pace with you will fall off.
They'll see where their world ends and yours begins.
Your ability to suffer and endure.
Our work must be greater.
You must be willing to extend yourself the limit, but no guarantee of success.
Every day you must ask yourself, did I do enough?
So what if you fail?
So what if you have to start over?
So what if it doesn't work out?
Yeah, it's nice when your efforts pay off,
but some things are just meant to teach you about the process of hard work.
They're meant to humble you with the fact that sometimes you don't get what you want.
But you can still be satisfied knowing that you left one less stone unturned.
Not everything is supposed to lead to success, so just stay the course.
The problem that most people have is they're not connected to themselves.
They're too outer directed.
They're not interdirected.
So what you need to be doing is you need to be looking at yourself, not listening to others,
not listening to what's on social media, not listening to what your peers are saying,
but listening to yourself, who you are, what really truly excites you.
You have to cut out all that other stuff that your parents told you that other people are telling you.
And so you're looking for your childhood again, for that child inside of you,
that got so excited about those things, but that you forgot.
Most important question you can ever ask yourself is, what do I really want?
And the answer to that, once you can establish for yourself what the answer to that is,
and have everything you do, every choice you make, move you in the direction of what you say your vision is.
And when you do that, the forces of life rise up to meet you.
Oh, never let know anybody.
anybody take your belief in yourself away from you because they hurt inside.
Don't you never let nobody do that?
Always believe in who you are in the darkest moments, man.
In the darkest moments, when you're at that pain, when you're at the bottom,
know that you're going to get back up.
But you've got to believe that you're going to get back up.
The whole process of success requires you to fail over and over and over again.
There is no book.
There is no course.
There is no guru.
There is no television show.
There is no college education that can teach you what you will learn from the failures that you have.
The biggest inspirations that you know have had the most failures.
They have made the most mistakes.
They have fucked up more than anybody else.
You realized that you didn't win the championship on that day.
You won a championship that day when you got up, getting on a treadmill, repeating those boring old habits every single day.
performing your crafts.
That's when you became a champion.
Progress comes with a price.
It's not just enough to want to be better.
You have to commit to being better
to take advantage of every opportunity.
The greatest test may not come from the path we travel to success.
The greatest test is what do we do with success once we find it.
Whenever you choose to chase after something new,
just remember that is supposed to be intimidating.
You're supposed to feel anxiety and doubt your ability to make it happen.
Because when you live outside your comfort zone, that's where growth takes place.
You might not be qualified yet, but that doesn't invalidate the idea that eventually you can be.
So challenge yourself, learn, make mistakes, just get started.
But whatever you do, keep going.
The fruit of everything good in life.
begins with a challenge.
Everything is a pill that's worthwhile.
And it's not going to come to you,
and it's not going to fall in your laugh,
and it's not going to be something that, oh my gosh,
it just was so simple.
It's always going to be difficult.
And for many of you, this is your chance.
This is your shot.
This is your moment.
This is your time.
This is your opportunity.
This is your place for you to really begin to live an intentional life.
times where you're going to have to do it alone.
There's not going to be any team support.
There's not going to be any family support.
There's not going to be friends support.
There's going to be times where you've got to go and do it yourself and you got to do it alone.
And those are the times that make a difference.
Those are the times that count.
Those are the times where you have to dig deep yourself to get the job done.
And if you can make that happen,
You will win.
Everyone will fall.
Whether it happens in private or it happens in public is the only difference.
The thing is, you've got to stop thinking about the fact that you're willing to fall, you could fall.
If you don't fall, that means you're coasting.
Your making sure that you play it so safe that you never get a chance to see how great life can be.
There are levels to greatness, and the only way to get there is that you have to be willing to risk at all.
What are you regretting on?
You're betting on you.
You throw all the chips in and say,
if I don't have anything else to count on,
if I don't have a mom, I don't have a dad,
I don't have a backing, I don't have a team.
If I can bank on me,
then I'll never go bankrupt
because the depths of what's inside of you
is greater than anyone can ever estimate.
Greatest risk they take is not taking one,
and I use it to this day.
Anytime I feel that should I,
I feel nervous,
Like I feel right now, I take the risk.
So this is us.
This is our lives.
