Kill the boy.
And let the mind people.
Know that if you have big goals and big dreams,
along the way failure is going to happen.
A champion is made on the other side of I don't feel like.
Right?
Everybody that gets up every single day,
they might not feel like.
But there's certain cats that's going to embrace it
and figure out a way to get better.
And there's other cats going to retreat.
They're going to quit.
And they're going to settle in the mediocrity.
The hero is the person he confronts horrible chaos.
potential and tames it and makes something of it, right?
That's the fundamental human story.
But the problem is that you have to face what you don't want to face in order to fix it.
And so you look at all the things about yourself that need to be burned off,
that need to be dispensed with.
95% of you just has to go up in flames.
And it's painful.
Even some of that stuff that you have to burn off doesn't want to die.
And it'll scream in agony while you're burning it off.
But if you know that you're the thing that can transcend your problems,
If you know you're the thing that if it faces the problems can transcend them, then you have the faith that would enable you to take stock of who you are.
You can either be the damsel in distress or the hero.
You either wait or you fight, but notice there's no stories that have been passed down through history of the victim's perspective.
And it's because whiners don't make history.
Winners do.
And so at the end of the day, it's your story, and so it's your call.
What the f f f f you expect?
You're not putting in the work.
You have to do more.
You got to stop telling yourself that you're doing enough.
There is only one way to get rid of your doubts.
Prove them wrong.
Here's what I want you to look at.
There are winners and there are losers
and there are people who have not discovered how to win.
So what I want you to do is think about something you want.
want for you. That's real for you. That's important for you that will give your life some special
meaning and power. And I don't even want you to say I can do that. I don't want you to begin to
just psych yourself out. No, no. I want you to be able to say something to yourself that will
enable you to maintain a level of integrity with yourself. That when you say this, even when you
face tremendous setbacks, it will be a benchmark to keep you in the game.
to keep you moving forward and experimenting and readjusting your strategy and your plan of action continuously looking for ways to win.
So what is that something?
When you got an idea you want to move on.
You might not have the money, you might not have the education, you might not have the support of the resources you need.
What is that something that can keep us going that will enable us to act on our dream?
What's one of those keys that will begin to help us to help us to help us to help us to act on our dream?
to help us to discover the secrets to our dream.
Here's what I want you to repeat after me, please,
with power and conviction.
Say it's possible.
Say to yourself every day, it's possible.
There is one universal secret for success.
Everybody misses.
They forget, they don't hear it, and they don't see it,
and they think it's something else.
They get confused and they fail.
The most simple thing that you can have on your brain
is I want it so bad, I cannot live without it.
The moment you don't want to do it or just skip today
is the day that you realize what hard actually feels like.
And that's where you have to overcome.
The hard is not in the complexity.
What makes it hard is being consistent.
Don't worry about next week, next year.
Just focus on every 24 hours that you get, you know.
Every single time you go and do something hard,
because that's the other thing.
A lot of people, their excuses are,
It's easier said than done.
It's too hard, right?
This is really basically what your story is.
That's the story you've told yourself.
That it's easier said than done.
You know, it's kind of hard to do that.
Well, it's supposed to be fucking hard.
It's to realize that it's supposed to fucking hard.
It's supposed to be difficult.
If it wasn't difficult, then there'd be no growth.
There would be no resistance.
There'd be nothing to force you to grow stronger with.
And that's why I say the most important reason, the most important thing, the most important gift that you receive by taking action in the direction of your dreams is not attaining your fucking dream.
It's you growing stronger and becoming a stronger version of yourself through the challenges, through the resistance, and because it's hard.
And you know, it's a human condition to be average.
It's not to be as good as you can be.
You know, it's the human condition to survive.
Just get along, B average.
It's why when a kid makes an A on the midterm, he misses two weeks of class,
or doesn't go or try, thinking if I get a C on the next test, I still have a B average.
Lots of people think that way.
That's normal.
So when you get one that comes out for football and he thinks that way,
don't think he's got something wrong with him.
He's normal.
What we do to get him to play hard, to play tough all the time, to give effort, it's special.
It's special to get something to something.
to get somebody to be the best that they can be, to understand the work ethic and how important
it is to earn it, and you reap what you sow.
The scariest thing in human life today is change.
We know, however, that change is inevitable, that change is a part of progress, that there's
no progress without change, that your life cannot even improve with change.
We know that change is scary.
Life never goes on in a straight line for any period of time.
is either getting better and improving or life is getting worse and deteriorating. However, when
we set goals, we can control the direction of change. And controlling the direction of change
is the key to our success. Nobody fears change if it's in the direction of something that
they want. The only change that we fear is change that leaves us worse off than we were before.
You've hit the wall someplace. You've looked in the mirror too many times and haven't smiled. You
want to change the situation. Move from where you are. The journey is not easy. Before you
You start that journey mentally, you must fuel yourself with the right reasons, the right fuel
to sustain the entire journey.
Everyone's hot off the start, but after a month or so into, or a couple weeks into, where
the wear and tear and the grind starts to hitching, you start losing focus on the horizon,
do you not?
You get caught away in the daily hiccups, the ups and downs, and the wear and tear, and you focus
on the speed bumps in the daily activities, losing sight of the true purpose.
