Starting point is 00:00:01 This is a headgum podcast. We're doing everything. The podcast of fantasy drafts anything and everything from the world of popular culture. On today's episode, we are drafting something picked by you, the listeners, on the AFE All-Family Patreon. Thanks, y'all. We are drafting things that fly. Yeah. What a topic.
Starting point is 00:00:44 I'm your host, Ian Carmel, and with me, as always, is my good friend, Sean Jordan. And with me, on the most special occasions, is my dear friend, Zach Harper. A.k.a. Doni Babylon. Dony Babylon. David Boy, still deep, deep underground on a subterranean land, Bolivia. I think he got stuck in quicksand. He did. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:01:04 He's been in quicksand. He was asking about it. He was on his way to a scuba diving expedition. He was going to get Bolivian certified. He stepped into quicksand, went down into it, but he can breathe, fell through the bottom of the quicksand into sort of the subterranean, a bizarro world of Bolivia, where everything sort of like... I'm Jewish.
Starting point is 00:01:25 The opposite. You're Jewish and I'm drunk. It's a crazy little world down there. David's having a good time. He's texting, but it's all coming in backwards. It's all coming in backwards. We just turn our phone up. He says she clackety at the beginning of the podcast.
Starting point is 00:01:41 That's right. Let's shack it. Read my hockey newsletter. Yeah. 1-877, the thud. The thud. That's right. The thud.
Starting point is 00:01:50 A lot of thuds and hockey. Yeah, a lot of thuds. A lot of thuds. I think there are a lot of thuds and thugs. Yeah. They have it. There's always hockey playing when I'm running, when I'm at the gymnasium these days. They play hockey at the gym?
Starting point is 00:02:03 They got like 15 TVs. I haven't figured out how to tune into the sound on any of them. They always got hockey on one of them, always. There's always friends, always hockey. There's always USA. There's always both news channels. It's really interesting. And I always just lock in on one of them.
Starting point is 00:02:18 Always friends. What are we doing up on that TV? Come on. You guys. Look at you guys. Red, white and blue over there. Yeah. I didn't change.
Starting point is 00:02:27 I'm wearing a blue note t-shirt. I mean, I wore this again. Online ceramics. We're in a jersey bro. A little peek behind the veil. There's no LaCroy in the head-combe fridge. And there normally is. I don't like Spindrift because it's got juice in it.
Starting point is 00:02:42 They have the... There's the flavored red bull in there that I think I might grab when I leave. I've never had one of those flavored red bulls. Like, you know. That's crazy. or whatever. That's crazy that you haven't had a favorite. I don't think I have.
Starting point is 00:02:56 How long have they've been around? The flavored one. I think long enough. A long time. Probably you were working in call centers. I bet you've had one. I don't remember. Maybe.
Starting point is 00:03:05 But I'm going to have one today. I'll tell you that. I used to drink rock star juice. I told you that. My mom still drinks monster days. Yeah. When I worked at the Netflix call center. That's a time.
Starting point is 00:03:16 Oh. Think about we would drink. We would have because I dated a Red Bull girl. So she would give me cases of Red Bull. I bet you did. Oh, easy, Sacramento. That's not what this these at. Sorry, we had crunk juice at the Oakley store.
Starting point is 00:03:28 Oh, man. Yeah. So I'd bring in a 24 or whatever, like a pallet, and I'd just give them to my team, the call center team. The squad. And we would drink them, all of them in a day. Between like five of us, we'd drink 24 Red Bulls, and we'd make pyramids.
Starting point is 00:03:43 We'd tape them and everything. And then one day a spider came crawling out of it, and my boss is like, you can't have Red Bull pyramids over here. Because there was a spider? Well, there was bug. We'd have them like for days. Spiders making sure bugs didn't get over there. Spiders eat bugs.
Starting point is 00:03:56 You're not washing these cans out. No, no. We'd drink them and put them on the pyramid and tape them off. Oh. I saw, I had a can of pimp juice. I bet I still have it. I found it in like Atlanta and I saved it. Who was Pimp Jules?
Starting point is 00:04:08 Nelly. Or wait. Nelly. Well, Crunk Juice is Lil' John. Pimp juices Nelly because he had the Pimpthewes song. Yeah, that's right. That's right. And then what was the one you said?
Starting point is 00:04:15 Crunk juice. Oh, Crunk juice. Yeah. That's a little Joe. Because we had Little John as a, as a celebrity. entrepreneur, little John, from day one. Get it. Do what you got to do.
Starting point is 00:04:26 I'd drink crunk juice if I found it right now. He was on an episode of Bar Rescue. Little John was. Yeah, he's friends with John Taffer. Having his bar rescue or did he help John Taffer? No, he was doing recon. Doing recon. T-Pain.
Starting point is 00:04:37 Where's that job? T-Pain was on an episode of Bar Rescue for a Sacramento sports bar. That he owned? No. Oh. He went to Sacramento. Is the Recon like they sent them in to like scout it out? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:04:51 How do I get that job? I'll tell you what's wrong with any bar. It's a gift to have a rap career person. I just got paid. I'm a professional rapper. That's right. Yeah. Man, hit me up, Taffert.
Starting point is 00:05:03 Well, Taffer. Taffer. That's strike three. Sorry. You don't even need the first three strikes. Come on, Taffy, hit me up. I'll do the recon. Don't even worry about high standing.
Starting point is 00:05:12 John Tafford is not going to look too kindly on your slip up there. He doesn't seem like a chill guy. He embraces a solution. not excuses. Well, that's you. That's you through and through. Yeah, I'll solve. You have a contact lens solution?
Starting point is 00:05:30 I got a grip of it. The Solution Islands in Alaska? You love solutions, dude. Solution. Solution. This is not going to be a great episode. I can already tell. Oh, man.
Starting point is 00:05:42 I can already tell it's not going to be a great one. The Reddit hates it already. I can already tell it's not going to be a great episode. Yeah. I think it's going to be great. I don't think so. Uh-uh. I can already tell we're off to a rocky start.
Starting point is 00:05:51 I'm not talking about Balboa. No. And I'm not talking about Ann Bullwinkle either. Or, Road? Marciano. Or Marciano. Or Rode. Or Zekarski, if you said Rocco.
Starting point is 00:06:05 That's another one I don't mean. Mountains? I'm not talking about the mountains, brother. And I'm not talking about... ASAP. ASAP. And I'm not talking about him. September 26th, if you want to see a better version of...
Starting point is 00:06:20 Isop Rocky. If you want to see a better version of this live Like a more in-person version of it Yeah Aladdin theater Maybe they're not even available Maybe you slept too long But late show still has tickets
Starting point is 00:06:31 I'll get you I'm not talking about somebody From the country of Iraq Iraqi I'll be in New Orleans He didn't even say my name yet I'm not talking about Uday or Kusei
Starting point is 00:06:44 Hussein Obama I know those are the kids from a rap song POS had a song where he said their names. They were like a Sonom's kids. They were kids. And I'll know that because of that song forever.
Starting point is 00:06:58 That's great. See, rap teaches you stuff. I'm a teacher. You are, professors. You reach, he teach. The amount of people that, oh, my nephew every now and again he'll wear, it'll be Adidas and Nike. What are you going to say to an 11-year-old?
Starting point is 00:07:12 You just start playing the song. An 11-year-old is when you need to get in there the most. No, you can't. Because then you're going to make someone feel bad. I don't want to do that. Yeah, for now. What I should do is just buy it. I'll be like, you want the kit? I'll get you the kit.
Starting point is 00:07:24 If you have these Adidas on, here's the pants you wear with those. You've got the Nike's, here's a pants you wear with those. That's what you do. That's how I saw that problem. There it is. There it is. There it is. I'll probably wrap it at them. We should get them all hey dudes. All what? Is that what's called hey dudes?
Starting point is 00:07:38 What's a hey dude? Is that hey dudes? Those shoes that they wear like in the Midwest and the South, hey dudes. You're thinking of cowboy boots. What are they called hey dudes? Hay dudes. He did a show on Nickelode. Yeah, hey dude. What?
Starting point is 00:07:49 Hey dudes are like. They're that shoe. Oh, they're like that shoe. Like a fake loafer? Like it looks like guys wear them without socks and you know they stink. I don't like that. Yeah, no. No, thank you.
Starting point is 00:08:05 What do you think of me wearing the birthday shoes without any socks? I don't think anyone should wear shoes without socks. I hate it. I hate it. I know you stink. They don't. I'm telling you they don't. No, it's going to.
Starting point is 00:08:15 I know they're going to. I guarantee you they stink. All over Harper's couch later. That's true. but the entourage will even it out Chantaraj. Shantaraj. You can see Chantaraj.

Starting point is 00:08:58 No. Greg Araki? Iraqi. Okay. What's mysterious skin? It's one of his movies, I think. Maybe he just, yeah. That's not who I'm talking about.
Starting point is 00:09:10 What I'm talking about how this episode's going to be? Are those all your dates? Those are all my dates? What about your figs? Got him. Come on. I said it was going to be bad. Got him.
Starting point is 00:09:19 If it's going to be bad, then make it bad. I'm doing my best. You guys have a date milkshake? Yeah. Oh, yes. That's good, right? Yeah, that's really good. They're doing them at Dune right now near my house.
Starting point is 00:09:30 Isaac. What? Pull up a seat. You can run the show from over here. What are you doing from over there that you can't do over here? I can see the red. All I do is see you put jackets on and take them. We're giving him so little credit for what he's actually doing.
Starting point is 00:09:43 All he does is take on and put off jackets and watch it. That's my entire job. That's my entire job. Every now and again, a girl comes in and makes out with him for 30 seconds and leaves. You know, every now and then. Every now and then. Would that be insane?
Starting point is 00:09:53 Every then. Every then. I'm just picturing if that happened. Zach Harper's here, 1-900 mix a lot. If you want to shake you want to kick him on the glass himself. Yeah. 1-877, the bounce. September 26.