If we don't make an effort, if we don't apply force, we don't change.
Our lives will just continue as they are.
Dream big and protect those dreams from not everybody wants to see you win.
And the reality is the bigger your dreams,
the more they want to shit on it.
They're going to be so intimidated
because you're going to have to change
and become your higher self.
You're going to have to become different.
You're going to have to have more commitment.
You're going to have to dedicate more time,
and that means more time away from them.
Better set big dreams.
You better set big goals
and you better work like a monster
to chase those big dreams down
and achieve them.
Otherwise, you will have a lifetime of regret.
Socrates, he said,
an unexamined life
is a life not worth.
living, examining your own life is self-education. No one can show you these things but yourself.
No one can make you realize what you have been chasing but yourself. Who better to convince you
than you? If you never examined these beliefs that have been handed down to you from when you
were a child, you will just keep chasing them and keep acting in accordance with
with those beliefs.
You know, there are people that would kill to be in your position.
Sure, you might not be exactly where you want to be.
You might want to be in better shape.
You might want to make more money.
But there are people that literally can't get out of bed.
People confined to the reality that you so willingly choose.
They don't get a choice.
They don't get a say.
Even if they wanted to accomplish the very same thing that you claim you want to accomplish,
they can't.
And while someone out there is looking at you thinking, they have everything.
They can run.
They can jump, they can work, they can accomplish, they can do whatever they want to do.
Why aren't they choosing to do that?
If only I could do that.
All of the things that you need to do to move the needle in your life should not be a burden to you.
They should be a celebration of your capabilities.
Because even though you may not feel like doing them, at least you can do them.
You see, you can't take people to where you aren't willing to go.
You've got to be willing to get up off the ground.
You've got to be willing to break the mold.
You've got to be willing to stop the coast.
because the coast is clear for someone that grab the reins of greatness.
It might as well be you.
You've got to believe that somehow, no matter what I've gone through,
it's making me stronger.
It may hurt for the moment, but it makes you stronger.
You get back on the bike, and you'll find that you can assail,
you can surpass, you can accelerate,
you can get past the things that happened in your past,
because it takes something to make you something.
But that takes a willingness to go through a fall.
and realize that every fall must give way to a summer.
Your season is coming.
Don't throw it away because you experience the cold winter.
Spent so much of my life terrified what I was going to become
and whether I was going to be right here, right now.
God, how much time did I waste,
afraid I wasn't going to be right here, right now?
If I could change, the only thing I'd change about my whole life
would be fearing less that I wouldn't get right here,
the place that I was going anyway.
I wouldn't change all the mistakes and mishaps I needed those,
but all the constant worry that I wasn't going to make it,
that took me out of enjoying the moment.
It took me out of enjoying these experiences,
smiling or eating my lunch or doing whatever I was doing.

the trash is anything that is keeping you from the only thing that matters this mode here now and when you
tour the are in the air and now you'll be amazed of what you can do the battle field of life you can sometimes
feel like you've been abandoned when the battle was hired to
when it's at its beak, it can feel like you're absolutely alone.
When you win, and everyone's your friend, but when you feel like you're enduring loss and you're
almost ready to put up the white flag and say, I surrender, there's very few who are around
you that tell you don't give in yet.
Well, I'm here to tell you, not now, not you, not today, you don't get to quit.
The fact that you feel like that is just the feeling.
And feelings are like roller coasters.
they go up and down.
This one will go down again.
Hope will rise again.
When hope rise, you'll realize that I don't have to quit.
That the warrior that I thought I was, the warrior that I'm trying to be,
the man or woman that entered the arena was me.
I can handle whatever it is that comes my way.
I just got to be able to see a way.
And that's why you needed a word today.
And the word is, you are.
Enough. It's not a word, it's a phrase, it's a phase you're going through. Never quit,
because the word that you carry within you is enough. Go again, try again, try me now,
try me later. One way or the other, I'm getting greater. There is something that you're
gaining in all of these trials is called experience. It means to long suffer in something. It means to gain a knowledge
of something and the more that you gain the more you stop focusing on the pain you
haven't been abandoned you're being armed and the army starts within maybe you were
meant to be hurt to understand the value of healing maybe you are meant to be
lonely to understand the value of love maybe you were meant to make
mistakes to understand the value of learning maybe
Maybe you are meant to wait to understand the value of patience.
