Starting point is 00:00:00 Hello, hello. Welcome to this episode of Receive. I am your host, Jen Ditsasey, and I will be sharing with you today a really powerful 30-day challenge that I am currently doing in my own life that I absolutely love and I'm so excited for you to learn about it and implement it in your own life. Because honestly, it is probably the most powerful challenge I've created for myself. I frequently will create these different 30-day challenges. I find they're really fun to give some momentum, some some fun to daily life. And this challenge in particular is called the frequency makeover. And the idea is that you are doing specific practices in order to fall madly in love with your life. And why is that? Why would we want to fall madly in love with our lives? Well, because being in love is such a magnetic frequency. It attracts everything that you want. Right. When you are in love, it is a form of gratitude. It is a form of saying thank you so much for being you, for being my life, for being exactly as you are. And it allows you to attract in so many of the things that you desire. It is this frequency that is felt in every single interaction that you have.
Starting point is 00:01:12 When you connect with other people, they can feel your frequency. And when you are madly in love with your life, it is such an attractive frequency. So it allows you to call in greater money, greater opportunities, greater experiences, more clients, right? Everyone wants to be around that person that is just so warm and delicious and love and in love with their life, right? You want to know, like, what is that person smoking? What is that person doing that they are so in love with their life? And I will tell you for me, this has elevated my frequency so much. And I honestly, I probably, I don't know, it'll just be a 30 day thing that I do. So I will probably keep doing it because I found these practices to be so, so beneficial. And, I want to share with you a little bit of the inspiration for why I've decided to do this challenge. And then I'd like to share with you also the different pieces of what you can do in order to really connect to this frequency and really make over your entire frequency to where you feel truly before the end of the 30 days that you are madly in love with your life. Do you remember like your first crush? I remember my first crush. His name was Kenny. He was so cute. It was in like first grade. And I thought he was so cute. and so funny and I could just like stare at him all day in class. And that's how I want you to feel is like that level of just unbridled doting for your own life. And the thing is, you're probably thinking,
Starting point is 00:02:39 well, you know, I'm not really in love with my life. I want to fix this and I want to fix this. And I want to do this differently. When in reality, falling in love with your life, nothing in your life actually has to change. It is your perspective. It is your perception that needs to change in order for you to truly fall in love with your life. which is what makes this challenge so magical because it is not that you have the money you want, the relationship you want, the career that you want, the business that you want, and then you fall in love with life. That's not how it works. Because the truth is, the secret is that if you got those things and you were not in love with your life, you're not going to be in love with your life when you get
Starting point is 00:03:16 those things. You have an emotional home. And that emotional home is where you are most comfortable emotionally. For some people, that's joy. For some people that's anxiety. For some people that's, some people that stress. It's where you keep coming back to. And so if your emotional home is stress, anxiety, fear, or just like blah, like nothing's ever that great in your life, then that's where you're going to come back to, regardless of if you have the things that you want. You may temporarily feel that high, but then it'll go back down. It's why people that win the lottery, they don't really report that much change in their life, right? And oftentimes they will say that not, that their level of happiness is not any different because they haven't changed their fundamental wiring of who they are in their own brains
Starting point is 00:04:00 and in their own frequencies. So what we are going to do with this challenge is we are going to recalibrate your emotional home. So that way on a daily basis, you feel more joyful, you feel happier, you feel so in love with your life just as it is right now. Because it is not have due be. It is not, I have the lottery winnings and then I be happy. It is that you be that person. and then the other things that you desire follow. That is the nature of our reality. That is the nature of our universe. And so we want you to get into that high frequency,
Starting point is 00:04:33 into that high vibrational space, so that way you can have the things that you want. That way they follow. And you maintain that high vibrational space because you've already learned how to be in it. Makes sense. So the inspiration for this came from, I have been rereading Dr. Joe's book,
Starting point is 00:04:51 becoming supernatural. If you've never read it, It's a phenomenal read. It's super good. And in the first chapter, he talks about this woman who has basically, like, the most horrible experiences happen to her. Her husband kills himself. And then her family's in financial debt. As a result of all of the stress and everything, she develops all of these different illnesses. I think she becomes paralyzed. She develops cancer. She develops an issue with, like, her salivary glands in her mouth where she can't produce as much saliva. Literally, like, I'm like, I cannot imagine a worse situation to experience. right she has two children she has to take care of them and her financial situation is in ruins like literally it is the it sounds rough right and i guarantee pretty much everyone listening to this your life situation is probably not that difficult right or that low not saying you don't have challenges or anything like that but i like that example because it's so extreme most of us are
Starting point is 00:05:45 not experiencing something to that and what she did is she started doing dr jo's meditations and every single morning, she would meditate and she said, I wouldn't get up until I was in love with my life. And so that whole sentence just kept ping ponging around in my mind. And I was like, I want to start doing that. You know, because really in my life, I have an amazing life. And there's nothing that's really that wrong. But I know that there's always another level, right? There's always that next level of joy, of happiness, of just vitality that is available to us. And so I decided to create this challenge out of that inspiration. And I, you know, I made it my own, right? I'm not going to do exactly what she did. I don't even know what meditations. She did. I'm going to do it my own way.
