Good morning. Welcome to this episode of Receive. I am your host, Jen DeSasey, and I am a premier
transformation coach. I have helped thousands of women manifest their dream lives using these tools
that I am going to teach you in this podcast and through my programs. So I am really excited about
this topic for today. And this topic is something that I've been diving into for many years,
actually, but it's only been, why I would say within the last year or so, that I've really been
intentionally living in alignment with this. And one of the big things that I teach is really
living your life in alignment. My Instagram handle is at alignment with Jen. Very much about
alignment. And what I mean by alignment is I mean living in alignment with who you are truly
meant to be, not who society has made you feel like you're meant to be, not who you've been told
to be, not who you think you should be in order to be appreciated or loved, who you truly are at your
core. And an aspect of this is the fact that you are a woman. If you're listening to the podcast,
I do have some male viewers like my dear friend Peter. Hi, Peter. But if you're listening to this,
typically you are a female being. And that comes with many, many, many, many, many special gifts.
And part of that gift is your menstrual cycle. I'm not just talking about the days when you bleed.
I'm talking about the entire month from the first day to the last month.
There are very extreme, you could call it, fluctuations in hormonal activity,
and energy levels in your superpowers and your abilities.
And when I say extreme, what I'm comparing it to is the male cycle.
So later today, I want you to go and I want you to Google a graph of the female hormonal
cycle.
And then I want you to Google a graph of the male hormonal cycle because it's kind of comical
how different they are and how society is set up for women to typically kind of operate like men.
That's changing now. But the nine to five schedule, right? Do the same workouts every single day of the
month, right? Five days a week, you do this, whatever it is. That's very masculine. And when you look at
the female hormonal cycle, you'll see it's like mountains and valleys and it's very dynamic and
beautiful. Then you look at the male and it looks like somebody try to draw a straight line,
but they had a shaky hand. It's like this tiny, tiny little fluctuations that happen on a daily
basis. What's wild to me about that and something I did not realize really until the last couple
years is that men feel pretty much the same every day hormonally and energetically. You know,
there's variations in that, right, based on human design, things like that, but their hormones
are pretty much the same versus a woman. It's a work of freaking art. And in that cycle, in those
peaks and in those valleys, there are gifts that are available to you. And that's really what I want you to
get out of today is I want you to get this idea that your cycle is not something that is
annoying. It is not something that you need to ignore. It is not something that you need to feel
resentful of or feel ashamed of. It is magic in human form. It is literally this Pandora's box
of gifts and superpowers that are available to you when you start to live in alignment with it.
And I want to give a caveat here. I don't know if the caveat is the right word. I'm not even sure I know
what that word means. If you do not have your cycle, let's say some of my clients have gone through
menopause, right? Some of them are going through menopause. Some of them have had, have had surgery in that
region. And so they don't menstruate anymore. This information still applies to you because it's not
just hormonal. It is also energetic. And no matter who you are, even if you've had these things removed,
even if you've gone through menopause, your hormones are still changing. You still have that as the base of
how your biology operates. So this information still applies to you. These gifts are
still accessible to you. I still encourage you to track your hormonal cycle to see where you are each month.

throughout the month. And what I really view this as is you understanding yourself as a woman better
and you being able to appreciate yourself better more because you're not designed to be the same
every single day. And so if one day you freaking rock it at creating content and then a week later,
you're like, oh, God, I have to create content again. I don't want to do that. I don't feel like it.
It sounds awful. You're not lazy. You're not. There's not, there's not
something wrong with you. It's just certain times of the month you are designed to do different activities.
So when you can learn to live in alignment with that, you're not going to resent yourself or be
annoyed with yourself or feel like you're lazy or judge yourself as much. You're going to be able to
design your life in a way that ebbs and flows with the beauty and of the creation that you are.
Like, I'm feeling so much energy moved through my body as I talk about this. Because I remember when I
was younger and I got my period and one time I got it in PE and you know how that happens,
there's the embarrassing moment of having stuff on your pants. And from that moment, I just freaking
hated it. Like every month, I would always be like, God, it sucks. Like I don't feel good.
I feel more emotional. I feel more anxious. I feel all of these things. I don't want to be this way.
