Starting point is 00:00:00 When you look at the title of a track and it says Ron Artes and then you see attached to it two rappers, you can already tell the lyrical content you're about to embark on as far as this journey. Now, December of 2022, Babyface Ray unveiled his mob album, of course, 18 tracks, features from Lil Dirk, Do Boy, GMO stacks. I don't know who it is. No disrespect. I just don't know. And more. And now he's back again with this track titled Ron Artez featuring 42 Doug. Now, even the cover art shows that this is very ignorant because I don't know who praises Ron Artesse in the hip hop world.
Starting point is 00:00:48 But for the most part, every time I hear about hip hop references when it comes to basketball players is always Kobe because, you know, Kobe had that mentality. now nowadays it may be switched up to john moran because you know hey that man apparently he really airing it out i mean red dot like like this man got a red dot like hey what type of call of duty is he playing but anyways um for the most part i feel like 42 dug and babyface ray linking up for ron artest single is uh it's very what's the word it's very predictable you know what the thing you know what the going to say you know what the lyrical content is going to be about there's really nothing that jumps off the page of this track and guess what i like it i think it's fire i think it's one of those type
Starting point is 00:01:35 tracks where you can turn it on and just completely forget that is in the background and it turns into background well no you can turn it on completely forget about it and it turns into background music that's the that is the perfect way i can summarize this track the perfect background music for your daily needs of ignorant lyrical content if you're you're you're just a little bit of ignorant lyrical content If you're into ignorant, lyrical content, let me just tell you. 42 Doug and Babyface Ray has you covered. I mean, they literally have a quote said, Expetives, because this is a PG podcast, by the way.
Starting point is 00:02:09 Expetives yelling from the stands, watch what you're saying, plow blowing peanut butter cookie with my cup like jam. Quote, Expetives yelling from the stands, watch what you're saying, blowing peanut butter cookie with my cup like jam and i think that's the perfect review for this track i mean based on that lyrical content you can either decide it's for you or it's not for you because at the end of the day um these aren't the most lyrically inclined a gentleman right here so whenever they're putting lyrics
Starting point is 00:02:54 or words together to make a song it's not something that i feel like it's going to blow me away and guess what they did not disappoint so anyways uh click my link to my bio let me know in one of my social media's what do you think about baby fage ray and 42 doug's track called ron artes and was it ignorant enough for you
