DJ Academics has came a long way since covering the war and Shirek.
I'm calling people Shirek savages to Grim Reapers.
Now, fast forward into current day, current time, he is beefing with the likes of Glorilla.
So technically, it's progress, right?
Anyways, basically DG Academics is quote-unquote.
going against Glorilla for her comments over Kaisenet and not Kaysenet specifically,
but also bringing in academics while offering her apology to Kaisenet.
If you're confused, let me break it down.
So Glorilla, right?
It's a rapper, if y'all didn't know, you know, with sexy red blowing up nowadays,
it seems like people just forgot about Glorilla.
But hey, let me remind y'all, she does make music and puts it down on DSPs.
one of her latest tracks that she put out was titled cha cha cha which if i had to tell you a blatant lie
i would tell you that's the greatest track of all time right just keep that in mind kaisenat
which is a content creator came out and basically gave a negative review of her song cha cha cha so what
does glorilla does she does the most logical thing you can think of which is to block somebody right
I mean, if somebody disagrees with you, why not just block him?
Isn't that just a more peaceful society, you know?
Blocking somebody always fixes the problem, right?
Obviously not.
So, Kaysanet basically realized that he was blocked on stream, like live on stream.
And he got not upset, but he was like, dang.
Like, I guess they had some history as far as him liking her tracks or whatever and thought
there was cool to the point where he thought if he criticized one track he didn't know she was gonna blow up
off of that so basically she did um constantette didn't care of course went on with the stream
and then later on when kisonat was doing his live stream from jail which a lot of people had
critiques over but that's another subject for another day he realized that glorilla tweeted out
that she's drunk and might mess around and unblock kai to which kai responded and said
Stand over there.
Basically, stand on that side and don't switch over.
You chose your side.
No need to switch up now because everybody started to get at GloRilla for blocking
Kaisenet, a streamer or content creator over his opinion over a track.
So with that being said,
Glorilla tried to basically plead and tweet about getting Kaisenat touch.
in jail, quote unquote, and going at Kaisenai in a way that made academics respond,
because academics was basically saying Glorilla was not a gangster to be talking to Kaisa now,
who is a content creator like that. And that is where the back and forth came from
academics and gloriella. Academics jumped in calling Gloria in idiot, quote unquote,
and said that she mistakenly believed Kaisnett was in jail, which honestly, if I had to
give my personal perspective, I think what happened was
Glorilla was actually trolling with Kaisenat, but not with academics.
So once academics called in or jumped in to call out
what I feel like was a troll from Glorilla towards Kaisenat,
I think that's where things got messy.
If academics would have stood out of it,
I think it would have been all good in what they say, fine and dandy or whatever.
but after academics called Glorilla an idiot and a goofy,
I mean, she had no choice but to respond.
So basically she responded to academics saying a bunch of things.
I'm not going to go through all the tweets.
It's all public knowledge.
And it's really not important enough to reiterate.
All you need to know is that they was trying to roast each other back and forth.
And basically came to a common ground of nothing's going to happen because it is back
and forth.
is basically them just throwing insults over each other by typing in a keyboard.
So with that being said, I think the biggest thing to highlight with this is rappers and reviewers.
Artists are very sensitive when it comes to their creations because it's like a baby to them.
Like literally they're creating this sometimes from scratch, most times not.
But basically it's their baby, right?
They're creating it, has their name on it.
their likeness and they want it to be received well, you know, sort of like anybody who's ever
has something they created and are proud of, they wouldn't want to put it out for the consumption
of the world and then the world tells them it's trash. Nobody wants that to happen, but the way that you
go against reviewers and critiques is not just to block them on social media and show them that
you offended. I would understand blocking if Kassanat went on some tangent about something off
out of the industry or out of the music,
but simply speaking on cha-cha-cha-cha,
he kept it pretty light saying that wasn't for him.
It wasn't like he just called it straight up trash,
dog water, worst thing he ever heard.
He didn't even say all that.
He basically says it's not for him.
So basically academics definitely should have stayed out of
Kaisenat and Glorilla's beef,
but Glorilla in the first place shouldn't have blocked Kai
and Kaysenat in this whole scenario,
which is caught up.
in the mix. So maybe this is why he doesn't strictly review hip hop because he knows that you hip hop
artists will get offended if he gives you a negative review. There was allegedly reports that
Offset was supposed to be on Kaysenna's live stream from jail, but apparently Kaysenad didn't like his
album, so he ended up not going to the live stream. If you remember, Offset was in the jail trailer
for the Kaysenet jail live stream,
but he didn't show up in the actual stream.
Why is that?
Because apparently Kynet didn't like his album
that led to offset not going to his live event in jail,
which in turn goes back to my point
whereas I'm saying artists versus critiquers,
you've got to understand the place in their industry,
they have to tell or speak their mind.
I would not advise you to follow anybody
who you feel like could be swayed,
by somebody just acknowledging them
or giving them a shout out
wherever they're living at, right?
So with that being said,
I do believe that at the end of day,
Glorilla is getting replaced by sexy red.
And let me tell you, as a marketing person myself,
going at DJ Academics and Kaysenet
is the quickest way to end your career.
And I think Gloria
will eventually and probably already has eventually or subsequent subquentially
substantially no subquentially I think that's how you said y'all know the word I'm
trying to say right I'm not taking that out either I'm see oh hey I'm leaving that in there
so anyways gloria recognizes the mistakes the mistakes that she's made but I do believe
that she will rectify them at some point in the few
future because public perception already has replaced you with sex you read.
You do not want the pioneers and not even the pioneers.
The biggest of the biggest influencers like academics, like a Kysenet, to say that your music is not good and you're falling off.
Because if that ends up being a narrative, goodbye to Glorilla's career.
So that being said, click my link to you and my bio.
Let me know one of my social medias.
What do you think about Gloverla versus DJ academics?
And what is your take on this whole situation and who do you think was in the wrong?
