Starting point is 00:00:01 This is a headgum podcast. Welcome to another brand new episode of all fantasy everything, the podcast that fantasy drafts anything and everything from the world of pop culture. On today's episode, we are drafting Harrison Ford movies. Our guest today is the prolific sports writer. Hans, nah, I blew it, prolific sports writer, and then I didn't have any big words after that. I thought you bailed on calling me handsome.
Starting point is 00:00:45 I did because I didn't want to sexualize you. That's how it felt, right? I did because we're not supposed to do that. Why not? The butt-ogly I want you to sexualize me. I want you to sexualize me. You are very handsome.
Starting point is 00:00:54 Yes. The prolific sports writer, the handsome apartment haveer. Local Lothario. The dope dog walker. Oh, I don't know my local Lothario. See, I stayed away from Lothio. International Lothario.
Starting point is 00:01:06 Mr. Worldwide Lathario. Zach Harper. They actually call Mr. Thais wide. They call me Lothario James. Lothario Dawson, dude. That's right. Joining, whatever. I'm Sean Jordan.
Starting point is 00:01:19 That's David Bori. And Ian Carmel, unfortunately still in Bolivia. Locked up. But at Ian Carmel on Instagram, I want to give his socials. He doesn't have anything coming up except for the AFE 10th anniversary show. That's right. September 26th, Portland, Oregon, Aladdin Theater. Buy and read T-shirt swim club.
Starting point is 00:01:35 Watch after hours on Fox Sports. And just generally support the man that thought of this show. And now we're in. I did the intro. You do good. Yeah, you got it. Thank you. I sorry, I bail on him.
Starting point is 00:01:45 It's fine. You know, I think you're handsome. I've had two. Apparently not. I've had two shots of so. Jew gin, so I really think you're handsome now. Isaac brought us back some feel good from Korea. I did
Starting point is 00:01:56 bring back some lubrication. I have to... Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. You just got that. I think about local authority. Got it in the glove box, aren't you? Keep it to the soju. You little scumbag. My dig dog. Pass the torch over here.
Starting point is 00:02:10 Almost didn't let you fly back. Harper, I need you to adjust your microphone cable. It looks like it's tangled. Just twist it a wee bit. All right. How about that? Yeah. Also, Stell. in the building, in the place to be. What's up, dog?
Starting point is 00:02:22 Oh, no. You could stay there. Wait, did I say something? She hated her name. She hated her name. Did I say something wrong? Now she's over here with me. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:02:31 Yeah, drafting Harrison Ford movies. Here we are. Of which there is surprisingly not as many that I thought I saw. I thought it was super deep. Yeah. Yeah. There is. Go ahead.
Starting point is 00:02:41 I was just going to say, I feel like we were young during his big run, and that's why we thought there were more. Interesting. You know what I mean? His big run hits us. right in kind of where we were seeing him. He played the president a lot or maybe twice, but it felt like a lot.
Starting point is 00:02:54 That's a lot. It is a lot to play the president in two different scenarios. Zeus Lister only did it once. Who? Tiny. Oh, was that in idiocracy he played the president? The fifth element. The fifth element.
Starting point is 00:03:05 Idiocracy was Terry Cruz. Yes. That's right. Damn. There's a female president in the movie Hunter Killer, which is Gerard Butler. You're just saying that to the people. Well, we just did that episode on.
Starting point is 00:03:19 Female present. On Cinephobe, my podcast. Oh, okay, okay. We just did 100 kids. Well, that was months ago now at this point. Yeah. What do you do?
Starting point is 00:03:27 Don't rate it. Just subscribe. Don't download it. Subscribe. Don't listen. Well, I mean, before we get into it, David Boren, it's, or no,
Starting point is 00:03:34 Cool Guy Jokes 87 on Instagram. Where can the people find what's happening with you? Chilling in the cut till the wedding, I assume? Yeah, September 26th. I'm so excited at this wedding. Wedding's going to be great. Harper received his invitation. R-sv-V-Ped.
Starting point is 00:03:48 I said Harper at invitation in the mail. Yep. Got it. Isaac also received. I got one. It's super nice to be invited to your wife. Isaac, I didn't know you yet. Really. And Zach, I forgot. I'm sorry. It's going to bother me till the day
Starting point is 00:04:03 I die. Went to Ian's, going to David's. I'll go to Isaac's, both of his wedding someday. Five. Both. You think I've ever cried about this? Are you serious? Oh, yeah. Have you cried about this? Oh, this sucks. That's not funny then. Did I make you cry about this? I didn't make you guys feel bad. Of course I've cried about it.
Starting point is 00:04:19 You're one of my favorite people on the planet. It kills me that you weren't there. Yeah, I'm sorry, man. I didn't know that I didn't know you actually felt away about it. I thought it was just we were doing a bit. No, I mean, we are. We are. And I didn't really want them there.
Starting point is 00:04:29 But I did cry about it anyways. But you did cry about it anyways. Everyone's going to think I'm not the nice guy that I am if I don't say that I cried about. That's right. No, I'm cried about it. I shed my tears. But yeah, I'm sorry forever. If we have a...
Starting point is 00:04:42 Where? Where? I just random gas stations and stuff. Do you want me to skip? What's up? Stella, do you want me to sit over there. Come on, please. Come here.
Starting point is 00:04:50 But if we ever do like a 10-year celebration, which seems like a fun thing to do. Yeah. I won't invite you to that either. I hope you. Yeah, you got to keep it consistent. But that'll be a conscious decision. That's good. Probably like, hey, we're doing a celebration.
Starting point is 00:05:01 You're still not coming. That's right. But I still love you and I'll cry about this too. Was it, is it across all platforms? Zach Harper? No, talk hoops. Talk hoops. Talk hoops across all platforms.
Starting point is 00:05:12 Let's act like Stella's not giving it to David. If you could, if you could tweet at, at Series. XXM MBA and just tell them we want deals and dunks coming back. It's probably coming back. I don't think I have to worry, but it's over, it was over July 10th, and then it's supposed to come back hopefully in September, October, but that's how I pay
Starting point is 00:05:30 my rent, so that would be great, yeah. And then, I don't know, just don't, you don't need just do anything. Subscribe to the bounce. It's a free newsletter. There we go. There it is. Do the free stuff. Sean Cougarmel and Jordan on Instagram.
Starting point is 00:05:45 Here's what I'll say. More people listen to this show, then follow me Instagram. Please follow me on Instagram. It helps. It helps. Well, now I'm gonna look at me to tell you something. It really helps. You don't want to start chasing that drag. I'll be...
Starting point is 00:06:01 August 15th, New Orleans at Sports Drink, Fantastic Club, August 21st, 22nd, Minneapolis, Comedy Corner Underground, August 23rd, Lincoln Lodge, Chicago. September 17th, headlining the Motor City Comedy Festival in Detroit, Michigan. Thrilled. It's the first festival that's ever reached out just to me and said, Would you like to headline?
Starting point is 00:06:20 That's awesome. Oh, hell yeah. I'm grateful for obviously for every opportunity, but a lot of it is like, you know, let's let's have AFEcom and you can like be a co-headliner or whatever. It's the first time anyone's ever asked me to do it. So it's very, I got a whole, I got my own night and a theater. You got to show it on stage. Yeah, I'm going to work on it.
Starting point is 00:06:36 I'm going to try to get funny. No, I meant. Oh, I got a hang, roll. Let him know. Sorry, Ron, I had to do what I had to do. You heard. Ron's my father-in-law. Anyway, neither here nor were there.
Starting point is 00:06:47 Also, Ian Carmel on Instagram All the socials You know, follow the man Mess with what he's doing Buy T-shirts, Swim Club, all that stuff And let's get into it
Starting point is 00:06:56 Harrison Ford movies Did you come up with the topic? You came up with it last night? You asked us last night. Oh, Patreon, you guys chose. Kind of. You didn't vote on it But somebody did recommend it
Starting point is 00:07:08 for the auction draft. Thank you guys. Yeah, thank you very much. And also that last auction draft we did, bummer, you weren't there because it was so fun. You would have had some Tate.
Starting point is 00:07:17 Yeah, you would have. You, Lothario, bodily functions. We should almost run it back with that. Everybody took what you thought they were. Yeah. Yeah. We had DVK and Shane and it's, it was, Shane didn't have sleeves on.
Starting point is 00:07:34 You want to see Shane with no sleeves on? You sign up for that page. Oh shit. I forgot to text Shane back. Shane, Shane asked me like a week or two ago. Are you in L.A.? No, he let us know.
Starting point is 00:07:42 Okay. I forgot. Yeah. He told us. You didn't respond. I was operating. I was in the throws of the finals and traveling. I'm sorry.
Starting point is 00:07:49 He was fully operating like a sleeveless man yesterday. And by the way, he got more sleeveless as the draft went on. How is that a thing? At one point, it started out in, it started out on his body and ended up in his heart. Yes. At one point he said fuck Abraham Lincoln. Okay, obviously he did the good thing, but did he do bad? I don't know enough about Abe Lincoln to know if.
Starting point is 00:08:12 No, we were talking about pennies. I don't think he does either if you know what I mean. There's no way, yeah. Anyway, Harrison Ford movies, we were talking about how the list is not as deep as you think it is. You really think he has a lot more movies that you want to pick than he does. He's got the, he's the franchise guy. I also, you know what's fucked up about this before I went to his filmography, I had picked like three Richard Gear movies. What?