Starting point is 00:10:31 They give me that attitude They give me the are you sure Everybody back home I had someone say Oregon To me the other night And I did not correct You have to correct I used to say Oregon
Starting point is 00:10:40 I guarantee it But then they're like But what about the Oregon Trail I'm like well you're saying that wrong too Yeah that's wrong It's not the Oregon Trail You know what my mom does now is she'll weigh over,
Starting point is 00:10:52 she'll be like, sorry, I'm coming to Portland, Oregon, and she'll say like Oregon, like your kidneys would be an organ. And she just, she's like, sorry, we're going to Oregon, Oregon. It's just Oregon, you know? I don't care what someone's attitude is if they're saying it, right? If they're saying it, right, that's fine.
Starting point is 00:11:07 Was it some sort of sexual situation where you weren't correcting this person's pronunciation of Oregon? Take me to Oregon. All right. I'm having an Oregon Go to the Oregon Trail Oregon Gasm
Starting point is 00:11:24 No people never ask about Portland They're always like How's Oregon? You're like, just ask me how Portland is That's how Oregon is Yeah The Oregon Ducks Lush
Starting point is 00:11:33 I'm saying The Oregon State Beavers The Southern Oregon University Red Raiders That's right For example University of Portland pilots In Oregon
Starting point is 00:11:44 In Oregon Yeah Yeah It's like you know I get like cooch if people say couch. I get that, all that stuff. Or will I met? It's pronounced cooch. Absolutely not.
Starting point is 00:11:55 It's pronounced cooch. Absolutely not. What? Cooch is different. Well, no, I'm saying I get because it's spelled couch straight up. But it's pronounced cooch. No. No, don't. Don't pronounce Cooch brother.
Starting point is 00:12:06 Harper? The Cooch brothers over here. Shit, I don't like this. Isaac, now I need you over here. That couch would be way too drippy if you guys were both on it. Bring me a watch too. I need a watch. at Stanley Coochee just now.
Starting point is 00:12:18 Oh, no. I stopped myself. I stopped myself from saying it. You didn't, though, because you said it. No. Coochie main? Coochie main. It's going to be a Coochie.
Starting point is 00:12:29 People can subscribe to the bounce. You have several podcasts of your own. I'm wearing a jazz shirt, so it's okay that I'm wearing sunglasses. Yeah. Man, could you imagine being, like that? Like a shades indoors person? I don't like it. I don't think I know anybody.
Starting point is 00:12:42 I've done it every once in a while if I'm feeling a little hungover. And even then I got to. I got to take them off. In the mall, maybe. I'll go, I'll go. I was a being hung over on Sunday. Fucking give it a bite. If you're going to bite it, bite it.
Starting point is 00:12:58 If you're going to bite it, bite it as hard as you can. I've trained that arm. No way. I have trained that arm. You're in a dangerous arm position right now. I can, I can, I can, I can, I can, I'll Hitler all day long if I want to. The audio listeners don't know what just happened. Sean tickled me.
Starting point is 00:13:14 Sean tickled me old-fashioned. I flick his bell in. And then you almost sounded like Mickey Mouse in the early 40s. Like that? Listen. From what we know about Walter Disney. Yeah, that's not that far. That might not be the first time that's been said.
Starting point is 00:13:30 That's right. Sean tickled me. He gave me an old-fashioned, which is not a hand job. It's getting tickled. That's right. Yeah. Anything else to promote? This is what I want to ask.
Starting point is 00:13:42 Yeah. To the Patreon specifically. The All Family. The All Family. If Sean and I were to start a podcast about a certain... Listen, I've been in on the ground floor and I don't want to be cut out of this. If Sean, Zach and I, or if you were saying it, if Sean Ian and I, that would be one way you could say it. Or if Isaac was saying it, if Zach, Ian and Sean...
Starting point is 00:14:11 That's right. That's right. As long as I'm involved in this. I have a lot of people here I have a lot of free time right now that's right not big look I you think we can't do it
Starting point is 00:14:23 we can do it there's a fucking formula for it it's an episode per episode we just do it and we just they don't have to be long episode per episode and we just say
Starting point is 00:14:32 everything in here is okay we just say we play the episode and we go and that was fine and that was fun it aged perfectly no notes no notes
Starting point is 00:14:41 yeah the no notes podcast The No Notes podcast. I just think we do it. I think so. I just think we do it. I think so.
Starting point is 00:14:51 Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah? I'll get us Jerry on one of these. That's right. O'Connell. Jerry O'Connell. They're like, we're doing it. And what we're talking about is doing the talk theme podcast.
Starting point is 00:15:03 I got that number. I got Jerry O'Connell's number right in here. Okay, great. I do. All right. I'll get us fucking E, dude. Ecstasy. We're going to roll one.
Starting point is 00:15:14 Laura, it's part of work. I have to do it for my job. I saw E at Danana's once. I'm going to Danana's tonight. Interesting. Yeah. I don't remember us being invited to that. We kicked around maybe trying to go to dinner tomorrow night or the next night.
Starting point is 00:15:27 It's not. It's me, turtle. E drama. No. Ari and Rex Navarretti. Fine. Is that that guy's name? No, it's Rex Lee.
Starting point is 00:15:37 Rex Lee. Who's Rex Navarretti? Filipino. Filipino comedian. Yeah. You're going to DTs. Going to DTs. Cool.
Starting point is 00:15:45 And with the DTs. Dana Twarts? What are we doing? Dana Tworke. Dana Tworne. Dana Tward. Don't support anything I'm doing. Okay, I don't.
Starting point is 00:15:57 Wait, so you can grind harder? I want to grind the hardest. I'm trying to get on the beach today. That's what I talked to that man about after this. Going to the beach. I haven't seen the ocean in a long time. I wouldn't hate that. The ocean.
Starting point is 00:16:09 The ocean. Come on out. Let's go to the beach all day and then you go to Dantan. It's just meet and there. You got a nanny. I got to be home by four. I know. We'll be home by four.
Starting point is 00:16:16 So drive out there for an hour, sit for 10 minutes and drive back. My name is Ian Carmel. I have nothing to promote other than come see us on September 26th. It's going to be fun. That's it. Going to be fun. It's going to be a good time. Ten years.
Starting point is 00:16:31 Ten years. It's pretty cool. Ten years. If I may. Ten beers. Too long. Too long. No.
Starting point is 00:16:38 Don't start now. No. No. No. Too long. Maybe start getting some new blood. In cycling some people out. Cycle some of the old white guys out.
Starting point is 00:16:47 Some new white guys out. You old white guys in. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. We're the same age, pretty much. People who have four-letter first names. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Crap.
Starting point is 00:16:56 Crap. Crap. Crap. Crap. Cycling out, Sean. Crapard. We're bringing in a guy named crap. I could be crack.
Starting point is 00:17:03 I could turn into crap Jordan at the beach. You're going to make it happen. I'm going to the beach. I'm going to the beach. I'm just shoehorning the beach in with everything. They're building a new Venice park. I want to see what that looks like. I want to go out. We're going to Venice.
Starting point is 00:17:15 Well, the beach. What's the beach to you? Santa Monica. Up the street. Up the street. It is not the same thing. Here comes fucking Manhattan. Oh, Hermosa down here.
Starting point is 00:17:26 Or Manhattan, sorry, sorry. You better apologize. You love you some Hermosa Beach, though. We'll go crazy. You want to go crazy town? I wouldn't mind. I wouldn't mind experiencing that again. Go crazy town, Manhattan Beach.
Starting point is 00:17:37 Style. We've already done it before. We're drafting things that fly. Now, this was chosen by the all family. Speaking of a boy. which you didn't believe me, but when you narrowed it down to three options, that is the one I wanted to do the most. Was it really?
Starting point is 00:17:50 Yeah. I believe you. They were all good. They were like 30 great. The suggestion. They're all. They're all through some of them. They're nuts.
Starting point is 00:17:56 We wanted a same for David. I know. There's one that there's one I snuck in there that I thought of while I was and I snuck it in like it was a choice just to see. Did any of us like it? No. What was it? It was the one where we, you draft something with whatever letter you're assigned.
Starting point is 00:18:10 So we just go through the whole alphabet and you have to draft one thing that starts with that letter. So in my mind, it's like, we just go A, B, C, D, E, we do 26 picks. Oh. And then as it comes to you, but you can't plan for the draft really because you don't know what the order's going to be. I didn't even clock that. I kind of, it's, that's a long thing to explain.
Starting point is 00:18:29 So I tried to explain it. I didn't read the whole through. No. But like, if we ever have five guests again, that would be a fun one because it would even out. It won't even out. No, well, one pick prizes. Oh, 25 and one.
Starting point is 00:18:39 Yeah, yeah, yeah. Because then Isaac gets whatever. Z. Z. Yeah, I guess you would. at Z, no matter what. Yeah. The zoological guard.
Starting point is 00:18:47 Zeus. Zeus. Zebras? Zatovan. Or Zex? Zed over in Selecox. Or he'd pick sexy things. Sexual feelings.
Starting point is 00:18:56 Sexual, sexual intimacy? Anal sex. Jesus. What if you just started calling it Zex and like didn't tell the girl you just thought it was called Zex? Hey, do you want to have sex? Hey, I mean, I know. What was sexting last night?
Starting point is 00:19:13 I don't really have random zex, but I just, I feel a vibe. And, like, you know. Never have zex on the first time. I would love to have Zex with you tonight. And you're saying, what if he did that? What if he did that? And you said this is going to be a bad episode. And your whole thing is maybe the best.
Starting point is 00:19:28 And your whole question is, what if he did that? That's what Gen Z calls it, Z. They're not drinking. That's why it's Gen Z. They're not drinking's alcohol and they're having a lot more Zx. They're not smoking cigarettes. No. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:19:38 Dude, the alcohol industry has lost so much money off of Gen Z and it's awesome. We were talking about on the way here, like, you can just go to bars and not drink. And I think that's what they're doing. Yeah. Like, just going and hang. Like, we were with a bunch of Gen Z kids the other night. Yeah. They didn't seem like they were getting it.
Starting point is 00:19:54 They didn't seem like they were getting it. Not really, not like bars. Isaac, are they getting it? I don't think so, but I'm also not Gen Z. Close. I'm close. It's a boomer. I'm a baby boomer.