Maybe you were meant to be in the darkness to understand the value of light.
I think these things that we call chaos or these things that we call curses are actually
our blessings in the skies.
My friend, my friend, I know that you have that feeling within you, that energy which is
gravitating you towards something greater.
You have a vision, an ambition, a dream that is God given.
and it is your light, your beacon,
which will guide you through this journey
that we call life.
And that doesn't mean it will be easy.
In fact, you'll get lost a lot of the time.
But as long as you keep your North Star visible
and you do not dim it
because other people tell you that it's too bright
or that it will lead you somewhere that you don't belong,
you will be just fine and promise you.
When I think of goals,
I think of persistence and determination,
drive, knowing that what you want,
is always available to you.
And just because when you're working towards a goal,
you don't get what you want at first.
And when everything seems impossible,
you realize that everything happened for us
exactly the way it's supposed to.
And sometimes we get in life what we need
before we get what we want.
So if we focus on getting what we need it,
I promise you want something you'll have
what you've always wanted in life.
that journey along that path isn't always our perfect journey,
but it's supposed to happen that way,
and it's perfectly planned for a reason.
So accept the journey, take the path,
and see all the obstacles as beautiful encounters
instead of problems that stop us.
They don't stop us, they show us a better way of getting something in life.
So welcome the things that we need in life
so we can get the things we really want it.
You already have what it takes.
Focus, drive, and always look at the end result.
How many times have you told yourself?
This is it.
This is the year.
2025 is the year I'm going to get serious.
I'm going to unlock my potential.
I'm going to stop this.
I'm going to quit that.
I'm going to start this.
How many years have you been doing this?
And how many years have you actually done it?
Or is it by mid-January?
You've already given up.
You've already quit.
Like most people, your resolutions have already failed, right?
And they fail because life happens, because it's hard.
Another year slips by.
We slip back into our old patterns, our old practices, and the song goes on.
How much longer are you going to wait?
Demand the best of yourself.
Take responsibility for your life.
No one is coming to save you.
Well, we have to start taking responsibility for ourselves.
Because the pain of doing nothing would be.
your life will always be worse than the pain of doing something with your life.
The man who blames others has a long way in his journey to go. The man who blames himself is
halfway there. We have to stop putting it off and making excuses for why we aren't where we want
to be. The price to pay, but I'm telling you the price is easy if the promise is clear.
One of the better notes to make for today. The price is easy if the promise is clear and power.
But the price seems almost too much to pay, too much to get over, too much to accomplish, if the promise isn't clear, if the promise isn't powerful.
Start walking.
You've got to start walking because the perspective is not going to change.
You have to start moving forward.
You have to start taking steps.
But standing there, lost and not doing anything is just waiting to die, waiting to starve to death.
Don't let that happen.
What does it mean to be strong?
What does it mean to be strong?
The world has a habit of reducing strength to something simple.
It tells you that strength is being tough, never breaking, never showing weakness.
It tells you that strength is about power, about dominance, about winning.
But that version of strength?
It's a lie.
It's a facade.
It's a mask we wear to hide the truth about what real strength looks like.
Real strength isn't loud.
It's not flashy.
It's not about how much you can lift or how hard you can hit.
Real strength is quiet.
It's subtle.
It's the kind of strength that doesn't demand attention because it doesn't need it.
Real strength is getting back up when life has knocked you down, not because you're unbreakable,
but because you refuse to stay broken.
Real strength is having the courage to be vulnerable, to admit when you're struggling, to ask
for help when you need it.
It's the strength to say, I can't do this alone.
Even when the world tells you that you should be able to.
Real strength is choosing kindness in a world that can be cruel.
It's having the capacity to forgive, even when it's hard.
It's the ability to hold on to hope, even when everything around you feels hopeless.
Strength isn't about pretending you don't feel pain.
It's about learning how to carry it.
It's about allowing yourself to hurt, to grieve, to heal, and then finding the will to move
forward anyway.
Strength is resilience, yes, but it's also grace.
It's also patience.
It's also compassion.
And let's be honest.
Being strong is hard.