When you lose sight of the purpose, you get too much value of what the pain is today.
Everybody tries to be successful and everybody eventually wants to quit.
But it's the genuinely successful people that recognize in those moments that just about anybody would quit.
And then they just don't.
And I promise you, the data proved that I should give up.
Luckily though, giving up is not my style.
This struggle is real.
It never gets any easier.
You gotta get harder.
Don't stop when you're tired.
Stop when you're done.
Embrace the discomfort.
It's not here to break you.
It's here to mold you.
Pain is proof that you're on the edge of something bigger.
Growth never comes wrapped in comfort.
It comes through struggle, through resistance, through moments that test whether you actually want what you say you do.
Every challenge is a doorway.
Step through it and you evolve.
shy away and you stay the same so let the suffering sharpen you smile through the fire
because on the other side there's a version of you that exists only if you refuse to
quit you've said you're going to go for the runs you've said you're going to wake up early
and get in that cold shower what do you do when keeping those promises are the last
thing on this earth you want to do I know what I do and I'll explain it to you like this
You wouldn't know that keeping the promise is the last thing I want to do unless I told you
Because I show up like I love it. I promise the stars rarely align for me
But it's a good thing I don't depend on the external to dictate my consistency
Once you find out you want regardless of what it is and you combine the mind and the body together
That's when life gets exciting guys stories of inspiration where the person overcomes the odds
When you see the good man, pump the brakes.
Put your hands together, man.
Give credit where it's due.
Remember the name of the person that overcame the odds.
Because that same person you're going to use in your own battle one day.
When you hit rock bottom and you feel like the walls and monkeys on your back and Murphy's hit you down every single step,
you're going to use the inspiration that's take that one more step forward that makes all a f***ing difference.
If you do it though, because it's hard, it's uphill battle.
It's the path less taken, not the beaten path that everyone's going to do.
the beaten path everyone else takes. It's a path that leads a character. You got to earn that.
He said, I want what all other men want. He said, I guarantee you, when I line up and they
line up, I want with all other men want. I guarantee you, when you line up in your one-on-one
battles, you want what all other men want. The same way you want the victory, they want the victory.
I want what all other men want. He said, but when the pressure hits, when the opposition hits,
when the challenge hits, when the pain creeps in,
when the uncertainty creeps in,
when the cuts, when the scars, when the bruises come,
I want what all other men want.
He said when the opposition and adversity shows up,
I just want it a little bit more than they want it.
And so that's how I conquer,
and that's how nobody has ever beaten me yet.
I just want one thing from you.
As great as you are, as skilled as you are,
as talented as you are,
I just want one thing from you.
Never allow life to make you forget why you do what you do.
People don't burn out, people don't quit, people don't underachieve, people don't settle because of what they do.
People burn out, people quit, people underachieve, and people settle because life makes them forget why they do it.
If we respect it the way we say we respect it, if we love it the way we say we love it, if we cherish it the way we say we cherish it.
Every single day should be nothing less than excellence.
You might not always be your best.
but you can always bring me your best.
It begins to change your belief system.
See, the way in which we operate, ladies and gentlemen,
it's a manifestation of what we believe, what's possible for us.
Whatever you've done up to this point, all that it really is
is a duplication, it's a reproduction of what you believe subconsciously
that you deserve and what's possible for your life.
I'm saying that if you know anybody that had some goals,
some dream, something they wanted to do,
and they did it, the nine saying that you know in your heart that if someone has done it,
then you can do it. It's possible. And that if someone can make that dream become a reality,
that it's possible that you can make your dream become reality.
...for your life, accept where you are, and the responsibility that you're going to take yourself
where you want to go. We have two primary choices in life. We can either accept conditions as they
or we can take the responsibility to change them.
Well, you should be afraid of taking risks and pursuing something meaningful.
But you should be more afraid of staying where you are if it's making you miserable.
All of us are born with nothing, no skills, no knowledge, nothing.
We're a lump of flesh that can hardly hold our own head up.
We can't take care of ourselves.
And our job, our job isn't to be great today.
Our job is to build ourselves brick.
Brick by brick.
Always having the end of the movie in my head and then filling in the script.
I just had to write the script and the script might change.
There might be, you know, call an audible and you might have to rewrite the script,
but the end of the script was always the same.
Self-doubt, worry, procrastination, overthinking, analysis paralysis, fear.
Those are all thinking patterns that are habits.
One of the most important things that I want people to understand is that you're actually
not a worry.
You're a habit of worry.
If you're not defined by a vision of the future, you're left with the memories of the past.
And people literally believe in their past more than they believe in their future.
That's why they talk about their past, when they talk about their future.
People romance their past and more in love with their past than they are in love with the future.
and people who actually create amazing things in their life.
Just were more in love with their future,
and they kept it alive in the mind.
It's a luxury to pursue what makes you happy.
It's a moral obligation to pursue what you find meaningful.
And that doesn't mean it's easy.
It might require sacrifice.
Fill time on the clock.
That one experience.
You think, ah man, I would never see myself doing that.
But courageous people, they do that.
Yes, yes you can.
