Hello, hello, my friends. Oh my gosh, I'm so happy to be here with you this evening to set the scene. It is a Sunday evening. I just bought some fresh peony flowers and they're so fragrant and I lit a candle and I have my Himalayan pink salt lamp on and I have this nice fuzzy blanket. So we are cozy. We are cozy. And I'm so excited to talk to you this evening and share with you about many of the things that I have discovered throughout my journey of studying manifest.
and also helping many, many women manifest the things that they want in their lives. And I think the thing
that I often see is that people are looking for a method. They're looking for a tip or a trick or they're
looking for that one thing that they're doing wrong. And the truth is that fortunately or unfortunately,
I don't really know, kind of depends on your perspective, manifestation does not hinge on one thing.
It is about who you are. It is about who you are being. And it is about the
energy that you are carrying with yourself in every single moment. And so this evening, well,
could be any time of day for you, but for me, it's the evening. This evening, we're going to talk about
how you manifest the things that you want. And I'd really like to give you some of the secrets that I
have gained over the years that really have made a big difference in my understanding of manifestation.
And I've never actually done this before, where I've kind of brought a lot of these secrets together.
I've done it. You know, if you're in my programs, you'll hear me mention them often, or you may have
heard me mention them in some of my smaller programs or in my content, but I've never kind of brought,
and this is obviously not all of them, right? Like, it takes four months for us to even scratch the
surface of what's available to you and learning within this topic. But this is a lot of the key things
that I really think are super valuable. So I hope you are as excited for this episode as I am,
because I oftentimes find that when people come to me, they are typically either newer on their path
or they've been on the path for a while, but they are stuck. They're like, you know, I really want this
thing, but I'm not quite sure what it is that's preventing me from having it. And then they go through
my program and it's like their entire life changes because honestly, my job is really easy. I'm going to
tell you that. It's really easy. And the reason why it's so easy for me to help you create changes is because
oftentimes it's not like we need to change a million different things. It's we need a subtle shift
in just the way we are viewing a situation, or we need to shift our energy, or we need to clear a
block, and things start to unfold. And the coolest part about this manifestation journey is the
longer that you stay on it, the more that you just not only become at peace with what is and what is
available to you in your life, knowing that everything always works out for you. Like I say that. And when I
used to say that to myself as an affirmation. I didn't believe it. But now at this point, I firmly believe it.
I can't think of an area in my life where I don't think things will work out for me. Does that mean
that I think I will always get what I want? No, absolutely not. I don't always want. I truly don't
want what I always want. I want what the universe thinks is best for me. And I know that that will always
happen. So it gives me this deep sense of peace. But also, as you go through this process, what happens
is you are able to create changes in your life so much more rapidly than without this wisdom and this
knowledge. Because what most people are doing is they are solely focused on the 3D. They are solely
focused on doing the things on their to-do list, doing more, creating more, getting out there more,
right? Hustling, pushing. They're mostly focused on that. And I do think that is important. I think
hard work is insanely valuable for many, many, many reasons. And,
I also think that if you are doing the hard work from a place of fear, of lack, of insecurity,
of give me, give me, give me energy of taking energy, you're not going to get nearly as powerful
results as you could get if you do it from a more aligned energy, an energy of peace, of trust,
of faith, of I will find a way or I will make a way of I know everything is working out for me.
I know that the universe has my back and always will.
So it's either going to be what I want or something even better.
When you operate from that perspective, that is the reality that is created for you because your beliefs are creating your reality in every single moment.
Your beliefs are unrolling the red carpet for you as you are walking down the red carpet.
Okay.
So let's talk about some of the key pieces behind this manifesting the things that we want.
And I want to start off with answering this question of why I believe that, well, I want to actually, I want to give you a framework.