Starting point is 00:06:28 But the goal is the same. The goal is that every single morning and every single evening and throughout the day, I'm going to tap into this frequency of just being radically in love with my life. And my plan is not to change anything in my physical reality intentionally. My plan is to change my full perception. And that's what I've been doing. and that's what I've been feeling this just it's like I feel like this whole new channel of beautiful golden energy is channeling through me through this challenge and I was telling my best friend Sabrina about this and she was like you know I love that and she's like I love it because she was like if you have a child and you give a child something let's say you give them a gift right or even an adult you give them a gift and they're just like oh thanks cool and it's no big deal right
Starting point is 00:07:14 they never mentioned it again they're not really that grateful but then let's say you give someone else a gift and they're like, oh my God, thank you so much. This was so nice of you. This means the world to me. Maybe they bring it up again next time you see them. They really are grateful and they're joyful for what you've given them. And that's what you're doing when you do this challenge is you are saying to the universe, you're saying to the creator, oh my gosh, I am so grateful for everything you have given me, the good and the bad. I'm so grateful for it. Literally, I'm actually in love with it. I am in love with this water bottle in front of me. I am in the love. I am in love with this beautiful, cozy overcast day here in San Diego. I am in love with the fact that when I
Starting point is 00:07:53 went on my walk this morning, my dog was like rolling in the wet water and it was the cutest thing I've ever seen. I am in love with these moments. I am in love with recording this podcast. And I was even thinking about it on my walk this morning. And I walked by this neighbor and he's a super cute doctor. And he's like, I don't know, putting stuff in his car. And he waves to me. And I like very awkwardly wave back. I don't know. I was feeling awkward. And I was feeling awkward. And I was, I just thought to myself, I'm like, man, I'm so in love with myself. Like, I'm doing the best I can do. I'm freaking in love with myself.
