A few weeks ago, we told you that Acquired is doing something in New York City on July 15 with our good friends at J.P. Morgan Payments. Well, the big announcement is finally here: We are doing our 2025 Live Show…  at Radio City Music Hall!Radio City is of course the iconic New York City theater that hosts the Rockettes and the Tony Awards, and has hosted the Grammys, the MTV VMAs, and the NFL Draft. And it’s also a storied part of Rockefeller Center, as chronicled on our Standard Oil episodes. While Radio City is the world's largest indoor theater (with room for 6,000 Acquired fans), more than 6,000 folks came to last year's Chase Center show! Hello, acquired listeners. We are coming to you today with huge news. Huge news indeed. So last year we did a live show in San Francisco in the biggest and best way acquired could possibly imagine. Conversation with Mark Zuckerberg in the iconic Chase Center Arena with our friends from JP Morgan Payments. There's no way to describe what that was besides incredible.

I mean, it was such a life experience. I remember I basically lost all ability to speak for like a week afterwards. Yes, you did, David. But listeners, once the dust settled and we did our post game with JP Morgan team, we all basically had the same idea. We had to do next year in New York City

and we had to do it in a way that felt both uniquely New York and authentic to the acquired canon. So, today, we're announcing that Acquired Live is coming to Radio City Music Hall. Whoo! Whoo! Radio City, of course, is not just the iconic New York City theater that hosts the Rockettes, the Tony Awards, has hosted the Grammys, the MTV VMAs, the NFL Draft.

It's also a storied part of Rockefeller Center. You know, like the physical legacy of Standard Oil and John D. Rockefeller and everything we talked about on those episodes. All right, so David, tell listeners who's joining us. I mean, last time we had Mark Zuckerberg. Ah, come on, Ben. That would spoil the fun.

Listeners, we are keeping that under wraps, but we can promise you it will be an evening of surprise and delight. The physical production of it itself is nuts. So one example that I was thinking of to kind of illustrate this, the stage itself is three times the width of the one that we had at

Chase Center. So you can use your imagination for how big everything about the show is going to be. Yep. It's also acquired 10 year anniversary. So there's that. We'll need to do like a toast or something. Plenty to celebrate. But listeners in all seriousness, we are not going to announce who's coming, what's happening, any of it. And obviously our listener base has grown since then. Plus, actually, New York is a larger listener base for us than the Bay Area, if you can believe that. And that's not even counting the whole rest of the Northeast Corridor, Boston, DC, Philadelphia, everything else. Yeah, that totally blew my mind, David. I didn't realize that New York was actually, until I looked at the stats, I wouldn't have guessed New York is actually bigger than the Bay Area for us.

So bottom line listeners, we have no idea how fast tickets are going to go, but better safe than sorry. So sign up for the presale now and note that tickets will be assigned seats. This is theater. So start coordinating with your friends now for how many tickets you want, how many seats you want to get together, what co-workers you're bringing, is your company coming together, any of that, start working on it. this is going to be nowhere near profit generating for us or for JP Morgan. We are doing this to celebrate acquired, to celebrate all of you. And all the revenue from tickets is going to go toward things like set design and the hundreds of incredible crew members needed to make this happen, things like that.