So this is a framework that I have shared a few different times in my content, and it's the tier
manifestation method. Tier is spelled T-E-A-R, like a tier rolling down your face. And what it stands for
is thoughts create emotions, T-E-A, actions are results. So thoughts create your emotions, which create your
actions, which create your results. Okay, that's really the base of manifestation, is that our thoughts
are the generative force of our emotions. And our emotions are going to fuel what kind of actions we take
and what kind of actions we take are going to fuel the results that we get. And the thing about this,
though, about this tier manifestation method is most people always start with the A. They're like,
okay, if I want to lose 10 pounds, I'm going to start going to the gym. I'm going to start,
you know, working with a personal trainer. I'm going to start eating healthier. And they may do it for a
week and then they fall off. Why is that? Because the T and the A, excuse me, the T and the E, the thoughts and
the emotions are not in the right alignment. And this is what everyone misses. And the truth is that
before tier, there's actually an S. So it's steer. I don't know why I think that's really funny.
The S is actually what's going on in your subconscious mind. So the thoughts that you are aware of are only a
very small fraction of the thoughts that you are actually thinking. I call them our whisper thoughts.
There are these thoughts that most of us are operating off of that are not as loud and they're
very subtle and you have to be very aware to notice them. You have to have quite a calm mind.
And these whisper thoughts are this lower layer of thoughts that, and you, if you really start to
pay attention to yourself, what you'll notice is that you might all of a sudden feel kind of
crappy, right? Like, you're like, man, I don't know why, but I just, I just feel sad. Or I don't know why,
but I feel really irritated. Or I feel kind of angry or I feel just like off. And what you will notice,
if you really start to tune in is you'll notice that there was likely a whisper thought that happened
before that. And it's a very, very, very subtle thought that happens that it's almost so habitual,
so automatic that we don't even notice it. And then we'll have, you know, our more common thoughts,
the thoughts that we're more aware of. And we think that that's what's creating our EAR, but it's not. It's more of
these whisper thoughts and more of these subconscious programs. So I have a previous episode all in
the subconscious. So I'm not going to get a ton into it today, but we'll talk about it a bit.
And the idea is that your subconscious mind truly is running the show. So your subconscious mind
is this aspect of your mind that is responsible for essentially everything. It is the supercomputer that
is running the show. It's controlling your heart rate, your breathing, your body temperature,
but it's also filtering and controlling everything you experience in your reality. So the words that I
am saying right now, you are absorbing a certain percentage of those words, but then Anna Maria over
there, she's going to absorb a different percentage of those words and a different formation,
and she's going to draw a different meeting from it, right? It's why a couple can get into an
argument, and then they both have completely different versions of what happens.
because they are filtering it completely differently.
And that's what your subconscious mind does,
is it takes in massive, like billions of pieces of information every single second.
And then it goes through this filtration process, and it distills it down to only 126 pieces
of information that you are aware of every single second.
So let's say that I had $2 million and I was like, or $2 billion and I was like,
you can have $126.
you'd be like, thanks for nothing, cheapo, right? Because that's very small amount of money compared to the whole
huge, ginormous sum of two billion. It's not even 1%. It's much less than 1%. And that's what you are actually
aware of in your reality. What is going on is not the truth. The perception that you have is not the
truth. I'm sorry to tell you, but you can't be right. Like you can't, it's really like we just do not have a
true accurate perception. As we become more spiritually advanced, yeah, it gets more accurate,
but it's still not. We're still in our human form. We're still filtering based off of our past
experiences, our memories, things that people said, the time of day, how we're feeling,
our mood determines how we filter things. The time of the month, right? When I'm on my period,
I filter things very differently than when I'm feeling amazing and ovulating. So it's really
important for you to recognize that you are not filtering your reality factually. You are filtering
it based off of everything in the past that has happened. And that's why we can struggle to manifest
the things that we want. Because oftentimes what we are filtering by is not super helpful. And
what I call this is our subconscious blueprints. So we all have different subconscious
blueprints. So we have a blueprint for our relationship with money and how we view money.
We have a blueprint for our love, how we view love relationships, intimate relationships,
how we view friendships, how we experience ourselves. We have an entire mess of blueprints all
about how we view ourselves, about what we think is possible for us, about our own self-worth.
And a lot of these blueprints are really out of date. Honestly, they're very, very out of date.
