Hello, my beautiful friends. How are you today? I'm so excited to chat with you today. I'm Jen,
your host of the Receive podcast where we talk all about manifestation, mindset, spirituality, and the
subconscious mind. And today, what we're going to be talking about is I'm going to share with you
three manifestation secrets that I've never heard anyone talk about. And they are honestly game changers.
It really sort of shocks me that no one talks about this.
So let's get into it.
Let's chat a bit about these different manifestation secrets.
And first, I just want to kind of preface the way that I think about what manifestation
is.
I think that in the common ecosystem of social media, manifestation is often thought of,
okay, I think about something I want, and then I focus on that thing that I want, and then
I get that thing that I want.
And truthfully, that's the path to get there to man.
manifest what we ultimately want to manifest, which is becoming the highest version of ourselves.
That's truly what we want to create in this life. On a soul level, our soul is here to expand and to
grow and to become the best possible soul that it can be. And we do that through overcoming our fears,
overcoming our doubts, putting ourselves in uncomfortable situations, and choosing goals and
things that we want to manifest and then going after them, right? Whether we get them or not,
Ideally, we get them, right? But sometimes we change our minds and we decide that we want something
different in the process of manifestation. And so I want to share with you three key secrets that I have
discovered over the years of working with many women, of studying this material for myself,
implementing it in my own life that I really think have made a massive difference for me in
understanding how I can continuously manifest a new level. Truly, I feel like every single month,
my life is fundamentally different than the month before. And
that's been happening for years where it's like every area of my life improves on some level every
single month. And a big part of that is I'm really intentional about making that happen.
You know, I really am thoughtful about where am I going in each of the big areas of my life.
And so I want to share these with you because I think it'll really help how you think about
creating that next level vision for yourself, whether it's financial, whether it's relationship,
whether it is success or health or all of the above or babies or puppies or whatever it might be, right?
So I want to share with you some of these concepts.
So the first one is something that I call the manifestation compound effect.
And the idea behind this is that every single day we are creating cascades in our life.
And I almost want you to think of when I say the word cascade, like a domino going off and setting off the all,
the whole chain of other dominoes. Or like a rock rolling down a hill and it hits another rock and
another rock and another rock. So by the time it gets lower on the hill, there's this whole collection
of rocks happening. Right. So it's a cascade where one thing causes a series of other things to
happen. That's what I mean by the word cascade. And what I mean by that is every thought,
every emotion, every action that you have or that you take throughout the day sets off a cascade
of consequences or experiences or results within your energetic field and within your life,
whether you are aware of it or not. And so the reason why I think this is so important to realize
is we oftentimes do not look at the cascades we are creating in our lives. And then we think
that we're stuck or we think that we are unable to change our reality when the issue is that
we just don't realize these cascades that we're creating all over our lives. And so that's why
this self-reflection is so, so, so important. And so I'd love to give you an example of this.
So let's say that you have a thought in the morning of, okay, I'm going to wake up and I'm going to
knock it on my phone. I'm going to get right out of bed. I'm going to get ready and I'm going to go on a
walk. Okay. Then maybe on that walk, you get an inspired idea and you follow that inspired idea.
And that inspired idea leads you to a new opportunity. Maybe it needs you to meeting a new person.
okay, that's one cascade that can be created. Then let's say another cascade that we might create is,
let's say you wake up and you're like, ugh, I don't really feel like getting out of bed. So you grab your
phone, you start scrolling, right? You see something when you're scrolling that makes you feel not
super good about yourself. That makes you feel anxious. That makes you feel like, oh, why am I not
further along? Okay. Then that creates this lower level energy throughout your day that you're taking into your
day. So those are just some examples of how we create these cascades, but we're literally creating them
in every single moment. I almost think of it as it's like we're igniting these different sparks
throughout our life. And some of them are powerful and positive and some of them are detrimental.
Because the thing is that nothing in our lives happens in a vacuum, right? Me going on a walk this
morning is impacting how I'm able to show up on this podcast with more mental clarity, with more
focus. Then if I had woken up and scrolled through Instagram, my energy would be different.
that's transmitting different energy through my podcast, which is calling in different people into my ecosystem.
