Of course, when it comes to the podcast, notorious mass effect, we've talked about Bailey Zimmerman before as far as him being on the track with the one and only big X to plug with his track all the way, which is currently the 11th most played track in the world.
Obviously, a phenomenal accomplishment to have the 11th most played track on planet Earth currently as far as it being on the charts for four weeks.
And it peaked at number four.
And then the other track that he had as far as Holy smokes is the 73 most play track in the world
That's been on the charts for about 15 weeks so not only does he have one track on the charts
Not only does he have two tracks on the charts but as far as estimates being shown
backup plan by Bailey Zimmerman featuring Luke Holmes is estimated to be
the 40th most played track in the world as far as chart data estimates for May 17th so that's a huge
accomplishment in general for bailey zimmerman and also luke holmes who currently is not on the charts for any of his tracks
or uh any well actually he is on charts for albums his his album this ones for you is the 50th most uh the 50th most
played album in the world and that particular album came out in 2017 what in the world hold up was there like
a remaster, an anniversary.
There's no way this man put out an
album in 2017.
And I don't care if it's number 50.
Putting out an album in 2017,
okay, so he put out a deluxe edition
in 2018, but still, that is insane.
He's put out more albums since then,
like Father and Sons, which I covered,
getting old,
what you see,
ain't always what you get.
And then, of course, the one that's charting,
which is his first album ever,
which is this one's for you.
So I wonder if his label is pulling a UMG as far as them having more the points on that album and making it more popular.
But it seems like his first album is, well, not seems like, objectively speaking, is still his most popular album currently.
That is insane.
Putting out an album in 2017, fast forward to 2025 and it's still on the charts.
I mean, goodness.
But then, you know what I'm saying?
I was like, damn, look at the state of hip-hop.
Like, what's going on?
So that being said, Bailey Zimmerman currently with tracks is out charting Luke Cones.
but when it comes to albums,
yeah, when it comes to albums,
Luke Holmes is out-charting Bailey Zimmerman
as far as having the 50th most-played album in the world.
Now, these two acts getting together
for this particular track as far as backup plan
that initially came out, May 2nd, 2025,
is showcasing how not only is Zimmerman ramping up,
promotions across social media,
a lot of teasers for different tracks,
I do believe when it comes to his album,
having backup plan while also having other tracks off of it as far as big X the the track with
big X to plug is his it says big X to plug featuring Bailey Zimmerman so I would assume as big X
the plugs track for his album but nonetheless that being the 11th most played track in the world
should definitely help him out a lot as far as him having this particular rollout for his album
and backup plan can only help that as it set the debut as the 40th most played track as far as
chart estimates for May 17th now when it comes to the exposure of this track basically it was filmed
live at the 2025 stage coach festival and it was directed by jenny stoff and chris perckel produced by
gregory van ger and riley fogg so when it comes to that a lot of things are showcasing how
not only was it the first live performance of backup plan but the location as far as it being in
California the overall lead up to the reveal as far as Luke Combs being on the track I think it's
very interesting how this track came about as far as Luke Combs saying that he received an
MP3 from an unknown number I mean imagine your spam going straight to the inbox like how did that
work so anyways getting an mp3 from an unknown number realizing it was bailey zimmerman and then inviting him
on stage so this happened in a very interesting way as far as bailey zimmerman reaching out as far as the
charts being considered this is a phenomenal crossover as far as combining both fan bases as bailey zimmerman
said itself that he admired combs and was hesitant to reach out directly so as far as from his spam going directly to
Luke Combs inbox
Only the Lord knows how that happened
But ultimately end up
In this track backup plan that is set to be
As far as chart estimates
The third track for Bailey Zimmerman
On the charts and it would be Luke Combs first
But of course Luke Combs does have an album charting
That I'm still wild by the fact that it came out
2017 that's still the 50th most played
Album in the world
And if you don't know
Luke Holmes is under Sony
So it's definitely helping out Sony
As far as the overall market share
For Sony being 19%.
so luke holmes is helping out on that aspect so when it comes to that click my link to you in my
bio let me know one of my social medias what do you think about bailey zimmerman and luke home's track backup
plan and at the end of the day if you haven't heard of bailey or luke homes what is your overall
thoughts listening to backup plan