A lot of us are sitting around waiting to feel ready, waiting to feel courageous, waiting
to feel confident, waiting for the right time, and that's not ever coming, ever.
Is that, yeah, motivation is great if you feel motivated.
It's a losing bet to wait to feel ready.
I want everybody to understand that first of all, you can't control the things that trigger you
and the fact that you're going to feel afraid and you're going to feel doubt and you're going to feel
uncertain, but you can always interrupt that feeling and take control in the moment and actually
shift what is thinking and shift how you behave. See, a lot of people want to exempt themselves
from taking responsibility. All they want to do is talk about the problem.
For your life, I got me here, I can get me out of this. So part of beginning to get unstuck,
you've got to decide that the behavior pattern that you have adopted doesn't work for you.
You've got to change your strategies. And changing your strategy means reinventing your life.
You don't want to be secure, you want to be strong, and you get strong by taking on optimal challenges.
And so you lay out your destiny in the world, and you take the slings and arrows of fate,
and you make yourself stronger while you're doing so, and you might fail, and fortune might do you in.
But it's your best bet.
Cause is greater than effect.
When people live at cause, what do I mean by that?
Well, you know someone is living at cause in their life.
when they have the results that they want.
That is what separates the truly grates from everyone else.
They're willing to put in that heart work.
They're willing to reframe the question from what's the least I can do
to what's the most I can bear.
And when you're looking at yourself on that long timeline,
when you're saying, what can I accomplish over the next 10 years,
what is the amount of suffering and backbreaking work
that I'm willing to put in and endure in order?
to become something extraordinary.
That's the key is you actually have to perform.
You're paying a price by sitting there being miserable.
You might say, well, the devil I know is better than the one I don't.
It's like, don't be so sure of that.
The clock is ticking.
And if you're miserable in your job now and you change nothing
in five years, you'll be much more miserable and you'll be a lot older.
Once you get over the fear of being embarrassed,
you know, no one likes to be embarrassed.
But once you get over it, you get over the fear of being embarrassed,
being scared of being embarrassed. It's super liberal. And it allows you to go into lanes that
otherwise you wouldn't go into. And when rock bottom hits, you don't have to hit with a thud.
Oftentimes when you hit bottom, you bounce. And that's where I think the power is. When the world
feels upside down, you always have the power to make it right. When one chapter ends, you always
have the power to write a new one.
When you feel like nobody loves you,
you have the power to learn how to love yourself.
When you are forced to pause and get present
and to slow down, you are reminded
of what's actually important.
A resilient person is capable of standing up to things
in the face of fear and moving forward voluntarily,
convinced of their own competence,
competence and ability to prevail.
Being out terrible at something, incapable of something,
to grind it out to become that.
And when people can move beyond the words,
when they can transcend that and see what it means to actually put in work.
Like really put your head down and do the deep work of getting good at something,
and getting away from all the bulk of people's judgments,
and really just turning inside it and wanting to get good.
of asking yourself how far you can go of becoming obsessed with that process.
You can decide that you're going to change.
You can decide that you're going to stand up to life.
I'm in charge here.
You can decide I'm going to work on myself and develop myself.
I'm going to empower me.
I am enough, but enough of what?
Every time I hear those words, I feel like they keep getting stuck up in my head, conflicting
with all the words that I've said to myself on repeat for most of my life.
Yeah, I haven't been very nice to myself.
Bottom to top, I spent most of my time focused on why I was not enough.
Flat feet too slow.
Chicken legs won't grow like self-deprecation was an occupation.
I went pro long ago, and I know that the mind learns through repetition.
And no matter how quiet I speak, it's always around to listen.
Creating the vision of who I am based on my self-talk.
So why not speak what I can and stop all the can-nots?
Because I got a lot of knots.
I thought a lot of thoughts that brought a lot of gna so I fought to make them stop.
And I finally gave my ego what it wanted and I told it what I am not.
I am not dumb.
I am not ugly.
I am not giving up.
I am not weak.
I will get back on my feet,
no matter how much I slip up.
I am not broken.
I am not afraid.
And so when the going gets tough,
I can see what I am not,
and it reminds me, I am enough.
I am enough strength to overcome any obstacle placed in my way.
I am enough courage to keep my heart open after heartbreak.
I am enough will to get through any hard day.
I am enough fun to turn all my work into play.
I am enough pride to not be torn down by what others say,
and I am enough humility to own up to all my mistake.
And it doesn't take a special ability,
just a perspective shift,
to go through this list and always remember this.
For everything I'm not, there's something that I am.
For everything I can't, there's something that I can.
I can be happy.
I can be free.
I can be authentic.
In fact, I'm already me.
I am so grateful and everything I am.
And so for the rest of my life, I will do whatever I can to remember that, yeah, I am not a lot of stuff.
But there's one thing I am.
I am enough.
Go visit the darkness that you've been running from.
You'll have the opportunity to lead a better person.
You'll have a better understanding of yourself.
You have better understanding of your purpose.
But if you don't take that trip and the darkness comes to visit you,
it's a guest that will never leave.
They're not going to understand you, bro.
They're not going to understand why you skip parties.
They're not going to understand why you stop drinking.
They're not going to understand why you stay home to work on a Saturday night instead of hit the club.
They're going to ask questions.