It's not about being perfect.
It's not about never falling.
It's about what you do after the fall.
It's about standing up, brushing yourself off, and saying, this didn't break me.
It bent me.
It hurt me, but it didn't break me.
But here's the truth most people don't want to admit.
Strength isn't something you're born with.
It's something you build.
something you cultivate through the choices you make, through the way you respond to life's
challenges. Every time you face something hard and choose to show up anyway, you're building strength.
Every time you let yourself feel the fear, but take the step anyway, you're building strength.
Strength isn't about being invincible. It's about being human. It's about embracing the full
spectrum of what it means to live, joy and pain, love and loss, hope and despair, and choosing
to keep going.
It's about understanding that life isn't always fair, that it's not always kind, but that you have the power to face it head on anyway.
And you know what else?
Real strength isn't just about how you carry yourself.
It's about how you lift others.
It's about being the person who reaches out a hand, who offers a shoulder, who reminds someone else that they're not alone.
Because strength doesn't exist in isolation.
It's in the connections we build, the kindness we show, the love we give.
the strongest people you'll ever meet.
They're not the ones who look like they have it all together.
They're not the ones who never show weakness.
They're the ones who face the worst of life and kept going anyway.
The ones who've been knocked down and gotten back up.
Not because it was easy, but because they refused to let the darkness win.
So, if you're struggling right now,
if you're feeling like you don't have the strength to keep going,
I want you to know this.
Strength isn't about never falling.
It's about always getting back up.
It's about taking one more step,
no matter how small, no matter how shaky.
It's about showing up, even when it hurts.
You are stronger than you think.
Not because you're perfect, not because you never struggle,
but because you keep going, because you keep trying,
because you keep choosing to fight for your life,
for your dreams, for your future.
And that?
That is the kind of strength that can't be measured.
That is the kind of strength that doesn't fade.
That is the kind of strength that changes everything.
So, when you think about what it means to be strong, remember this.
Strength isn't in how much you can endure.
It's in how you choose to live.
It's in how you rise.
how you love, how you give, how you grow.
It's in how you show up for yourself and for the world every single day.
You are strong.
You've been strong all along.
And as long as you keep going, as long as you keep showing up,
as long as you keep trying, you'll keep growing into the strongest,
most complete version of yourself.
This is your strength.
This is your power.
this is your story.
If, if only I hadn't been born with this,
if only this hadn't happened to me,
if only I hadn't lost,
if only we hadn't had a turnover in the fourth quarter,
if only we had put in one more hour of practice,
if only I'd gotten that job,
if only had gotten more education.
You see, life can be lived with ifs, it's when.
You see, if is an idea that if this had had had,
like it was an external opportunity or something on the outside that could change everything.
The truth is, it's on the inside.
And when we realize that there's another level for me,
then I can step into it and that whatever devil said at the next level,
I'm ready for them.
It's not if it's when.
It's when I get my education.
It's when I get to the fourth quarter.
It's when I get a chance to battle that again.
I go past the things that tried to block me and say,
stop me and I show them that I'm unblockable and I'm unstoppable. That's a mindset that you've got to incur,
not if, but win. That win starts now. All winners have lost. All winners have got depressed. All
winners have been heartbroken. All winners have been disappointed and confused, frustrated,
and anger. But they kept moving forward. That's the only reason they're winners. Nobody has just winning all the
time. Nobody does. You have to just believe. You have to believe or better. You have to know that.
You are the one you are ready for to show your best right here, right now, because these chances
will not come if you are not ready. You can't be interested and you can't be obsessed.
interested as a hobby
Kobe Bryant was not interested
in winning championships
he was obsessed
and obsession comes
in the small details
that nobody
pays attention to
and I have a saying
right
interested people watch obsessed people
change the world
to not ever allow
anyone and anything
put you in a conceptual box.
There is no, you must become this or you must become that.
You can become everything.
Your purpose in life is something that you're born with.
It's like your destiny.
This is what you were meant to accomplish.
This was what you were meant to be, which you were meant to do.
We have to find our purpose.
And because it's so deep and so important,
that if we don't find it through this authentic process I'm talking about,
we'll find it somewhere else because we need a purpose of life.
We need something to live for.