And then when I was in my 20s, I was really into rock climbing to the point where I was exercising,
like going to the gym twice a day. I was spending all of my weekends rock climbing. And I didn't want to
have a period because and at a point I lost so much weight actually that I lost my period and I didn't
want that either right I want to have children I want to have that I didn't realize the beauty of it and I was
living so far out of alignment that my cycle was showing that to me it was showing me it was guiding me
back to my truth and through those experiences I kind of started resenting it and not wanting it
and this has really been a re-acceptance of myself and a re-acceptance of the beauty and the truth of
who I am as a woman. I hope that you experience that same thing. Because I think as women,
there's almost this undercurrent of us, feeling annoyed with our cycles in some way. Like, you go in the
bathroom and you meet a girl and you're like, oh, God, I'm on my period. Right. Or you talk to a
friend like, oh, yeah, I'm on my period. Like, it sucks. Right. But this episode's not all just about
your period. That's one of the phases. We're going to talk about you throughout the whole month.
and also I think you're going to have a more powerful appreciation for when you are menstruating
because there's so many gifts. I honestly look forward to it now because I know the gifts that await me.
And I hope that that's what you receive through this episode. All right. I'm really excited for this.
So what I'm going to give you today. I'm going to give you a new perspective of yourself,
of your period of the power of your hormonal cycle, right? The universe does nothing needlessly.
You don't have this hormonal cycle because it's like something to be annoyed with.
You have it because it is the hotbed of your superpowers and your spiritual gifts.
So I'm going to give you what those gifts are.
I'm going to give you some guidance on different activities you can do at those different aspects of the month in order to tap into those gifts.
I'm going to give you different manifestation practices for each of those different parts of the month.
I'm also going to give you different workouts that you can do because I firmly,
And you know, you don't have to listen to this, right? I clearly didn't when I was in my 20s. And I don't always listen to it. But my goal is for you to understand what is most supportive and beneficial for you hormonally at these different times of the month. So you can live more in alignment with the natural flow of your energy. Because this isn't just about hormones. It's not just about having five days the month where you bleed. It's also about your energetics and how your energy is flowing through your vessel, each different point of the month. And when you can learn to live in alignment with that,
you reap the rewards of that. Because the universe, the creator, wants you to live in alignment with the
truth of who you are. And your physical body, this is a massive expression of your physical body. It affects
every single day of the month. So when you learn to appreciate that, you create more harmony between
your spirit and your body. And that's really where the magic happens. Because it is when we are out of
alignment with our body, out of alignment with our soul, that we experience the things that we don't want to
experience, the struggles in life, the anxieties, the fears, the self-doubts. So one big thing I also
believe that this episode will give you is less self-doubt. I think self-doubt is something that is
pervasive among women, among people, I would say, but my audience is women. And part of that
is because you're living out of alignment with your cycle and the cycle of energy. Even if you're
not menstruating, think of this as how your energy cycles throughout the month. And you can actually
track it on the app and you'll still see that this is relevant for you. And so you being in alignment
with that is you becoming a more powerful manifester. You are becoming more powerful at creating the life
that you want by living in alignment with these principles. So man, my hands are like on fire
because I feel like I'm just pulling so much energy into my vessel right now because I'm really
excited about this. Okay. So why don't we get into it with all of that really good wisdom for you to
start off. So the first phase of your cycle, this is what is considered to be the start of day one of the
cycle. Typical cycle is 28 days. Some people's 30, mine's 27. It varies, right? Ideally, it's pretty
much the same every month. It can become longer or shorter or fluctuate if there are hormonal
imbalances going on, which many women have hormonal imbalances. And part of the way that you
rebalance your hormones is living in alignment with your hormones, right? Supporting them,
giving your body what you need. This is a radical.
opportunity for self-love, for you to live in alignment with the way that your body is actually
flowing throughout the month versus making yourself do the same thing every single day.
For me personally, what I've done since I've started accessing this information is I've
hired more people in my business. So that way I can create my life more in alignment with this.
Not everyone can do that, but if that's an option to you, what I've also done is I've also
changed what parts of the month I do different things. So I will fill.
more content on a certain area of my month, right? I will book more social events at a certain part of
my month, right? I will book none at a certain part of my month or I'll book more inward, right? So it allows
you to show up more fully for everything that you do when you do things based on where you are within
the month. Does this mean you have to say no to opportunities because they don't align with your cycle?
Hell, no. I don't believe saying no if you don't want to say no. I believe first and foremost listening to
your soul, but you will be able to access the wisdom of your soul more deeply by listening to this
information. So I bet you're like, oh my God, Jen, just give it to me. Let's do it. Okay. So your menstrual
cycle. So that's the beginning. Typically, it stays one through five, maybe seven, depending on you.