They're going to make comments.
They're going to make fun of you.
They're going to make you feel like you're the problem.
And that's okay.
Because one day it's going to become very obvious why you did it.
You see something that they don't.
You see a reality that they don't think is possible.
You're trying to achieve something that they think is reserved for the lucky few.
And when you do achieve it, they're going to feel.
very stupid because they're going to wish that they had spent their years chasing a goal instead of
chasing a high. Obsession beats talent every single time. I've never seen it in my life where even
an extremely talented person beats the most obsessed individual who looks at their goals and decides to go
after them with everything that they have. So the question is, are you obsessed?
Awareans always show up. They're willing to lose in order to gain. Big mental thing there, guys.
This body is great as you are, as sharp as you make the arsenal.
It can't do anything.
If you don't have confidence in yourself, we all fall down in life.
The question is, who gets back up?
You go after and you give it all you have.
If you lose, at least you try, man.
I fail.
It's ten times more of a man than someone said,
What If?
Because what if?
Never went to the arena.
When you guys find a fear,
that fear will either create you or destroy you.
I love fear.
The reason why, behind every fear is a person you want to do.
be fear is self-imposed meaning it doesn't exist you create it you can destroy it too it's an
intangible if you face your fears guys you will realize it's not that big and once you face it you
go oh my god man it's been all this time running from it it was so small if i just faced it my god
not only did i face it i beat it back energy energy energy is never lost transfer that negative energy
i fear is destroyed it comes back against confidence like what else am i where else my cable wall
what else my whole my back from now i'm care well more what am i running from i don't
me to. What else can I overcome? You face your fears, you become the person you want to be.
You run from your fears, you're not living. You're alive, but you're not thinking the freedom.
You're not running the day. The day's running you. You always be the fucking servant, not the master guys.
It's hard when you're young to wake up in the offseason at 6 a.m. to go train and work out,
knowing that all your friends are sleeping in and eating pancakes. It's hard when you're on your
way to practice, way down with all your gear, and it's 90 degrees out and all the other kids
are at the pool or at the beach. And your body is already completely exhausted from workouts
into a day. But understand this, life is hard. There are bumps and hits and bruises along the way.
And my advice is to prepare yourself. That success and achievement come from overcoming adversity.
This ain't you, bro. This ain't you. This ain't you. You are important.
like this.
You've made no progress.
None.
You never moved.
You might even be further from your goal than you were.
Hey, bro, I need you to get back in that mode again.
That mode with nothing can take you off your pivot and you were just putting in that work every single day.
See, that version of you is different.
You gotta tap back into it.
Don't be out here playing with your potential because you're one of the ones, bro.
You're special.
And you weren't meant to be a person that could have been the one.
You are the one.
So I need you to get back moving like it.
covered and you're covered in blood and sweat and dirt and filth as you rise above what you were
and as you take the form of of who you are supposed to be you will see that in the very act of standing
up in the very act of fighting on you will become and you will remain unbroken if you find a fear
the quickest, the easiest way you can beat it is initially, right when it comes in.
If you allow it to sit, it will grow roots and start breaking you down, destroying the potential
the person you can be.
Again, they're champions, guys.
It's not the potential.
It's not their genetics.
It's their perseverance to always show up, always willing to fail because then failure,
that's part of success.
Success is not, you know, a marathon of life with just ups.
Success is formulated through failures, through facing your fears, through falling,
down and getting back up. That's what creates the champion. Success does not define us. We define
a success. You can do what you put your mind to. And if you continue to put your mind to it,
the game opens up new levels. In each new level that gets opened up, you're able to adapt
a different mindset and a different approach. You can stop at that level, or you can go, I want more levels.
I want more fucking levels.
when you're in a dark place you think you've been buried but actually you've been planted
you choose your damn sacrifice because the sacrifice is inevitable I think a lot of
people are afraid to jump all the way it's kind of like having faith a lot of us say
we believe but we don't really show it because if we showed it we would be okay
taking a chance in a relationship taking a chance switching jobs taking a chance
going against our parents' wishes.
A lot of people stay in those bubbles
and it's very hard for those people, I believe.
You know, I think it's really fear
and lack of jumping in life all the way.
We want to show all the hoopla.
I hate what's going on in Instagram right now.
Everybody living their fake life,
$50,000 cash on a bed
and a boat and painting a lifestyle that is not realistic.
What we need to all be doing
is figuring out what we're best at
and going all in on.
match. Most people don't say what they want in life, where they want to go, who they want to be.
They take it as it comes. What do I want? What kind of friends do I want? What kind of life do I want?
And then, I think, speak that out, first of all, like declare that, be honest.
Challenge of real life is, it's being able to take something that's supposed to count you out
and say, you won't win because I control the outcome.
If it was not for the things I did not have, I don't know if I would ever push the way I pushed.
When I was at rock bottom, I didn't know that I was at rock bottom.
And you can't really change what you're not aware of.
And so it was like one of those things where it's like, can it get any worse?
Bam! Can it get any worse? Bam!
And it just, I kept asking the question, can it get any worse?
I didn't know that what I was asking was causing my life.