How long will you continue to compromise your goals just to satisfy your need for certainty?
Freud said once, in retrospect, the struggle will strike you as most beautiful.
Like the years of struggle will strike you as most beautiful.
And it's true, you think about the worst moments of your life,
earlier. Now they're integrated into who you are and in some ways we understand
that we couldn't and wouldn't be where we are without those things. So worried
about will I regret it? You won't regret it because you actually don't have
that many regrets at all. The mind is pretty good at minimizing that feeling of
regret. We convince ourselves that what happened was for the best. So we know
this is almost certainly where we're going to end up and so why torture yourself
in the interim, right?
Why not give yourself some of that grace now?
Why not go, hey, I understand that this is going to be a thing
that forms me as a human, and in the future, I will be grateful for it.
Pain is an unavoidable reality of life.
You will have moments where pain will be unbearable.
And then you will understand that there are some pains that will remain,
but it doesn't have to be a stain on your life.
Then some of the pains that you experience
are making you into something stronger.
The loss of a loved one can be
the thing that propels you to live life
big enough for the both of you.
Sometimes it's the motor that will get you going
so that you don't stay stuck in the moment
thinking about the fact that pain is on your life.
Pain is like an atmosphere.
You can choose what you do with that pain.
You are your old hero.
You are your old hero.
are your own baffir. We idolize so many people and we want to be them. We want to be someone
else. And in doing that, you lose all the potential of who you are. You mimic you. You be
them. You are them. You become them. And you lose you. And we look up to so many people
as world who will let us down. We're humans. I'm going to let you down. You're going to let somebody
down. If you put on a pedestal, you there is time when that person comes up and lets you down.
You must hold yourself accountable and being your hero. That's what that does. You make yourself
so totally accountable for who you are and you focus on you and only on you to become
the best person you can be for others. How can you become the person that you wish to be unless
you live the life that you wish not to live? How can you be brave?
unless you felt fear.
How can you be strong?
Unless you're always weak.
Allow what's inside of you to get out of your atmosphere
and reach other people's lives.
Use your pain to become your gain.
And what you will have, you'll find
that there's something greater on the inside of you
that only comes out because of what you've been through.
Challenges of pain comes, but it doesn't have to remain.
It's the mindset that you can maintain.
that when things are going great, this two shall pass.
And when things are going bad, this too shall pass.
The greatest people on the planet have suffered the most.
Suffering is not bad.
I'm suggesting suffering is awesome.
The ego runs from suffering because it's the death of the ego.
But I believe pain, difficult times, failure, loss,
is purification and preparation for personal heroism.
Always remember, the mistakes will never define your character
unless you define your character with your mistakes.
So do not let your mistakes to define your character.
Always you have the chance to improve and move on
and make yourself a good person and improve yourself.
What one great thing would you dare to do?
a dream if you knew you could not fail. If you knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that you could
not fail, what one thing would you set as a goal for yourself? Because sometimes answering that
question will tell you the one thing that you've been put on this earth to a conference.
Start the business that you wanted to start, the idea that you had, go for it. Your procrastination
is murdering your dreams. Your inability to be consistent and your inability to commit to yourself
is costing you your dream life.
My true understanding is, all right, you got one life.
And at one life, the goal for us is to live it to the best of our ability
from the beginning to what's said the end.
You want to learn the way to win, but never to accept the way to lose,
to accept defeat.
To learn to die is to be liberated from it.
So when tomorrow comes, you must free your ambitious mind and learn the art of buying.
Let me give you the best of ancient script. Here's what it says.
Whatever your hands find to do, do it with all your might, do it with all your strength, and do it with all your power.
What a good fellow.
Some people can't handle your success.
They'll make remarks trying to bait you into conflict, trying to get you upset.
Here's the key. Don't get involved in battles that are not between you and your destiny.
Most of the conflict we engage in is a distraction.
Your job is not to change people's mind about you.
Your job is to run your race and not worry about the critics and the naysayer.
Can't keep doing what you're doing and get more.
You have to do something different.
If what you're doing now was enough to get you,
what you want that you don't have, you'd already have it.
Oftentimes, if it doesn't go our way, we don't see it as a blessing.