And this is what is often thought of as basically the period for deep rest and visioning. I know.
That's the superpowers that you have. Rest is a superpower. Your ability to connect into your intuition,
to gain more clarity, to clear your energetic field, and also to rewire your subconscious mind
is actually more potent at this aspect. You can rewire your subconscious at any time.
You can access your intuition at any time, but it's more amplified during this window.
You are the most intuitive during this window. I know wild. That can be a little interesting
of a dynamic because for many of us, myself included, are anxiety.
can feel more extreme and stronger during this period. We can feel more weepy. We can feel more sad,
right? Part of that is to give yourself the space to rest. Think of it as like you're opening up a
clam shell by resting so that way your gifts, the pearls, can come into that clam. Your insights,
your intuitions, your intuitive downloads, the clarity on your next steps. This is a period of the
month where you have the greatest access to divine wisdom. So you are going to
to feel most deeply connected to your soul. When you meditate, you will likely have deeper,
more powerful meditations. I do really long meditations when I'm menstruating. Some days,
like this past weekend, I was menstruating and I did four hour meditations on Saturday and Sunday,
not because I was like, I'm going to sit down and make myself meditate for four hours. That's not my
vibe. Because I felt like it. It felt like I was experiencing source move through my body. And I wanted to
keep going. It was literally bliss is what I felt. And I don't always feel that at every single day of the month,
but it's easier for me to tap into that. I got so much clarity. I literally downloaded the something that
clarity on my business that I've needed for over a year in that moment, in those moments. Because I
allowed myself, I opened the clamshell, I allowed myself to rest, and I allowed those pearls to come to me.
Your nervous system, your energetic being, your physical body are doing a lot of cleansing.
and clearing during this time. I mean, think about it. The menstrual flow is a purge, right? It's a purge of the old,
so it allows space for the new. And so allowing yourself to rest more during this time. And if you have
kids, if you have a demanding job, that can feel difficult, right? So I'm not saying you do a four-hour
meditation. I'm saying maybe you go to bed a half an hour early, right? You tweak these principles that I'm
sharing with you in alignment with your life. But I do encourage you to implement them because you will
be rewarded a million fold for doing that. So this is a time when you are going to feel the most intuitive
when you give yourself that space to rest. I find for myself that my anxiety is heightened during this
phase when I am not giving myself that space to rest, right? When I'm booking myself up and doing too many
things. So I will see less clients during this time. I will give myself more opportunities to do
things where I can turn inward. So some of the manifestation practices I really encourage during this time
are journaling, really giving yourself just an empty page and allowing it just to kind of flow out the
tip of your pen. Visualization, meditation, subconscious rewiring. If you're in my community,
if you're in the manifestation accelerator, open up the portal and access those rewiring sessions,
those meditation sessions, right? You're accessing those all month. I know that. But during this time,
set a special intention to make sure that you do that because you will be very much rewarded
for workout styles during this time of the month. So again, you can choose however you want to flow,
right? You're a unique being. I'm never going to tell you dogma of you have to do this. I'm going to give you
recommendations and you choose if they're resonant in your soul. So workout styles typically restorative is
going to be the most valuable for you. And I know if you are training for a fitness competition or
you're training for an athletic event or you're on a strict workout schedule, you can be like,
I don't want to do that. Right. It's not going to lead me to my goals. And I think that's okay for certain
periods of time. But I think if you are trying to rebalance your hormones, if you are trying to connect more
deeply to your intuition. If you're trying to manifest a new level in some area of your life,
whether it's love, whether it is success in your business, whether it is clarity on your next
phase in life, this portal of these five to seven days of the deep rest period of the menstrual phase
is going to give you access to insights and intuitions that you may not have access to for the
rest of the month or it'll be more difficult to access them. And so giving yourself that opportunity to
rest more, maybe skipping your workout or going and doing a gentle yoga flow or a yin yoga class or maybe a
breathwork class or doing a little just beautiful movement on your yoga bath or just a longer
meditation, those are going to pay you back a million fold. I know it's hard to trust that. We have a
very hard time allowing ourselves to rest. It is very difficult for a lot of people.
But I will tell you, just let yourself do it a little bit more for a week or for a month.
And you will reap the rewards and you will start to see that rest is actually the time when
creation happens, when the insights happen. We're designed to live in these cycles, right?