Because you can measure the progress in your life by your ability to control the environment in which you live
They have an end game goal. I'm gonna be famous if you're listening to this you have an end game going like
For some people it's making a million dollars for some people a six-pack app
Best selling offer we try to move towards things of intense pleasure and move away from pain and discomfort
Why do we exist?
Judah, why do you exist? Why do we exist? Not the answer you think you're supposed to give
but the answer, like the truth of what you want and why you exist.
All right, we're going to like, we're going to get bare bones honest to you.
This is actually what I want in life.
This is actually why I exist.
And then, and then we've got to, like, hold each other accountable to that.
I had a system that was if you get up and do it,
that's on a certain thing that follows, actually, and that's results.
The impact of someone growing up in a struggled household, where there's fear base, that's a form of language.
Most people don't know the language outside of that because they stay inside, watch the same TV shows,
listen to the same radio station, hang around the same friends, never read books and just follow wherever society says,
do this, this is popular.
Do this, this is popular.
but never really think for themselves.
That's the good life.
You define it however you want to define it.
But to realize it is harder.
So as I said, everybody wants the good life,
but not everybody gets the good life.
So what I'm interested in,
it's not about whether I make a million dollars or not.
Many people make a million dollars and many people don't.
What's more interesting of a problem is how do you get what you want?
You got to know your story.
and that story has got to be personal,
not distance from you.
It is the more personal your story,
the more effect you have.
The more personal your story,
the more universality that you have.
So for me, like, you know, I have to do this.
You know, it's why it was failed school.
It's why I sold baseball cards when I was 14.
So for me, I'm okay with the failures,
the losses along the way.
It's my natural state.
I just want people who are listening to find their natural state and not force into the current narrative.
I don't think people can be who they're supposed to be without community.
And community doesn't have to be 10,000 people.
It can be five. It can be three.
It can be the right people, not just a bunch of people, but the right people.
You know, it's been said, show me your friends.
I'll show you your future.
Like, it's real.
I can tell you where you're going right now by the people you're hanging out with on a consistent basis.
because the game, the competition, it ain't about nobody else.
It's about you versus you.
How can you inspire yourself to achieve a level of greatness
that not too many people that will ever walk this earth can pull off?
How are you the cog fitting into this universe?
If you can figure that out, you will find the good life.
Your story, your quest to be the best, has got to be physical in a world that has reduced
itself to like communicating like so tiny that our bodies just can't do it.
We can't fit into it and that's the reason we're so messed up.
We start crossing boundaries, we start doing goofy stuff with our bodies because it's not
expressive if we don't let this sucker out the hunt.
I'd like to be politically correct.
I'd like to be perfect.
I'd like to make it easy on myself to not have to be able to do.
stress the optics on the outside, here is the punchline problem. You can't run away from who you are.
You can't. And so, like, I want it and I want it real bad. Number one, more personal, the more
universal, the more impact you have. Number two, physicality. People believe 50% of what comes
out of your mouth. You believe my body 100% of the time because the body can't lie.
Life will throw tremendous blows at you.
Betrayal of friends, betrayal of business partners, death of loved ones, things that we consider unfair.
If you can overcome those, you can actualize the good life.
Who they are.
Because if you don't tell yourself who you are, then you'll allow anybody else to tell you who you are.
It's impossible to be dismissed if you, if it's life and death.
For you to build your quest, that's life and death.
Because what happens to you if that quest never happens?
What happens to your family?
It's life and death.
To somebody.
Everybody understand?
The urgency's got to be there, okay?
We are predators.
This is how we're made.
It's so much easier to be this.
It's so much easier to be the best than it is to be mediocre.
Blame this, blame that, blame.
And I'm like, the one person I've never blamed was myself.
Maybe it's my fault that I'm,
where I am so I can't do anything about anyone else but I can do something about me.
Pain is part of being alive. We're not living a Disney cartoon, we're living real life
and the pain we feel it makes us more human, it makes us more alive.
I think when that legacy is done, the shade one day will close, what will people
Look back one day and say, what did you give me?
And all I can leave is everything that I've endured,
all of my pain that I don't remember,
and all of the people that come behind me
can one day look back and say,
he did.
I'd like to say that anything that you love as a child
is connected to your inner child,
which is directly connected to source.
As soon as I started doing everything that I loved,
there was a surge of power, a surge of confidence.
I wasn't insecure anymore because the emotion
that had the most dominance in my thought process
and in my heart process.
If you try to conquer and overcome fear,
that effort will either run or ultimately ruin your life.
But if you embrace fear, that effort will turn fear
into one of the greatest experiences you have here on planet Earth.
So I want to plant more seeds in the God of my life.
Seeds are things that are like compassion, love, purpose, fulfillment, meaning, joy, service.
And weeds are when we do things out of ego, envy, competition.
And so every day I'm plucking out the weeds out of my life and trying to plant more seeds.
I realize it's not I think therefore I am.
If I could change that a little bit, I'd say I observe what I think, therefore I am.
I'm not my thoughts.
I'm the observer of them.
You know, if you have a thought,
creating a gap before you act on that thought.
And in this gap is like this magical chamber
where you can change.
That's where you can step in
and form new neurology, new neural networks,
rewire new patterns and start neural patterns.