Starting point is 00:20:06 Isaac's part of the greatest generation. I'm 68 years old. Isaac fought in WW2, the big one. Yeah. on the wrong side, but yeah He's an Italian fascist Musa Lili Musa Lili
Starting point is 00:20:18 Nice Musa Kali No you got it you nailed There you got it You got it man Hey It's fingers that fly now The way we determine the order of this draft
Starting point is 00:20:33 is rollicking of a rock paper scissors It's like between the two of you now Oh you don't want to do it No Which fist out, pretty good we go You'll know what it's up Oh will I Rock, paper, scissors, shoot.
Starting point is 00:20:43 Whoa, two scissors. Rock, paper, scissors, shoot. Whoa, two scissors. If it happened, if you tie again, I went. Rock, paper, scissors, shoot. Oh, Robert wins! In your fucking face! He went scissors all three times.
Starting point is 00:20:55 A man of conviction. A man who is steadfast. You are steadfasting you? You're sitting right there when I reprimanded you the last time. I call him skizzers. Ooh, that's fun. Zizzars. Get him a targe.
Starting point is 00:21:06 It's a fun place to get him. Get out of that. That one gets from my nerves, dude. What does Targe Targe? Well, you're a Midwesterner. No. Target?
Starting point is 00:21:16 You must have heard it. You're from the epicenter of Tarja. My mom says it all the time. And she says Wally World instead of Walmart. Oh, I haven't heard that one. I didn't know that. I thought that was just a vacation. I got to go to Wally World and get some milk.
Starting point is 00:21:27 I'm like, don't. You can get it anywhere except for Walmart. I mean, anywhere, any grocery store that has milk, you go to the great. You wear too many hats. You have such a good head of hair. Is it? Yeah, you do have a great head of hair.
Starting point is 00:21:38 What's it's a doing right now? It's just a little. Gavin Newsomey. You can tell you had a hat on, but it's not like bad hat. Keep it's like back. I'm going to shave all this. We'll see. We'll go tomorrow, no hat, shaved with just the stash.
Starting point is 00:21:50 I love it. I love it. You're going to caramel. God, I'm going to look hard. You're going to look full caramel. I'm going to look horrible. You're going to look great. It's going to be so good.
Starting point is 00:21:58 How do I look? I look good. You look fantastic. Yeah, you're going to look good. Now I got, it's, my chin is too weird to have nothing here. I don't think that's so good. We're all talking about it. When was the last time you, yeah, I'm hot.
Starting point is 00:22:09 I'm not saying I'm not hot. When was the last time you shaved? Like face? Mm-hmm. And you're back. Like, oh, nine? Great. What would it take?
Starting point is 00:22:23 A woman. Okay. If I pay a woman to shave your face. No. I'm sure there's a female bar. I don't know. I don't know if I, I don't know if I want to see what's under here anymore.
Starting point is 00:22:34 Oh, I think it's great. It's probably fine with it. David did it? You know who he freaked him out. He hated it. Yeah. He watched the World Cup. You know, you know, you know,
Starting point is 00:22:42 Harper kind of looks like David Rea. Oh, I could kind of see that. A little bit. Spain's backup goalkeeper. Okay. But Arsenal's starting goalkeeper, one of the best goalkeeper.
Starting point is 00:22:53 You're like a handsomer him. David Reya. Raya. Raya. You're like a handsomer that guy. All right, let me see. This was one of my big takeaways from the World Cup. I'll take that.
Starting point is 00:23:03 Yeah. Good luck you guy. Yeah. A handsome or that guy. Look at it. Oh, yeah, for sure. Right? Yep.
Starting point is 00:23:10 Yeah. I think that's like your celebrity. doppel game. That's in the way that I look like Jason Reitman. Hold on now. People always hit me with that. Jason Wright?
Starting point is 00:23:19 Ivan's kid. Yo, you do. Oh, shit. Whoa. That's uncanny. Yeah. It's pretty nice. You're like a dumber,
Starting point is 00:23:28 uglier, stinkier. No socks ass. No, not funny on your show. Fucking stupid. Stupid. Weird poop. Malarish. Poop.
Starting point is 00:23:44 Blotchy. Blotchy. Poopie. Stink butty. Real stained. Real stained. Yeah. Stained.
Starting point is 00:23:55 Yeah. Slightly dirty clothes looking. Bad bones. Rinkly. Bad bones. Floppy. Arthritic. Max will tell me now.
Starting point is 00:24:06 If I got a carrier for a block, I start sweating. And she'll be like, oh, you're sweating so much. I'm like, stop. Stop. I know that. I'm carrying you. And then I'll put her to car seat. Cars all hot and I'll bend down. I'm like, I can just feel. And she'll always put her hand up like, whoa, you're really sweating. Flop sweat. Yeah. Yeah. I've been sweating more lately. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Do you think that's from working out? It's hot. It's summer.
Starting point is 00:24:29 I sweat a ton when I work. It's the obvious. I have the guess. I sweat a ton when I work out. I have a guess. I sweat a ton when I work out. I have a guess. I sweat more than in December. Yeah. It freaks me out. It freaks me out. When you sweat when you work out, you should. sweat when you work out. I feel like I sweat too much and I Google it and it's like, you know, some people sweat a lot. Shrets, you want it. It's good for you. Yeah. As long as you're rehydrated and you're fine. Yeah. Yeah, there's a bar right across the street. Go in all sweaty. Harper is the winner. It isn't coming upon you to determine the order of today's draft before you do that I will remind you it as a serpentine draft. And what is that? That's a great question.
Starting point is 00:25:03 It's like peeing in the snow. Is that the one you got from Instagram? No, I didn't take any of those. I was like, hey, let me get, I got a lot of messages. Were they good? I bet there were some good ones. I haven't looked through them yet. I'm sure they are. And credit will be given where credit is due, if any of those make the cut, which they will.
Starting point is 00:25:22 But this was... Can't believe you came up with peeing in the snow by yourself. And in the summer, when you're sweating so much. By bad, you meant you guys were going to be assholes to me the whole time. Is that what you meant? Shut up. Whoa. I would only say things behind your back.
Starting point is 00:25:37 Yeah. That's fine. Get it on there. Don't! Oh, wear socks. That's fine. He's wearing socks. We're socks.
Starting point is 00:25:46 Yeah, I'll wear him. God. Are you a flexible man? He was. We know that. Morally. We know he was. Morally, yes.
Starting point is 00:25:55 No, I'm not flexible anymore. I don't think. I put my toe in my mouth. I did it. Okay. I didn't watch that, but I heard that. Can you do that? Could I put my toe in my mouth?
Starting point is 00:26:05 Can you put my toe in your mouth? That's what we do at the beach. That's a beach activity. I'm not that flexible. We're going to have 69, but with our toes. God. Ugh. We're gonna, I'm gonna get,
Starting point is 00:26:19 I'm gonna get a Michelado and pour it all over your toes. If you think third in the first round, well, at least that it would be somewhat sanitized. Or just put a bunch of teheat. A bechalada. Put a bunch of to tohine on there? I don't know.
Starting point is 00:26:33 I don't need to finish this episode. None of us need to. Funnier than you gave it credit. It's not funny. Funnier than you gave it credit for. It can't be funnier if it's not funny. Of course it can. It can only get funnier.
Starting point is 00:26:44 It's the only thing that can happen. Tohine. Laughing pretty hard at it. It's gross. It is so gross. I don't like footstuff. No, I don't either. Not even...
Starting point is 00:26:56 Grosses me out. I'm not even being sexual. I just mean feet gross me out. Yeah. Yeah. Beak gross me out. I only like it sexually. That's right.
Starting point is 00:27:02 A lot of things gross me out, though. Yeah. It's like a never-ending list. Manez. I love mayonnaise. I love mayonnaise. You know, I can't tell the difference between Mayo and Manez. It's four.
Starting point is 00:27:14 I'm sorry, what? It's four letters. Five letters. Or, Mayo and Mary-Eon. I'm like, yeah, it would be weird. You were so flabbergasted where you're like, what do you mean? I felt for a second I thought, oh shit. I thought it was a bit.
Starting point is 00:27:30 Have I had these two as the same thing this whole time? I thought they were the same thing. I was so confused. They are the same thing. I thought you were doing a bit for a second. I was like, is that funny? It is funny. Saying that is funny.
Starting point is 00:27:42 But I'm like, but it's Sean. So is it a bit? And it turned out not to be a bit. It would be funny if you did if you're like, can you put mayonnaise on instead of mayo? That would be funny at a restaurant. I don't like mail. Do you have mayonnaise?
Starting point is 00:27:55 No, I like, everybody says Miracle Whip has a lot more zip to it, but it tastes the same to me. Oh, dude. No, it's very different. Yeah, very different. Interesting. You keep surprised at a show. A little different. Basically, if you pick third in the first room, you pick first in the second round.
Starting point is 00:28:10 Oh, like it would be. Pee in the snow. That's right, peeing in the snow style. It's just me, Sean, Ian. Oh, hot corner. I don't like it when Ian's not the hot corner. When I'm listening, I don't like it. He hasn't really had a lot of hot corners like it.
Starting point is 00:28:23 He has not. I've been listening. Yeah. Carmel's Corner. Carmell's Corner over here on CSNW. I don't have a little show called Carmel's Corner. We were just talking about spicy news on the way here. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:28:38 Our old spicy news. I got right out of the curve. You need to Google Shane Torres spicy news out there. It's the youngest. And he's crying. Because we eat a habanero and we do topical jokes of the day. Yeah. And, yeah, Shane starts crying.
Starting point is 00:28:53 And he's shaved like no beard. Yeah. That's Shane like you're going to be tomorrow. Except for this. Except for the mustache. Yeah. I'm kind of hyped about it. You're going to look good.
Starting point is 00:29:04 Laura's going to be bummed, but she won't have to deal with it until Friday. Harper, you have the first pick. And we're going to get to that first pick. Starting point is 00:33:06 pedophob yes yeah hate kids and emotional I don't like kids that aren't related to me I consider your children
Starting point is 00:33:21 related to me I'm you know it's not that I'm with you I don't like them I don't dislike them I'm not interested although now since I've had a kid I bet it's different
Starting point is 00:33:32 it's a lot easier I'm like that's cute kid I hear you it to put up with kids stuff yeah or that kid's disgusting But also, airplane situation, like if a baby's freak, doesn't bother me.