Starting point is 00:08:40 I was like, pretty woman. I don't know if I know three Richard Gear movies. free woman runaway bride Oh he's in runaway bride That's right Yeah What was the other one I picked
Starting point is 00:08:52 Officer and a gentleman There's unfaithful Yeah Unfaithful is a way Okay Unfaithful I'm okay That's one of
Starting point is 00:08:59 Is that Diane Lane Yeah Where Richard Gil Richard Gear kills That bodily function Bottley Martinez Richard Gere His wife's Bonner
Starting point is 00:09:07 Olivia Martinez Because of course He is Because she saw him And yeah He's a smoke show He really is so hot Yeah
Starting point is 00:09:14 But that movie That's a weird It makes me feel weird, but I still like watching it. Why does it make you feel weird? Cheating really makes me feel uneasy. I know everybody, but like it really does something to the pit of my stomach, you know. But it is, it's just a good movie. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:09:30 It just, it really is. I don't know how to explain it. Like those late 90s, early O's movies. Yeah. I don't know. They just had a formula to them. And like fear, I watched fear the other day. That's another one that like, I'm going to sound stupid here.
Starting point is 00:09:45 but like the formula. Like it zoom, it lets you know the city you're in. Like it zooms in. It has like some weird font. Yeah. A weird 90s song. And it kind of like paints the picture of this quaint life.
Starting point is 00:09:54 It always starts with like the dad or something in the kitchen or running or whatever. Yeah. And then it goes in. You meet the whole family. Like there's just a formula to those movies that I really enjoy. Right. I don't know. And it's got your boy, Mark.
Starting point is 00:10:06 And yeah, you know, Nicole. I'm not saying anything bad because that's a girl in the movie. But when he goes Nicole for Eva on his chest, you know, it hit. Yeah. Of course it did. How could it not? Oh, Harrison Ford movies. So we were doing all three. Yeah, we'll do all three.
Starting point is 00:10:25 So to determine the order of the draft, which is a serpentine draft, why I'm blown or left, right and center here. No, you're doing good. We're going to play rock paper, scissors, betwixt the three of us. Can you do betwixt with three people? There does that have to be two? I've seen the videos. You can do it.
Starting point is 00:10:40 Somebody sent me a link to a candy website the other day. I want to time besiexted. I besixed it. I ordered some cookies and cream and some puffy skittles. I was excited. Cookies and cream twigs. Oh. I thought we were still talking porn.
Starting point is 00:10:57 I was like, yeah, I guess. All right. Can we shoot on three? Gentlemen, rock, paper, scissors. Shoot. Damn. Same exact thing as last time. David wins in an unnatural victory.
Starting point is 00:11:09 Two scissors versus one paper. Now, David, it is incumbent upon you to determine the order of the draft. Before you do that, I will remind you, It is a serpentine dress. And what is that? It's a great question. It looks like a potato masher. Have you ever seen a potato masher?
Starting point is 00:11:26 Yeah. Come on. 501 out of the gate. Yeah. 501? Yeah, I think so. Damn. I know.
Starting point is 00:11:34 That's too many. That's 500 episodes of my life. Wait till the next five. I'm kind of a days of our lives, man. How many episodes? Have we done this before? How many episodes of days of our lives do you think there are without looking? both of you.
Starting point is 00:11:48 1,0304. 1,0. There's got to be way more than that. There's got me way more than that. 10,034. Okay. David, what do you think? 8765.
Starting point is 00:11:59 8765? You ready? 15,410. Whoa. I mean, it's every day. They had the devil on one time. Did they really? Was it David Wade?
Starting point is 00:12:11 Someone was possessed by the devil. Oh, is that Pine Valley? Is that Days of Our Lives? I don't remember. I just remember it was the lead blonde woman. Marlena. Marlena, yes. Dr. Marlena. Because my sister used to watch it, so I would watch it in the summer with her. And that was the only time I watched it was during that story arc and it was incredible. Well, she got possessed by the devil.
Starting point is 00:12:32 And then it's also that guy, Stefano DeMiro, right? Yes. Yeah. Dude. And then it got, and then that's when my mom got off of it because it got too wild. She was like, because my mom was all my children and days of our lives. Okay, I only ever saw days of our lives, yeah. Well, she was at work.
Starting point is 00:12:48 We were Knott's Landing. My mom was a nighttime soap opera person. Notts Landing for days. I like that. David, I'll go ahead. Please. I started recently rewatching I Love Lucy. Ooh, you want to be in the show.
Starting point is 00:13:02 Great show. Yeah. That's a great show. I never really watched it. We've talked about this. You should, because Nick at night, I would watch like Donna Reed, Dobey Gillis, my three sons, whatever, but I never watched. I love Lucy.
Starting point is 00:13:14 I've been to her a comedy arts, festival in James Town, New York. Okay. Because I remember I was like, oh, I'm here for this festival. Yeah. Cool. She's from here. And my cab driver was like, she hated it here.
Starting point is 00:13:26 She hated this town. I stood next to her statue or it was her bust at the Emmys office in North Hollywood. So that's the only Lucille. That's pretty good. Connection I have, but the guy who played Fred Mertz was born in like 80s. 1880 or something like that. Yeah, because he was old on. He was old on that show.
Starting point is 00:13:49 Because Fred was older than Ethel, right? Yes. That's like when Doc Holiday was around. I know. I know. I mean, he was old in black and white television. Yeah. That's nuts to think about it.
Starting point is 00:14:00 I know. Anyway, David, what's he ordered the draft? I do want to go first still. Okay. Let's go, me, Sean Zat. Hot corner. Ooh, a little middle action for your boy. You betwixt us.
Starting point is 00:14:13 I am betwixt, my gents. You play your cards right. You could get besiext us. That's right. All right, David. It is your first pick in the Harrison Ford movies draft. Before we get to that pick, let's take a quick commercial break. This episode of All Fantasy, Everything is brought to you by Quince.
Starting point is 00:14:33 One thing that I will say I love about summer is wearing summer clothes. I get to wear like breathable stuff. It's one of my favorite things to do. And that's why when Quince came on board, I was so, so happy. because if you go look at the website, that's what's happening. Well-made essentials that naturally become those everyday staples that you're actually living in all season long. Quince, they have 100% European linen pants and shirts that are breathable.
Starting point is 00:14:56 I got two of the linen shirts, and I felt like a million bucks when I put them on. I was, I ran out the living room and showed my wife, and then I went and tried on the other one and ran and showed her again because I was just so hyped up. They're going to be my cottage shirts. We go to the cottage every summer in Michigan. I'm going to be the only one there, swimming in linen baby. I'm hyped on it. They're just so breezable, easy to throw on. And they start
Starting point is 00:15:18 at just like 34 bucks. They're nothing that's going to break the bank. T's are super soft. You can just live in them all day. They work for kind of anything. Cotton sweater is exactly what you want when the night's cool down. It seriously, it's just everything on there. It's like adult feeling, casual, fun clothing that doesn't feel stuffy, nothing like that. And it's not just clothing. Quince has become a trusted favorite for everything. They got all the, you know, home essential travel essentials, just kind of everyday stuff. So hop on the site, go peruse, you know, see exactly what you want. But again, I landed on the linen shirts, the long sleeve linen buttonups.
Starting point is 00:15:53 They're just peachy to have on your skin. I love it. I just love my can't get enough. Make your summer wardrobe easier. Starting point is 00:16:54 that I like watching dope dunks with dope people doing them. So you got to watch at the inaugural season of Dunk Man in partnership with Eli Lilly premieres Tuesday at 8 p.m. Eastern Time on TNT and streaming on HBO Max. Again, Dunk Man in partnership with Eli Lilly premieres. live Tuesday 8 p.m. Eastern on TNT, streaming on HBO Max. Go get yourself some dunks. Dunk band. And we're back. Welcome back to all fantasy, everything. Post-mo Sean is different. He's a different guy. Carnival Barker, Sean. You got to be different, man. I like it. You got to be uneniable. You got to make them notice you. That's right. Yeah. David, it is your first pick in the Harrison Ford movies draft. What do you have
Starting point is 00:17:42 my man. Damn, dog. It's really hard to pick a first one. Oh, I disagree. I got a good first I got a real front-running first pick. Yeah, same.
Starting point is 00:17:55 I think the first one, I mean, listen, this man is known for iconic franchises. I got to take Temple of Doom. Wow. Yeah, that's a great one. So fun.
Starting point is 00:18:08 Indy was so cool. I said booty twabs. What? Wait, no, that was in the Goonies. That wasn't even that kid. Same kid, though, right? Yeah. I think it was the same.
Starting point is 00:18:19 What's his name? Went on everything everywhere all at once. Yeah. Yeah, I'd always mess his name up. Yeah, Indiana Jones, man. He's a cool, he's a cool archaeologist. How often is, like, a sexy archaeologist with a whip? Right.
Starting point is 00:18:32 And that one was, I know some people maybe might think there's another one in that franchise that's the better one. Yeah. I think Tebel of Doom is the best one. maybe from when I came up and just watched it, but to me, like, by and large, the best one, the heart rate, Onomshibai, Kani Lashabu. He's sticking his hand in places
Starting point is 00:18:53 and weird stuff's getting on it. I couldn't do the bugs. I mean, you guys would, like, have to be, you'd have to prove to me that you were going to die. You couldn't just be saying it. You'd have to be like, here's proof that I'm about to die. That's how I'd put my hand in the buggy. Could you do it?
Starting point is 00:19:07 Yeah, I think so. I mean, like, if it was like a scorpion. Don't fuck me up either. It's small bugs Like tiny like mosquitoes Like little bugs fuck me up Big ones I can handle The only thing that bothers me is a scorpion
Starting point is 00:19:20 That's the only thing I'm afraid of I'm not afraid of a cockroach But it is nasty Afraid you don't love it Yeah I'm not afraid of bugs like I am with a gun or something I'm just saying like they're A cockroach with a gun though
Starting point is 00:19:33 Cockroach with a gun My favorite kid rock album That's right I bet you it's He's probably got it on wax. Of course. Oh, yeah, I could, when she turns her hand around
Starting point is 00:19:47 and there's that, like, giant grasshopper looking thing. Also, it's super, it's super racist, but, like, that was my introduction to I was like, oh, God, and these foreign, dude, are they eating brains?
