Now, of course, a 10-month hiatus into a halftime show at NFL is very peculiar until you realize it's the one and only Bizarab.
As we've dived into Bizarab, a plethora of times on this podcast, as the first time I ever talked about Bizarab was him and Paiso Pluma and the Bizarab music sessions, volume 55.
I covered that June 2nd, 2023.
Of course, I cover Bazaar at Ra Alejandro, Bizarre Music Sessions, Volume 56,
and then Bazaar in Young Michael, Bizarre Music Sessions, Volume 58.
And now, safe to say, when covering him as far as his appearance on the first ever NFL game in Spain,
it was the Washington Commanders versus Miami Dolphins, which if you're watching in the future,
It happened November 16th of 2025 at Santiago Bernabu.
I don't even not say how to pronounce that stadium in Madrid.
So when it comes to the first ever NFL game in Spain,
this is a part of NFL's broader strategy as far as getting into the Latin music strategy,
Latin music space as NFL's goal is the spotlight more Latin artists during global.
games. So of course, we have a quote from 10
Tobito, the NFL senior director and global game
presentation. He said, quote, we've elevated Latin
artists around the world. This would be
a historic moment. Now, of course, as far as previous
games, Kansas City Chiefs versus the LA Chargers.
Back on September 2025 in Sao Paulo,
I don't even know if I'm producing it right.
In Brazil, the halftime performer of that particular show was the one and only Carol G,
who we've also covered multiple times on this podcast.
So safe to say, NFL definitely has the finger on the culture of the Latin community,
because of course, you already know who's performing the halftime show of the Super Bowl.
That's the one and only bad bunny.
So when it comes to the Latin representations, NFL has been doing a phenomenal job on showcasing
the talented Latin musicians across the space.
So now that we look at Bazaar specifically, time to get into what we really are making this
segment for and it's his session with Daddy Yankee, which is titled Bizarab music sessions,
volume zero slash 66.
Now, of course, I don't know what that means.
So I had to look it up.
And I think it implies the first of 66 brand new sessions.
but that's just me guessing.
So I think this is the start of a new era.
Don't quote me on that,
but of course starting off with Daddy Yankee
and especially the way a notoriously affecting the masses out the gate
as is already the 14th most played track in Mexico
and it just came out November 5th.
So it seems like everybody is enjoying this particular track.
And of course, when it comes to the first new session for Bazaar up in the first,
no, no, in 10 months,
his last music session was with Luck Ray that was released December 2024.
So it's safe to say he's been putting quite some time to just cultivating his artistry.
And now he's back again with Daddy Yankee.
And when it comes to Daddy Yankee, transitioning into what he's been doing with his Christian rebirth
and recent spiritual shift that he discussed at the Billboard Latin Music Week in 2025 in October
in a one-hour Q&A with Layla Kobo.
He said, quote, I feel reborn, re-energized, and truly joyful.
You guys.
Isn't that so nice?
Daddy Yankee went on to say, quote,
my purpose was this path to forefront popular culture announcing the kingdom.
But then, you know what I'm saying?
Talk about Daddy Yankee speaking.
to this audience with the utmost confidence because of course coming out the gate after a bizarre
10 year 10 month hiatus to have the 14th most play track in Mexico safe to say that people are
enjoying this collaborative effort and of course if you was wanting to see their particular
show during the first ever NFL first ever NFL first ever NFL game in Spain here it is right
here analytic dreams video on Spotify to see the video along with the audio this is a couple
pictures of them in the first ever NFL game in Spain and of course they showed out so right here
shows a little snapshot from the performance but that's the main thing I was wanting to show because of
course I talk about different genres all the time over here at notorious mass effect and I love to see
the overall respect from NFL specifically because of course they have the platform to uplift
a lot of artists out of the normal genres they get this the spot
spotlight as far as pop as far as country and then of course recently as far as hip hop
I like to see other genres also getting there just to do because who knows you may get your
first ever k-pop appearance as far as at the Super Bowl now that's definitely a hot take because
of course right after bad bunny a lot of people are going to say we need an english uh artist so we can
understand what they're saying but I'm just basically laying out the blueprint
on what could be happening in the future, especially if NFL keeps going this route on giving a platform to out of genre, well, out of the usual genres that the NFL audience is used to.
Hopefully that makes sense.
So with Bazaar, with Daddy Yankee, they're doing phenomenal on the charts.
One of the biggest tracks in Mexico, like I keep saying, that's the 14th most played in Mexico.
So that's not a small feat by any stretch of their imagination.
A lot of the other tracks around in it I've already covered and those been out for quite some time.
So it seems like the first track in a while to pierce the top 15 of Mexico has been because of Bazaar coming out of his 10-month hiatus and teaming up with Daddy Yankee.
So that being said, click my link to my bio.
Let me know in one of my social media is have you listened to Bazaar Daddy Yankees Bazaar Music Sessions volume zero slash 66.
And if you're a Bizarab fan, what is your favorite volume session from Bizarrup in his entire career?