Starting point is 00:33:43 No, me neither. Put your headphones on. It never did. Me either. I'm just like, okay. I think. But I'll tell you.
Starting point is 00:33:48 Now someone's going to pull a clip from this podcast from fucking 2017. Like they do with jazz. You know what does bother me though? If a kid was on their iPad and the sound was on. Shut up. I think it's funny when that happens. I'm not actually mad.
Starting point is 00:34:02 Yeah, there's one where you say you don't like you too. Or where you say you like you too way back then. Or you don't like... No one has found this. This is so weird. You're the only one who remembers this. No, I don't remember.
Starting point is 00:34:12 Somebody DM me and they're like, there's an episode of Ian saying how he loves you too. Really? Find it. They're good. Okay. But then you just said you didn't like him like a month ago. No, I didn't.
Starting point is 00:34:21 In the New Orleans Live episode, you said, yeah, not a big YouTube guy. I'm not a big YouTube. I don't like... But he doesn't hate him. I don't hate YouTube. If a kid had an iPad and it was on like full volume, I wouldn't care on a plane. if an adult has an iPad on, it boils my blood.
Starting point is 00:34:39 I don't wouldn't, even if a kid had a full volume iPad, I wouldn't be too stoked. I wouldn't be excited, but it's like that's on the whoever's monitoring that kid to turn it. What am I? I expect a five-year-old to turn it down? My whole thing is if at this point,
Starting point is 00:34:50 at this point, if you don't have your own headphones, that's a personal issue. That was a natural list. I would love it if you just became Sylvester the kid. If you're all happy, if I got really worked up, If you don't have like
Starting point is 00:35:06 noise cancelling headphones on an airplane It's on you It's on you Everything It's like It's there's gonna be stuff Happening that you don't love
Starting point is 00:35:16 On an airplane It's just it's how it is So yeah I don't get mad The baby's crying I never really No idea It's like nobody wants the kid to be quiet
Starting point is 00:35:23 More than the parent of that Right Yeah Nobody trust me I don't want to add to that Oh my God I'm always jabing already With a little caviar spoon
Starting point is 00:35:30 Get him going Oh You have to Yeah Cry more My mom used to come pluck hairs out of my When I was asleep she'd come like do that
Starting point is 00:35:40 So I'd wake up and kind of cry a little bit So she could take care of me Aw Isn't that funny? I get it Yep Harpy your first pick Why so serious?
Starting point is 00:35:50 Why so serious? Dragons Yeah Oh yeah Yeah That's a great pick I love a dragon It's a great pick
Starting point is 00:35:58 You're talking about the style of Oakley Her dragon was its own company Dragon sunglasses That's what you picked, right? Dragon D's nuts on your mouth. Dragon D's nuts? Crap. Crapola molla.
Starting point is 00:36:15 A step right in it? It's the whole reason I watched Game of Thrones. I like the dragons. I get it. That's a very low brow reason to watch. But it was too many characters. I wish there were so many more dragons in that show. I'm kind of out on House of the Dragon.
Starting point is 00:36:33 It's. I. I apparently never watch season two. That's, you're fine. Yeah. Yeah. Dude, we want, we're three in or whatever. I have no idea what's going on.
Starting point is 00:36:41 It's just like, no idea. It's just not my world. And I'm not against, I'm not like, oh, I don't like this. I just, it takes so much for me to like get immersed. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:36:50 I like fantasy. It's just, they're too, I don't know. This is too much. He made out with his mom. It's so great. Where it's like,
Starting point is 00:36:57 I understand that Jamie Lannister and C or C or Cic were brother and sister, which is gnarly. But for some reason that's different to me, then I watched a guy make out with his mom. Yeah. It's just, it's so forced. It just couldn't keep track of it. The incest stuff, you know.
Starting point is 00:37:11 The names are, Laura got a, she got like a family tree. We were looking at it. That would be helpful. It's still hard to figure out. Yeah. Still, where you're like, well, wait, is that the guy with the eye patch? Or is that the guy that made out with his mom? Right.
Starting point is 00:37:22 I just need more dragons, more incest in that show, and it's not enough. More incest. I'd like incest between the dragons. Wouldn't kick it out of bed. Yeah. Yeah. But yeah, I like a dragon. breathe fire, they fly.
Starting point is 00:37:34 They got eggs. Yeah, they got eggs. I like eggs. I got a dragon egg is fucking amazing. Western, do you prefer a dragon from Chinese culture? Absolutely. Or of European culture.
Starting point is 00:37:47 Oh, if I had to choose? I'm probably going to European culture. Yeah. You know, I know that's probably not a great pick. No, right? White supremacist. Yeah. We all know this about you.
Starting point is 00:37:59 Well, yeah, I'm very upfront about that. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. I like the Chinese dragons in the parade. That I love. In the dragon suit? When they do that head shake. Yeah, I like that.
Starting point is 00:38:11 I like that head shake. Do those dragons fly? Yeah, I think they do. They got wings. They don't have wings. They're like a big snake, but they supernaturally. But in the air. See, I think it's because I like the wings.
Starting point is 00:38:22 You want the wings. You want the wings. To fly without wings is to fully achieve. Think about it for a while. This is a bad episode. It's a bad episode. It's a bad episode. It's bad, right?
Starting point is 00:38:32 It's bad, right? Michael Jackson is bad. Oh, that kind of bad. So it's good. So it's good. Oh. Pedophobe. Yeah, dragons all day.
Starting point is 00:38:46 Yeah. Dragons is a great pick. Yeah. They do be flying. They do be flying. Have you ever seen that footage of Benedict Cumberbatch, like pretending to be smog? No. Oh.
Starting point is 00:38:57 You're going to hate it. Oh. You are going to hate it. I don't love a Benedict Cumberbatch. You're going to hate it. This is going to. Hold on. He's doing the smog.
Starting point is 00:39:06 It kills me how much it sounds like Cartman. Every time they say smog, it's like Cartman saying it. I'm proud of myself for this. When I type in Benedict, the first auto-complete, who do you think it is? Matherin. Wong. Oh. Wow.
Starting point is 00:39:18 An ally. Yeah. You're an ally to the Asians. That's right. Benedict Matherin. Clipper. You are also an ally to me specifically. Yes, to you.
Starting point is 00:39:26 Yeah, I'm pulling this up right now. How bad am I going to be? I want to get your reaction to it. If you're watching a home, look up Benedict Cumberbett. This is a. Reddit Thread I found, Benedict Cumberbatch's masterful performance in the Hobbit, the desolation of Smauk. All right. So he, oh, I guess I didn't know he had to be Smog.
Starting point is 00:39:44 Well, he did the voice. I know, but why did he have to move? He didn't. So they wanted Smog to move like Benedict Cumberbatch? Thief. He didn't, they didn't have to do this. I hear your breath. I feel your air.
Starting point is 00:40:09 No. It's doing something to you guys? It's, it's Benit of Cumberbatch in like a gray morph suit covered in like little dots. Is this a joke?
Starting point is 00:40:19 No, he really did this. This is what it was. I kill you. No. No. No. No. That second cut?
Starting point is 00:40:31 No. He's crawling around like the... Absolutely not. Crawling around like you? Absolutely not. Oh, man. He really... I hated that.
Starting point is 00:40:43 That would be... I couldn't watch the rest of that. There's no way. That would be hard to commit to. I'd rather shave my face than... Have you seen how... He can't say Penguin. My mom can't say real world.
Starting point is 00:40:55 Can't say it right now. Is she like real world? Real world, she says. What about juror? Juror. I don't know. I'll bring it up to her. Juerl.
Starting point is 00:41:04 Real world juror. Is there anything you can't say? Besides, thank you. Oh, fuck Holy What was so bad about I didn't know What was so bad about that
Starting point is 00:41:18 It was supposed to be fine That was good burn I'd thank you to get off my show Finally No I used to not be able to say Soldier or Shoulder I had those two words Soldier or shoulder
Starting point is 00:41:36 I would fuck him up when I was a kid Now, Artie, we can't say guitar, he says Tigar. And it's very cute. That's very sweet. Max says, oh, gosh, we got to keep going. I'm not going to think. It'll come to me, but there's something she can't. Oh, Regural.
Starting point is 00:41:50 Instead of regular, she says regular. That's great. It's so adorable. What if I was like, it's so fucking frustrating. No, she'll just be like, I want regular pizza. Because like pepperoni, she calls cheese regular. I want regular pizza. Okay.
Starting point is 00:42:05 Yeah. That's great. Oh. May? Your first pick. Planes. You know. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:42:12 Planes. You love planes. Sorry. Like, I wish I wasn't so terrified to fly, but it's so, I'll never get over how magical it is. Yeah. You can just hurtle through the air. Yeah. I like 500 miles an hour.
Starting point is 00:42:24 Love being on a plane. I love being on an airplane. I love it. I mean, it is absolutely. You know what kills me. And it happens all the time flying in L.A. Everybody. Slowly was sure.
Starting point is 00:42:34 Yeah, sure. My, well, APR is the big. thing. But everyone's got their windows shut. And it's like, I want to look out the window. I really think it's cool. Like, to look out the window. You can't do that. Get a window seat then. I do that all this one. That's my thing.
Starting point is 00:42:49 You're looking for aisle privilege and window control? You're a fucking fascist. I like it. You're a fucking fascist. So what? You know? Bro. That's a good point. That is a good point. So what? Bada. Bada. Bound the window up.
Starting point is 00:43:03 You don't know. Nobody likes having the windows up. Cannibal Adderly? I hate it. Why? John Coltrane? Bill Evans. He's carrying on a jazz. Cannibal Adderall?
Starting point is 00:43:15 Ackle. Did you say Cannibal Adderall? Cannibal Adderall? I don't know. I don't know if you remember from 2017. People grow. People change. People improve for the better.
Starting point is 00:43:26 Yeah. Yeah. Some of us devolve, though, and stop wearing socks. I never started. I've never worn socks with shorts and liked it. Are you a big fan of the Adida soccer team? Is that who you're rooting for in the World Cup? I like this jersey.
Starting point is 00:43:39 It's a good jersey. I got it because I didn't want to fake, like, I didn't have, I just wanted to wear a jersey, but I don't know anything about soccer. So I got it to wear to the show. I've taken a black guys with baseball hats approach to my soccer jersey collection. Where I'm like. Huh? As much as possible.
