Now ladies and gentlemen, time to put respect on BTS's name once again.
As not only, well, not only did I point out that BTS would have the biggest debut of 2026, which you know, if you look at the objective charts,
I ain't trying to rub it in, but you know, safe to say, BTS still has the biggest debut, first week,
sales debut for an album with R.E. Ranked selling 641,000 first week units and 532,000 as far as pure sales.
So whenever getting into BTS, we're definitely talking about the biggest musical impact of
2026 when it comes from a project perspective. Even though I am a huge Drake fan,
is it okay? I got my dope on me. He still comes in number two, objectively speaking, as far as first
week sales as Iceman sold $463,000 first week. And of course, they put him as number two as far as
having the second first week, having the second biggest first week sales for an album. So with that
being said, BTS Rang is already out. But of course, ladies and gentlemen, for this specific
segment, I have some news. And the news I have is that a particular track produced by Sugar and
co-written by R.M. and J. Hope, of course, all a part of BTS, is now being put out June
12th and it is titled come over and this is bt s 13th anniversary festa because if you don't know
when it comes to their debut they officially debuted june 13th 2013 so as far as longevity
that is why btsd stands out because they've reinvented themselves time and time again post-mandatory
military service even during the mandatory military the mandatory military the mandatory military
service their individual runs was immaculent i remember covering junk cook i think all of them had
immaculate runs but as far as over here notorious mass effect everybody seemed to enjoy the junk cook
coverage as far as me breaking down how everybody and a mama was trying to get with junk cook
from bt s in 2024 because of all the hiss that he had i remember lotto popping out with junk cook
for the track 7.
Jack Harlow popped out for the track 3D.
Of course, when it comes to other people, Central C,
Kid LaRoy popped out for the track too much,
and we covered all that,
and especially the Junkukes single tracks.
So when it comes to the individual runs,
V did Immaculate.
I remember covering him in 2023.
Jimin, I remember covering him in 2023 as well.
And who else did I cover extensively?
Well, individually.
And then Junk Cook, of course.
But the reason I'm saying all this is because to have the individual runs go as well as it did and to come back as a group and notoriously effective masses like they are currently in the year of 2026.
I mean, it's just a crazy accomplishment that I wanted to highlight and showcase how insanely difficult it is to have a mandatory military service and to come back in the world is still waiting for your group project.
because to be fair, individually, they never put up these numbers as far as 641,000 first week that they just deal with Rory Ring.
But individually, they still have their own respective fan bases.
Now, of course, getting back into what this specific segment is over, as far as the new track coming out, title come over and it's coming out June 12th.
I think when it comes to the anniversary of BTS, when it comes to this new single, they really wanted to emphasize,
bringing the fans over as they describe this specific song as a sincere expression of the members
well of btas to to reconnect with fans who supported them throughout their careers because if you don't
know bt s at seven members there's rm there's gin there's sugar there's j hope there's jimmin
there's z and then there's junk cook now when it comes to this specific track come over it's produced
by sugar and co-written by r m and j hope so
Different songs tell different stories.
I remember one of the songs.
I forget which one it was.
But it was like a song written by a certain BTS member as a birthday present for one of the other BTS members.
Like all of these songs have an inherent story that makes it more impactful and doesn't make it seem so formulae.
Because of course, when it comes to the music creation process, having seven members a part of a group.
And for them to get a long for this long, I mean, that's an immaculate accomplishment.
in itself, because we always see in the music industry,
when it comes to groups, at some point,
there's a feud and that could break up the group
or they could become stronger.
And it seems with BTS, they become stronger whenever, if ever,
animosity or just problems arise amidst the seven members.
So, what that being said, if you don't know,
BTS is under big hit music,
which is one of the biggest labels in K-pop in general.
And they're definitely behind this very successful tour
that BTS is on right now.
As if you don't know, when it comes to the tour,
it started April 9th, 2026 and Go Yang.
I think I said, Goyang or Goyang.
And of course, it's been highly successful.
Specifically, the objectives show,
the analytics show that in April,
2026, were all their eight shows
with a total of eight shows.
They grossed $76.2 million.
And that's not even it.
417,000 tickets sold,
which was the top tour for the month of April.
Basically showcasing that
when it comes to BTS's impact
is not just digital.
People will show up in person to see them live.
BTS is one of the biggest fan bases in the world,
which is, you know, they call themselves the army for a reason.
They show up in droves and they support BTS like no other fan base.
I think as of right now, if Taylor Swift dropped,
that would probably be the only fan base that could get together
and promote an album more than BTS's AriRang.
I think BTS Rory Ring will objectively hold the top debut
as far as First Week sales for the year of 2026,
unless Taylor Swift drops.
I don't even think
Bad Bunny could overtake
the first week sales of Ariang
because 641,000
is very impressive
and it's hard to match
by any music
by any musician
putting out an album.
But when it comes to Bad Bunny,
actually let me see
what his first week sales is.
You know, as far as Mickey Research
over here, you know,
we don't do fake news.
Bad Bunny.
All his...
Let me see.
All right, so after that, Mickey Research, safe to say when it comes to Bad Bunny, obviously he's no slouching himself.
But of course, objectively speaking, in the year of 2025, yeah, when he put out Debbie Tarar Moss Photos.
Let me see.
I think it says, is that the right one?
Let me see.
No, that's no way.
It says he saw $118,000.
I don't know if that's actually correct.
I know he is an overseas act, so it may not be as.
big as some other
let's see
yeah I think that's actually correct
let's see
um see
you see Bad Bunny
so Bad Bunny did
$118,000 with Debbie Tarar
most photos
see Debbie Tarar
Mars photos
yeah that definitely threw me for a loop
let me see
okay and this is a 203,000
okay so either way
it's not even
coming close to bt s r ring which is 641 000 and doing 532 000 in pure sales and of course having
the biggest tour objectively speaking on the month of april and of course it's going to continue
because if you don't know this tour is going for a while like in totality it's 82 to 88 plus shows
34 plus cities and of course the projected revenue is 500 million to 1.8 billion dollars
I think what BTS is currently doing with the Rory Rang tour, with the Rory Rang album, is definitely the biggest notorious mass effect in the music industry.
And unless Taylor Swift drops, I don't see that being overtaken by any other fan base or project.
So that's basically what I wanted to talk about.
Give BTS to kudos, give them the flowers, come over as coming out June 12th of this year, of course, continuing the success of Arby Rang, continuing.
the overall gratitude for the fans supporting them the way they are currently.
And I think BTS is just showcasing and having a masterclass on what it looks like to be appreciative of your fans.
So shout out to the Army.
And of course, shout out to BTS.
