Getting into Artemis who makes alternative pop, but some would call it as far as the dark wave genre,
it was more of a subgenre than anything.
But if you don't know about Artemis, just know I've covered him multiple times on a podcast
as far as his specific track, Southbound.
And I also covered the track, I like the way you kiss me.
So I started off with that track as far as covering Artemis.
And I continued, because seemingly, his fan base enjoys just to break down and cover
coverage of this particular artist because when it comes to him debuting in 2020 with his
high for you and it doing phenomenal to the point where he signed to 10k projects and of course his
breakthrough records as if you think I'm pretty back in 2023 and I like the way you kiss me back
in 2024 that went number three on UK number 12 on Billboard Hot 100 so when it comes to
impact and captivating the masses Artemis is no strange
to putting up numbers on the charts now that being said this particular segment is going over
his track i guess you never really cared as an out now on all dsps and it was just released so with
that being said it was also released alongside southbound that i already cover if you want to hear me
deep dive into that just type in southbound analytic dreams with a z or you could just type in artemans
analytic dreams with the Z and it should pop up.
So with that being said, getting back into his overall dominance,
well, I wouldn't say dominance,
but, you know, respectable performance on the charts
as far as his critical reception from the masses, right?
Some of his biggest charting debuts happened back in February 15, 2025
when he debuted at 85, but it ended up getting even bigger than that
as he peaked at number 62 as far as April 12th, 2025.
We're just talking about some of his overall peaks on the billboard charts.
March 2025th, he also peaked at number 55,
and it just showcased how his fan base has gotten so big to where they have impacted the overall billboard charts,
which is always a phenomenal accomplishment, especially for your specific fan base.
So Artemis having 19 million monthly listeners is probably one of the biggest reasons
you should definitely check him out as far as him being able to encapsulate the masses to the point where they come back time and time again as building up these monthly numbers, these weekly numbers.
If there's one thing I know about the podcast as far as how it started to how it's performing now,
as it takes some time to build an actual supporting base to the point where now you are making and debuting on certain charts like Artemis is.
So with his track out now, as far as I guess you,
never really I guess you never really cared about me that track being out now and of course that being
attached to southbound I think that's only going to help analytically on the charts but of course
when it comes to Artemis specifically he is currently on a tour as far as the dates going from
April to June 20th so as far as today his next date would be in April 19th in Brooklyn
bowl Las Vegas and it'll go all the way till June 20th on 1st Avenue Minneapolis, Minnesota.
So his USA tour is going on currently.
And if you was wanting to get tickets, I'll probably go to his page, find his website.
And then of course, order tickets if you are certified Artemis fan.
So other things that help out with his marketing rollout is definitely the radio,
radio airplay as as of April 2025, he has 2.1 million impressions as far as,
radio airplay compared to Leon Thomas where he has a lot more of a radio push.
If you don't know, Leon Thomas is very cemented in the industry, helping co-write a lot of
different phenomenal tracks from prominent artists that we know of today as far as Ariana Grande
Drake.
So when he gets radio airplay, it's no surprise that's going to be bigger as far as Leon Thomas
having 14.7 million as far as radio airplay in the U.S.
as with Artemis, he only has 2.1 impressions estimated as of April 2025.
Now, with that being said, I guess you never really cared, which definitely solidified
Artemis as a rising force and alt pop. Like I said, he makes pop, but they really described
it as far as the subgenre. They described it as dark wave, which is more of an alternative
pop, but really just letting you know what you're getting yourself into if you dive in
to Artemis discography. So anyways, well, I guess you never really cared being a phenomenal
hit as far as on Billboard peaking at 62 on the UK singles chart. It peaked at number 15.
And when it comes to TikTok, like I always say, if you're not using TikTok as the most
organics tool on social media for your music, then you are behind or maybe you just don't want
to be successful as a musician. So if you just want to put out music and have nobody
listen to it, then don't use TikTok as a marketing platform. But for the most part, a lot
of these prominent artists are figuring out that TikTok is one of the most organic and authentic
ways to get across your music to the masses because of its algorithm. So with that being said,
that's basically the marketing rollout for Artemis right now. As I've said, I guess you never
really cared about me. It's out now on all DSPs. So click my link to your my bio. Let me know
on one of my social media is. What do you think about Artem's latest single? I guess you never
really cared about me and as far as the pack with southbound and i like the way you kiss me what
is your favorite track from artemus so far
