Starting point is 00:00:03 Now, of course, throughout the lifespan of this podcast, you already know. When it comes to Benson Boone, I've covered him. And when I covered him, goes all the way back to April 5th, 2024, when I covered his, I believe it was his album or track Beautiful Things. Actually, let me see right quick. It was his single Beautiful Things for the album, Fireworks and Roller Blaze, which I followed up covering Benson Boone March 7, 2025. with his track title, sorry, I'm here for someone else.
Starting point is 00:00:37 Now, of course, fireworks and roller blaze did phenomenal on the charts, but this particular segment is talking about his latest offerings as with mystical, magical, one of the things that was very apparent is how athletic he was. Now, of course, I got to say this in all sincerity. I saw this man do a front flip while performing live, and I was looking for the wires. I was thinking to myself, there's no way. This man just did a whole front flip while performing on stage.
Starting point is 00:01:08 I know there's artists like Chris Brown that exists and other artists that could flip back and forth until the crowd gets dizzy, right? Because the artist's not going to get dizzy. Those type of artists, they don't even get tired. So whenever I seen Benson Boone doing all of this, I was thinking it was like some stunt double. I'm thinking he got a wire or something like that.
Starting point is 00:01:24 He actually did a whole front flip in front of a whole stage. I believe it was at, yeah, it was at Coachella. So with that being saying, this man is obviously pretty gifted athletically right and now with his track mystical magical the reason why i'm saying that is because his whole presence as far as on the live stage i think helps a lot as far as engaging the audience and adding to his fan base to the point where people who didn't even know about his music they're probably enamored by his live performance to the point where now they check out his music to the point where now i think that probably
Starting point is 00:02:01 to the fact that Benson Boone's latest album that I talked about as far as fireworks and rollerblades, that particular album that came out April 5th, 2024 under Warner is still currently the 26th most player album in the world. I think when you go on tour and you're performing and giving it your all, maybe certain people bought a ticket because somebody else wanted to go watch you, right? Maybe they wasn't the big as a fan. But now when they see you putting this much effort into your live performance to the point where you're doing front flips, you're singing, you're doing all these theatrics as far as giving your audience or grandiose performance, they start to get acclimated more and more into the performance to the point where they check it out after the fact. And now, guess what? Now you have a lot more fans that wouldn't have known your music or just the impact that it had on the masses if they didn't check you out live, which is why it's always great to give your best.
Starting point is 00:03:00 and you're all at these live performances. I wish other artists would take into account their effort level when it comes to performing live. I'm not going to call out any genres. All I'm going to say is one of my favorite genres. I feel like we could do a lot more as far as the effort put forth in live performances. And now I'm not talking about Travis Scott.
Starting point is 00:03:22 I'm not talking about Tyler the Creator. I'm talking about a lot of other people in that genre as far as not caring about the live performance when your audience paid the hard-earned dollar to come see you. Now, that means that mystical, mystical is out now on all DSPs, and of course there was a music video attached to the track directed by Matt Easton, hopefully I'm saying that right, and the video showcases balloon dancing and colorful outfits
Starting point is 00:03:47 with balloons and performing cartwheels. Ladies and gentlemen, the whole athletic point I was talking about, I think is an understatement. If you watch the actual show, I was looking for the wires. I'm not going to say I was trying to hate. I was just trying to figure out why in the world is he doing all these flips consecutively. And nothing's going wrong. I'm not saying he got to fall, but it was like all on beat.
Starting point is 00:04:10 It was like, hold on it was like a Chris Brown effect. Let me not go that far. Go that far. But Benson Boone really puts on a phenomenal live show. Anyways, this song marks Boone's second single from American Heart Following. Sorry, I'm here for someone else. So if you don't know, he's actually a. Is that what the album song?
Starting point is 00:04:28 Hold up. So the album, let me see. Did he announce the album? I don't see an album announcement. Sorry, I'm here for someone else, dropping early. Okay, so that's a single, all right?
Starting point is 00:04:39 But what about the album? I don't see, an album announcement. Let me see, what is he say? American, oh, okay. So June 20th, 2025 American Heart. Okay, so he did announce an album. All right, so I already covered his track. Sorry, I'm here for someone else.
Starting point is 00:04:59 So if you want that, just type in Benson Boone, analytic dreams with a Z and my coverage of Benzaboon will pop up but as far as the lead up for this American Heart album that's coming out June 20th of 2025 just know mystical magical is the second single leading up to this album and of course with that being said just know you're getting into a lot of upbeat pop rock type of production and when it comes to engaging his fans he definitely has a way of doing that in his live performances but currently he has a way of doing that in his live performances but currently he has the 26 most popular album in the world with fireworks and rollerblades as far as his most popular track currently is beautiful things which is the ninth most popular track in the world
Starting point is 00:05:43 been on the charts for about 64 weeks that's a bona fide classic i ain't gonna lie to you that is crazy and then he has sorry i'm here from sorry i'm here for someone else which is the 36 most play most popular track in the world that's the seventh uh it's been on the charts about seven weeks And then of course, so he only has, okay, so he only has two tracks currently. Beautiful Things, which is the ninth most played track in the world. And then, sorry, I'm here for someone else that just released not too long ago, which is the 36 most played track in the world. And it's been under charge for about seven weeks.
Starting point is 00:06:14 But, of course, like I said, beautiful things has been under charge for 64 weeks and it's only dropped to like 10. That's the lowest has ever been. And right now is at the ninth most played track in the world. Very insane as far as how crazy that track is going right now. But with that being said, click my link. tree in my bio let me know one of my social medias what do you think about benson boone's latest offering as far as mystical magical out now in all dsps and will you be checking out his album american heart when it comes out
Starting point is 00:06:42 june 20th 20 25