Starting point is 00:08:23 And I just was like so happy about it. And that's the perspective is like, I'm so in love with whatever I am presented with that it creates this frequency of the universe is like, dang, I want to give her more because she's really like eating this up, right? The universe loves when you are in love with whatever it is. So I hope that you are loving this. I'm loving this. I'm like, I'm obsessed with this idea. I really love it. So what are you going to do in order to create this frequency of being in love with your life? That's probably what's on your mind, right? You're like,
Starting point is 00:08:57 Jen, get to it. I want to know the deeds. So I will. I will tell you the deeds. So the first thing you're going to do. And again, right, I made this my own. You can make it your own. I'm not a dictator. You do you do you. But I'll tell you what I'm doing. And you can play with it. You can mold it. You can elevate it, whatever you want. But what I do want you to do is I want you to tell me, send me a message on Instagram and tell me when you are doing this. So I know and I can cheer you on and I can support you and tell me how it's going for you. Right. Maybe after a couple days, you're like, dang, I'm manifesting all sorts of stuff because my vibe is so high, right? The day that I started doing this, I received two gifts in the mail for my friends. Like these random gifts, they were beautiful. I didn't know they were going to send
Starting point is 00:09:38 me these gifts, two separate friends. You'll just start to receive things. You'll receive opportunities. You'll receive experiences. You'll just receive something that Kabbal. it teaches is that our goal on earth is to learn how to receive. Nothing else. It's not to cure cancer. It's not to give back. It's to learn how to receive from the creator because the creator wants to give to you. The creator wants to give you absolutely everything. Everything. And when you are a gracious, vibrant, joyful receiver, like the universe is going to want to give you even more. So let's talk about the details. The first thing you're going to do is when you wake up in the morning, you are not going to pick up your cell phone unless you're using it to set up a meditation,
Starting point is 00:10:17 but you are not opening up social media. You're not looking at that little red dot with the two or the three in it, the text messages. You are just going to pick up your phone to open up a meditation. Now, if you're in my community, do the monthly meditation. It's perfect for this. If you're not in my community, pick a meditation that feels high vibrational to you. I do have a free one that I can give you. Do that. that meditation and the focus of that meditation is just, dang, I'm so in love with my life. So if you're visualizing in that meditation, you're visualizing being in love with your life,
Starting point is 00:10:52 you're focusing on your heart center, right? That space at the center of your chest and drawing energy into that space, feeling that space expand, feeling that space vibrate, feeling that space open up, radiate with love. You are focusing on just being in love with your life and feeling this sense of love. And what you will likely notice is, my gosh, I'm so in with my life. You'll be focused on that feeling of love, that feeling of love for your life. Maybe you'll have some of my thoughts of like the love you feel for your husband, the love you feel for your children, the love you feel for your dog. And then wham, you'll remember that you have a bill to pay or that you have a presentation coming up or you'll remember, okay, cool, you're still human. It doesn't matter.
Starting point is 00:11:31 You bring it back. I'm so in love with my life. I'm so in love with X, Y, and Z. I'm love with myself. I'm in love with my body. Man, my body's amazing. It does so many amazing things for me every single day. Right. And then maybe you get pulled away. Then you bring it back. Okay. Just keep coming back to that feeling because what you will notice is throughout the 30 days, you're going to get better and better and better. You're retraining your mind because right now your mind is likely trained to figure out and find what's wrong to figure out what you don't love about your life, what needs to be changed, what needs to be optimized. That's our survival self's priority, right? But we are tapping into our higher self. And so we are tapping into the unknown, into the frequency of joy and love.
Starting point is 00:12:08 We're allowing ourselves to experience unbridled love for our life, the good and the best. bad, right? The awkwardness when our cute neighbor smiles at us to the beauty of our dog playing in the sand. Okay. Allowing yourself to see every moment. Man, I love the challenges in my business right now. I love going to the gym and exercising. I love moving my body. It's everything you find love for it. Can you imagine what a different person you'll be after 30 days of doing this? You probably can't even imagine it. I can't imagine it. So that's the first thing you're going to do. The second thing you're going to do is after you meditate, you are going to pick up a notebook and you are going to write out everything that you are in love with. You can do a full page. You could do half a page. You can do five
Starting point is 00:12:49 sentences. But just write out, I am so in love with and then X, Y, and Z. I'm so in love with my dog. I'm so in love with the doctor's appointment I have today. I'm so in love with, you know, you're retraining your brain. You're basically like taking that tea bag of your brain and steeping it in love. Okay. Then what I do after this is I do some mini rewiring sessions on a specific limiting belief. If you're in my community, you can use the portal to do those. Just pull up a session, do a little 15 minute thing, or you can do some of the tapping sessions we have in there. That's what I will do is I will just do a mini rewiring session on any fear or doubt. That part you don't have to do. Okay. If you do the first two, you're going to be golden. Okay. There's levels to this. But I'm telling you
Starting point is 00:13:36 everything I'm doing. Okay. Then what I do, I wake up quite early. So I get all this done pretty early. Then I go on a walk. Well, I feed my dog. Then I go on a walk. Then I don't have to feed your dog. Unless you have a dog. Then you do have to feed your dog. Then I go on a walk. And I have a conversation with the universe, with the creator. And I say everything I'm thankful for. I'm so in love with blah. I'm so in love with the technology that's available to me. I'm so in love with chat. GPD and I just say whatever comes to my mind. I just let it flow, right? And that might be hard for you at first. That's fine. You're just seeing a muscle you need to strengthen. Right. Yesterday I was at the gym and my little tricep was shaking like a little chicken, right? That's what's happening is you're just building this muscle.