Starting point is 00:19:59 No, like, I had no, I was, like, six. But you were, you were in Sacramento, so you were like, in Richmond or the, yeah, this is a documentary. It's a documentary. You go out, you go down to Fresno.
Starting point is 00:20:10 This is what's happening. That is. Yeah. You get out of the big city of Sacramento. They're doing some wild shit down there in central California. Is Fresno a suburb of Sacramento? No, no, no, no. It's like three hours away.
Starting point is 00:20:23 Yeah, it's its own thing. Yeah, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom. Fantastic. The Boulder. I mean, that's the whole ride at the Boulder. Yeah, I think it's like the, and I wanted to pick the first one. Yeah. Well, is that the second one?
Starting point is 00:20:37 Arguably. It's because they weren't calling the first one. Right. Indiana Jones yet, I don't think. He was that character, but the movie wasn't called. We'll talk, it'll come home. Oh, shit.
Starting point is 00:20:49 But Temple of Doom's better. Oh, man. I think. Okay, that's fair. I was hoping I could go on a run of the first ones. Oh, interesting. Yeah, Temple of Doom, Spielberg's wife up in there. That's the, the blonde lady?
Starting point is 00:21:05 The love interest, yeah. Oh, I didn't even know that. Okay. I don't think we do enough cool stuff. with like lava? Well, lava for sure but like
Starting point is 00:21:16 a whip as a weapon outside of the terrible things that have happened in the past. I think a whip as a weapon. What are the great things
Starting point is 00:21:23 that have happened with it as a whip. Indiana Jones fucking whipping guns out of hands and shit. Like A'Eep has cool shit
Starting point is 00:21:29 with whips. I think the issue is I don't know if that's how you can use a whip for real. I think he was extent.
Starting point is 00:21:35 Again, seven-year-old me to documentary. This is in Modesto. They've got whips as weapons.
Starting point is 00:21:41 You know my aunt still lives in Modesto, has a life in Modesto. Her car's been stolen out of her driveway with her at her front door. I would guess no less than 10 times. Medesto's wild. There was a guy or my buddy lived in San Clemente and there's his bar, Ollie's or Oli's, but the door guy had a whip. That's fun.
Starting point is 00:22:02 It's insane. In use? He had it on his belt, coiled up on his belt. And you're like, see, someone walks in with that. I'm way more afraid of that than a gun. it feels like they're a little more ready. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:22:15 I don't know, though. When you see guys using whips on Instagram, are you like, yeah, I'm scared of that guy? No, well, I don't see how you'd use a whip as a defense. Because if I'm,
Starting point is 00:22:24 if I'm 10 feet away, sure, but. That's because you're not trained. I don't know. Whips are fucking insane to me. Yeah. They can wrap it around your arm and take,
Starting point is 00:22:36 disarm you, like you can do so much with the way. No, you can't, though. Absolutely. I've seen it happen. You have not. You have not. In that movie, I saw it happen.
Starting point is 00:22:43 That doesn't count as seeing it happen. I've seen a lot of... I've seen Saturn if we're going by that rubric. I've seen a black hole. I got one for you. That's a great pick. That's a great first pick. Yeah, absolutely.
Starting point is 00:22:58 Temple of Doom. My first pick, I'm going to dip out of the franchise pool. And I'm going to go with what lies beneath. First. Well, because the other ones are very... Okay. The other ones are very... very well-known.
Starting point is 00:23:13 Like, we're all going to get some of the dogs. Yeah, that's true. We are each going to be able to talk about. You're going for the hipster vote. Well, you know, those what lies beneath heads out there. Mr. PDX himself. Yeah. It is, it's Michelle Pfeiffer and Harrison Ford.
Starting point is 00:23:29 And he, have you guys seen it? You know what it is? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. So he is like a famous, maybe phys. He's a famous some sort of doctor. And he is with Michelle Pfeiffer. they have this great life in like upstate New York. But he had an affair with it.
Starting point is 00:23:45 He's a professor. That's what happened because he had an affair with one of his students and killed her. And then this whole movie is this dead student's ghost coming to life, trying to lead Michelle Pfeiffer in the direction of solving the murder. What years is this? This is like late. Well, Zemeckis took a break from, it's in between Forrest Gump and something else because Zemeckis. Zemecas took a break between filming these two crazy like,
Starting point is 00:24:11 popular movies to do this. And I forget what it was. Like, Forrest Gump and something else. And then he did What Lies Beneath and the Middle. Interesting. Which is very funny. Yeah, this is 2000. It came out.
Starting point is 00:24:20 But it is a great movie. It's a thriller for days. Like a good, like what I was talking about earlier with, what was the movie? We were just talking about those 90s movies. Unfaithful. Yeah. It's almost that exact formula. I was going to say it sounded like a similar.
Starting point is 00:24:37 Yes, 100%. And just a good old fashion. Just a thrill ride, you know. Michelle Pfeiffer's great. Buff Harrison Ford. You know, like peak, buff, like chest Harrison Ford. He's always ripped. He's not bulky, but he's, that dude's cut.
Starting point is 00:24:52 He seems like a strong guy. Yeah. Really, I mean, shrinking is a TV show, so it's not going to come up. But he's like, he's still very in shape in that. And he's, like, 85 or something shit. Yeah. Is he 85? He's in his 80s.
Starting point is 00:25:02 I guess, you know what? I was surprised looking at his filmography, how far it goes back. He's born in 46 or something. 42. 42. So what's that making? 84. It'll be 84 in July 13th, he turned 84.
Starting point is 00:25:14 Wild. Oh yeah, this came out after July 13th. After July 13th. Yeah. The consummate podcaster. Look at you. So yeah, what lies beneath my first pick? Zachary Harper. Time for your first and second picks, as it is. A serpentine. I can't believe this is
Starting point is 00:25:30 still on the board because this is my number one, the fugitive. I think the fugitive is his best movie. I didn't kill my wife. Like that's like just I didn't grow my wife Sounds like Fawsey a little bit Yeah Tommy
Starting point is 00:25:43 Tommy Lee Joe I don't care Like oh my God Like that's where I learned about Like putting out an APB You know Putting up a perimeter Well you didn't learn about that in Sacramento
Starting point is 00:25:53 No man We We know Sacramento cops don't act that way They just You didn't learn about that At the Oakley kios No
Starting point is 00:26:01 We just need a few points on this bulletin There's a few points Yeah We're all An FPB FBs A FBs Yeah, I just think the fugitive was, you know, it wasn't me, it was the one arm man.
Starting point is 00:26:15 Like that was such a cultural movement. Not, I don't think it extended all that long, but for like for a few years. No, it was huge. The trailer for the fugitive. Oh, my God. Excuse me. I don't even know it. It's just if you, you ever go watch old trailers?
Starting point is 00:26:31 No, all the time. So Laura's making a documentary right now. That's going to be fantastic by I'll talk about it. it more when it comes out. But we went on a tear the other night watch an old documentary trailers. And then I just stayed up and watched trailers on my own. But like the fugitive
Starting point is 00:26:46 is such a fun trailer. Come on, man. She's got it. Stella likes the fugitive. What do you want to do? Anyway, watch the fugitive trailer. The part where he's like in the sewer. Yeah, and he jumps out of the... Yeah, yeah. Where Tommy Lee Jones is like, nowhere left to go. And he jumps and you're like, there's always
Starting point is 00:27:04 somewhere left to go. Damn, that's... been spoofed in so many things. Yeah. Yep. And it spun off into U.S. Marshals with Wesley Snipes. Wesley Snipes.
Starting point is 00:27:11 Anytime I can tie into Wesley Snipes. You know what I mean? I'm going to do it. Yeah, I get you. When was the last time you saw the fugitive? I watched it during COVID. Okay. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:27:21 A little COVID watch. Yeah, absolutely. It's still a banger. Hey. Still loved it. Yeah. Yeah, the fugitive coming in hot. And what do we got for number two?
Starting point is 00:27:31 I got to go. Empire Strikes Back. Mm-hmm. Okay. Is that your favorite? of the three? I think I like to return of the Jedi. Oh, sorry, I didn't name another one.
Starting point is 00:27:40 They're all. I think we all knew what was in play. I liked that one more as a kid, but as I've gotten older, I do think Empire Strikes Back is my favorite. Everybody says Empire. Han movie. That's where Han's so. Yeah, he's the most in it.
Starting point is 00:27:54 For sure. Wait, is that where we meet Han as Empire? No, no, no, no. No, no. He's in a new hope, right? Yeah, he is. Yeah, Empire. Everybody says Empire's their favorite.
Starting point is 00:28:03 Isn't that like a Star Wars thing? I thought it was the first one. the last one everybody loved. I do because we're not, we're no longer waiting for Luke to like become that. That's my thing with Return of the Jedi. It's like there he is, full force. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:28:16 But empire. Empire. And obviously like the iconic moment is the, you know, Luke I'm your father, whatever hell he says. I don't think he actually says those exact words, but in the cutting off the hand and everything. But there's that like great scene with Princess Leia as he's about to get frozen in the carbon and everything. She's like, I love you.
Starting point is 00:28:33 He goes, I know. Yeah. Just such a. Yeah, absolutely. Like, he's just, he's such a dick, but in such a fun way. Can you? I can't even imagine saying that now. I can imagine because I've definitely, I've definitely had that hit me the other way.
