I just want to start off by saying that I looked up ASAP Rocky's new song, Riot, and literally only Rihanna News popped up.
I just want to leave that out there, like, to each his own, like, whatever you think of that statement after, you know, you contemplate what I just said, just realize that a grown man release a new track.
I looked it up and all I saw was Rihanna News.
So whatever that does for you.
Also, I do want to start off by saying that ASEB Rocky currently has what I think is the best track of 20203.
Now, don't click off.
I know what you're saying.
Blasphemy.
What are you talking about?
Just throwing tomatoes at the screen if you have any currently.
If you did, that would be kind of weird.
But anyways, specifically, the track from the Spider-Man soundtrack titled, Am I Dreaming by, I Think her name is Rosie,
and A. S.a. Rocky, when I tell you that every time that track comes on, it just puts me in
the theater again, like not too many songs I listen to, and from the start to finish, it puts me
in a whole different vibe. Am I Dreaming as probably one of the best sonically, like, one of the best,
one of the sonically, what am I trying to say? Y'all get what I'm trying to say, right? No, okay,
hold up. Give me one second. Sonically speaking,
It's one of the best tracks I've ever heard in a while.
There's this little like, if I get into that actual beat,
y'all gonna call me a nerd.
But it's like a, I can what you call.
It's like an off-tempo 808 that he puts in there.
Well, it's like a one-third.
Anyways, it's nerd talk.
Basically, Metro went crazy over that beat.
One of the best beats I've ever heard.
Rosie did her thing.
I think she was definitely to stand down on the track
as she's throughout the majority of the track.
But Aesab Rocky is also on the track, which at first turned me off.
Because for some reason, the way that Aesab Rocky raps just sounds terrible to me.
Like, so the way he wraps, I don't know what it is, but it's like he's trying, but just too hard.
And it just sounds bad.
The tracks he accompanied on the Metro Boomin soundtrack, it sounded serviceable to my ears.
So that should tell you how much of a high regard I hold that beat.
And of course, Rosie, when it comes to that track being my favorite track of 2023.
Also, I was listening to the track with my dad, because of course, you know, my dad introduced me to hip hop.
You know, you know, that stuff goes, you know, I'm not telling you all my whole,
life story. But anyways, A-Sab Rocky literally sounded like Kanye West throughout the entire
verse of Am I Dreaming. And at first I thought I was crazy, right? You know, I was thinking,
I was thinking to myself, like, dang, he kind of sounds like Kanye. And then I had to, like,
metaphorically slap myself, you know what I mean? I had to, like, to blasphemy, that,
the blasphemous statement that just floated in my mind, you know? And then my dad was like,
he kind of sounds like Kanye West off of graduation
and I was like
ah we are on the same page
so do that what you will man
I'm not going to lie that track
that verse from A's Sack Rocky
probably one of his best verses ever
probably ever
because when I tell you I don't like
A's Sack Rocky in the way he raps
I truly mean it
which is why with this latest single
titled Riot
that's exactly what it is
just a bunch of
riot emotions, riot lyrics,
and it's all just a riot that makes absolutely no sense.
The only thing that made sense was the beat production,
because of course, I would never disrespect the great,
the infamous, Farrell.
But even Farrell couldn't save this man.
Like, I remember when it's almost dry came out by Pusha T,
and Pusha T had lyrics that was so respectable
that was like, you know what,
that is one of the best albums of the year.
But with this,
even the production couldn't even carry the lyrics.
This man A-Sad Rocky was rapping like he was trying to chase the beat.
And the beat did not want to slow down.
So currently, this is probably one of my least favorite tracks of 2023.
Isn't that funny how life works?
One of my favorite tracks of 2023 has A'sad-Rocke on there.
And also one of my worst tracks is almost like Metro saves artists for making bad music.
also I already said also but you know it's like two times you feel me um what's her name
corla ray she has a track off of the metro boom and soundtrack the spider-man soundtrack right and even that
i think it's called i forget what's called self-love i think that's what's called and her album listen to her
album right coil of ray like make sure just put yourself through that right then go back and listen to self-love
you will realize that Metro is out here saving artists for making bad songs.
Like, no wonder he made superheroes and villains album.
Like, he really is out here saving these artists with a mask and a cape.
That's all I have face up.
He's just trash, man.
Overall, rapping stylistically, just the best thing he did for the hip-hop community
was give us fashion and effing problems.
Anyways, click my only trip in my bio.
Let me know in one of my social medias.
What do you think about A.S.Rocke and just his atrocious way of rapping?
And are you an AAC Rocky fan?
And if you are, please let me know what in the world stands out to you about AACR Rocky.