If something happens and experience, if it doesn't go the way we want it to go, oftentimes
we don't consider that to be a blessing.
But some of the greatest blessings in our lives are things that didn't turn out or work
out the way that we wanted it to.
And Yang shows you light and dark.
Here's the thing with success.
Every time there's success, you have to be prepared for the darkness.
So anytime something happens good to you, you have to sort of now look out for what's
going to anchor that because you can't have sunshine without darkness.
You cannot invent and pioneer if you cannot accept failure.
To invent, you need to experiment.
And if you know in advance that it's going to work, it is not an experiment.
You have to be willing to do that.
And it's embarrassing to fail.
You know, it's always embarrassing to fail.
But you have to say, no, that's not how this works.
If I said to you, you have a 10% chance of a, with a particular decision, a 10% chance
of a 100x return, you should take that bet every time.
But you're still going to be wrong nine out of 10 times.
And it's going to feel bad, nine under 10 times.
If you went through a real bad experience, it's a good experience because these are invaluable.
What you learn through unpleasant moments in your life is invaluable.
If you forget that experience, you are a fool.
Only a fool will try to forget.
If you are smart, you must remember every unpleasant experience you had without resentment, without anger, without unpleasantness.
just in your memory always so that you never ever get into the same situations again.
If you've had any thoughts about quitting or giving up on something lately, please keep going.
Your potential in life is unlimited.
The only limits you have are the ones you put on yourself.
If nobody's told you recently, let me be the first.
I believe in you.
Even the word hopeless still has hope in it.
Why you're not doing yet?
What is holding you back?
Are you afraid of failure?
Or are you scared that other people might judge you?
How would you feel about the thought that you might die
without achieving this one thing or just one goal?
The only person that is holding you back is yourself.
And that is the main problem that we have.
If you fail, pain of failure short and fades fast.
But the pain of regret will stay with you forever.
I want to make sure everybody knows
but they're enough.
No matter what they go through, what they've been through, that they are enough.
The number one calls for anything is people not knowing that they're enough.
They feel like they're not enough.
Just because you have some bad chapters doesn't mean your story can't end well.
And every story has bad chapters.
It's about you find the strength to turn the page.
And so hold on to that in your struggle, in your journey, in your pain.
And then turn your pain from your worst end into your best friend.
Do that.
Use pain.
the reality is when you are rejected you feel a lot like giving up and stopping but I think
what's really important is to persevere and continue and continue again and get rejected and
rejected again which feels completely outrageous and like the exact opposite of what feels natural
because rejection is hard and trying again and being told that something isn't it working that you
don't have whatever it is that you need it doesn't really feel like you should try and try again
But what I want to do today is to show you that rejection, perseverance, are two very critical ingredients to succeed at literally any goal that you put your mind to.
Difficulties in life is nothing that stops you because it is so heartbreaking, because it goes so deep.
It carries the potential for the highest transformation.
If you want to see it bad, it's going to be bad.
What happened to you is not going to change.
You can only determine what is going to be the consequence of,
what comes to you. How will you transform it? Will you let it stuck inside of you and it slowly
eats you up from the inside? Or do you make something different about it? And this is based on the
thoughts, on the mental redirectioning of yourself. Elevation requires separation. In order to grow
and become the person you want to be, you need to distance yourself from the habits, people and situations
that are keeping you the same.
It can be hard to admit
that what feels good in life
isn't serving you.
But having the awareness to do so
is the first step towards transformation.
It might feel lonely and scary at first,
but letting go makes room
for everything else you deserve.
Keep going.
Stop waiting for life to be easy.
Stop hoping for somebody to save you.
You don't need another person mind.

to succeed. It's already within you. The discipline, the confidence, the courage, the compassion
and grace. It's all in you. The information you need is going to be from your own process.
You understand? Your own failures. Getting into action and seeing what happens is all you need.
You have to have the courage to go after what it is that you truly want to do. That's the thing
that separates people because people were hard all day long. They're working hard.
But they're working hard and at the same time, they're believing that it's not possible for them.
What do you have faith in?
Do you really believe you can do that?
Are you willing to sacrifice to get that?
Or are you just going to keep this job that you hate because you're afraid?
You're not being tempted to give up because it's hard for you and because it's not meant for you.