So during this time, maybe you spend more time in nature, go on a walk in nature, go on a walk in your
neighborhood. Give yourself that opportunity to connect to source, to connect to that infinite wisdom,
because you will be rewarded. It's very difficult when you are go, go, go, go, go, to receive those
insights and those downloads. That's why a lot of people receive insights and downloads in the shower
or when they're driving, because that's the only times that they're actually, like, not thinking about
other stuff or not doing something else and their energy is focused outward versus allowing energy
to be drawn into the vessel. So it's really a time to allow yourself. You can think of it as heal,
right heal anything that you're going through heal things from past lives just allow yourself space to rest during this phase and you will be guided by infinite wisdom that's all you have to do really this is the time of the month for you to turn inward i have learned to love this time of the month i look forward to it because i'm like maybe it's my projector self but i love that opportunity to put on my fur blanket make a hot chocolate for myself maybe put on a movie
or just lay in bed and journal or read a book or do something where my energy is turned inward versus
outlaw. And what will also happen is the rest of the month, you will feel more energized, you will feel
more productive, you will feel more creative because you have laid the foundation during this phase.
This phase, think of it as like a bear that goes into hibernation and this bear is hibernating and he's all cozy and warm.
and then he can go out and hunt, and then he can go out and create,
and then he can go out and make love and make babies, right?
Because he's given himself that opportunity to rest.
Only as humans do we believe that rest is not okay.
My dog rests, I don't know, eight hours a day, right?
And then we go on our walks and he eats dinners.
The rest of the time, he's pretty much basking in the sun.
You know, every other creature allows for rest.
So why not you?
Why not you?
Why has it become that, if I'm not doing something,
my whole world's going to fall apart?
That's not the truth. The truth is rest opens up that clam shell for you to receive the pearls of divine
wisdom. So that way the rest of the month, you are more creative, you are more intuitive, you are more guided,
you are more focused. My clients who struggle with clarity and they're like, I don't know what to do,
I don't know to stay in this relationship, I don't know if I stay with this job. I don't know what kind of
job I want. I don't know what kind of business I want to start. If that's you, then give yourself some rest
during your menstrual phase and I promise you will get clarity. I know it seems too simple. It seems like
it needs to be more complicated, it's really not. Okay. So the second phase is your follicular phase.
And each of these phases you can tie to actually phases of the year. So menstrual phase would be winter,
right? You're turning inward. Spring is the follicular phase. It's the energy of new beginnings.
And so this is playfulness. It's creativity. This is where I'm at right now. And I'm feeling so playful.
I'm sending all my friends, all these weird voice notes because I'm just having fun. You know, I'm just
I am doing more things out in the world, right, than I was over the weekend. It is the time for
inspired action. So the time when you are going to expand into your next level, maybe you try a new
improv class, maybe you sign up for something new. Maybe you go to a new workout class during this time.
Your estrogen is rising, which feels freaking delicious and divine. And so is your mental clarity,
your motivation, your creativity. This is the time of the month where I wake up early.
right? I am typically working at my desk significantly earlier than I am during my menstrual phase. And that's
okay with me. I don't believe I'm supposed to be the same every single day. I believe I have superpowers and I get
to tap into them at different times of the month, which is delicious and divine. So this is a time for new ideas, new
opportunities, new connections, getting out into the world. The vision I'm having in my mind is like the fire is
ignited and you are sharing this fire with other people, right? Your torch is lit and you're going,
you get a little bit of my torch and you get a little bit of my torch, right? This is the perfect time to
set intentions and to start and take action on those intentions. Maybe if you're applying for jobs,
you schedule interviews during this time. You schedule dates during this time. It is an experience of
optimism. Your optimism is higher. You feel more light. You feel more expansive. And it feels
like you don't need to force as results as much. You're just kind of flowing and vibing with life.
So manifestation practices I recommend for you here are scripting. Writing your future intentions during
this time is going to be infused with an extra powerful energy of intention, of creativity,
of brilliant, beautiful, positive energy. It's like a chef's kiss of energy. Set intentions
with this emotional charge that you're experiencing and play with this energy. So living as if is
extra fun during this time. So living as if you have manifested the things that you want.
So maybe you take yourself out on a beautiful dinner date and you just enjoy the experience of
being out as if you're with your future lover, right? Maybe during this time, you set up a speaking
opportunity for yourself if you want to get on stages. Maybe you book something for yourself to be
on stage. Maybe you start your podcast during this time. Maybe you make a bunch of social media
of content during this time that will last you through a lot of the month. You open. This is an
opening, right? That clamshell is opening even further. You open yourself up to new possibilities and you
take action on them fueled by this beautiful, delicious, positive energy. So workouts. What kind of
workouts? And when I think of working out, what I truly think of it as is I'm moving energy through my
vessel to cleanse and clear my vessel so that way I can be more powerful.
and more creative and intuitive throughout the month.