Starting point is 00:28:49 That certainly happened. Oh, man. Yeah, no, it's not great. That is one of, you then wish you were frozen in carbonite or whatever the hell it was. Freeze me in carbonite and never wake me up. That is such a rough thing. It's not amazing. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:29:03 Hey, I love you. I know. Oh, dope. That's dope that you feel like that way. Oh, man. Holy cow. I don't know if I've ever not set it back. I think I maybe have cooked the books a couple times on it just so I didn't have to.
Starting point is 00:29:18 I definitely not set it back in like the L.A. way. Yes. Because like you have to kind of dodge some of those out. You got to, you got to be judicious about how you. You mean like with friends or just like people in L.A. that you don't really know will be like I love you. Right. Like in parting.
Starting point is 00:29:34 Yeah. You know, and you have to be like, oh, okay, man. You know, I watch my back with that. I think about this because I like, I say I love you to a lot of people, but I do love them. I think you mean it. I never seen you say it disingenuous. And that's kind of the thing where I wonder like, well, I can't just say, all right, I love you, man, when someone's walking away if I don't love them, you know. Not that I'm in my mind I can get there with almost anyone.
Starting point is 00:29:59 I just feel like I need to know you pretty well before I throw out and I love you, you know. DVK, for example. I love DVK. So, yeah, when he's taken off, I love everyone in this room. So, yeah, it all was. And he said I know. And it was tough.
Starting point is 00:30:12 It was tough. I'm out there screaming. Daniel, I love you. I know. I still know. Even at my car, I know. Yeah, Empire, which, what's the, how's Empire end?
Starting point is 00:30:25 Luke falls down that thing instead of like going with Darth Vader. Oh, and they catch him. Lando maybe is, yeah, grabs him, yeah, off that thing. And that's where he gets his hand cut off. Yeah. And then they take, I think they take Han to Java.
Starting point is 00:30:40 Mm-hmm. Or that's where he ends up in the next one. But yeah. And we find out that, that Darth is the dead. Darth is the dead. A little Mori-povich action. What does he say?
Starting point is 00:30:52 He doesn't say. So he goes, he says, no. Luke goes, you killed my father. And Darth Vader goes, no, I am your father. Yeah. So he never says,
Starting point is 00:31:02 Luke, I'm your father. It's impossible. No! No! Search your hearts. You know it to be true. Let's go. There he goes.
Starting point is 00:31:12 You little sex pot over there. I didn't know you were a Starhead. I mean, I produced the whole pot. I produced binge mode. Oh, that's right. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay. Empire Strikes Back.
Starting point is 00:31:21 Fantastic second pick. I am up for my second pick, and I will go with Air Force One. Get off. I'm hoping that would come back around. Him and old man. Dude. Acting their dicks off.
Starting point is 00:31:39 Yeah. It's so. Dicks off. Asses off. Like they're just. Yeah, they're so good. That is, it's,
Starting point is 00:31:49 to me, that's like that one of the toughest present at roles anyone's ever had. Was Air Force One. He defends his family on Air Force One. Yeah. And it's high stakes. You're on a plane.
Starting point is 00:31:59 Like, I don't care if it's the nicest plane in the world. Right. It's scary up there, you know? Yeah. That damn freaky. And then they opened that gate.
Starting point is 00:32:06 I've always wanted to like open one of those bomb doors on a plane just so I like, what is it really like? You'd get sucked down so quick. How nice could it be? Air Force One? Come on, man. Well, now it's probably like a circus up there. But in general.
Starting point is 00:32:21 Now it's probably a brothel. But, you know, it's... Have you never watched like a walkthrough of the plane? No. I've seen it in like the show Veep and I've seen it in the movie Air Force One, but I've never... I mean, I'm bet I bet it's a... comfortable. It's still flying 30 night. Yeah, that's my kind of my
Starting point is 00:32:37 whole thing. Would you think it's nicer than taking like an Emirates flight? I've never done that. Because they say that's like incredible. Yeah, there's, yeah. I just think there's more, it's like a house up there. There's no seats. I just flew first class. Is Drake's plane nicer than Air Force one? That's a good question. Probably
Starting point is 00:32:55 in a lot of ways, yes. Now, I just flew Delta first class from Portland to L.A. Okay. Not amazing. Not what you would think. I thought it's not Delta one with... Not Delta one. No, no, no. They don't do that.
Starting point is 00:33:07 You're just talking first class with the seats? Yeah. Oh, yeah. That's just first. I did Delta one from, from Tokyo to L.A. And that was pretty nice. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:33:17 It's like an apartment. I'd say this. I've never been in a lay down. I'm hanging my knees a little bit on that tunnel as you go lay flat. Oh, so what is it? It fits you... Like you kind of go into like the next seat. Under the next seat.
Starting point is 00:33:28 Yeah. So it's like you're getting an MRI the whole flight? Just with your legs. No way. I'm sure there are nicer Delta ones or nicer first class. Yeah, I think there's like tears. Yeah, but this was like
Starting point is 00:33:40 as good as it could get for that. Okay. Yeah. I've never even seen that shit. What's the back of that plane look like? Is it just normal seats? Normal seats. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:33:48 Are they only internet? I've never even been on. I think they are only international. Or like the L.A. to New York, you can get down to me. You can get it. Yeah. Like the really long, the long, I think probably like over four hours. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:34:01 I haven't seen one of those planes that has like a middle. row of seats in years. Oh, yeah. International would get that for sure. Really? I wish, and maybe this is an Emirates thing. In the 70s, it seemed like they had staircases going up to different levels. Like, where did that go? And Austin Powers where I'm like, I want to go up to the top floor.
Starting point is 00:34:20 Remember being a kid in airplanes had ashtrays? Yes. Where you were like, what was going on? Could you imagine smoking? Now I get zip tied if I smoke on an airplane. You get what? Zip tied. He paid for that, though.
Starting point is 00:34:34 I did, yeah, it's an upgrade. Could you, I mean, I know we've talked about this for, too, but like the smoking sections of a restaurant, the smoking section of a plane is nuts. Because, like, you're just all up there smoking now. You're just there. It would be, you just smell disgusting when you land. Yeah. I don't, I can't.
Starting point is 00:34:52 I can't even imagine that. But yeah, I also remember when they had one movie where it was like the screen. Yeah, and we all watched it together. I've told this, well, maybe not on here before. I remember watching double jeopardy on a plane. Chronicles of Narni. just kept looping on a flight from Australia to L.A. That's too much moving. Because it broke.
Starting point is 00:35:09 So they couldn't switch to other movies. So they're like, this is all we can do. There's no individual. This is before the iPad. Maybe there were individual DVD players. But like that was it. So I watched Chronicles and Arnie like three and a half time. It's terrible. Oh, I hated it.
Starting point is 00:35:24 Yeah, that's too much. Yeah, man. Air Force One, everybody who doesn't know, Gary Oldman and a team of terrorists takeover presidents playing Air Force One. and combat ensues and it turns out this president knows his way around combat which is a tough sell who do you think the toughest president was
Starting point is 00:35:41 like getting a fight Oh no Teddy Roosevelt Yeah yeah yeah Oh yeah the rough riders He always talked about having a big stick and everything Air Force one for my Was that my second pick? Yeah David time for your second
Starting point is 00:35:54 And your third picks This is already hard Yeah, unless you're just going to like stay in the franchises, right? Because there's like ones that I know by name, but not what happens in them. There's a couple of those for me. I feel like I got a pretty good. I mean. Also these ones with Jack Ryan.
Starting point is 00:36:18 That's a series. Yes. I didn't even. And then became like a TV series or something like that. I did not know that that was Harrison Ford Base. Yeah. But I want to pick like true to myself stuff I've seen. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:36:29 scene. Yeah, why not? Well, you can dig in the crates on the, on the later picks. Okay. I guess that I got to take Raiders of the Lost Art. Yeah, absolutely. I mean, it's, that's what everybody says is that, see, now this is where I... It's always good to fight Nazis. 100%. They fight Nazis and another one, too. Yeah, in a movie. It's always like, okay, I'm in. Yeah, all right, you're the good guys. Yeah. Cool. Clear to find lines. I love a desert. Yeah, dude.
Starting point is 00:37:04 I love a Jeep chase. Isn't there a Jeep chase? There's a great Jeep chase. He's on the horse too, right? Yeah. And that's where they stapled the hat to his head. Yes. He stapled it to his head, right?
Starting point is 00:37:14 That's the one where he was sick and he was supposed to have a gun fight or a sword fight or whatever. And then he just shoots the guy. That's Raiders. Yeah. Where the guy does all the sword shit. I think he also, because he had the flu. He might have disarmed a guy with the whip. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:37:28 Is that the first one where he throws the whip at something? and it like wraps around. Is that the one where the guy goes into the propeller too? Yes, it is. Yeah, man. Where they get that big sash wearing dude. A lot of sashes and raiders of the lost bag. Thank God I got it second.
Starting point is 00:37:44 Big sash movie. Real sash movie. But yeah, that is like everybody says that's their favorite one. And I disagree. I think Temple of Doom. And I feel like people saying Raiders is everyone trying to sound kind of cool saying like, Oh, no, I like Raiders more than Temple of Doom. I think they're wrong.
Starting point is 00:38:03 I think Temple of Doom is a better movie. I don't know. I mean, they're both great. I think the most iconic scene is in Raiders with like the opening of the Ark of the Covenant. Right. I think that's the most iconic scene, but they're both amazing. It's a more iconic relic as well.
Starting point is 00:38:22 Yeah, for sure. The Ark of the Covenant is like... Temple of Doom wasn't really a famous relic. It was those three stones. There's the three stones, but also wasn't it like the weight transfer, right? He put the like bag of sand on there or something like that. Yeah. That was when, yeah.
