Starting point is 00:00:03 So now it's time to get into Lilboat as Little Boat is back again and let's just say his name being Little Yadi is insane because of course I believe Little Bo is a phenomenal rapper name. But you know, I guess that's just the AKA that he goes by as far as different rapper names. Now all jokes aside, I have more jokes to give. So that be it said, Sister Wives by Little Yaddy and To Chey chains has to be called out because they are a delicious. phenomenal verses but on Littoyotti's side I consistently say that this man has some of the worst orator skills I've ever seen in history when it comes to having sonically pleasing music now that being said the main thing I'm basically talking about is his tonality when delivering the verses the the Vs are fire but his sound is beyond
Starting point is 00:01:03 garbage. But then you know what I'm saying? I was like, damn, look at the state of hip hop. Like, what's going on? Now, of course, if you've long time listener of the podcast already know that these sentiments are nothing new. I've always said that Lil Yati has some of the worst sonically sounding music I've ever heard on planet Earth. But to be fair, this man's business mind is through the roof to the point where I believe that's why he's had such a long career in hip hop. because if you don't know he is i'm not going to say single-handedly but he's really responsible for some of the city girl type music we have in today's age as far as the way that they rap now before you say that's blasphemy got to keep in mind 2018 with a group literally named city girls put out a track
Starting point is 00:01:56 titled act up and guess who wrote it lor dii of course well he wrote everything except jay T's last verse but he essentially wrote act up now going from that fact of starting that whole movement because you already know how crazy act up was to the point where they were saying the act uh they was saying the city girls was about to be the new salt and pepper like that type of blasphemous was just unheard of in today's age but back then when act up was out they was thinking that the whole city girls up movement was going to be longer than it actually lasted that besides the point um as Lodiati also wrote for my favorite musician that is Aubrey Drake Graham, also known as The Goat. You guys.
Starting point is 00:02:40 See, that's the problem. So with that being said, Drake had Lodi's help on a couple of these, you know, as back outside boys from her loss, privileged rappers from her loss. This is a PG podcast. So we're just going to say P in millions. We're just going to say it like that. Jumbo stuff popping. All of that had a little assistant. from Littiyadi. So with that being said, I give immense respect to Lodi's pen. I think when it comes
Starting point is 00:03:08 to verses, he puts together a great verse when it comes to double, triple entendres while also being respected or respectful of the hip hop craft. It's just sonically, audio-wise, I believe this man has some of the worst sounding music I've ever heard on planet Earth. I mean, I think you could scratch your nail on the chalkboard and it could sound better. Now, of course, with that being said, Chains I think had the overall better verse because delivering it sonically it was way better than what L'Liyadi did. But verses wise, I think it's up in there. Lill Yadi had a lot of stuff that he was popping on the track talking about had a lot of songs that he wrote and you would never know it. I like that line as you know, as I just talked about. He had a lot of, he had a huge hand
Starting point is 00:03:55 and the city girl movement currently, literally helping out the city girls with the act up song back in 2018. currently writing for the greatest artist in hip hop and that is just one of the few ghost writing type of achievements that we've given him because of course when you say ghost writer usually he's supposed to be a ghost we're not supposed to know about you so there's a lot of other verses that lilyani probably wrote he just wanted to let us know that these were specific ones that he was proud of and let the world know like hey i'm helping out your favorite rapper as you're telling me that i'm garbage which you know to that i'm like you have
Starting point is 00:04:32 all that's all fair game uh fair game because of course if you're writing for everybody's favorite rapper but when it comes to your raps people don't enjoy it i wonder what's the difference it's almost like i just said sonically is different from the actual lines that you're delivering right so as far as quality but sister wives is out now in all d well i don't think it's on dsps it's just a freestyle so little yaddi two chains they have a track out on the internet just titled sister wives you probably find it on SoundCloud or something like that because as far as DSPs I do not see it. There's no chorus. It's basically a freestyle type of image that they're portraying.
Starting point is 00:05:14 And when it comes to the music video, it features a lot of animated sequences as far as the stylish visuals and complementing the fast-paced delivery. If you don't know, it's directed by Motion Family. and when it comes to that, veteran actor Omar Epps was helping out for the Ray Clay short film because that's what the sister wives is part of as far as the soundtrack for Red Clay. A new short film from Two Chains,
Starting point is 00:05:46 co-writers is Two Chains and veteran actor Omar Epps directed by Christopher Nolan Jones, previously one best short film at Atlanta Film Festival. So when it comes to that, obviously you already know that he's working with a lot of top tier high quality writers and little yaddy is definitely one of the more pivotal writers that we've had in the hip hop game for quite some time especially when you start to realize everything that he's written for or everything that he's written and all the artists that he's wrote for it so i would give him tremendous flowers and accomplishments
Starting point is 00:06:21 for that but as far as sonically i'm a keep reiterating that i believe lily yadi has some of the worst sounding music I've ever heard in life. So that being said, click my link to share in my bio. Let me know in one of my social medias. What do you think about Lil Yadi and Two Chains' latest track, Sister Wives, Out on the Internet is not on DSPs, but it's on the internet. So if you want to look that up for yourself, just know a sister wives, two chains, Lil Yadi.
Starting point is 00:06:43 So that being said, click my link, sure in my bio, let me know in one of my social medias. What do you think about these tracks? And who do you think had the better verse? And do you believe that Lil Yadi is one of the worst sounding artists we've ever had in music? Thank you.