They're based off of things that happened to us when we were very young.
things that were not necessarily super helpful, right? I'll give you an example of this. So when I was in
high school, I, when I was a freshman in high school, I went on a date with this guy. His name was Connor.
And he was so cute. He was like a junior. And I felt so, so cool because he dated the other,
like the actual popular girls. That was not a popular girl. He dated the popular girls. And I was like,
oh my God, he's going to go out with me. Like, it must be so cool, right? Like freaking out.
And anyway, we go on this date to the movies. And I was nervous. So I invited my best friend to come to.
I don't know why I did that.
So I invited my best friend to go on this date with us.
And we're in the movie theater.
And I'm so awkward and so nervous.
And so I'm talking to my best friend the whole time.
I'm not talking to him.
I am like making all these awkward jokes.
Like it was a mess.
It was probably not my finest moment.
And anyway, after this date, he said, I texted him.
And I was like, I had so much fun.
I'd love to go out with you again.
And he was like, yeah, you know, I really don't think the juice is worth the squeeze.
That's the exact phrasing he used.
And now I look back and I'm like, yeah,
I see why. Like, I behaved like a crazy woman. And so, but in my mind, that stuck. And I had that belief
in relationship for many years. I don't now. But for many years that I wasn't worth it, right? I wasn't
worth the squeeze. I wasn't worth the effort. So I'd always overdo it. I'd always overgiven relationship.
And that was because of this very innocent thing that happened to me. Very innocent, right? Connor didn't
mean to affect me. And so I recognize that.
now, right? But at the time, it took me a long time to even understand that that was a principle
and a belief that I was operating off of that was filtering my reality. So then later on,
when I was dating one of my long-term boyfriends, I was always had this fear and I would filter
things that he said to me because I was afraid that I wasn't going to be enough for him, right?
I was so afraid of it. So I was always overgiving and overdoing and blah, blah, blah, blah.
And that's kind of how these subconscious blueprints play out. It's very, very, very below our
awareness. Oftentimes, they're just playing out, playing out, playing out, until we get to this
point where we're like, holy cow, I have had enough. I'm done. I don't want to keep repeating
these same cycles. I don't want to keep dating the same toxic men. I don't want to always have
the same financial ceiling. I don't want to always feel like I am not speaking up for myself or I'm
always sabotaging myself. I don't want to feel that way because our subconscious minds challenges
and blueprints show up in many different ways. And oftentimes, they are most prevalent.
The blueprints that don't work for us are most prevalent in the areas of our life where we find
the most challenge. The areas where we feel stuck, where we feel like we're not making progress,
where we feel like we keep hitting the same roadblocks and looping the same patterns. And that's because
most people, when they want to manifest something new, they start with the action step.
When we know that there's the everything that's happening before it, right? There's our subconscious
blueprints, which are creating our thoughts, which are creating our emotions, which are either
fueling positive action or deterring us from positive action. And so then we get the result and we're
like, oh, crap, this is not the result I want, right? I've got to figure this out. So if you send me a

through this tier manifestation method. So that is a really, really, really important aspect of this,
is understanding that you can't start your manifestation journey from saying affirmations or
visualizing or it's helpful, but it's like very lightly helpful. It's like if I gave you $126 out of
two billion dollars. You'd be like, that's helpful, but like, that's really lightly helpful.
That's how affirmations and visualization and those kinds of things are. And not that they're not
helpful. They're great practices. I use them as well, but they're the lighter tools, right?
They're much lighter. They're not really getting to the root in the core. If we want to get to
the root in the core, we need to work with the subconscious. We need to use tools that really
dig deep and create changes. And also, we need to do it fairly consistent.
The thing that I have seen with my program is that my clients get really incredible results,
and their results, like, expand outward.
Like, they get better and better and better and better.
And the reason for that is because we're working at this deep level, but we're not doing it
once, right?
You're not going to go and have a one therapy session.
We're doing it every single week consistently for four months.
So at the end of those four months, so much of that junk, that old junk, those
old junky blueprints have been cleared out that you feel like a completely different person.