You see, it's not only that we're creating these cascades on the thought emotional level,
but it's this whole energetic cascade that is created that is shifting your entire field.
And so every thought, every decision that we make, even the energy that we have behind those decisions is making this compound effect in our lives.
And oftentimes when people get to a point where they're like, God, I don't know how my life got here,
it's because they've made thousands of decisions that created cascades that led them away from what they
truly want to create. So what we want to do is we want to become mindful and thoughtful of what
cascades we're creating in our lives, right, in the smallest and biggest ways.
Another example of this is last night, I finished work at about six and I was planning to go to the gym.
I didn't have time all day to go to the gym. And then I was like, you know, I don't really feel like it.
And so I didn't really need to go. I still am getting in the amount of workouts I want to get in.
But I did have the energy to go, but I chose not to. And so I feel like this little bit of almost
disappointment within myself. So that created a lower level energy for me, right, than if I had gone.
Because I want to be the kind of person who goes even when she doesn't quite feel like it.
Right. And usually I am, but sometimes I'm not. So it's just.
just recognizing that our actions, they create a ripple effect, not just in the physicality of our life,
but in the energetics of our life. So you can almost think of it as it's like interest that you are
either paying or you're receiving. When you do things that create a positive ripple effect,
you're receiving positive interest. So it makes other things easier to do in your life, right?
when you go on a walk in the morning, it makes it easier all day to be in a positive mood,
to feel good, to feel more mentally clear. That creates a cascade of different decisions that are
branching in all different directions, like a river that branches out in many different directions.
But when we do things that create a negative energy, and typically the things that create
the negative energy are the things that are not in alignment with the person who we want to be.
They're the things that make us be like, on some subconscious level, I could have done better or I should have done better.
Or that just doesn't seem quite like me.
I wasn't really showing up for myself.
Or I could have been nicer in that circumstance.
So it's this interest.
And the more positive interest you generate, the easier it is for you to manifest things into your life.
So oftentimes people will ask me like, what do I do when I need to get out of a funk, right?
like a big conversation in my community right now is when you're on your luteal phase as a woman,
your hormones are doing a dance that doesn't feel super good.
You know, you're not feeling great.
You're not feeling sexy.
You're feeling kind of and lackluster.
And or it could just be say you have a bad day and you're not feeling super great.
You're not feeling like having a conversation.
Yes, there's a lot of tools and practices we can do in those moments.
But the most powerful thing is to really set yourself up for when.
those moments occur, like say something doesn't go right or you're not feeling great around your
period, you've created cascades beforehand that give you more interest in your bank account so you don't
dip as low, right? Because if you're, if let's say something happens where somebody says something
that's not kind to you, you're much more likely to be triggered and to react if you haven't been
taking care of yourself, if you haven't been showing up how you want to show up, if you don't have
enough positive cascades in your life. And same with on your period. Hormones,
yes, they can be a very tricky thing to deal with,
but there's lots of ways that we can support ourselves hormonally, right,
through our diet, through exercise, through positive habits.
So usually when we get to that point where we feel like we need a massive intervention,
it's because we haven't been doing the things leading up to the moment where we need
that massive intervention of some sort.
Okay, makes sense.
And the thing to know, too, is the quantum field, the field of creation that we live in,
this energetic field that is creating our realities and that we are creating our realities through
responds to momentum. So if we have a lot of positive momentum in our lives, positive cascades,
then we are much more likely to see changes in our reality much more quickly, much more easily
and effortlessly. This is why people appear to be overnight successes is because they have
created a lot of positive cascades in their life that compound over time, right? Showing up for
yourself, showing up for the things that you want, the people that you care about. Those create lots
of positive cascades. And the last little piece I want to mention with this is, and then I'll give you
kind of some examples of cascades to look at in your own life. But an example of this and a really
clear way to understand what cascades you are creating is write down everything you do in a day.
Literally, calendar out, okay, from 6 a.m. to 6.15, I scrolled on my phone. From 6.15 to 6.30, I fed the dog.
calendar out, all of those things, and you will see patterns within your life, right?
Our life is actually a series of patterns, a series of programs that we're running.
And we need to use our creative powers to shift those patterns and those programs so they don't
create realities that we don't want.