But you're being tempted to give up because life is weeding out all the people who don't really want it.
you are being tested to see if you're the one who's meant for this vision, to see if you're the one
who can not only attain it, but keep it, nurture it, and teach others to go get it. Those are the
ones who are going to get it. If you're ambitious and you have a desire and you're willing
to dedicate a thousand days, I will tell you that your life in two and a half a half,
three years will look dramatically different.
Can you wake up every day for a thousand days and do the work?
What's the work?
You know what the work is.
The work is keeping the commitments you make to yourself,
working on your body, working on your self-esteem,
working on your spirituality, working on your mind,
working on the skill sets that makes you more valuable to your team.
Keep showing up for yourself.
Keep taking steps towards your goals
and stretching your view on what's possible for you.
There's usually no switch that flips that gets you to where you want to be,
but the compounding of your habits over time is what really moves the needle.
So be intentional with your time, although they might seem insignificant right now,
the small actions and decisions you make today will shape the trajectory of your life.
Stay the course.
The brutal fact about success is this.
It makes you complacent.
It makes you arrogant.
God, it makes you close-minded.
It causes you to build a fence around your success and say,
boy, I don't want to lose this.
And so you get a, I got to hold on to it mindset.
You see, the objective of your life and the objective of business
is to improve every day.
What part of improved do we not understand?
And what part of every day do we not understand?
We are constantly improving.
Use your success as a stepping stone, not a pedestal.
If you want to be anything special in lives for a long time, it comes with discipline,
discipline, discipline, discipline, discipline, like really understanding the word of discipline
and sticking to it. Set a goal, be disciplined to that goal.
If you have a mindset and a mentality of what you cannot have, you never will.
If you are able to adjust it, no matter where you came from, no matter what your people
said to you, no matter how bad it was, no matter, none of that matters.
If you can get your mind around a dream, a goal, a possibility, it will become your life.
I think a lot of you don't have the courage to forgive yourself.
You feel like you have a life now and you're basing it off of your past.
You have your family that probably tells you, hey, I remember when you did this.
I remember when you made this mistake.
And you're a prisoner of your own mind.
So you have to have the courage to say, hey, I forgive myself.
I deserve it. I have my why.
Fiper, would you believe in?
But the thing is, if you're caging yourself because of your past, you're never going to get ahead.
Whoever it is that you believe in, whoever it is that you look up to, they made the same mistakes you did.
So just release yourself.
Forgive yourself.
It doesn't matter what you did in the past.
You are here because you're going to recreate yourself.
You're here because you're no longer that person.
So give yourself permission right now to forgive yourself.
and you do deserve it.
People who we consider to be chosen,
people you see on TV,
the people who are going after their purpose.
A lot of the times we just think that they're chosen,
they're special, it's only them.
It's not meant for me.
I wasn't picked for a life like that.
But really, those who are chosen
are just those who chose to be chosen.
They're the ones that said it's me.
They're the ones that said,
I have everything necessary.
Why not me?
What makes them so special?
I don't know how to.
You never let your mind ever again disempower you and say, well, guess that's just how it is.
Instead, success and growth requires you to say, I don't know how to do that.
So it is my job to learn that.
It switches you from disempowered to a skill builder.
It switches you from a fixed mindset.
I don't know how.
I only have these capabilities.
into a growth mindset.
I will learn.
I can expand.
I can change.
I can get better.
That's the critical moment of transformation.
And I'm obsessed with being the best version of myself.
And that's a daily thing.
I'm obsessed with finding myself now
and not having to prove anything to anybody other than myself.
And realizing that that is enough.
Giving your best is enough.
And sometimes, you're just enough.
we lose track of that when everybody's telling you who and what you are.
So for anybody out there, you know, you're enough, man.
You're not ready.
You're still talking about what other people are going to say.
We're still talking about what other people think.
Still talking about how they hate you.
No shit they fucking hate you.
You're out trying to do something.
You're out trying to build something.
You're all trying to be better.
And they're not.
And they know what that's going to lead to.
So no shit, you're going to get some hate.
that's reality, but you'll never move past the beginning stages of your journey,
worrying about what other people think.
Stop talking about it.
Stop thinking about it.
Go do your thing.