Starting point is 00:38:39 That's how you used to deal, right? When you were. What would they do if you were like a shifty deal? If you had tricks as a dealer, if you like did this above your cards. I had to explain it. I wasn't a dealer. I was a corporation banker, which is a whole other thing. Now that sounds like money laundering.
Starting point is 00:38:56 It is, it's like. Bakara? What? I did bakarat. I did Baccarat three card poker, uh, blackjack and double hand Pai Gau poker. Pai Gow. Oh yeah. I was going, I was going come come with the regular.
Starting point is 00:39:08 I remember trying to learn. Yo, Pai Gow's nuts. So I remember trying to learn it by watching a table. No, you can't even. I watched it for about 45 minutes was more confused than when I started. It's the closest I felt to going to war. Yeah. Like when you're working a Pai Gow table, you're turned on.
Starting point is 00:39:25 Like, like, I mean like you're like tapped because you don't have to tell me. I guess I never really talk about it on here There's so many things going on at once And everybody's trying to like fuck you It's P-I-E-Gal When you're turned on Pi-Pai-Gal Yeah
Starting point is 00:39:40 Yeah, pie-gau was, oh man And then you'd go on a run And then these guys would start yelling Huck Chai at you It was a whole thing I don't like all that like extra beddings Just give me blackjack roulette Yeah, too many side bets
Starting point is 00:39:52 Too many side bets Then I start getting lost in it And there's a lot of pot splitting Yeah I don't like that Listen, you know how I do when it comes to gambling. I'm a roulette man. $100 a spin. You beg us to take you off.
Starting point is 00:40:03 And I'll hear no more. We have to take you off the floor. Show up with a yager bomb and I'll get done. Show up with a yager bomb and I'm done. Put this $100 bill into the slot machine, David. Just put it in. You're so, you're the way you get. You're predatory with us when you gamble.
Starting point is 00:40:24 Truly. Yes. He wants us to lose his money when we. Yeah. Walking around saying he's I was just trying to get you to put it in a random slot machine. It was just the slot machine that was next to craps. That's right.
Starting point is 00:40:37 It was just the slot machine that was by what our other friends were playing. That's awesome. Yeah, it was crazy. We should go back. I would like to go back now that things have mellowed out slightly. We should take the Patreon one month and we just go to Vegas. Didn't we talk about this? Yeah, this is your idea.
Starting point is 00:40:55 Tough sell. I'm straight up stealing your bit. Yeah. No, nobody, I need that money. But no, because what we did, we landed on, we're like, we each take like a thousand bucks out of the Patreon and just go be like, we're going to gamble this. But not that we have to end up with nothing, but like we can put a time, like we go gamble for two hours. I say you let it ride. I would let. I put a rack on 10. Well, we know you.
Starting point is 00:41:17 Have you ever left up? No, one time we went and you left up, right? Yeah, like $400. Yeah. But it was that same roulette shit where I'm just like playing roulette. And the first time I ever played roulette, it was when you and I went to the old, what's the old, Fremont. Oh, that's right.
Starting point is 00:41:35 Ian hated it. Ian hated Fremont. There's no way he would like Fremont. He did not want it. He left before we even got there. He's texted me, he's like, this sucks,
Starting point is 00:41:43 I'm out. But we get to roulette. And me and you had styrofoam cups, and you got a bottle of Hennessy, and I go, we can just walk around? And you're like, yes. Yeah, no rules on Fremont.
Starting point is 00:41:51 No, per capita of the most knife pulls. Oh, God. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Everybody's flying by on that ride over the top. Yeah, the zip line. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So we go to roulette and I go to the dealer, I go, so if I put 20 on black and this ball lands on black, I get 40 bucks. And if it doesn't, you get my 20.
Starting point is 00:42:10 And he's like, yeah, man. And I go, it's just too simple. Yeah. So I did it. I let it ride four times. And I ended up with whatever that would be, 180 bucks, 160 bucks in three minutes. Yeah. I was just like, give me that, give that.
Starting point is 00:42:23 And I took it. And I was shocked. And that's where the addiction to roulette came in. No, roulette's fun. I play the corners too, like a baby. I just, you know me, Passenger 57. I always bet on black and I just selectively... Isn't that a Harrison Ford movie?
Starting point is 00:42:37 No, Passenger 57's Wesley Snipes. Does you ever play roulette on occasion? Always bet on black and they zoom in on him. You know where... Wesley Snipes? Yeah. He's the one that said it. Harper, I didn't say it.
Starting point is 00:42:51 I didn't direct this movie. Wesley said it. It wasn't me. Wes said it. West said it. You know where I get put 20 on red for you know where I get that from put 20 on red? Entourage when they're all going to Vegas. Oh, that's right.
Starting point is 00:43:04 Yeah. For me. I'm not going to make it. There's a chance we watch entourage pretty soon. Who are you talking to? Like this afternoon? 855 NBA jump if you want Sean and I to start an entourage podcast. It's been.
Starting point is 00:43:17 I want it to be so bad. He doesn't think we can. Why not? It's such a problematic show. I just feel like it's hard having two guys. ultimately stick up for a show that is so harsh in so many ways. Yeah, but we're obviously
Starting point is 00:43:31 allies, God, she, or they would want us? Yeah, she. Let's not get nuts. Wait, wait. Wait. Wait, entourage started our... We are recording this on the last day of Pied Month. I feel like that's what Turtle would say right now.
Starting point is 00:43:48 Yeah, that's right. Yeah, that's right. Yeah. I would be old in with the new. Yeah, man, roulette. How'd we even get there? Anyway, this rules. David, what's your next pick? Apocalypse now. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:43:59 God. Yeah. It's so good. I got to say, you know, the weird thing, I saw heart of darkness first. Or not hard of, whatever the documentary is. I spelled apocalypse, right. Go ahead. A, space, PAC, space, L-I-PS.
Starting point is 00:44:16 I'm just saying. I don't think I was going to get it. He spelled it two P-A-C-A-L. Two P-A-O-Pocalypse. Apocalypse. To-pocalypse now, yeah. I thought that was such a, it still is such a genius title. It is a great title.
Starting point is 00:44:29 With that two apocalypse. Yeah. I didn't know Harrison Ford was in apocalypse now. He's like with a colonel or something. Yeah, he's not major. I, that's something I need to watch again. I've only seen it once.
Starting point is 00:44:39 Oh, man. I've seen it a long time. Watch Brando being too fat. Oh. Was that the start of being too fat? You can have. You can have. It had to fill him in the dark because he showed up so fat.
Starting point is 00:44:53 That's so funny. That's sick. That's so amazing. Isn't there a story of him like getting PAs to like boat him in cheeseburgers or something like that? I think that's right. Yeah. Boat him in cheese burgers. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:45:05 Because they were in it. Right. That was the one where France is Francis Ford Coppola, right? Where he like everybody says it was absolute hell. Yeah. But it made this amazing movie. Lawrence Fishburn's so young. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:45:17 Still Larry Fishburn back then. And that was the one I love to smell of Napalm in the morning. That's apocalypse now. That's right. Yeah. Adam and I watched it. one time when I first moved to Portland because we were going on that kick of like let's watch movies classic movies that we haven't seen and so we watched it but I didn't really retain any of it
Starting point is 00:45:34 yeah it's it it does I think he maybe went a little too crazy but it does feel intense watching it yeah I don't I don't love I'm not a big war movie guy what it doesn't like I've never I've never tune I've never good movie like I've seen it don't really need to see it again I've never seen Saving Private Ryan. I mean, it doesn't put you in a great mood. Yeah, but like that's a good movie. Like I've seen, I've seen a good amount of war movies. I'm never like, hell yeah, I want to see this war movie.
Starting point is 00:46:07 Yeah. I got to be in the right mood for it, and that's rare. Yeah. And it's like, you know what it is? It's Sunday afternoon. That's probably right. Like I don't watch it on. I don't really want to watch a war movie on a plane.
Starting point is 00:46:19 I run into Saving Private Ryan because it's always on these United flights. And I'm like, I can't have people see me watch. and saving private Ryan on this plane. They're going to think I'm a lunatic. Have you ever watched a movie on a plane and somebody commented about it? Oh, yeah, man. I watched Manchester by the sea on a plane at the time. That's a crazy decision.
Starting point is 00:46:41 We landed in the lady next to me and was like, yeah, I thought it was crazy. You were watching that movie. I saw. That movie is such a fucking bummer. It was not a good call. I flew to Chicago recently and on the flight out to Chicago. there was a couple sitting next to me and the wife made the husband watch
Starting point is 00:47:00 the new avatar with her. Fire and ass? Like the split headphones? No, no, no, they both put it on the screen. At the same time. But he was like, well, I kind of want to watch that, you know, at home. Yeah. Not on this.
Starting point is 00:47:10 And she's like, no, we're going to watch it now. He's like, all right. And then at one point, he got up to go to the bathroom, paused it. She did not pause hers. It just can watch it, which I thought was so funny. I feel like that's that guy's life. That's so ruthless.
Starting point is 00:47:22 Well, what are you doing? Well, now I'm, five minutes ahead of you. Yeah, she had to watch five more minutes of that movie. It was so good. God, what a piece of trash that thing was, huh? I didn't see it. I saw the first one, and I remember my 10-year-old cousin at the time was like,
Starting point is 00:47:37 this is the best movie ever. I was like, all right, I'll watch it with you. And I watch it. I'm like, I'm good. I liked it better when it was called Pocahontas. Oh. Hot takes. In your face.