So some examples of shifts that you can look at are something, this is something that
Jim Rohn says, it's stand guard at the door of your mind.
And what that means is look at the cascades that your thoughts create.
Are you buying into those negative thoughts? Are you allowing them to start a wildfire in your mind of fear and anxiety and doubt? Or are you saying erase, erase, erase? I don't want to believe that. I don't want to think that. Right. Look at the thoughts that you're entertaining. And there's levels of thoughts. And there's some thoughts that are really strong and really prominent. And then there's those thoughts that are just like a whisper where we barely feel them. We barely notice them. But they cause an emotional impact. And they set off a cascade. So it's important to know.
notice the levels of thoughts as well. Another one is food choices. And this is something that I want to start
bringing into my content a little bit more is caring for our temple, our physical body, because there is,
I think, a belief in the spiritual community, and it's not wrong, but that all we need to focus on is our
mind and what we're doing with our energy to create the results that we want. But the thing is,
how we treat our temple, how we care for this vessel that holds our soul directly,
impacts how we feel and how we show up. And so I personally have found massive transformation
from caring for my body more and more and more. And I find it easier to meditate. I find it easier
to show up for myself. I find it easier to have energy for the things that I want to do.
So recognizing the food choices that you are making and the cascades that they're creating.
For me, when I have sugar, I'm really sensitive to sugar apparently. I struggle to sleep as well.
And then that means I'm less tired the next day. That means I show up.
up less well, right? And that cascade, if I don't stop, it could go on for weeks or months. So it's really
getting honest with yourself about the choices you're making and the impact they're truly having on your life.
So I would recommend to really understand this a bit more is do that time audit. Another cascade as
well is the people that you're spending time with. And this is not to be in judgment of other people,
but if there's people in your life who are very negative, who are constantly focused on the worst possible
scenarios, then those might be people that you spend a little bit less time with or you limit
or you no longer spend time with at all, recognizing the cascade effect that that also has on your life.
Okay. So that's the first one. The second one is a little bit simpler, but it adds on to the first.
And it's really how to make decisions in a very empowering way that leads you to an unfolding of many
positive cascades. And what that is is what I call higher self decisions. It's making decisions
from the woman that you want to be, this elevated, perfected version of yourself. Because most people,
I would say 98% of people, maybe more, I don't know. It's a hard estimate to make. Are making
decisions from fear, from safety, from their past programming. They're making decisions to avoid pain
rather than making decisions on the life that they wish to create. And what this does is when you make a
decision to avoid pain or to avoid something you're afraid of, you are creating a loop where that is
the reality you live in. Because how you do one thing is how you do everything. And I think about this a lot
with people who I'll have conversations with them about signing up for my program.
And then they'll be like, okay, well, like, I just don't know if I can do it.
I, it's a stretch for me financially.
And the truth is, you are never going to get to a point where a program like my program
is not a stretch for you financially if you don't do a program like my program.
It's just the truth.
You are not going to be able to feel comfortable spending more money on yourself,
receiving more money until you invest in yourself, until you show up for
yourself. And so it's asking in moments like that, what would my highest self do? Would she make the
decision out of fear of the fear? Or would she make the decision of how is this going to help me
lead to my goals? Does this feel aligned with what my highest self would do in this moment? So asking
yourself at all these choice points that we experience, what would the higher self version of you
do in this moment? What would she do? And I promise you, if you start asking yourself that throughout the
day and then making decisions based off of what your higher self would do versus your fear for self,
you will have a completely different life every single month, just like I do. I am constantly trying to
do the things. I don't always succeed. I'm still human. But I'm always trying to do the things that
I know would be an alignment with the woman I want to be versus the woman I don't want to be. Right.
And like clearly last night when I didn't go to the gym, I didn't do that. But most of the time I do, I'd say I do it 90% of
the time. And my goal is to keep improving that. So really thinking about in those moments, what would that
highest self version of you do? And then the last piece of this little puzzle, honestly, if you
implemented these three things that I'm sharing with you today, you will manifest quantum leaps in your
life in the next month. Like truly, if you actually implement them, not kind of implement them.
So the last one is what I call the goddess nervous system. And it is a calmed and regulated nervous system.