Starting point is 00:43:54 That and then the, uh, oh, I'm not rooting for this team. I like the way it looks. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah. I got a bunch of starter jacket. Right. I'm reading for the clippers. It feels like soccer's the one where people get the most upset.
Starting point is 00:44:07 though, or maybe I'm making that up. I don't have any real... I mean, people get upset with, like, basketball stuff, yeah. They can toss off. They can toss off. Plains. Do you ever, when you're getting on the plane, how many phones do you think going between, like, the jet bridge and the plane?
Starting point is 00:44:20 You know how there's like that, that little gap? Oh, I think about that a lot. I think about that a lot. Oh, I bet it happens... I worry about that with my AirPods. Yeah, wouldn't that be a bummer? What would you do? Where it goes down to, like, the tarmac?
Starting point is 00:44:30 Yeah. I'd go out those little steps. Yeah, they'll get it for you. Oh, you know, I never once thought about that. You're going down. I'm going to get it. Pelling down. You're just going to move the plane.
Starting point is 00:44:40 Just push it. I'm going to open up that door in the middle of the plane. Do you have any superstitions? Are you serious? Yeah. Yeah, we're the same socks and underwear every single flight. And I have, I will wear one of two shirts. I have two shirts with Maxine's baby blanket stitching on pockets.
Starting point is 00:44:55 So I'll wear one on the way there. What? I know you did. It wrecked me because I was like, I don't know what to do. Yeah. Yeah, I'll do that. I don't, I can't watch any. anything about a plane on a plane?
Starting point is 00:45:07 Yeah, I don't like that. Especially plane crash. They shouldn't have movies with plane crashes. It blows my mind that they do. They do though. But yeah, well, I always, whenever they're doing the aisle, you know, the instructions of safety instructions, I always listen and look at them. Partly because I feel like it's insanely rude to not.
Starting point is 00:45:23 I know. But I also like, I just, I'm like, well, I have to do my due diligence. Can I tell you what I've started doing? Not on an airplane. This is like a different tangent. It's rude, but in a more zoomed out. way I think it's not. But maybe it is rude.
Starting point is 00:45:39 Maybe that's just me. Now like clipboard... Pinching girls' butts. You have to your order. I say... Thanks, Toots. And then get something for yourself, sweetheart, then I wink. You flip her a quarter.
Starting point is 00:45:52 I keep my headphones. I just do not acknowledge clipboard people at all anymore. Outside of coffee shops, grocery stores, I don't give them the oh, sorry. Oh, interesting. It's just... It's just...
Starting point is 00:46:03 Nothing. Keep it moving. It's not. If it's a petition, I'll sign every petition you go. Yeah. If I have time. Yeah. If I'm not like headson.
Starting point is 00:46:10 I won't even do that. I just am like, I am. That's fine. Because that's a job. And there's so many more now than that used to be. I've had jobs where, you know, I was like a telemarketer before. People hang up. But I never got mad.
Starting point is 00:46:22 It's like I didn't like it. I've had people get mad at me about it. No. You can't. You can't be doing that. You can't be getting mad about that. No, you got to expect people to walk by. I can't.
Starting point is 00:46:33 I can't. Yeah. Same thing. I mean, people at mall kiosks, you know, in the calorea, I was there every single day. Yeah. And, like, walking past people trying to holler. Yeah. It's mostly trying to get girls to buy makeup, honestly.
Starting point is 00:46:46 But, like, every now and again, be someone trying to get you to remodel your bathroom. These are, like, people trying to get you sign up for the Sierra Club. That's out of a coffee shop. That's why I'm, that's out of whole food. We were talking about this the other day at dinner. So how many times will, if somebody comes and refills your water during dinner? Oh, yeah. How many times will you say thank you?
Starting point is 00:47:01 Every time. Really? Yeah. I can't do it. Every time. I feel like at a certain point. point I'm being obnoxious. They're doing a service.
Starting point is 00:47:08 I know, but it's... We landed on like two or three. Do you look... Like sometimes, I guess if it feels like they're in the orbit of the... Like, if I'm talking to you and somebody has to go over, like put their arms through the conversation... And they do it, and I will stop real quick.
Starting point is 00:47:23 I'll say, thank you. I'll give them a little wink and a little pinch. He says, what are your dreams? Yeah. What can I do today to make your dreams come true? I wait until they're pouring and then I put my hand over the glass. I say, you got me wet. When they lean in with it, I will grab their arm and yank. Do a little ace vent to her.
Starting point is 00:47:40 Yeah. Yank is hard as a little. Start sliding the glass all over. Come on top of the table. How good are you at this? And then I pull my knife on them. Yeah. Jam it in their hand like it's a John Wick movie.
Starting point is 00:47:49 Yeah. And then calmly finish your baseball steak. Thank you. Yeah. Thank you. Thank you. Planes. Yeah, planes.
Starting point is 00:47:58 Yeah, great. We'll take. A little on the nose. A little on the nose. I'm going to go ahead and take Ben Franklin's kite when he invented electricity. Okay, sure. All right. Sorry I picked planes.
Starting point is 00:48:11 Talking about planes. Oh, great. Fucking Ben Franklin's kite with a key tied to it. That's right. During a lightning storm, inventing electricity. But I'm glad you took planes. Yeah. Something the Nazis flew.
Starting point is 00:48:24 That's right. You know what the Nazis didn't do? Use electricity. Nope. Yeah. Well, there's one good thing, one bad thing. Ben Franklin's kite standing out there. Love that.
Starting point is 00:48:34 I don't even know. that's real, but it's real to me. It's real. It's real. And that invented electricity. Something like that. We did. Harnessing it. Harnet. There we go. He's a big liar that Ben Franklin. You think he's a liar? You invented all that stuff? I do think he lied, but I think that's part of it. What else did he invent? Bifocals? Oh, no. Yeah. What else? No, he did. He invented bifocals. That I believe. He harnessed electricity and invented bifocles. There was like a key on the
Starting point is 00:49:01 This was back in the day when you could just be Now I've tried to do stand-up about this Well, I've written it. I never performed it. I performed it once at Harvard. How'd it go? Good. Okay.
Starting point is 00:49:13 Really good. It's just so much harder to invent shit now. Like back then, you just had to be like, take this bread. You cut that bread. And that's sliced bread. To take the netto eat every time. Are you doing the bit or are you?
Starting point is 00:49:26 A little bit. I haven't done stand up in a long time. Yeah. I'm not embarrassed about not being good at it anymore. No, I think you're great. I'm the best stand up in this room. Keep going. I would never compare.
Starting point is 00:49:43 It's such an objective art form, and I do say art form. And I do. And I do say artis. It's one of those things where I don't, if you told me what he did, I wouldn't be able. I'd be like, so. He invented the lightning rod. A metal pole placed on buildings to guide lightning safely into the ground and prevent fires. Bifocals.
Starting point is 00:50:07 The Franklin Stove, which was a cast iron fireplace, insert that heated rooms more efficiently. Swim fins? Not a chance. He invented swim fins. The flexible catheter? That I believe. The carriage odometer?
Starting point is 00:50:21 So they just used to put a catheter in there was a straight line? Probably. Oh, that's tough. I suppose. That's tough. But I'm saying, like back then, It felt like it was easier to invent stuff. Now you have to be like, we've taught this AI code, how to hate giraffes.
Starting point is 00:50:36 I think, I'm really big on this lately. I think it would be so fun to fake your death. Yeah. And just start anew. Well, where'd that come from? What is that up to do? You could do it so much easier back in the day, back in bed breakfast. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:50:55 For sure. I do like that you said start anew. Start, well, of course. Begin anew. beginning now. You can just reinvent yourself right now without having to change it. Nah, you got to fake your death. You can fake your death.
Starting point is 00:51:05 You can fake your death. I think it would be so fun to fake your death and then see if it's working. Is it illegal to fake your death? Absolutely. Is it? Is it? Yeah. Fraud. Okay, but what if you don't have any bills?
Starting point is 00:51:18 Let's say, let's just like imagine a person with no bills. Let's imagine a person with no bills. They empty out their bank accounts. Yeah. They are like, they exist and they're like, and then you fake your death. Is that illegal? I feel like it is. Isn't it some form of fraud?
Starting point is 00:51:35 I don't know. If you, okay, let's say that you don't use any sort of, like you just live off the land. Do you have to pay taxes? Do you have to pay taxes if you're not working? Or like... If you make under a certain amount, you don't have to pay taxes. So like if I just went and could somehow live off the land, like Tarzan or something, I wouldn't have to pay taxes?
Starting point is 00:51:56 Yeah. It's pretty sick. Yeah. Okay, so it says that faking your death is not illegal. That's what I said. But your family members collecting life insurance would be. As long as that doesn't happen. Yeah, because then you're committing a crime.
Starting point is 00:52:11 That's right. Yeah, you don't want to commit crimes. Then it's fraud. Yeah. Fraud. That's fraud. That's fraud. Ben Franklin's kite.
Starting point is 00:52:20 Yeah. During a lightning storm. So you get kites. Yeah, I can't pick kites. Well, I get Ben Franklin's kite. Okay. That's what I took. You can take kites if you want.
Starting point is 00:52:27 I don't want to get that one. I don't want to get that one. All right. I'm going to take a cannonball launched a pirate ship. Love that. Not in that guy's stomach. Not in the guy's stomach. Just at a...
Starting point is 00:52:38 A cannonball launched from a ship at the side of a pirate ship. I bet... Repelling it away. I bet sinking a pirate ship was so satisfied. Oh, my God. Because we romanticize pirates. I get it. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:52:54 Can you imagine how pissed you'd be, though? I had my bike stolen from the back of my house. That's pirate behavior. That is pirate behavior. It feels so violating. It feels so violating where you're like somebody, I was talking with Laura about this. Like somebody was 30 feet from my kid or 35 feet or whatever. Oh my God.
Starting point is 00:53:10 And they took something of mine. I'd rather be robbed at gunpoint. Yeah. For sure. Yeah. I would have beat. I would have, if I caught that person doing it, I would have. I'm glad I didn't.