Starting point is 00:14:16 It's fine if you're not great at this. That's cool. That's great. Imagine that's even more gains you're going to have. Okay. So then you have that conversation. It can be five minutes. It can be 10 minutes. It can be 30 minutes. It feels really good, in my opinion. And then the last thing I do on my walk is I'll listen to something inspiring. Right now, I'm listening to audios from my coach. You could listen to Tony Robbins on YouTube. You could listen to a podcast that you like, this podcast that you're listening to, listen to some of my older episodes. But it needs to be something high frequency. Okay. Don't listen to the news. Don't listen to reality TV. I don't know. Don't listen to any podcasts that are a negative bend. All right, it's got to be very high frequency, very aliveness. Okay. So I would say don't even
Starting point is 00:15:03 listen to things like that are educational, like overly educational, because that can get you more into your thinking mind. We're trying to keep you in your heart. Okay. So your heart is where you create your most magnificent life. Your head is like a tool to help out. So I love listening to Abraham Hicks on YouTube. If you just go to Abraham Hicks, Abraham Hicks is amazing. Tony Robbins is amazing. You can listen to and some spiritual books. I like Gabby Bernstein. You can listen to some Gabby Bernstein stuff, all those kinds of things, right? Find what works for you, but just make sure it's making you feel better. It's making you feel inspired. Okay. So you're setting yourself up for this magnificent day. Do you need to do all of those steps? No, you can do one of them, but I find each step I get more
Starting point is 00:15:46 and more high vibrational. Okay. Then what you're going to do throughout your day is you're not changing anything you do, right? Your morning routine might be a little bit different. If you have kids, right, I don't have kids. So it's cool that I have this time to do it. Well, I always have that. No. If you have kids, it's cool. Do a small piece of it. Do whatever you can. But don't tell yourself you can't do anything because you know that you can. You can at least do something. So then what you're going to do throughout your day is nothing changes, right? You're still going to go through all the things that you need to do, how your day is set out, but you're going to go into it with joy. So maybe you have to do, like this morning I had to do a document for the IRS. So I turned on some Marvin Gay. I did my document for the IRS, and it was a great experience. It was fun. I didn't mind it at all. Okay. So you're going to do the things that you have to do, but you're going to infuse more joy, more love into them. Maybe you're cooking dinner, so you put on a podcast or you call your best friend or you have your kid help you cook or you put on some music, right? You are going to basically romance your life. Nothing changes except for the way you approach it. Maybe you have to sit down and do some work. So you make yourself your
Starting point is 00:16:55 favorite tea, you put on some music, maybe you get yourself like a little heating pad, you put on some comfy clothes, you know, you just take those extra little moments to infuse it with joy and love, because you are in love with your life, in love with it just as it is now, right? Nothing needs to change for you to be in love with your life. That's the most profound aspect of this. And then in the evening, there's two things I do. You don't have to do them, but optional. I'm going to tell you them. The first thing I do is I read a book that I find inspiring. Right now, my best friend just sent me the book existential kink, and I'm really enjoying it. It's fascinating. It's about the unconscious. So that's what I'm reading, and I'm finding it a great read. Then what I do is when I'm starting to get a
Starting point is 00:17:41 little bit tired, I put on a meditation. And I do a meditation with that same focus where I'm in love with my life, you know? And then I fall asleep to the meditation usually. So I can't wait for you to try this. I cannot wait for you to experience this level of joy that's available to you literally right now. Nothing in your life needs to change. It's here now. This level of joy, this level of being obsessed and in love with your life is already here. So go out there and do these things, right? Okay.