And that is the ultimate manifestation hack.
And this takes skill.
It takes practice to regulate your nervous system.
And what it is is when you are in a calm regulated state, you have more access to your intuition.
You have more access to attracting higher vibrational experiences into your life.
You have more access to the creative parts of your brain, to solutions.
When we are dysregulated, when we are in fear, we are blocking receptions.
for the co-creation process with the universe. We are blocking our ability to see solutions.
We are blocking, attracting in positive things to us. And so this is why people often have a hard
time with manifestation when they first start because they are in a very dysregulated state.
So many people live in a constant state of dysregulation of putting out fires, of responding to
fires, of fearing what's going to happen next. And the greatest gift that I think you can give yourself
is learning how to regulate your nervous system. And truly, it starts with your subconscious mind.
It starts with reprogramming those old thoughts and those old beliefs. So that way, you no longer are
run by that fear-based programming. It is also about resting your body and caring for your body.
It's very hard to be regulated. Even for myself, and I've been doing this work for a long time,
it's hard for me to be regulated if I'm not caring for my body, right? Went out, maybe it was three nights ago,
ago, something like that, to dinner with a friend. And we had a drink. And I haven't drank in probably,
I don't know, 10 months or something of that sort. I really don't, I don't drink often. I drink if it's
like a special occasion. And the next day, I felt so much more dysregulated. I felt like it was so hard
for me to actually be who I want to be. And so I decided, I'm like, well, that's why I drink once a
year, right? Because it just, I don't like that the difficulty it creates. I wanted to feel easy to be my best self.
I wanted to feel easy to be very regulated.
And so that is something that's going to be very, very powerful for you, is practicing and
healing your nervous system.
Because part of it are, yes, tools you use in the moment, but part of it is also rewiring the
mind, rewiring the nervous system, clearing out the stress from the nervous system.
So you can show up as that best version of yourself.
And so some practices you can use for this now are my favorite is just very simple.
It's putting my hands on my heart, taking a couple breaths.
and saying something really positive to myself.
Like, you did a great job, or I'm proud of you, or everything is working out for you,
or you'll figure this out, or the solution's already available to you.
Something really simple and encouraging, that's something I could do a whole episode on,
is a big part of nervous system regulation is the way that we talk to ourselves,
is if we're being unkind to ourselves, it creates this constant source of stress and anxiety
within the mind and the body.
So practicing being that loving parent to yourself is going to create a world of difference for yourself.
And oftentimes people think that if they're too kind to themselves, that they'll take their foot off the gas, right?
They won't achieve as much.
They won't show up as much.
But the opposite has actually been shown to be true through research.
And the reason that that is the opposite is true is that when you are able to be loving to yourself, be kind to yourself, you actually allow yourself to make more mistakes.
You allow yourself to express yourself more creatively.
And you also feel happier, right?
Because you don't have this constant internal bully chatting it up with you.
And when you are able to make mistakes, when you are able to be more creative,
they've shown this as well that you are going to get better results in your life.
There was another study done where they had two groups of, I think it was maybe college students.
One of them they gave, they gave them both the same test, but they told one of them
that it was just like a fun exercise for them to try out.
And then the other one, they told them it was a test and they were going to be graded.
Imagine which one did worse, right?
The one who thought it was a test.
This is why people have test taking anxiety.
It's a whole thing nowadays, you know?
I used to have crazy test taking anxiety.
I felt like I was going to pass out when I would take tests.
So because we have this strong internal bully that is putting that pressure on us,
that is saying all those things to us internally.
No one else is there when we're taking the test putting that on us.
We're putting that on ourselves.
So when you create an ecosystem within your mind where you're kind and you're loving to yourself,
you alleviate so much pressure and so much stress and you open the doorway for more creativity
for more possibility from our expansion. So I hope you have found this incredibly valuable and

where we're choosing those cascades in our lives and we're creating more and more positive
cascades to create more positive momentum in our field. We're making decisions
as our highest self. So we're asking ourselves, what would my perfected self do in this moment?
And then we're creating and cultivating the goddess nervous system, where we are speaking to ourselves
kindly, where we're doing practices to calm and soothe our nervous system. So I hope you have absolutely