Starting point is 00:53:20 Yeah. I'm genuinely glad I didn't. Yeah. Because that whole, I would have been violently inclined before I had a kid. Now, if I found someone lurking. behind my house. Uh-huh. Hoo!
Starting point is 00:53:32 It's wild. It's bad. It's a bad instinct. I'd be stoked. We're not taking anything. We're just lurking. I'm going to borrow this. You guys were lurking back there.
Starting point is 00:53:39 That'd be great. I'm going to borrow this for a while. It's like it's both ours. Now I can't find, now that bike, I can't find a replacement to buy. Oh. I have like this cool, like, pea green surly disc trucker bike. And now it only comes in khaki, which is a downgrade. That's a downgrade.
Starting point is 00:53:57 That's a downgrade. That's a big downgrade. How often? or were you biking? Not a lot lately. But before I biked quite a bit. You were biking a lot. A lot, yeah. Still yours. Still mine. That's frustrating. But anyway, all that to say, that's pirate behavior. Pirate behavior, for sure. So we glorify them. We're like, oh, Johnny Depp, whatever. Something real cool about a cannonball, too. Yeah, it's flying.
Starting point is 00:54:18 Cannonballs don't explode, right? There was never a cannonball that exploded. They were just cannibal. I think they had ones that exploded. They did, hollow cannonballs. With like gunpowder in there. They had ones that were full of grape shot. Yeah. So they had ones that would explode and then release a ton of ball bearings, I think. But not make like a fire. Grape shot. Yeah, like a shotgun shell kind of. They would, right, they would shoot out, but they didn't explode.
Starting point is 00:54:37 There was no, what am I, like, combustion? Is that what I'm looking for? Yeah. There was no, like, flame that would be in there. They just filled them with grapes. Friendly. Seriously, get out of it. Now you got stains all over your white shirt.
Starting point is 00:54:46 Next one's not going to have grapes. Yeah. It's going to be ball bearings. That's right. But I think they were mostly, did cannibals explode. Explode. I think they did. There were iron spheres that did not, but sometimes they had hollow shells that would.
Starting point is 00:54:59 Yeah, the hollow one. That's so scary to think about. But yeah, this is a cannibal flying towards the pirate ship. Yeah, man. Flying through the air. I'm in. Yeah, I like the sound of... Now, that's my ambergris, bitch.
Starting point is 00:55:14 You're what? Ambergris. Is that the name of a ship? No. Is that, hold on. Is it a... Is that one of those new fruits? Is it a fruit?
Starting point is 00:55:23 Yeah, is it an old pirate fruit? No, it's not a pirate fruit. Ambergris. Did you use it in a sentence? The pirate tried to steal my ship. ship full of ambergris, but I repelled them with a cannonball. Is it a wheat? Can I get the country of origin?
Starting point is 00:55:35 Ambergris? The ocean. Oh, is it a fish? No. Oh, it's got to be a fish. Is it like a coral? No. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:55:44 I don't think you'll ever get it. Is it a water? It's wet. I think it's wet. No. Ambergris was collected from the heads of whales and used to make oil for candles. Would have been a while before we got there. Yeah, that's probably at least 20 minutes right there.
Starting point is 00:55:59 I think Oh it was It was waxy It was not liquid It was solid That's why we didn't get Waxy flammable substance Producing them
Starting point is 00:56:07 That a digestive system Of sperm whales Yeah Who figured that out That's a great question Benjamin Franklin That is a At the end of a real question
Starting point is 00:56:15 Benny Franks Yeah They used it for a lot of stuff Anyway A cannibal A cannibal At a pirate shit That's a great picture
Starting point is 00:56:21 Thank you very much Sean You took planes last time Why not What's wrong with the plane They fly they're dope It's crazy. 500 miles an hour.
Starting point is 00:56:30 You don't even like flying. No, I like the idea of it, though. I want to like it. I think it's fascinating and I'm grateful every time. Dying. Now Sean take bird. Did you say now Sean takes bird? No, I'm picking clouds.
Starting point is 00:56:51 Great. It's great. I know what's wrong with it. Clouds rule. Yes. I would pick it because I was just, talking the other day about when I figured out clouds move when I was a child. I don't remember how old I was six seventh grade right in there but when I figured out I was younger than that but
Starting point is 00:57:07 clouds moved oh funny you know what I mean it was funny before you had six didn't land for whatever it was all after I lost my virginity yeah clouds they just they move they're awesome they're a little shape tell you what I was six seventh grade was not because it was still single digit I know I should have been like right on junior year high school yeah like my 21st birthday yeah leaving Scarlett O'Hara's like you know that clouds moving last week yeah um you ever you ever see I bet you did in the Midwest when clouds are just fucking booking it yeah yeah really fast they yeah and those walls of like those thunder clouds you guys get we get like big fluffy beautiful clouds out here on the West Coast you guys get insane clouds in the mid-Ullina nimbus
Starting point is 00:57:52 insane cloud posse you got the insane cloud posse I was just in Detroit dude Oh, so close to him. I was so close to him. You should start a stormed chase her group called the insane cloud posse. Holy cow. They'd probably chase them with me. They're nuts. They're awesome and they're nuts.
Starting point is 00:58:08 Yeah. Holy buckets. What's that drink they? There has to be an insane cloud posse. Somebody must have gotten to that before us. It has to be. The insane cloud posse. In South Dakota, not that long ago, there was a green sky.
Starting point is 00:58:22 So I forget why. There was some sort of like something that happened in the atmosphere. Nid a turtle pop-up. All the clouds. It would have been terrifying. Did you see any pictures of that? Of what? The green sky in Sioux Falls?
Starting point is 00:58:34 No. Green sky, Sufalls put in an email right now. It was... Whoa! Yeah, it was crazy. Something happened. I don't know. Some sort of...
Starting point is 00:58:42 Who knows? Doomsday showed up about. My God. Wouldn't that be scary, dude? Yeah, clouds, man. They'd be flying. Flying through a cloud? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:58:53 That's weird. That's the turbulence I don't mind because I can directly equate it to what's happening. I'm like, well, the cloud is making us get up. Yeah, what's the turbulence that freaks you out? It just does. And so many people, my father-in-law, who's a retired pilot, has told me point blank, like, that's not what is bringing a plane down. Turbulance, and never. From what I gather, that's never what has happened. He's like, if it's going down, usually it's happening before you take off, there's nothing anyone can do about it until it does. And then it's a learning experience
Starting point is 00:59:22 for every other plane. So I'm just freaked out of the bumps. I don't know. I get my kids. That's awesome. What? The green sky stuff is awesome. Isn't it nuts? What caused it? Can you, did you ascertain that yet? Something about thunderstorms occur during a time of red light like a sunset.
Starting point is 00:59:37 Water particles in the air make it appears if the sky is slightly green. So it's like when there's a thunderstorm at sunset. I mean, you get, I've definitely seen plenty of yellow skies right before a tornado. Yeah. It's a yellow sky. Is it? It's terrifying. Yeah, it's like yellow, bright yellow into a little bit of orange.
Starting point is 00:59:53 I've only been in one place where, when a tornado was around. was in Minneapolis. The tornado hit like some part of Minneapolis. It gets so calm before the tornado too. Like all the wind will stop and it'll be like oh man, it's seriously the calm before the storm. You think it's not real. It's fucking real. It's terrifying. Damn. Yeah. Then you got to go batting down the hatches.
Starting point is 01:00:11 Whatever that means. That's on a ship. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, you got to do that. When you take a baseball bat, you start hitting hatches. Trying to see if anyone's in there. Hey, get out. There's a fucking tornado. Hopefully there's some wine down there. Batting them down. It's like tying down hatches. They don't fly.
Starting point is 01:00:25 Batting them down. Batting them down. Like, probably baton? I'm picking the cloud that... Are you taking cloud strife from Final Fantasy, too? I'm picking the cloud that caused the lightning that struck Benjamin Franklin's kite. Oh, you're not. You're just not, brother. Sorry.
Starting point is 01:00:41 There was a cloud that the lightning came out of me. Sorry, brother, you're just not taking that. Doesn't lightning come out of the ground? What? I think it can, right? No. I don't remember that was a theory for a long time where kids would be like, you know, lightning comes out of the ground.
Starting point is 01:00:53 I didn't grow up in South Carolina. You don't grow up with idiots? I did. We were just doing a bunch of more. Harper took Dragons and your second pick. Three-point shot flying through the air off Steph Curry's thing of tips. Let it fly. Steph Curry three-point shot.
Starting point is 01:01:14 Remember that one against Oklahoma City? Oh, man. That's the only thing that should happen to Oklahoma City. Wow. Does Steph Curry have a wet shot? The worst. Okay. Because to me, somebody who doesn't really play basketball doesn't look.
Starting point is 01:01:27 look. I know. It's a little, it's a bit of an odd form to me. It's a bit of an odd form. It's a little in front. Yeah, no, really. I don't know. It doesn't look. Maybe it's too easy, but it just when I watch it doesn't look like much. It's wet. That's what makes it wet. It's not what launched so much. Okay. Oh, what is it? Is it because the net splashes? That why it's wet. Yes. Splash brothers. Gotcha. Okay. Feet set jumper wet. Bash brothers, dude. That's all I know about. Steroids. Mark McGuire and Jose Canseca. Yeah. Jose Canseco has been looking for Bigfoot. I don't know if you know that. Who has?
Starting point is 01:02:04 Jose Canseco. Come knock on my door, Jose. I'll join you. I bet he's up north or she. I bet they're up north. It's probably a whole family. Wait. Oh.
Starting point is 01:02:12 I thought you turned Jose Concego into God for a second, and I was with it. Or she. Yeah, Steph Curry's three-point shot. It is the most beautiful one. The ball just flying through the air. So easy. Especially like he turns around and looks at his bench as it's still on the Chew him on his mouth guard.
Starting point is 01:02:28 He looks like a baby. So, it's pretty sick. He still looks like a baby. Absolutely. Yeah. Yeah. He's going to be a weird looking old man. Super weird old man.
Starting point is 01:02:36 Super weird. Yeah. Just going to barely look older. What if he goes through a weird Tiger Woods face where it all falls apart? Some say it's already started. Steph Curry's Tiger Woods face? No, no one said that. But yeah.
