Now, even though they're serving mandatory time in the South Korean military,
they still have unreleased music dropping for the fans.
And that, my friends, is what I call dedication.
Because like a famous musician once said, if I'm not dead, then I'm dedicated.
Now, I'll let you figure out who said that because only one person who's in the field,
who's the goat of his craft, would have said that.
But anyways, you know, that's besides the point.
We're getting into BTS because for some reason,
these boys are still putting out music
when they're serving mandatory time
in the South Korean military.
Now, why am I saying it like that?
Because what type of promotion are you going to have
when all of your artists
that the song gets dropped under or in the military?
Now, I know what you're probably saying?
Oh, one or two of them is actually out
and doing his own thing.
But I think that's Jay Hope and Jimin,
if I'm not mistaken.
But anyways, most of the group is serving time in the military.
So promotion is not going to be as high as you usually would have it if they was all out and about.
And I'm not going to say the free world because that gets into like political talk.
But basically, if they wasn't serving time and going to go on about the earth on the court, let's just say it like that.
So anyways, speaking of the earth, this new single is titled The Planet.
So when I first started listening to it, because yes, I do listen to BTS, you know,
I felt like it was more of a Michael Jackson pop type of feel.
And I feel like BTS really nails the pop sound.
I don't know if they're using some type of AI to come up with the best choruses and verses.
But I feel like in general, the way that BTS puts out of music,
they really know the melodies and chorus that will stick with the masses.
I mean, you should have known.
when you first listen to butter like the first literally type in
btas butter listen to the first 10 seconds and you can't tell me that bt s doesn't have
melody down uh down to a t even with the the whole group sometimes you could find it a struggle
for all of the different artists to try to shine and attract but the way the btas always
delegates um track time and just
letting each other shine on one singular track is definitely a struggle because even you see with
the Migos who only has three people or three members, they sometimes have struggles trying to
differentiate the track length to try to give everybody that time to shine. I mean,
people say for the longest, the takeoff, you know, rest and peace takeoff didn't really get his
just due until he put out his solo album, The Last Rocket. And simply for the fact,
that sometimes when you have more popular members in the same group people want to hear them more
which the major label is probably like well if you're not going to give us a single album
they would advise you to be more more have more presence than maybe some of the lesser known
members hopefully that makes sense so instead of the chorus being sung by somebody who's not as
famous in the group it's going to be sung by jimin or j hope and that's how it's going to come out so that's a little back
on just how groups and music works in general look up any documentary or any famous group
in the music industry and at some point somebody was like I need more shine because y'all are
holding me back at some point that always happens in every single music group and there's a reason
for that it's tough to delegate time to let others shine but for BTS it seems like they
have this down to a T because I have not heard melodies like this consistently from a group
since like I'll probably have to say like a pop artist like the Beatles maybe and people are
going to think I'm going crazy with this comparison but if you look at the numbers for BTS they're
really comparable to the Beatles because the numbers that they put up with their singles and then
the albums that they put out I mean they have an entire country behind them then they came to
America and they're still as popular.
So it's like the only other group of musicians that I can compare them to is the Beatles.
And y'all may think it's a stretch, but if you do think it's a stretch, and I highly recommend
that you just look up, just BTS and the accomplishments that they've piled up even before
they went to serve the military.
And once they get out of the military, they're only going to pile up even more.
accolades so anyways uh click my link tree in my bio let me know on one of my social
medias what do you think about bt s in general as a group who's your favorite member
and if you don't know too much about bt s will you be giving this btas single the planet
but listen