Starting point is 00:47:46 James Cameron. I was watching Warrior on a flight one time with Tom Hardy and Tom Hardy and, Tom Hardy and Joel Edgarton. You're thinking of fighting. Joel Edgerton. And I watched the whole thing. And the woman next to me was just watching with no, she's watching my screen, but no sound. And we landed.
Starting point is 00:48:04 No, it was a guy. We landed and he goes, he goes, that was good. And I was like, you got to watch it with sound next time. It's even better when you know what they're talking about. Why wouldn't you just turn it on if you're him? Yeah, you're sitting next. I don't think he had headphones. I really, I don't know, but it is a good.
Starting point is 00:48:19 Tom Hardy. Yeah. Anyway, what was that? It was Apocalypse now. Apocalypse now. Yeah. Yeah. It's me again.
Starting point is 00:48:24 No, I thought I'm doubled. You did you not? You did. Oh yeah. Raiders and the apocalypse. And I am going to do I'll do return of the Jedi. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:48:38 Yeah. Because I know we already touched on it. Sorry, I got to write down the picks so I don't blow it. But to me, I like it the most because Luke is the Jedi that we were all waiting for him to be. He's actually powerful now. he's got a little bit of swag to him It's just the most fun It's to me it's the most fun
Starting point is 00:48:59 Of the three I always liked that one the best But I have a real kid's view of Star Wars I haven't like I haven't really watched them seriously As a grown up I don't like any of the 7 8, 9 I don't love those seven's okay
Starting point is 00:49:14 Is that with Adam Driver Yeah the Force Awakens is all right I think the one with Jar Jar Jar Jar Binks is my favorite I'm gonna fucking kill you I didn't mind the people's Mesa thinks you shouldn't do. Hey man. Hey man.
Starting point is 00:49:27 Hey man, we're in my fucking house. I know. We are in your house. We are in your house. Yeah, that felt. That said be bummed.
Starting point is 00:49:36 Terrible. What'd you think of the Gungan chief? Or was it the whole Gungan? I don't understand the word you just said to me. He's the guy who's the guy who like jarged her ass to. You know when they go down. He signed up Barack Obama. It sucks that he did that.
Starting point is 00:49:53 What? What are you talking about? No. Anyway, moving on. Yeah, man. What were we talking about? Return to the Jedi. I'm going to sweat through your whole couch, brother.
Starting point is 00:50:07 We should take a break. Yeah, we definitely should. Hey, let's take a break while I gather my shit. Hey, do it in Gungin. Figuring out how they're going to navigate the rest of the night.
Starting point is 00:53:03 That's right. David just picked, no, gosh, I'm always the list. I just picked Return of the Jedi. I got probably the most flustered I could get. Harper, you are now up your third and fourth picks, as it is,
Starting point is 00:53:18 a serpentine draft. Kind of like a potato masher. Oh, that's right. Yeah. Say a word. Do you mash potatoes? Laura does. She was making banana bread the other day.
Starting point is 00:53:30 Or no, banana pancakes. And so they used the potato mashers as a banana masher. Oh, that's a good idea. Which, okay, this will throw you a little bit. I don't love the wet food stuff. I hate bananas. But when they mashed up all the bananas and it was like this consistent mashed bananas in the mixing bowl, that looked really good.
Starting point is 00:53:46 Okay. I mean, it looked like mush bananas. But like really good. I don't know why, like I just wanted to eat it with a spoon. So like you, like the idea of a. pudding. You're not in. Do you like banana pudding?
Starting point is 00:53:57 Isn't that wet? Well, I don't know. Wet enough? I feel like it's more solid. It's solid enough to not be wet. For it to be wet, it drips more? Yeah, see, pudding doesn't drip. Gross.
Starting point is 00:54:09 Pudding drips. Trust me. Pudding drips. You're around the wrong pudding. Oh. Oh. I love it when you hit a dice. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:54:23 Oh! Hey! This fucking guy. You're around the... So the guy says to me, you're around the wrong pudding. What if you just started doing his comedy? I'd be in a long line of people from Austin that have already done that. That's a good point.
Starting point is 00:54:40 Yeah. There's a couple of dice jokes I really like. Yeah, I'm not going to do it here. There's a video... Who's in... I think Love Child and an old skate video where somebody skates to Andrew Dice Clay jokes. It's not Spencer Hamilton. It's somebody in Love Child. Anyway, hit me in the comments, bro. Let me know who it is in Love Child.
Starting point is 00:54:56 Zach Harper, you are up with your third and fourth picks. As a nod to the service my father put in for this country. Shout out, Bill Harper. On the other side of the Cold War, K-19, the Widowmaker. I haven't even seen it, man. The father was a Russian spy? He was. He was a Russian spy.
Starting point is 00:55:14 K-19 and Widow-Maker is an awesome movie. An awesome movie. It's just this Russian crew. Something goes wrong with the sub. they've got to figure out how to like fix this whole thing. But one, naming something the widow maker is badass. I understand all the implications of military and all this. We got it.
Starting point is 00:55:35 Also agree. But like if there was a boxer named the widow maker, I just think of any athlete. Any athlete. What if there was a boxer named the widowmaker who actually killed everyone he fought and they just let him keep fighting? Like he's killed 19 guys. But he did it within the rule. K-9.
Starting point is 00:55:53 Yeah, he did it within the rules. What if Lawrence Taylor's nickname was the Widowmaker? Could have been. You know, like, but K-19, The Widowmaker is a dope-ass movie. I don't love war movies, but I like a submarine movie, something about them being enclosed and having to figure it out and everything. Probably just also the stories my dad told me about being on submarines, but yeah. K-19 Widowmaker.
Starting point is 00:56:13 You're been on a submarine? No. Harrison Ford's got a fight. That's one thing I've learned about. Does the one at Disneyland count for The Little Mermaid Ride? Sure doesn't. Okay. Then no.
Starting point is 00:56:21 in uh in portland people just go on submarines well in portland we have the one at omsey that was like we said this last episode but it's where they shot the inside shots for hunt for out october oh okay but like can a civilian like get in the submarine and go under water i don't think so i don't i don't know i don't i don't see why you'd want to seems terrifying to me it seems tough yeah i don't know i'm just curious they uh they could they take like a 30 second shower once a week, I think, is what it is. And the way that you shower. Is it just like a limited water?
Starting point is 00:56:57 Resources, yeah. And the way that you shower, because everything's down there. So like the steam. I mean, you got to hit the rosary, right? Bow, bow, bow, bow. I'm out. Spectacles, testicles, wallet and watch. Exactly.
Starting point is 00:57:08 But you, so you take, I think they call it a military shower where you turn the water on and then you soap, you turn the water off and then you soap up. It's like you get wet, you soap up. But while you're doing that, the water's off. And then you turn it back on to dry off and that's it. I soap up before I get in. naked. You just soap your shirts up?
Starting point is 00:57:25 Just dumping body wash. Do laundry and a shower at the same time. Dry body washes. That's crazy. Rubbing crystals all over you? It's stressed me out to say it. Like I've never, something about that really is bonding.
Starting point is 00:57:38 Well, all right. I've had this argument with someone before. If there is a foaming hand soap, will you hit the water first and then foam up? Or will you foam up and then turn the water on? I always hit this water. Always hit the water first. I think I've become someone who foams up first.
Starting point is 00:57:55 Wow. Especially at the kitchen sink because then I'll just like forearm that thing. Right. I get that. No. I always got to get wet before I get clean. Soap on my hands without water is crazy. It's like dry body wash.
Starting point is 00:58:08 It's insane. But a foaming soap isn't that. No. It is that. Don't tell me no. Don't tell me now. I get my hands wet first. It's wet enough.
Starting point is 00:58:17 It is that. No, hands got to get wet. Right, Stella. She's just staring at me. Yeah. This bitch never washed her hands in her life. Not once. Not once.
Starting point is 00:58:26 K-19, the Widowmaker, and your fourth pick. I got to do it. Indiana Jones and Last Crusade. Not the best one, but I love Sean Connery. I love the whole like Holy Grail, you know, trek and trying to find that. Obviously, the you chose poorly. The blind walk out there between the, or in the cavern or whatever.
Starting point is 00:58:51 like I there's enough in that movie I like that was like there was one I also loved as a kid I rewatched it I was like it's not as great as I thought it was as a kid but I loved it as a kid well you get Sean Connery you get some Connery in there what was his what was his name it was Kentucky Jones I keep they kept calling him I remember he kept calling him junior give Kentucky Jones that can't be Professor Henry Jones. All right. What was he? What was he?
Starting point is 00:59:23 Glasgow Jones? What was he? Rhode Island Jones? Edinburgh Jones. What was he? David was pushing this Kentucky Jones narrative on us. It's just not happening. I'd argue Kentucky Jones is the better name.
Starting point is 00:59:34 I think there were a lot of... Kentucky Jones is a good name. I thought there were a lot of better states. I think Alabama Jones, better movie. Once again, going up against the Nazis. You know? I love a father-son team-up 100%
Starting point is 00:59:48 And that's the one where they have to do the Father-son badass team-up Yeah One of the greatest combos Getting the family back together In film history Because the bad-to-down Because the badass dad is always a bad dad
Starting point is 00:59:58 That's right Yeah always a bad dad Always absentee Yeah Yeah it's always like a Oh nice of you to show up dad Yeah yeah Yeah
Starting point is 01:00:05 And he's always like I was fucking That was my Kentucky Jones Impression That's probably what Kentucky Jones was and I bet you Kentucky Jones was yeah yeah the
Starting point is 01:00:20 you get the test of faith in that one too which was awesome as a kid yeah so cool throwing the rocks across that invisible bridge yeah and the like when he takes the the goblet that's not all shiny yeah like the the people like oh they're picking the shiniest one
Starting point is 01:00:36 the most decadent one and then he's obvious like a dusty one over there which also be gross to drink out of I feel like a lot of times in franchise movies, the third one is the one that's mostly for kids. I think that's right. You know what I mean? Like the third one's like we're going to get the
Starting point is 01:00:52 most out of this. Yeah. Return of the Jedi. Back to The Future. Back to the Future 3. It's a cowboy movie. Godfather 3. I don't remember Back to the Future 3 all that well. It's the cowboy one. It's the Wild West. It wasn't I got to be honest. Mary Steenberg. That might
Starting point is 01:01:08 be my favorite one. You come into my home and say things to upset. me alone. There's no chance in hell that's your favorite one. It's great. What are you talking about? There's no way that if we hook you up to a lie to a doctor.