But there is an intelligence
that is beyond the mind, that is breathing you,
it is functioning,
it is digesting your food right now.
It is the intelligence
that is processing, you know, in your brain is the same intelligence.
I feel that is functioning the sun and the star and the moons.
And so I don't believe this intelligence is necessarily separate from us as some higher power
thing.
I believe it's the very essence of what we are, but we've kind of disconnected and forgotten.
There's colors in life, right?
So success is, there's different kinds of success.
And so there's monetary success.
That's one bucket of your life, you know?
I think it's easy for people to get so singularly focused in one pillar, and that makes their whole life off kilter.
Involved in, when you refine that intention, and it gets pure and pure and pure, not that we're ever fully pure, but it gets pure and pure and purer, you'll just see magic happen around you.
So many things will open up, things that you never imagine.
Turns out if you're being observant or curious, you're in a mindful state. That easy.
So if you're anxious, all you have to do.
is get really observant and really curious.
It can be about the light in the room,
it could be the smell of something,
but you're forced instantly into a mindful state.
I think there's a consciousness that we are all a part of,
that we all are connected to,
that is intelligence, that has a knowing.
And I believe at that deepest level,
we know everything, because at the deepest level,
beyond this physical body, we are everything.
I think get comfortable with not
not knowing. I think the degree of freedom we experience in life is also in direct proportion
to our ability to be in the unknown and not know.
Change who you are. This can show up in so many different ways. Maybe as a way to avoid fear
you withdraw from life or you're in your head all the time so you don't have to deal with
the feelings in your body. You make yourself so busy as a way to run away from the fear.
It's shifting gratitude because I think gratitude is the basis for happiness and
a basis for joy and we are we the whole all of us got a reset button on gratitude because you know
it's very easy when you're on autopilot you're going to and from work you're doing this you
know we take certain things for granted and now I mean the simplest things when we come out
of this I'm going to have such extreme gratitude finding your daily rituals finding your daily habits
finding your practices that act as the foundation because we're living in such busy,
hectic, crazy time or whether it's getting lost by getting distracted from what's really meaningful
to you.
You know, I think so often we're conditioned to know everything.
We've got to know who we are, at least who we think we are.
We've got to know where we're going.
We have to know what's going to happen in 10 years.
And the reality is I think life itself is way bigger than what we can structure and plan with our minds.
And so I think there is a way to plan and strategize, but not get so attached to our idea of how we think life should be.
I think a lot of people are afraid to jump all the way.
It's kind of like having faith.
A lot of us say we believe, but we don't really show it.
Because if we showed it, we would be okay taking a chance in a relationship,
taking a chance switching jobs, taking a chance going against our parents' wishes.
A lot of people stay in those bubbles, and it's very hard for those people, I believe.
You know, it's, I think it's really fear and lack of jumping in life all the way.
We want to show all the hoopla.
I hate what's going on on Instagram right now.
Everybody living their fake life, $50,000 cash on a bed and a boat
and painting a lifestyle that is not realistic.
What we need to all be doing is figuring out what we're best at
and going all in on that.
Most people don't say what they want in life, where they want to go, who they want to be.
They take it as it comes. What do I want? What kind of friends do I want? What kind of life do I want?
And then I think, speak that out, first of all. Like, declare that. Be honest.
The challenge of real life is, it's being able to take something that's supposed to count you out
and say, you won't win because I control the outcome.
You can measure the progress in your life by your ability to control the environment in which you live.
They have an endgame goal. I'm going to be famous. If you're listening to this, you have an end game going like, for some people it's making a million dollars. For some people, it's six-pack app that's selling the offer. We try to move towards things of intense pleasure and move away from pain and discomfort. Why do we exist? Due to why do you exist? Why do we exist? Not the answer you think you're supposed to give, but the answer, like, the truth of what you want and why you exist. All right, we're going to, like, we're going to get bare bones honesty.
This is actually what I want in life.
This is actually why I exist.
And then we've got to hold each other accountable to that.
I had a system that was if you get up and do it,
it's on a certain thing that follows action and that's results.
The impact of someone growing up in a struggled household where there's fear base,
that's a form of language.
most people don't know the language outside of that
because they stay inside, watch the same TV shows,
listen to the same radio station,
hang around the same friends,
never read books and just follow wherever society says,
do this, this is popular, do this, do this is popular, but never really think for themselves.
That's the good life. You define it however you want to define it.
But to realize it is harder.
So as I said, everybody wants the good life.
but not everybody gets the good life.
So what I'm interested in, it's not about whether I make a million dollars or not.
Many people make a million dollars and many people don't.
What's more interesting of a problem is how do you get what you want?
You got to know your story.
And that story has got to be personal.
Not distance from you.
It is the more personal your story, the more effect you have.
The more personal your story, the more universality that you have.
So for me, like, you know, I have to do this.
You know, it's why I was failed school.
It's why I sold baseball cards when I was 14.
So for me, I'm okay with the failures,
the losses along the way.
It's my natural state.
I just want people who are listening to find their natural state
and not force into the current narrative.
I don't think people can be who they're supposed to be
without community.
And community doesn't really
It doesn't have to be 10,000 people.
It can be five, it can be three.
It can be the right people, not just a bunch of people,
but the right people.