Starting point is 01:02:51 Just something to imagine. Something to think about. Is he still, is he still getting it? Steph Curry? Is he on his way out any close? Anytime soon? He's pretty old. He'll be 39 in March.
Starting point is 01:03:01 Interesting. He's still so good. He's really good. Kind of player that Steph is, easier to be old. No? No, because it's so much quickness. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 01:03:10 Movement, yeah. It's tough. Also, neither of his ankles are from his own body. Yeah, he is dead people parts in his ankles. That's what they make horror movies out of. Spooky. Can't do it. When I got my knee replaced, they were like cadaver,
Starting point is 01:03:24 uh, prosthetic tendon, or we take some out of your butt. Prostatic. You had a knee in your butt? I'd have gone cadaver for sure. Cadabra. No. Aber cadaver.
Starting point is 01:03:34 Abrecadabra. It freaks me out, man. And I would have been like, give me like an evil guy's. Yeah. I'm reading this book where they're a bunch of grave robbers. That's right. So, yeah. Anatomy a love story.
Starting point is 01:03:46 Probably do something like that in there. And your third pick. You're going off top. I'm going hummingbird. Oh, yeah. Homingbirds are so sick. Mom, that one's for you. It's...
Starting point is 01:04:01 They're like fucking helicopters. It's hard for me to believe the facts because their hearts beat like 80 times a second. And it's one of those things where I'm like... Who's measuring that? That can't be right. Check it up. Who's measuring that?
Starting point is 01:04:13 I don't know, science, bro. I bet you. They beat their wings 80 times per second. How many times their heartbeat per second? What about their meat? They enter a deep sleep state like they get into a torpor at night to stay of energy. Also, even the wings flap in 80 times a second. How's that?
Starting point is 01:04:29 Their heart takes up 2.5% of its body weight and beats up to 1,260 times per minute. So that is 80 times per second, right? That's, no, about 20 to 21 per second. Yeah. I didn't do well in math. They slow their heart down to 50 beats per minute at night so they don't starve because they just need to keep eating all day. It's crazy.
Starting point is 01:04:52 It's like the bear thing where I just like, I don't believe that. It's a bear thing. That I could outrun a bear. Like, I know I can't. Like, I don't believe a hummingword could, a hummingword could flap their wings 80 times a second. It's just so much. I don't, I think that's made up. I don't think anyone's actually measuring that.
Starting point is 01:05:08 I think they have. I think they've slowed it down. Ben Franklin? Scientists. That's his answer to everything. He's been doing that all day. Oh, Ben Franklin? And you want, you want oatmeal?
Starting point is 01:05:20 Who are my? Ben Franklin? No, just give it. Should we go to lunch later? I invented the flex on. Ben Franklin all of a sudden. I'm just going to go eat lunch. lunch like a dick.
Starting point is 01:05:29 How you're inventing the flexible catheter? Yeah. The Franklin stove? No. All the sandwich. Should we go to the beach today? Well, yeah.
Starting point is 01:05:37 Why? To meet up with Ben Franklin? No. I mean, he hated the beach. He didn't seem like a beach guy. I have a Ben Franklin bubblehead. Yeah, that's right. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:05:46 Sean, do you? I don't have any bobbleheads. It is displayed. Usually my head's blocking it. You got it on your headboard? Just to let people know. Let you know when that head's a bobbin. Ben Franklin loves stooping, so it's a perfect place for it.
Starting point is 01:06:01 I got Ben Franklin bobblehead, Moochie Norris bobblehead. Yeah. My Senior Portrait T-shirt Swim Club. The Big Four. The Big Four. I considered it my book The Muchi Norris of literature. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I've said that. Mucci Norris.
Starting point is 01:06:20 Chuck Norris is little brother, right? Mucci Norris. Look up Mucci Norris and you're going to. I don't want to. No, no. Well, I mean, I will, but I'm former basketball player. What's your third pick? Me?
Starting point is 01:06:29 Yeah. It's on me? Yeah. Can we take a break? Evil. Oh, Isaac wants to take a break. We're going to take a break before your pick. I did say it.
Starting point is 01:06:38 I didn't hear it. Okay. I didn't hear it. I'll pretend. Maybe the listeners heard it, but I didn't hear it. Isaac, make it as loud as possible. We'll be right back with what it actually is. This episode of All Fantasy Everything is brought to you by Dunk Man on TNT.

It's on TikTok. Yeah. I bet it does. Yeah. I bet most skydivers who are like, well, the good thing is you can be ugly. It's mostly about jumping out of brains.
Starting point is 01:10:36 Now all of a sudden I'm going to be hot and jump out of planes. They're so hot now. Are they doing it in like underwear and stuff? No. Don't be, don't be crude. It'd be funny if somebody's wang was hanging out. Yeah. Flopping in the wind. I bet that happen. Skydivers wang. Can I pick Blah, blah, blah, blah.

Starting point is 01:11:15 Well, type in evil can evil can evil flying and see what comes up. If Google doesn't give you anything. He launched himself in a rocket. If Google gives you nothing, then I won't pick it. If Google just goes blank, then... Does it go blank for anything? Do you remember when... And I think I brought it up before.
Starting point is 01:11:30 Do you remember when you could get to the end of Instagram? When you could, like, you hit the bottom and be like you've scrolled through everything? Yeah, you got everything. It's not possible anymore, right? There's no way to do that. They'll just keep feeding you stuff that you don't follow. Is there any sort of like get to the end of a Google search? Like if you got mad specific, bro.
Starting point is 01:11:45 Mad specific, bro. Let me look. So like... Uh... Kevin Duckworth's favorite fishing vest. Oh, how many results are there? Lots of results. No, something not popular.
Starting point is 01:12:06 Okay. There's like 10 pages though, but yeah. Isaac Kay Lee, banana pudding. Hammock. Wait. Recipe. His banana pudding swimming suit? recipe horror stories

Starting point is 01:12:37 okay this is like two pages results yeah there's the end of Google no there's more more pages but yeah evil can evil flying it And if nothing comes up, then I won't pick it. For sure counts. But yeah.
Starting point is 01:12:51 The dude, what do you think? And let's guess before we look. What do you think as long as jump was? I'm going to say. Did he jump? Say 100 can you? 100 feet. I was going to say 300 feet.
Starting point is 01:13:04 Okay. So a football field? Oh, man. Really? That's a big jump. That's a big jump. Well, I said it. Not to be that guy.
Starting point is 01:13:14 320 feet? 360. How about long of football? End zones are what, 20 yards? 10 yards. A foot is 100 yards. Yeah, so 360. You're right. What? 100 yards.
Starting point is 01:13:25 200 yards is 300 feet for two end zones. Oh, we should wait for touchdowns, don't we? But the touchdown starts as soon as you cross the end zone. That's part of the field. Part of the field. Yeah. So it's 120. Well, to the back of the end zone.
Starting point is 01:13:38 Back of the end zone and back of the end zone. All right. I'm saying 300 feet. What's far the Steve will get evenville jump? I'm going to look in there right now. I'm going to say 282 feet. 69 feet oh
Starting point is 01:13:51 do you want the answer 133 feet 133 3rd 133 14 14 but he jumped him didn't fly he did fly in all a rocket why wouldn't you do 15
Starting point is 01:14:02 well I don't think he could by that logic why wouldn't you just do yeah evil can evil chalk it where do you think evil can evil was from Phoenix I bet you he was born like Luke Skywalker but in Hamburg
Starting point is 01:14:16 Hamburg Germany I'm going to say Ohio Was born in Butte, Montana Wow I was the closest Almost like butt It's a lot like butt buddy My third pick
Starting point is 01:14:28 I'm going to take the song By Sugar Ray featuring Supercat I just want to fly Yeah Watch a wall Put your arms around me baby Fly fly fly fly fly fly fly Fly fly fly out of that
Starting point is 01:14:42 Fly Yeah Shit again They almost got OMC in there to do the flies. Flon. I like the intro of that song. Super God.
Starting point is 01:14:53 Shooting the breeze. And then the drum came in. It was great. Yeah. Are you still a big Sugar Ray guy? I love Sugar Ray. Yeah. It's my favorite of the Sugar Ray.
Starting point is 01:15:03 Robinson. Sugar Ray Leonard. Sugar Ray. Yeah. The band, Mark McGrath. Sugar Ray J. I loved that. I loved that one album.
Starting point is 01:15:12 Back in the CD or the one with Fly on it. What's the other big Sugar Ray song? There's not. There is. There is. Yeah. Oh, every morning there's a halo hanging from the corner of my girlfriends for both. Oh, my God.
Starting point is 01:15:25 Shut the door, baby. Is that what he's saying? I think it's shut the door, baby. Shut the door, baby. She always writes the wrongs. We have to wrap it up soon. Oh, me. Yeah, we do.
Starting point is 01:15:35 Someday. Baby. And then there's someday, someday. They're good. Sugar Ray featuring Supercat. And then I'm going to take Harry Styles in the Sign of the Times music video. Oh, that's very good. I love that song.
Starting point is 01:15:47 So good. I feel like I was early on that song. I've been karaokeing it since like 2018. Interesting. I mean, now it was in fucking Project Hill Mary. Project Hill Mary really, really brought it back to the forefront.
Starting point is 01:16:00 But it is really it's like, it's so good. It's a fucking banger. It's kind of hot, like kind of sexy too. He's just, this guy knows what he's doing. I don't know if it's a sexy song.
Starting point is 01:16:10 It's like hot. It's like dripping, you know, a little bit. You don't get like dripping? I mean, he's hot. Yeah. Now you're covering up. I do think it's kind of a sexy song.
Starting point is 01:16:21 It's like an intimate kind of sexy. It's not like... It is intimate. Yeah, it's not like a laid-out. It's intense. Yeah. Wait, can you have a non-intimate sexy? He can.
Starting point is 01:16:30 Yeah, I can't. I just go into a restaurant naked. And I eat alone. You want some meatballs with that spaghetti? That's what he says. I have a long spindly penis. I'm in your ball. Oh, silly me.