Because I don't want old energy to be stuck in my chakras.
What actually happens?
This is a total tangent.
But when you're doing squats,
do you know that you're actually compressing and expanding your chakras,
which is literally like ringing out a sponge?
So you're cleansing and clearing your chakras when you do squatting motions.
And you do them, you know, in different types of workouts.
I'm not saying like with an actual weight.
You can do this in yoga.
You can do this in Pilates.
but what happens when you move your body is you're actually cleansing and clearing your chakras.
So it's helpful for you to do these different kinds of workouts.
So some things, you might enjoy a dance class.
I just found this central dance studio near my house and I'm super excited and I'm going to go this weekend
because it's super follicular phase of me, right?
You can go on power walks.
Maybe you listen to like a Tony Robbins podcast and you feel super charged up.
Maybe you go to a heated Pilates class or a heated yoga class.
Maybe you do a more powerful gym workout if that's your vibe.
But it's more energized workouts that you're doing during this time.
But also if you can infuse fun and light and joy in them.
Maybe Soul Cycle, like the vibes, the music.
They had a Taylor Swift ride at the Soul Cycle Studio near my house, right?
Listening to fun music while you play, what you are doing is you are literally like
turning up the dial on your natural settings.
So if your natural setting right now is your follicular.
phase, when you do a workout where you're dancing and you're flowing, you're turning up the dial
on that energy. Why is that powerful? Because your intention follows your energy. And so if you're
living into that joy, if you're living into that happiness, then you're amplifying that in your life.
You're allowing it for yourself to be more easy to manifest the things that you want because you're no
longer resisting the natural flow of who you are. During this time, it's very powerful also to get to do things
more outward, like conversations, creative work in connection with others. I find for myself,
during this time, I'm really drawn to going and doing my work at cafes because I want to be
around people. I want to have a sexy little latte sitting in front of me, right? Your energy
during this time is actually building. And if you look at the graph, you'll see that the
mountain is rising. So it's fresh, it's fun, it's creative, it's sexy. It's beautiful. Okay.
Then we lead into the ovulatory phase, which is literally like superwoman.
You feel so good. I'm heading into this. I'm stoked, right? I'm super stoked on this. This is summer.
This is when you are your most magnetic. You are open to receiving during this phase. And you have all of these gifts, all phases of the month. What I'm saying is they're just amplified during each of these different phases. And the more that you can live into alignment with them, it's like you're pumping them up with more energy. So your magnetism is at a peak. Your hormones make you more attractive, confident, more social.
meaning this is the best time of the month to actually receive the things that you are manifesting.
A lot of them will come into your life during this time, whether it's connections and opportunities
or people, because you are so magnetic. You are naturally more charismatic. Your leadership is at an all-time
high. Your connection is at an all-time high. So it's a great time to be visible. Maybe you go live on
Instagram. Maybe you take bold actions, like calling that guy who you think is super cute, right?
your energy is more high frequency, more abundant. And it makes it easier for you to attract these
opportunities, the money, the people that you are seeking. So this phase, it's a fairly short window
within the month. I believe it's about three days, but I could be a little wrong on that.
I didn't write that down. This time is so powerful. And it's probably when you'll feel the best
throughout the month. So maybe you do something very, very social. Maybe you go to an event during this time.
Right. Think of yourself when you plan and align with your cycle. It's like you're giving yourself
little gifts throughout the month. Like, ooh, ooh, ooh, the best manifestation practices. One of them is going to be
speaking your desires aloud, maybe doing it in the mirror with a little bit of more dramatic nature to it,
speaking them aloud, taking that inspired, courageous action. So selling your programs. Maybe you
launch something new during your follicular and then you close the launch during your ovulatory phase when you have
more powerful energy guiding you. Networking. Go to a networking event. Show up more online. Affirm the things that
are already yours because this is a time of powerful magnetism and also receiving. So you are embodying
this next level version of yourself, very much so in this phase. So really anchoring into that.