It's been said, show me your friends, I'll show you your future.
It's real.
I can tell you where you're going right now
by the people you're hanging out with
on a consistent basis.
The game, the competition, it ain't about nobody else.
It's about you versus you.

Here is the punchline problem.
You can't run away from who you are.
You can't.
And so, like I want it and I want it real bad.
Number one, more perfect.
More personal, the more universal, the more impact you have.
Number two, physicality.
People believe 50% of what comes out of your mouth.
You believe my body 100% of the time, because the body can't lie.

And so I think there is a way to plan and strategize, but not get so attached to our idea of how we think life should be.
If you were to create a human, what would you put them through to make them tough?
it probably wouldn't be a really chill life.
Time is so precious and it's fleeting.
Man, it's turning to hours and hours,
turning to days and days turning to months.
And that's it.
And so whatever it is that you want to do,
you don't have time.
Take advantage of every second.
Don't allow yourself to get to a point
where you're looking back of your life
and saying, I wish I would have done this
and I wish I would have done that.
Don't get there.
Whatever you do, bro,
don't give up.
I know shit may feel like it's hitting the fan right now
and nothing's going your way,
but don't you dare give up
on the dreams that you know you're meant to have.
Your story could be somebody's blueprint.
Just don't give up.
Simple as that, bro.
Just do not give up.
One foot in front of the other.
Keep pushing every single day.
Take the risk or lose the chance.
Life begins at the edge of your comfort zone.
And it takes great,
courage to step across that line. The easiest thing in this world of ours is to stay comfortable.
We are looking for people in this, you know, society who step out of that and face challenge.
You don't need more time. You need more focus. You don't need more resources. You need more resourcefulness.
You don't need more motivation. You need more discipline. You don't need more luck. You need more strategy.
You don't need more support.
You need more belief.
The things you want to do, go do them.
You win, you lose, you succeed, you fail.
At least you made the effort.
You should play the damn game.
Play it.
Play it with everything you die.
Deep down inside, you're a little bit scared.
You don't know if this is going to become a reality or not.
And that scares you.
So what's the best alternative?
Don't give your best.
Why don't I give my best?
Because if I don't give my best, I can always hide behind the statement of.
If I gave my best, I could beat everybody.
And you know it's not the truth.
So you're watching this.
You got one of two choices, if you've said this before.
If you really did give your best and it became, you became the best of what you wanted to
do, is it worth it?
Does everybody in your family benefit from it?
So why not go find out?
Because if you don't, maybe secretly you are so skisking.
You're just trying to conceal it by giving that statement of, if I really wanted to, I'd be the best.
Because it's such a warm, fuzzy place to hide.
So now, answer that question for yourself.
If you really wanted to, and you gave your best in what you're currently doing, where would
you be a year, three years, five years, ten years from now?
Lava's out here pushing real hard.
I'm afraid to go to that dark side.
In your mind, when you push real hard,
you have this door in your mind.
And a lot of us don't want to open that door.
Why you open that door?
You're in a tunnel.
It's a dark-ass tunnel.
And you can't see it.
But there's one thing about being in dark places.
If you have the courage to stay in the long enough,
your eyes will start to adjust to the darkness.
Your body and mind will always adjust to more suffering, to more pain.
If you want to push harder, know this.
Your mind quits way before your body does.
So you have to be willing to go away instead of darkness and find more yourself.
I would say that not only you want to stop being scared and do that thing that you don't know if you can do
or not, but you know what you got to do is you got to start taking the steps now.
Because when you're 18 years old, your life seems like it's going to last forever. And I will
tell you right now, it's not going to last forever. And those years go by like a summer's day.
And the next thing you know, you look up and you're 36 years old or you're 44 years old.
And that time's gone.
You cannot get it back.
You cannot get time back.
So those dreams that you have, those goals that you have, don't put them off another second.
It was to remind you that you were born to do something great with your life,
to tap into something in you that's been there all the time and you tap into it sometimes,
but that somehow you decide today, I'm going to walk a little different, I'm going to talk a little different.
I'm gonna feel it. I'm gonna live my life. I'm not gonna wait around. I'm gonna outwork everybody. I'm gonna do one more
If right now was the final chapter of the story of the book of your life
Are you satisfied with all the chapters? We're like no no no wait hold on don't take me yet
I'm gonna write it I'm about to write the chapter
Which would it be and if the decision is man I would like to write another chapter
I would like to give to here's the good news you get to I don't know how long you get but you get to you get to you get to write another chapter and what I believe is that
that if you put your head down, if you get focused,
if you stop worrying about what everybody thinks,
if you start pursuing that person you are capable of,
if you start competing, if you start doing it out of love,
you start honoring your family or the people you care about,
with the efforts you make every single day,
you will find the emotion we're all looking for in our life,
which has been there all the time.
You can hope, you can wish, you could dream,
you can say you're gonna, but the reality is
until you start stacking wins, day by day by day,
nothing's going to happen.
The game is played one day at a time.
And if you have the capacity to wake up today, go through the entire day, do everything
you're supposed to do, be smart enough to figure out what the actions of a winner look like
and execute on those for one day.
That means you can do it again the next day.
And that means you can do it again the next day.