Starting point is 01:16:45 They have the spaghetti. Sorry for not yes ending. Sean, have for your fourth pick. The fish in Super Mario Brothers. Oh, yeah, that's a good one. Yeah. They got wings,
Starting point is 01:16:56 but the ones where you're on the one level and they just kind of fly up and you got to dodge them. I feel like I pushed you, I bullied you out of your planes lane. I'm glad I did. Well, the rest is very pedestrian. This is a pro-bullying argument.
Starting point is 01:17:07 The rest is, I mean, the rest is stuff that, obviously we're doing something different. So, yeah, the fish in Super Mario Brothers. Is that my third pick? Yeah. Fourth. Fourth.
Starting point is 01:17:17 Let me take one off. No. I have other stuff that's more creative. No, no, no, no, no, no. You can say them afterwards. All right. The last. Come to your fourth pick.
Starting point is 01:17:28 And then your fifth pick. Fly girls. Oh. In color. Mm-hmm. And now I got J-Lo. Famously J-Lo. Wasn't old, did she?
Starting point is 01:17:41 No, she wasn't. What? Paul Abdul. No, she was a Laker girl. She was a Laker girl. Laker girl. Laker girl. Laker girl.
Starting point is 01:17:46 Dead. He retired? No, retired. Jesus. You're an NBA reporter. You said it like it was such a good thing. Aggregate that. That dead. Aggregate that. Lawrence Tanter dead according to talk hoops. That's what I meant. Retired. Dead tired. That was funny.
Starting point is 01:18:09 Dead. There was no remorse or anything in your voice. Yeah. Dead. I don't know that I fully appreciated the fly girls at the time. Yeah. But any time I go and check out an old episode of In Living Color. They're fly.
Starting point is 01:18:26 They were aptly titled. Yes. They should have open tryouts for the next Lawrence Tantor. It's just like how perverted can you say Laker girls? We can get Sean back in L.A. Laker girl. Your. Liger girl.
Starting point is 01:18:41 Ligergerger. Isaac forward that to Marissa. Yeah. And your final pick? I want a big old steroid-fueled home run. Oh, yeah. Like, not one of those, like, just over the wall. Like, I want a, like, Barry Bond.
Starting point is 01:19:05 Raphael Palmero. Raphael, Paul Merrill, Brady Anderson, Mark McGuire, Sammy Sosa, like, 560. Yeah. Like, just deep. That's Sammy Sothe. Yeah. No pun intended. Those really hit the...
Starting point is 01:19:19 Yeah, man. Every once in a while, algorithm will come up with like, here's a bunch of home runs from the steroid error. Yeah. God, I missed that. They were great.
Starting point is 01:19:28 Bring it back. Yes. Bring it back. I know it's bad for you. I never... I was like, if they want to... They want to do it. Put on a better show.
Starting point is 01:19:37 Yeah. Yeah. Absolutely. Isaac, start doing steroids. Yeah. I'm on it right now. Nice. Place at the table.
Starting point is 01:19:44 Place at the table. Starting defense. Now, I think. My guy's the one's juicing. You mean the guy that fucking painted his face like a dead person? Headbutted the fucking window of his own truck. Painted his face like Tomahawk from Street Fighter. It's cool looking.
Starting point is 01:19:56 Real cool. Ultimate Warrior shit. Really? That wouldn't it be terrifying? Yeah. It's a bad. Like a kid man. There was a dude.
Starting point is 01:20:04 I figured he played for the Vikings. John Randall. John Randall. Who would do, he would program it? He'd had like real like crazy eye black. There are any rule to what you can do? Didn't Ray Lewis? Who am I thinking of?
Starting point is 01:20:16 Didn't he do some crazy shit like that? Well, he may be murdered to people. That's pretty scary. If that guy's running out, you don't want to tackle him. He danced. Sean, your final pick? Rick Smiths. Flying Dutchman.
Starting point is 01:20:29 Flying Dutchman. Well, he's the Dunkin Dutchman. Oh, I thought he was a flying Dutchman. The flying Dutchman is a ghost ship. I thought he was a flying Dutchman. And something you get an in and out. Oh. The Duncan Dutchman.
Starting point is 01:20:38 I had such high hopes for that. How about people on PCP? Yeah. Ooh. They fly from what I've heard. You're flying. I wouldn't know. I've never...
Starting point is 01:20:49 No. I don't think I've ever even seen PCP. He probably did PCP. I'm just boinked out of his mind. And probably said he invented it. Have you ever seen PCP? No. I wouldn't even know what to look at?
Starting point is 01:21:00 I don't either. Liquid, right? Is it white? I don't know. I don't know. Isaac? I've seen it. We don't know.
Starting point is 01:21:05 I don't know. I don't know. I don't know if I don't know. Anyway, like and smash out there if you've seen it. Yeah. Hit subscribe. Subscribe to us. Tell your friends, bro.
Starting point is 01:21:13 Mm-hmm. My final pick? The hobbits leaving Mount Doom on the back of an eagle. Oh, yeah. Oh, okay. They were flying out of there. They were. Can you imagine the first meal after that?
Starting point is 01:21:25 The first meal, the first nap. That first good night of sleep, that first, like big fucking meal after that long-ass, scary-ass walk. How long were they on that journey? Let me ask. Do you think you go bath meal, bath sleep? Yeah, you can double bath in it. Double bath. How long was that whole journey, A to Z do you think?
Starting point is 01:21:45 At least two days. minimum two days. At least two days. What the director's cut was like 12 hours. It was a long walk. It was a long walk. And it was scary. And there's no short pier.
Starting point is 01:21:55 No. I'm just wondering. Good. I like that. There were a lot of fights. I'm going to say a year they were gone. Easily. I bet there's,
Starting point is 01:22:02 I bet you could find out. Yeah, I bet there's all kinds of nerd stuff there. I'm just talking about you're flying back and you're thinking, oh, I bet we're going to eat. Now, I think you're tired, obviously. Yeah. How long before you're trying to get it in? I like a week. I think.
Starting point is 01:22:17 A week. Samwise, he takes one day and then he goes and like to ask that girl out. Oh, that's right. Post nap.
Starting point is 01:22:25 Post nap. Post full sleep. Frodo took a, no. We don't even know the other ones went to bed. They might have just been up getting hammered.
Starting point is 01:22:30 They were part of animals. I thought Frodo died. No. He's, he's dead. The ending is they show him in bed and everybody comes in
Starting point is 01:22:37 Yeah, because he's dead. No, Frodo's good, dude. No. He's in, he's cashed. Is that what you meant? No,
Starting point is 01:22:44 he's dead. Proto's not dead. He's dead. out with his ass out. He ain't dead at the end. He's dead. He's the Flakers announcer. Frodo. He's still good. No, he's dead. He's alive. No way. That's like purgatory or heaven or something. No. They're sailing off into the abyss. No, he's fine.
Starting point is 01:23:05 Six months, two days. Six months. That's the right amount of time. While the complete round trip allegedly took a year. So six months and two days for them to destroy. And then it only took them it took them like basically the same amount of time to get back. No, they flew back on Eagles. Yeah, so that was clearly the wrong result that I got, but I'm sticking with it. I'm just talking about them flying, you must have been feeling great.
Starting point is 01:23:26 Yeah. Save the world. I'm just thinking about because that Hobbit food looks good. And those hobbits were indulgent by the way. They were. Oh, they're a pleasure people. Yeah, they like their meed, their ale, whatever. They're drinking pies.
Starting point is 01:23:36 They were like the Irish and the steerage. They wish. They wish. They wish. They wish. We just aspire to be hobbit level. The wooder. You're not Scottish.
Starting point is 01:23:46 You're not Scottish. Utica. Utica. And my axe. I love that footage of the one running. That looks like Anthony Kedis. Yeah. Yes.
Starting point is 01:23:59 It's got to be a meme of that. There's got to be. His nipples bouncing. Leaving him behind a strong heroin addiction. Isaac, do you have a pick? Icarus for a little bit. A little bit. A little bit.
Starting point is 01:24:17 A little too close. Yeah. He got there. That first 20 minutes of that flight. Yeah. Pretty dope. He must be feeling great. Pretty dope.
Starting point is 01:24:23 What is the thing that was like, Icarus also flew? He did fly. That's from something. It's a poem. He, I thought he flew all the time. He had wings. I thought he was like always flying. Do you say?
Starting point is 01:24:36 Poem. Pim. No, but what do you say? I don't know what you said there. Oh, yeah. Poem? I think he said wings too. I read this before.
Starting point is 01:24:43 Everyone forgets that Icarus also flew. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. What? He flew into the fucking sun. But he flew. But he flew.
Starting point is 01:24:50 Nobody else flew. Not evil caneeval. He's not jumping. Nobody else flew. He probably jumped every time. You didn't fly into the sun. He just got too high in the sky. The sun melted the wax.
Starting point is 01:24:58 But he flew. Right. But that's how he got up there. But no one thought he didn't. But no one thought he didn't fly. But they all talk about the hubris. And nobody's like, but motherfucker did fly. H-U-B-R-I-I-S.
Starting point is 01:25:10 Got it. M-O-T-H-E-R, F-C-K-E-R. he has one reading you could tell there are signs you could tell proof is in the pudding you won't come right out and say it but there aren't two Ds and pudding by the way that's three if you're feeling

Starting point is 01:25:45 What? Was this a good episode? Yeah. Okay. They're all good. Was it? No. At the end. What did we learn? What did we learn? Why did anyone listening learn from this episode? They learned that Evil Caneval flew. I got Sean on one of those Dragon D's nuts. That's true. He did. That was a fun part. That was good.
Starting point is 01:26:06 Both of these. Harper went first. He took Dragons. Steph Curry three point shot, hummingbird, the Fly Girls, and a steroided up home run. Sean went second. He took planes. And then clouds. And then he took Evil Caneval to fish the Super Mario.
Starting point is 01:26:23 My whole list was like drones, bats, insects, birds, squirrels. You know what would have been a good take? Flies. Yeah. Flies fly. Flies fly. I took Ben Franklin's kite,
Starting point is 01:26:35 a cannonball launcher to pirate ship, Sugar Ray featuring Super Cat, Harry Styles on this music video for some of the times, and the hobbits leaving Mount Doom. Didn't take Mary Poppins, was on the list. Superman