Starting point is 01:01:25 One and two are fine. Back to the Future One is perfect. It's not fine. Back to the Future three is not perfect. So there it is right there. I don't know, man. Very objectionable. I said what I said. You're hiding the Delorean
Starting point is 01:01:41 and then there's, you know, Biff as a cow boy. He hides the Dolorian in everyone. I know, but this time it's like in the desert. But this one, it's under burlap in a desert. Yeah, that's right. I mean, I'm going to give you Mary Steenberg. That sign me up. That makes any movie dank as hell as far as I'm concerned.
Starting point is 01:01:58 So, we, last crusade, it is on me. It's getting thin, boys. I got one left I really want, and it's not a good one, but it's one that's personal to me. Here's what I'm going to do. Maybe this isn't the one you're going to pick, but I'm going to take Indiana Jones and the crystal skull. Ooh, Shilabab.
Starting point is 01:02:24 I didn't. Okay, because people have their opinions about it. And I understand it is, it's not amazing. But I think Shailabuff, whatever you want to think about that guy, he is, maybe not currently, but he was a really good actor. He really had it in him. He's good. funny. He just
Starting point is 01:02:45 sold me. And I feel like he was a good Indiana Jones' kid. And he had two really funny, like there were two really funny parts in that movie. He might have been Kentucky Jones. But there was Kate Winslet in the beginning, or is it Kate it's a
Starting point is 01:03:01 Not Kate Winslet. It's, um... Hudson? No, I don't, I don't... I only remember the end of that movie kind of upset me. Who's the woman? It's, um... Becunso? No, golly. Say hell! But she's, she's from the Ukraine, she's got an accent. Do you know, wait, do you know Shilabos' name in that movie?
Starting point is 01:03:18 It's not, what is it? It's not, well, it's not Kentucky Jones. What? Mutt Williams. I'll give you that. Mutt. Like a dog. I heard it, yeah.
Starting point is 01:03:28 It's Blanchett. Kate Blanchett. There we go. Thank you. Kate Blanchett, but she's got this Ukrainian accent and she says something about, do you know where I'm from? And he goes, well, the way you're sinking your teeth into those wubble use, I'm guessing eastern Ukraine.
Starting point is 01:03:39 Hilarious. And then there's like this greaser's, like, greaser's preppy fight in the bar and one of them Shia LaBuffe I think goes Get those greasers like it's funny to me It's it's it is funny because now that I'm I'm doing like the logic of it I bought
Starting point is 01:03:55 Like the whole You know religious arc of the covenant You know the Holy Grail all that stuff in the franchise And yet they're like aliens I was like fuck this I was like fuck this I didn't like the end of that movie I didn't like him surviving a nuclear attack in a fridge
Starting point is 01:04:12 But I hated that I didn't mind that at all. I like getting to see that. But I know what you mean because I had the same beef with the aliens, but then I thought the same thing. Because I think I enjoyed it until that point with the aliens. And I was like, oh, this sucks.
Starting point is 01:04:24 They lost a lot of people when was he swinging from vines, right? That sounds right. Yeah. Like with all the monkeys that were swinging to in that park chase. Yeah. And that was where a lot of people were like, why would he be able to do that? And I'm like, just let it happen.
Starting point is 01:04:39 It's fine. It wasn't terrible like the most recent one. was... Oh my God. I didn't even see the most recent one. Holy shit, it's bad. It's so bad. Like, every scene with Harrison Ford is CGI.
Starting point is 01:04:52 Yeah, it's pretty bad. He's very old. Yeah, I know, but they're like, oh, he's on a horse. And it's clearly CGI. It's so bad. Okay. It's not what I wanted. But the crystal skull, I did not...
Starting point is 01:05:05 I maybe need to revisit that. Yeah, I think there's some stuff. And I'm not saying it's even close to the best Indiana Jones movie. it's by far the fourth worst, by far. But that doesn't make it like horrible. So anyway, Crystal Scull, you're shaking your head. I'm just trying to, we're getting down there, you know? We are.
Starting point is 01:05:23 I mean, there's one amazing Harrison Ford movie still on the board. I just, I don't think I've never seen it. It doesn't, I have and it doesn't. Yeah. It's a travesty that I haven't seen one of one movie that's left for real. It's like, it's bad shit that especially. Just fucking say it, Sabrina. I don't even know what Sabrina's about
Starting point is 01:05:44 I know it's on the list A woman Okay, my turn It'd be about God That's true My turn I mean Fuck
Starting point is 01:05:55 Yeah I get I mean You do it I guess I'm taking Blade Runner Yeah Well yeah So but have you not seen Blade Runner Me either
Starting point is 01:06:05 I saw it or the new one I saw when I was a kid I feel like I've said it To get through a conversation On this podcast before But no, I have not. This is your belly. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:06:15 No one never compares. This is my belly. The only blade runner in belly is going a buck 50 across someone's face. They're so funny. I don't think that's even going to, it's not going to land. They're not going to get it. I don't get it. It's so funny.
Starting point is 01:06:33 Yeah, yeah, yeah. Explain the joke. Given a buck 50, somebody a buck 50 is slashing them with a razor. He said the only blade runner in belly is giving somebody a buck 50. You know why they call it a buck 50? I do not. You need 150 stitches. So a real buck 50 is you walk up to someone,
Starting point is 01:06:48 allegedly on the subway is where they do it a lot and you just go, you slash them on the whole face and then they got to get 150 stitches. I go to Manhattan Beach, California. What was, you hit the Hatton really hard. Manhattan. What was Omar's real name? From the wire, I was Michael.
Starting point is 01:07:07 Oh, Michael White? No. Michael K. William. Was that not a buck 50? Yeah, somebody did it. Two of them in a bar. Somebody did that.
Starting point is 01:07:17 I heard that. Okay. That's crazy. Like his real life was probably bucker than Omar's fictional life in some way, which is wild to think about. But yeah, so Blade Runner, you're the only one who's seen Blade Runner?
Starting point is 01:07:29 Yeah, and I saw when I was a kid. I don't remember it at all. I tried twice. I fell asleep twice. Yeah. See, I don't. I've tried a bunch of times. It's one of Adam's favorite movies.
Starting point is 01:07:40 He swears by it. and people love it Yeah have a real strong following I just don't I don't remember any of it It's uh I remember it's dark
Starting point is 01:07:48 Like when there's cyborgs right There's like Yeah I think they're like replicants or so Or like clones or something I got Yeah but I mean You know regardless if you've seen it or not Regardless if you've seen it or not
Starting point is 01:08:00 Blade runners are really solid Yeah for sure Solid bro Solid bro Blade runner Buck 50 across your fucking face Fuck 50 cross your face with the razor Will Tupac clear for you
Starting point is 01:08:10 be a thug until I'm dead and gone two pock-lips now you should sign off every pick with that no one's ever said at Wacker by the way I'll be a thug until I'm dead and gone oh man you got a good list over here David though
Starting point is 01:08:28 yeah it's like a real movie buff but I'm like mad fraudulent well I mean again though in the sake of drafting Harrison Ford movies Wade Runner should have gone way higher. I'd feel like we're all just trying to be honest about it.
Starting point is 01:08:44 But if it didn't go on someone's list, it would have been ridiculous. So, yes, I'm with that. I mean, there's still, there's still like a big Star Wars that we haven't picked yet. And then it's going to get cutty. Yeah. Have I got a Star Wars? I don't have a Star Wars. You don't.
Starting point is 01:09:00 You have Teplodum Raiders, Apocalypse Now Blade Runner. Yeah, I mean, I guess Return of the Jedi. Nope, I picked that. Oh, wait. shit. New Hope? I don't want to pick a new hope. Okay. I don't like that.
Starting point is 01:09:13 What about that new one where he's the dad of Kylo? Or is it Kylo? Solo. He's Kyle Renz. Oh. He's not, I don't think he's in Solo.
Starting point is 01:09:20 No, it might be the last Jedi or something like that. Isn't it not the Fork awake? The Force Awakens. The Force Awakens is what we're about to do. We had to Norms tomorrow morning. You guys going to norms in the morning? I don't know, but I would. Is that where?
Starting point is 01:09:35 I've gone to norms a couple of times on the weekends recently. It's a good spot, man. Should we all go to norms? Dude. Late night Norms crew is so weird. I would absolutely go late tonight. Yo, me and Alana went to Norms. What's norms?
Starting point is 01:09:48 Me and Alana went to Norms like a diner near here. Okay. Me and Alana went to norms like four nights ago, and there were four dudes laughing so loud all wearing gloves. Plastic gloves. Plastic gloves. Or latex gloves. I'll tell you what.
Starting point is 01:10:03 I wouldn't say anything to him. No. No. The latex crew? No. Late night. Latex crew? No.
Starting point is 01:10:10 Brother, I got nothing for you. Uh-uh. We can go to Norms after this, baby. Norms hits every time. All right. Well, I guess that I will take clear and present danger. That's a good one, man.