You have exactly what's required to win at the highest level you could ever possibly win at.
It's about stacking wins in a cumulative fashion over the course of time.
When you do that, winning is undeniable.
Nothing to change my life was meaning.
I said, what does this mean?
Because out of every tragedy, out of every pain,
it only gets healed when we find a deeper meaning.
When we find there was a higher purpose of it.
The truth hurts, but you grow from pain.
You can't know how to deal with success.
You can't know how to deal with failures.
You can't know how to deal with the bumps in the road
that if you haven't had a taste of everything.
And if you and I want to look at the quality of our life, there's only way to find it.
One way really, that's real.
How do you feel every day?
Everyone is going to build their self-esteem around something.
And being able to identify what you build your self-esteem around is critical.
Once you identify what it is that you're proud of that makes you feel good about who you are,
you need to ask yourself one very simple question.
Does that move me towards my goals or not?
Our life is a combination of a certain amount.
of a certain amount of time and energy.
Time is rolling away for all of us at the same pace.
If you sit, it rolls away, if you sleep, it rolls away.
If you do something, it goes away.
If you don't do anything, it goes away.
You're happy or miserable, it goes away.
Time is running out for all of us.
So it's only the energy that you can do different things with.
To me, there's no such thing as luck.
All luck is preparation, meeting opportunity.
All right, nothing's just going to happen.
You know, everybody say, it's all on you.
It is all on you.
There's other people that can educate you and help you,
but you take these different experiences that you learn,
that stick with you.
I mean, you may not remember a whole lot when you were four years old,
but there's certain memories, there's certain things.
You can use them to either harness you to greatness,
or you can use them to kind of just keep you where you're at.
And most people are just satisfied with at.
There's always a next level.
definition of greatness and what you want to achieve would be totally different than
somebody else's. Don't ever sit in a belief of mental state, anxiety, worry anything, unless
it's moving you towards your goal. But if it's not moving you towards your goal, stop.
Stop! Like, why are you doing it? Only to get successful at anything, all right, either you're
being attacked or you're attacking. I'd rather be the person that's attacked. That's the
difference between those individuals that like really, really make it and the other ones that just make it.
The source of human experience is within you.
Joy or misery, agonier ecstasy, pleasure of pain, everything comes from within.
If you understand this much, this one fundamental thing has to get across to all the human beings on this planet.
Your experience is entirely determined by you.
Kharma means action.
Karma means action. That means when we say your life is your karma, we are saying your life is entirely your making.
100%.
What happens in the world?
There are many, many forces in law.
What happens within me?
It's 100% me.
You are unhappy and unfulfilled because you are not in a position where you are being challenged.
And in the absence of you being challenged, it's impossible for you.
You are in a position where you can't fail, you are also in a position where you will never be fulfilled.
And so when I finally figured that out, it was, okay, I need to go chase something that I can't fail at,
not to fail, but because of the possibility of failure, guaranteeing that I will and I will grow from.
We're trying so hard in our lives to fit in.
We try to fit into certain groups.
You know, among certain friends, yet the people we idolize are most are the ones that stand out.
But when you're prepared, there is no fear.
There is no fear of failure.
Okay?
Because even if you walk out of something and you feel like you failed at it, your preparation is so strong that you're going to take that failure and turn it into the outcome you desire.
And most people stop at failure.
We've all failed at things.
I'm going to continue to fail at stuff.
It's the most powerful tool you can use.
But it all depends on how you use it.
What is that thing that you don't feel like you can admit
that you want to know more about than anyone else in this planet?
That the more you went into it, the more you learned about it,
the more you obsessed over it, the more you acquired,
the skill set needed to be great at that thing,
that you were having a better and better time,
and that what would failure look like?
Could you fall in your face every day?
Could you be ridiculed by your family every day for this and still love it?
Right now, everyone listening to these words,
I promise you, they know what it is,
they just don't want to say it,
because it might be something that embarrasses them.
You've got to be bold enough to live the life you're meant to live.
That's just that.
I can't give that to you.
So pain is a good thing physically,
because that is your self-preservation mechanism.
But suffering is something that you do in your mind.
So pain that happens in your body, you take it in your mind and multiply it a thousand times or a million times,
depending on how capable you are, and suffer it a million times over.
Right now, most human beings are like this.
What happened 10 years ago, they can still suffer?
What may happen day after tomorrow, they already suffer?
They are not suffering life.
They think they are suffering life.
They're not suffering mind.
They are suffering the two most fantastic factors that human beings alone have.
A vivid sense of memory and a fantastic sense of imagination.
So it's the same thing with failure.
It's how you use it.
It's that drive inside of you.
Okay?
It's what we talk about the dark side.
The dark side is filled with failure.
But it's the fuel that burns you like something that's never burned inside you before.
When I'm dropped to my dark side of you.
my knees, do not get on your knees with me, do not put an arm around my shoulder and tell
me everything is going to be okay.
Stay standing, offer me a hand, pick me back up to my feet, brush me off and paint a vision
for success.
Show me how I'm going to overcome this.
Help me become the person that I'm trying to be.
Help me be the person you believe I can be and rebuild my sense of confidence, rebuild that
thing that I need to move forward.
