Analytic Dreamz: Notorious Mass Effect - "BTS - TAKE TWO"

Starting point is 00:00:00 BTS is back again with the new single titled Take It Two. And if I didn't know any better, I would say that BTS probably had the best fan base that I've ever seen in music history. Because if you think about it, the fan base of BTS is something that we've never seen before. And obviously, I know some people may bring up the guy who did the Gundam style or they may bring up some random K-pop artists. but to go from your hometown, not really speaking English like that, and then coming to America, blowing up even bigger. And then I think, I don't know if they learned English before coming over or while they was over, but just the seamless integration into American culture,

Starting point is 00:00:50 going to the White House, going on Jimmy Kimmel, I believe they went, and then going on another show, I believe. It was just very interesting in how they really respect. responded to American culture in the way that they was being highlighted and promoted amongst the ranks. Because I think in general, when you really look at it, BTS could be one of those type of boy bands that just has all type of drama happening all the time. So-and-so artists don't like another artist. But in general, you always hear about BTS and the music. You never hear about beef.

Starting point is 00:01:24 The only time we ever heard about any type of controversy was when they got sent to the army and that's controversy. first and then I guess you just haven't been watching the news but anyways that's like normal um back in korea so you have to like serve time a set amount of time before you turn a certain age so they had to get out the way they couldn't push it back any further so I think the only one that's left it's like j hope for right now and I think even he's going to the military so in general looking at this article um it's a lot of obstacles that bt s has to jump through to even keep putting out music because of course, I'm not saying they're still recording while they're serving. I mean, that would be wild, right?

Starting point is 00:02:02 Like, imagine they just turned into a whole little dirk wave while they was in the military. People were really believe them then. Not just playing. All right, so anyways, take two is one of those type of records where it's another pop type of track. And I don't know what it is about BTS, but they do the pop sound so much justice. Like, it's such a smooth sounding track. And I think they're signed under big hit entertainment, if I'm not mistaken. And BTS, J-Hope, Jen, a lot of the other artists are currently doing the mandatory military service, but to still have unreleased music that sounds this good in the modern age, obviously they haven't been away for like years.

Starting point is 00:02:41 But it's been some time they've been away now serving under the military. But in general, Jimman had his debut solo album, FACE, in March, because, you know, there's multiple members of this group. Not all of them went at the same time. Most of them went at the same time, but not all of them. so jimmy was one of the ones that stayed back he dropped his debut solo album called face um while juncook um put out a track with charlie poof last year and that was pretty successful and yeah okay so they are under big hit i i figure they were and so they initially expressed that they would reunite by 2025 so if all my bt s fans out there if y'all was wanting like a

Starting point is 00:03:25 kind of a first day out type freestyle, which, you know, they probably won't give that to us because it's not like they're in jail. But if you was wondering when they're all going to come back, um, total, like, in totality, it's probably going to be about 2025. And that's like, I don't think that's the earliest, but that's just a something you can benchmark. And they said it's in March. So 2025, no, no, no, it's not in March. My fault. I almost gave you wrong information. Just know it's going to be in 2025. I don't know when they're going to get out. but they're going to get out at some point. They're going to keep updating the hits that they've already given us as this track is single, quote unquote, two takes.

Starting point is 00:04:06 Is it two takes or take two? It says take two. It would definitely rise on the Billboard Top 100, and it's already getting helped out in the Spotify algorithm. As if you look at new music, it's like in the top three. So on that front, they have it already laid out for them. But in general, their fan base, which is like they literally call the Army, which I think is so ironic. But anyways, they are way more supportive of BTS

Starting point is 00:04:31 than I've seen a fan base support any other artists. And I'm being so serious when I said that. BTS may have the best fan base in the music industry.