Starting point is 01:10:25 He's an X-CIA operative, right? That's Jack Ryan, right? He's Jack Ryan in that. That's the sequel to Patriot Games, or Patriot Games was a sequel to that? Let me see. I think that's the sequel to Patriot games. or if it's not a sequel, it might have been a prequel,
Starting point is 01:10:40 but it was the one after Patriot games. I put down clear and present Danker on accident because I'm in my phone. My phone did not autocorrect Danker. Accident. My phone is like, yeah, Danker's a word. Yeah, because you said it so many times.
Starting point is 01:10:52 You called me dank last night in the text. Is Danker a word like this basement is danker than that basement? Yeah, I think so. Or would you have to say more danker. I think that would be Danker. Danker. Yeah. I think it's Mastank.
Starting point is 01:11:03 I got a dangar. Mastanka. Clear President Danker. He's so he's... How is it the sequel to something if he's not the president again? Is it one of those things where he's playing two roles
Starting point is 01:11:17 in the same universe? Let me see. No, he's not the president. But he's the president in Air Force One. Yeah, but those are two different... I thought you just said this was the sequel to...
Starting point is 01:11:26 Patriot Games. Patriot Games. Patriot Games. Okay, I was... Yeah, okay. I get it. And I haven't seen it. It seems to be like a dad movie.
Starting point is 01:11:34 My dad fucking loves those. movies. I was going to say, I think I had like friends whose dads watch those movies. If you want to get my dad going, you talk Jack Ryan movies and you talk. Or David Borey or the Bourne movies. I think those movies. He watches a born movie almost every day. That's awesome. Yeah. Those movies did for dads what the program did for me, where I'm just like, I watch it and I just, I want to go people. What are you talking about? That's awesome. Program got me hype.
Starting point is 01:12:06 That's awesome. That's awesome. That's so funny. Okay. Clear and present danger. Isaac, you're going to get hosed on your pick, brother. Yeah, you're going to be tough. I don't think you guys are going to take my pick.
Starting point is 01:12:19 All right. Now I might just. Secret life of pets too. Oh, shoot, it's me. It's me. Actually, it's two secret two pets. That's right. Two secret two pets.
Starting point is 01:12:27 I'm going to pick. They are, I'm going to, okay, this is one of Laura's favorite movies. I have not seen it in, I don't even know how long. but presumed innocent. I don't think I've seen that. Never seen it. That feels like the... That was an early one, right?
Starting point is 01:12:45 That's like the 1890. It was mad early. She just was talking about it the other day. And I can't remember why. I honestly can't. But I know her and our friend Jason were talking about presumed innocent. And I was saying in my mind,
Starting point is 01:12:59 I was like, I know I've seen that. And I just kind of stayed in the cut on the conversation. Like, totally, totally. Yeah, movies sometimes you kind of just got to be like, Or like laugh a little too loud at one of the punchlines where you're like, yeah, absolutely. I remember that anyway. Whatever we're getting, I'm going to go get it. I know what we're talking about for sure.
Starting point is 01:13:17 Clear and no, no. Presumed innocent. There you go. Presumed innocent. I feel like a lot of these, a lot of these Harrison Ford movies are interchangeable like apartment complex names. You know what I mean? We were just talking about that. A lot of fox glens on this list.
Starting point is 01:13:33 Yeah. Pescent Run. Quail Ridge. Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But there's like, you know what I mean? Emerald landings. Presumed innocent, clear and present danger, Air Force.
Starting point is 01:13:44 Like, they just all kind of have the same vibe to him. He's the same. It all seems like it's going to end with him in a pair of gray slacks, white shirt, unbuttoned, running. Yeah, dude. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's just hot, smoldering. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:14:01 And but business casual. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Looking just bewildered. like just a real bewildered face love that from him still could just run a half marathon without training though
Starting point is 01:14:12 absolutely Harper close it out all right there's a little bit of a lead up to this okay have you guys ever seen the movie the juror with Brad Rempro
Starting point is 01:14:24 no Alec Baldwin who's the kid in it though oh I don't know maybe oh maybe that is Brad Renfro but it's to meet more it's Alec Baldwin
Starting point is 01:14:33 it's Anne Hache and there's a part in the movie where Alec Baldwin has a sex scene with Anne Heish And I remember seeing it as like maybe a teenager and going like hello This is big time So that I became a big Anne Heish fan For a while
Starting point is 01:14:50 And I became a big Anne Heish fan So when six days, seven nights came out It was like oh she's like on an island She's like going to be scantled like I was all in It's not a great movie But it meant a lot to a teenage me Okay Yeah
Starting point is 01:15:05 So six days, seven nights. Six days, seven nights. Harrison Ford and H get stranded on an island. It sounds familiar, actually. I'm looking up the juror, though. Star studded. Do me more, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Alec Baldwin, James Gandalfini. He's the kid.
Starting point is 01:15:19 He's the kid. He's the kid. And that kind of does it. Hot-sexy between Ann Hache and Alec Baldwin. I heard you. That used to be like currency was when you could like see. Oh, my God. You know, disclosure was another ridiculous one where you're like,
Starting point is 01:15:33 what are they doing? Dude, I haven't looked at champagne bottles the same since. Holy cow. Isaac D. I'm a pick. Yeah. I have not seen this movie, but my friend Mallory Rubin has seen it more than anyone, I think, on the planet has. Witness. Witness.
Starting point is 01:15:56 I don't know what I've even heard of that. It has a bunch of Oscar nominations. It is apparently, according to Mal, the hottest Harrison Ford has ever looked. Really? I'm interested. 1985. He plays John Book. Yeah, it's apparently a very famous popular movie.
Starting point is 01:16:15 The IMDB synopsis is, while protecting an Amish boy, the sole witness to a brutal murder, and his mother, a detective is forced to seek refuge within their rural community when his own life is threatened. It's got Kelly McGillis in it of Top Gun fame. Apparently, it's great. I have not seen this movie. Malley Rubin who has. Hell yeah. I'll buy that.
Starting point is 01:16:36 He is hot in the poster. He's got like such full lips, Harrison Ford. He does have full lips. He's a good looking guy. I bet he kisses. Hey man, kissing rules, you know? I agree. Two pacholives now.
Starting point is 01:16:52 Be a thug until I'm dead and gone. Kiss and rules. Can I get a name for the order? Yeah, kissing rules. I don't think we left anything on the board. No. Regarding Henry and Blade Runner 2 are the only other two movies I had
Starting point is 01:17:08 that I've even... I kind of fuck with... I already picked movies I have not seen. I kind of fuck with Inker Man too. He's one in a... It's not... Look, it's not Anker Man, but... He said he had a deleted scene in E.T. Oh, really now.
Starting point is 01:17:21 Interesting. Apparently, he was in 42 in a major role. Branch Rickey. I don't remember him. The guy who signed... Yeah. Signed Jackie Robinson. I don't remember him as being that character.
Starting point is 01:17:31 Cowboys and aliens? Banger. That's him and Dan. That's right. Yeah. Hollywood Homicides a good one. Was that him and Josh Hartnett? No.
Starting point is 01:17:43 Yeah. Yeah, Josh Hartnett. Yeah. Yeah, Josh Hartn. Yeah, okay. Oh, he was uncredited in the jerk? Was he? That's funny.
Starting point is 01:17:54 I don't even know if this. Working girl. Last night. I thought that was an S&M movie. Interesting. Working girl. God. Damn it.
Starting point is 01:18:05 I do like that movie. I should have, that's harsh that I didn't do. I did one time stand-up. They used to do these shows in Portland where they wanted you to write jokes about the movie. And then you would, so you go do stand-up, and then everybody would watch the movie. They'd do it at these theaters.
Starting point is 01:18:21 I never wrote jokes about the movie. Yeah, of course not. But I went and did working, or it was one of them I did. So I just did 10 minutes to stand-up. And that was Laura and I was like, I don't know, we'd probably known each other three months. And she went,
Starting point is 01:18:32 so it was at the Mission Theater in Portland. forgot about that. Also expendables three. Oh, really? No. No, sorry for blown. I should have said
Starting point is 01:18:41 working girl. I can't believe I didn't. To recap, Harrison Ford movie draft, David, you started off. You had Indiana Jones in the Temple of Doom, Raiders of the Lost Dark,
Starting point is 01:18:51 apocalypse now, Blade Runner, and clear in present danger. I went second. I had, What Lies Beneath, Air Force One, Star Wars Return to the Jedi,
Starting point is 01:18:59 Indiana Jones, and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull? Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. and presumed innocent. Harper, you closed it out. You had the fugitive Star Wars, the Empire Strikes Back. K-19, the Widowmaker.
Starting point is 01:19:11 Shout out to Bill Harper, Indiana Jones and Last Crusade and six days and seven nights because of a sex scene, you pervert. We want to hear your bits. In a different movie. Because of an osmosed sex scene of a different movie.
Starting point is 01:19:24 Hell yeah. You wet pudding, dirty boy. That was a fun thing to say. I hated that. You're going to say that in David's home? Come on, my dogs are you. Come on. We want to hear your picks.

Starting point is 01:20:00 You've really been giving yourself to this pod. Also, the crowd hated my answer. When I did a guest pick, they hate, like, I got booed. You know, they get a little, the mob gets fickle sometimes. Especially in New Orleans, I'll tell you that. Yeah. I just watch Gladiator.
Starting point is 01:20:15 That's why I said the mob gets picked. It's cool. You didn't have to, that's cool. They were so nice to me outside of that moment. Everybody loves you, man. Yeah, they still love you. Yeah, hop on the Patreon. The most recent auction draft is fantastic.
