Starting point is 00:00:03 Now I know I covered this specific track back in February 21st of this year, but ladies and gentlemen, what in the world has happened to the track titled Ordinary, but let's just say this is beyond extraordinary as it's the number two as far as it's number two as far as the most listened to track in the world. Now, ain't that insane as far as back. when I was covering it here I am just thinking I'm covering a country slash pop artist you know nothing too crazy as far as me always covering the artists who affect the masses you know pun intended because of the podcast title anyways when it comes to Alex Warren and me covering him I was thinking that this is a country pop artist that she's out here you know with his success in the past especially with his a burning down track as far as his first ever entry into the Billboard Hot 100 and then you come into ordinary the track that I covered right
Starting point is 00:01:07 being his second entry into Billboard but not only his second entry now it's the second most popular track in the world and the reason why I had to highlight that because I did not know that that track was going to have such a phenomenal hold on the charts to the point where it was going to even rise to number two but that's besides the point as for this specific segment we're getting into the track Bloodline featuring Jelly Roll. As if you don't know, Alex Warren is under Atlantic. Let me make sure double check. Yeah, he's under Atlantic Recording Corporation.
Starting point is 00:01:43 And with this album, as far as last year, you'll be all right kid, chapter one. It seems like chapter two is going to be an even more engaging album for the masses as you already have ordinary. already know what jelly road does on the charts as his highest charting track is with shibuzzi as far as the track titled amen but he also has a track with brandon lake titled hard fought hallelujah which you know interestingly enough is one of my favorite tracks of 2025 i'm not going to lie to you whenever you find a way to make more of a christian or religion type song a hit sonically i think you've done a phenomenal job because usually those type of tracks end up being in a corny lane and not because of me i'm just talking about the masses perspective but
Starting point is 00:02:35 i think being able to bridge the gap sonically which brand and lake did with hard fought hallelujah and then adding jelly roll on it was a phenomenal strategy anyways getting back in the bloodline right this particular track and the music video had me feeling like they was extras out of how to train your dragon now excuse me for being ignorant but i don't know why in the world are they dressed like that in the marketing promotion for this strike. And of course, I'm just guessing that this music video could have been ripped straight out of how to train your dragon because I believe the live action is the live action movies actually coming out soon. Let me see how to train. Yeah, so there was a trailer that came out
Starting point is 00:03:17 around May 11th, which I covered and that particular movie. Let me see. How to live action. Let me see, release date. So this particular movie is coming out June 13th, right? And with that being said, this looks like it could be ripped straight out of a, like it could be a scene ripped straight out of that movie because I was wondering why in the world are they wearing those clothes? Anyways, as far as the track, obviously is fire. When it comes to Jelly Row, I have high praise consistently for this particular artist, not only because I've covered him in the past, but also because of his,
Starting point is 00:04:00 contributions to mental health. As if you don't know, he's even donated a lot to certain organizations when it comes to battling mental health. And Jelly Role has been really outspoken about those particular things to the point where when he puts out an album titled beautifully broken, but then he follows that up and just goes beyond the music as far as his journey and ongoing commitment. to social causes. I've a deep dive into that multiple times as far as my coverage of jelly row throughout this podcast as far as if you just type in jelly roll analytic dreams with the z you'll see my coverage of that particular artist. But let's just say it's not all it's not just talk when it comes to jelly roll which I highly respect which is why I will always have consistent praise for jelly row. But when it comes to Alex Warren, he's a fairly new artist so now if you're
Starting point is 00:04:58 under Atlantic recording corporation, right? And then as far as the singles, let me see, when do he start making music? It seems like he started making music in 2021. Safe to say, four years later, having the second most popular track in the world with Ordinary and that track being on the charts for about, I was looking at albums,
Starting point is 00:05:20 but with that track being on the charts, can I find that? Oh yeah, I can't read my fault. Ordinary's been on the charts for about 14 weeks, and for it to have the number two slot after 14 weeks that's just insane as far as the engagement and the hold that is having is being one of the most popular tracks in the world so as far as this particular track bloodline with jelly row click my link to my bio and let me know one of my social media's what do you think about bloodline by alex warren and jelly roll and at the end of the day
Starting point is 00:05:54 do you think that Alex Warren is having one of the most successful years in music when you compare to other musicians in the industry.