And maybe you even journal on the way that you're feeling during this phase so you can cultivate that
more throughout the month. So workouts. So this will be a time when it's great to do high energy workout.
like hit, maybe more heated yoga classes, maybe a spin class, group fitness classes, strength
training, workouts that activate your power and your confidence because you are at your peak of
energy for the month. And so this is a time to push that, to sweat, to radiate, right? To really enjoy
that workout. And so think about that as you're planning your month. What are some activities in your life
that can be beneficial for you to do during this phase? Then as we exit our ovulatory phase,
our summer phase, we start to enter autumn, which is our ludial phase. And this is really about
refinement and embodiment. So during this time, your estrogen is starting to drop. Your progesterone
is starting to rise. And your intuition is starting to sharpen again, right? Because you're going to be
leading back into the first phase we talked about of your menstruation. So this is a really good time
for integration, for internal reflection, for maybe reflecting on the past few weeks and thinking about
how you have been, how you want to be in the future. What are some things that you want to prepare for for your menstrual phase?
Maybe you're, maybe you want guidance on something. So maybe you kind of identify that so you can meditate on it when you're menstruating.
Your body is naturally pushed towards more alignment. So things that are not meant for you are more likely to clear out during this phase.
As wild as that sounds. So this is a really good time to do shadow work or do deeper self-reflection and deeper journaling.
So you can decide what are the old identities I want to let go off? What are the aspects of myself I want to let go of?
What are the relationships in my life that are not serving me? And this is really a great time for truth telling to yourself, to other people, in a kind, loving way, right? To yourself and to other people.
You'll see the things that are blocking you. You'll see areas where you've been sabotaging yourself. And instead of resisting that, allow yourself to get reflective, allow yourself to think about it.
because what's going to happen is you'll go into your menstrual phase, and then you'll be able to
use the guidance. And you'll be able to use that in this phase too, but it'll be stronger in your
menstrual phase to clear out those things that you no longer want, those things that you no longer need.
So if there's frustrations and doubts and fears that have been coming up for you and blocking you
from your path, this is the time to really do that deep inner work, to think about them,
to clear them out, to do rewiring work and subconscious work and meditation to start clearing them out.
And then when you get into your menstrual phase, you'll be like dynamo clearing so much stuff out,
getting so much guidance and intuition. So great manifestation practices for this time.
Our journaling, our shadow work, our nervous system regulation, somatic work, right? Checking in with
yourself and thinking about, you know what, does this area of my life feel in alignment? Is this
who I want to be? Am I showing up as the highest expression of myself? It's inquisitive. It's
intuitive. You're making space for what's next. Think of this phase.
as you are clearing out your garage so that way you can bring in the shiny new car, the shiny new
things into your garage, into your hole. It's cleaning. We're cleansing and clearing. So workouts that can be
helpful for this. Kind of things where strength meets slowness. So you're still going to feel
strong during this phase, but you're going to feel more intuitive and more thoughtful. So things like
maybe slower strength training workouts where you're resting more between sets, things like that.
Pilates, where you're taking very intentional movements, long walks, being in nature,
maybe a Vinyasa flow class that's a little slower or a yin yoga class,
movements that feel grounding and stabilizing to your vessel.
So you support your body as it prepares for this shift from the more high energy
ovulatory phase to transitioning into the menstrual phase.
That's really what this ludial phase is about, where you're shifting into
to more presence, more energy. You're going to notice more heightened intuition during this time,
more creativity. And remember, as I said, you have access to your intuition 24-7. So it's not that it's not
present in the other phases. It's that it's easier to access and it's stronger during these
phases, the ludial phase and the menstrual phase, which is delicious. It's like supercharged.
So those are the different phases of your cycle. What do I recommend for you? Well, I recommend
and figuring out ways where you can incorporate elements of this into your life.
Maybe if there's things that you don't like to do, putting them during times of the month
when the skills you need for that are more amplified, right?
If you're getting back into dating but you don't really like dating,
don't start dating when you're menstruating.
Start when you're in your follicular phase.
Allow yourself to live your life in alignment with this,
and you will feel significantly more powerful,
and you'll feel less annoyed with these ebbs and flows of your energy.
you will start to be excited for each phase. Because truly, when I go all out in my phleglear phase and my ovulatory
phase, I'm like, I'm ready for rest. So I'm ready for my luteal phase. I'm ready for my menstrual phase.
And then I'm ready to redo it. It's actually really incredibly beautiful that we are designed this way,
because it allows us to go all out in these different arenas of our lives. And you have to ask yourself,
you know, if I was created this way, there has to be a reason for it, right? So why for you uniquely,
where you created this way. There's reasons for it. And I always choose to believe those reasons are
very, very, very, very good because they are. So I hope that you have loved this. And I have loved
