Now when it comes to baby keem, safe to say over here in notorious massive fake, I always point out the superstar mentors and their lead mascot for their artist, quote, label. As with Drake OVO, of course, you have party next door with Jermaine, aka J. Cole, you have J.I.D. And of course, with Travis Scott, you have Don Tolliver, that just went number one with his album selling 160,000 copies first week. But then wait, ladies and gentlemen, that is not it. As the one and only Baby Keem who was under size 7, I mean Kendrick Lamarer, as far as PG-Lang, if you don't know, Baby Keem joined PG-Lang in 2020. And that's a joint venture with Columbia that's a subsidiary to Sony. As far as Sony, Sony currently has 22% of market share right now. So it will behoove them to definitely put a lot of marketing dollars behind Baby Kim because you already know who is going to show up on this album as it's already been confirmed.

As Baby Keem already has announced that Kendrick Lamar will be on this specific album casino and it is set to release February 20th. because of course his documentary is out right now as if you look at the documentary in total um it's nine minutes is nine to ten minutes a mini documentary for his upcoming sophomore album quote unquote sophomore um and it shows his childhood home videos and family interviews his insights from upbringing in los vegas family dynamics things that nature and of course you know they basically explained a little bit as far as him being connected to kensic via blood right uh Kendrick and Baby Kim are second cousins apparently. We always knew their cousins, but, you know, they wanted to let you know their second cousin. So whatever that means.

But when it comes to Baby Kim, you already know, he got his start when it comes to, as far as breakout hits. His breakout hit came in 2019 with a specific track title, Orange Soda. Oh, in the world. Who loves orange soda? Keel loves orange soap. I'm over here. Is it true? Come on, man.

As I think the last thing he put out besides the hillbillies, of course, which went, which I definitely enjoyed covering that.

Let's just leave it at that. Baby Keem and Fred again put out a specific track titled, Leave Me Alone. Literally, that's what it's titled with no spaces whatsoever. But, you know, besides that, leave me alone, the hillbillies. He did put out family ties in 2021. So technically he's been an actor, but when it comes to the year of 2024 or 2025, you already know what happened. It's time for a rap battle.

But when it comes to objectively, being a new act and trying to replicate the amount of revenue that the melodic blue did as far as first week sells, let me see, melodic blue first week, because this is probably what it's going to be compared to.

because back when baby king put this out it did pretty well i think it went number one i'm pretty sure um so the melodic blue if i could find it let me see a melodic blue okay it's not showing me that's that's great hold on let me do some mickey research right quick all right we found it all right so when it comes to the melodic blue uh it debuted it debuted around date uh number five and it earned around 53 000 Unis in his first week. Oh, okay. I'm not going to lie to you.

I think it's definitely going to outsell that. I think Baby Kim, even though he was put in timeout, what the Hillbillies did with the track with Fred again in 2023, that actually did pretty well. So as far as the Hillbillies, as far as leave me alone, I think that built up enough credibility to where even though Baby Kim then put out an album after those years as far as 2023, 2024, goodness gracious,

this man took a break, Danny. When he comes back, easily is going to outdo $50,000 first week. If I was to put the number on it, it's going to be having some very interesting competition. That's why I got to say.

Is it okay? I got my dope on me. But putting that to the side, I think Baby Keen will sell at least 70 and I think maximum 100,000. I do think Baby Keem is going to have high quality news. music and it's going to depend on this marketing strategy how much people gravitate towards it because just because you put out no just because you're the highest selling product does not mean you have the best product and just because you don't sell at all does not mean you make you have the worst product the two don't correlate sometimes it does like in the case of the goat you know in the case of uh you know there's a lot of artists where i mean not a lot but you know certain arts like the weekend i believe he puts out high quality and he also gets high streams but when it comes to baby keem he kind of's in the same he's in the same he's in the same he's

in that JID boat where he puts out high quality. He gets recognized for it. I think he got a Grammy nom for his Melodic Blue album. But when it comes to objective, first week sales metrics, I don't think that he's going to blow people out of, like blow the expectations out of water. I do think he's going to have bigger first week sales than the melodic blue. As when you look at it, they actually won a Grammy for best rap performance when it comes to family ties. And, you know, I'm not going to like, you know, I told you I'll keep eight more than nine. too that track is beyond phenomenal so definitely deserving of that so he also had four other nominations for the grannies as far as best new artists best rap song for family ties album of the

year for danda as a featured artist oh okay so i guess Kanye had a nomination for album of the year and then he also had album of the year nod for kentrick lamars mr morale and the big steppers so um when it comes to sales that's what i'm saying it is 50 000 it still was highly acclaimed by the Grammys, but 50,000 is not a lot for people in his lane as far as peers. Like, I think 21 Savage did like 90,000-something thousand first week. I don't think Baby Kim is at that level.

I think a respectable number for him is probably 70 to 100,000. But hey, we can have to wait and see, because you already know. Is it okay, I got my dope on me? I say, you already know.