You think like a completely different person. The T and the S are totally different. So your emotions,
your actions, your results are totally different. So that's kind of one aspect of what I really
love for you to understand is that you really need to create that fluidity, that fluidity between
your thoughts, your emotions, your actions, and your results. And the biggest mistake that I always see,
people make is that they start with either the action or they start with very light manifestation
methods when they're not doing that deeper work to clear out the old gunk. So that's kind of the first
secret that I really want to share with you. And I think I'm going to do two today. The second
one I want to share with you is something that is not ever talked about. People don't talk about this.
And is part of what I mean by living in alignment is living in alignment with the highest version of
yourself is also about how you show up as a person. And what I'm talking about really is your
moral character and your integrity. And I know people never talk about that, right, about manifestation.
It's like, oh, if you do this method, then you can have whatever you want, right? No, that's not how
it works. You actually have to really show up and be a good person, a quality person. And I'm not
saying that you have to never make mistakes, but the universe supports what supports life. Life
supports what supports life. And so if you are a person who is constantly gossiping, who is breaking
your commitments to people, who is shortchanging people or stealing or doing any of these kinds of things,
you are creating a lot of negative energy around yourself. And that is creating negative energy
in those areas of your life. And so the more that you can live in alignment and live in integrity,
the more that you are going to manifest things much more easily in your life. And
I want to give an example.
I had this agreement with somebody and it was they were going to pay me a certain amount of
money to do some work for them.
And I did the work for them and then they didn't pay me.
They paid me like a fraction of what they owed me.
And it's not that big of a deal to me.
It's not that much money.
But I reached out to them and I basically explained this to them that like you, it's really
the idea of negative karma.
It's generating negative karma.
When you take something or you do something that harms another person or you go back on
your word or you gossip about people, you're generating this negative energy. And that negative energy
is something that you actually have to overcome and counteract in order to manifest the things that you
want. And you can say, well, like, oh, but like there's lots of, there's really wealthy people.
Like I'm thinking of, what's his name, like Jeffrey Epstein, right, who got super, super wealthy and he was a
horrible person, right? Well, look at how it ended for him. It didn't end well. You know,
And what happens is, you know, this negative energy living out of integrity with the highest
version of yourself makes it more difficult for you to create the things that you want in your life.
And I know nobody ever talks about this, but one of the biggest things that you can do to help
yourself manifest more quickly and manifest more powerfully in your life is to stop gossiping,
to stop talking about other people. And I mean really as much as you possibly can.
Yes, there might be times where maybe you vent to one person, you vent about something that happened or you get advice, but it's not a good idea to be talking about other people because you're spreading all this negative energy. And that's going to come back to you. So if you're finding that it's also with complaining, right? If you're constantly complaining, think about the things that you do and they don't really make you feel good on a soul level. Those are the things that are kind of creating this negative energy.
Now, you're probably thinking, well, I've talked, I've gossiped a lot in my life. And I have too,
like my teenage years and even in my college years, like, I talked about people a lot. Not like horribly,
but like I did, right? And the thing is, is that you can counteract negative karma by doing more
positive things in the world. And it's actually a really powerful way to also speed up your manifestations.
So some things that you can do, there's different ways to generate positive karma. Some are by doing
acts of service. So going and volunteering somewhere, helping people, even when you get nothing from it,
actually, especially when you get nothing from it. Donating money, donating money on a monthly basis.
That is a really powerful way. What I find for myself personally is the more that I donate money,
the more money I make. Isn't it funny how that works? Life supports what supports life. So I encourage you to
think about that. Think about the areas of your life where you can show up more fully. You can be more kind. You can
be more loving. You can live in alignment with the highest version of your soul. And it means,
you know, it means thinking about how you would want to be treated, right? And I think that there's
always another level. I think we can easily be like, oh yeah, of course, like I'm a good person.
Check. But there's always another level to that. Even like I consider myself to be a very good person.
I really always try to do what's an integrity always. And I still know.
there are so much I can do, so much more I can do. And that's true for every person on the planet.
And so think about ways where you can show up a little bit more kindly, where you can give a little bit more,
and you will be very, very surprised by how positively this impacts your manifesting ability.
