Starting point is 00:00:02 So getting into the Capcom spotlight for June 26 of this year, which is technically two days ago, well, as far as you watching this in the future, just know what happened on June 26th. So as far as that fact, it was a 40-minute digital event showcasing upcoming major titles. And of course, Capcom is always known for the legendary franchise that is Street Fighter. But with this specific rendition of Capcom, we're going to be getting. into whatever they have to announce because of course we're not going to watch this whole 40 minutes but i am going to consolidate it so that we know everything that happened in it so uh they did let me see so they had no death straining to announcement and it was really let me see
Starting point is 00:00:51 there was no direct mention of that but then the main capcom titles that they did have in this event was resident evil requiem pragmata monster hunter one wilds, which, you know, as far as Monster Hunter Wiles, there needs to be a study done on the fickleness of fans, because I swear people was calling that game of the year when they initially dropped. Everybody was like, oh, this is the greatest Monster Hunter. Oh, my goodness, I'm having so much fun. I can't wait to put one trillion hours into this game. And then two weeks later, people have switched up on a game.
Starting point is 00:01:24 Shepard, just look at the state of gaming. Like, what is going on? Sometimes I think that myself, like what is going on in the? state of gaming with fans are so fickle well one day they're calling a game of the year and then the other day they're like you know what it's actually not that good i mean they did the same thing to dragon ball which one is it uh spark in zero the sparking zero game the latest dragon ball game they did the same thing to that if you look at the concurrent player account you can kind of understand how my sentiments of the fickleness of fans came about but anyways i'm not going to pull that up because i don't want to
Starting point is 00:01:58 you know just put the dragon ball fans lower than they already are as far as morally so anyways and then we have um street fire to six i think they concluded with that and included developer interviews new gameplay details but no crossover collaboration with uh why you keep saying all because i said then it's because i had there my my notes if you don't know i'm about to get into death stranding too this is live so i'm not editing this out but it was trying to see if there was death stranding in it because we're about to play it but obviously it wasn't so um with that being said that's basically all the games that this event highlighted and let's get into the showcase obviously we're going to jump around but for the most part i just wanted to showcase what this event had in it so
Starting point is 00:02:46 analytic dreams video on spotify to see the video along with the audio because we're about to get into the capcom spotlight right now okay a little Pixar intro i like that We'll be covering updates to games that are out now plus new info on upcoming title. Yo, this beat is so funny. This includes behind the scenes. Which are what are doing if you walk into a club and this beat is playing? What type of? Type of mood is this beat setting?
Starting point is 00:03:40 Dreaming. It isn't just a dream. It's a promise. One, we're turning into reality. Hmm. Wow. With our third generation of Luna filament and advanced generative AI, we're reshaping the line between dreams and reality. Yo, why are you trying to seduce me right now? I don't like that. Hey, yo.
Starting point is 00:04:13 See, that's the problem. Delphi Corporation. Bro, this sounds like every, like, villains's intro ever. Let's see about getting patched through to Earth. And why are these things trying to kill us? Okay, they are evil. That's what I was wondering. I was like, hold on now.
Starting point is 00:04:32 He's talking to us like an evil villain. There you are. All better. I've seen this before. It's like some type of puzzle-like gameplay. The combat didn't look too great, but I don't know. Maybe y'all see something different. Whoa, whoa, hang on a second.
Starting point is 00:04:57 Don't you have a name or something? Get behind me. What in the world? So is that like an android? The graphics neutralizing threats. Neutralize us? Looks like we're gonna have to fight our way through. The graphics look solid.
Starting point is 00:05:25 This looks like the origin story of like Cortano or something. Hey, uh, D-I-I-I-0. I said I am D-I-0. Okay, okay. Look, how about we call you? How about we call you Diana? She said, that's not my name. I just told you my name.
Starting point is 00:06:01 Hmm, 2026. That's when GTA6 come out. I ain't gonna lie. Every year, as far as in the gaming industry, it's gonna have nothing on 2026. The way that Gt86 is about to boost the economy, it's gonna be insane. Insanity.
Starting point is 00:06:19 Anyways, that's pragmata. We're gonna skip, we're gonna skip to the other review. Sagat. I really don't even know who Sagat is. Like I don't play Street Fighter like that. I'm more of a Mortal Kombat person. As you already know, the current state of Mortar Combat
Starting point is 00:06:43 isn't in the greatest, it's not in this greatest state. Players can also get the world tour experience with Sagat deep in the mountains of Thailand. The Emperor makes his landing on August 5th. Okay, August 5th, market calendars for the hardcore Street Fighter fans out there. The Sagat of the Sagaat of the Sagat arrives fighting pass will be available starting from July 4th.
Starting point is 00:07:08 Hmm. Premium rewards include Sagat's Wanderer Avatar Gear. And we've also prepared some throwback stickers and emotes. From Sagat's days as the boss of the original street fighter, we're also increasing the amount of content in the fighting pass that can be used in fighting ground. Don't expect me to be a push over. News EX color. All right, they're talking about different colors.
Starting point is 00:07:35 I'm skipping that. Let's see what the next game is. A memorable cast of characters returns to weave their deep and complex tale anew. Experience the classic graphics and gameplay refined for modern consoles. What in the PlayStation 1? The remaster of Onimusha 2, Semarized Destiny, is available now. Onimusha, Way of the Sword. The next entry in the Swordplay Action Game series. Interviews with the creators that didn't fit into today's
Starting point is 00:08:07 presentation will be released today on the resident evil portal. Ah, they got their own portal. So if y'all want to see the rest of this, just click on their portal, I guess. I have 40 minutes. They can't even incorporate their game into it. That's pretty cool. So if you want to see more of a Resident Evil, I'm assuming it was Requiem. Let me see. I think that's what was on my notes. Let's see. Resident Evil. Yeah. Requiem. I guess they have more of that in this link right here as far as the portal. So if you want to see that, then I feel like Resident Evil is such a acquired taste. It's so like slow pace and then like you can't chase by like zombies and stuff. So it's kind of, I don't know. I don't know I feel about that. Get Ready Hunters. The Guild has authorized a new Monster Hunter showcase for you. I want to see the
Starting point is 00:09:12 monster hunter wilds producer oh the rest of this oh the rest of this is like monster hunter so in the world so you're telling me a title up
Starting point is 00:09:24 I want to see the recap of this I want to see if they have a recap at all oh the rest of this is like monster hunters who in the world so you're telling me a 40 minute preview and monster hunters got like 20 of
Starting point is 00:09:42 It's crazy. Y'all want to see a little Raccoon City? This is like a remitkin's like a rector of course game of the state Toys, so this is talking about Resident Evil Requiem Oh actually, this is like a remaster?
Starting point is 00:10:06 Oh, they're just a re-master? Oh, they're just recqqqqqqqqq Ah, they're just recapping the story. All right, so as you can tell, Capcom Spotlight, they definitely had a good amount of games to showcase, especially just for one brand, having Resident Evil under their IP, having Street Fighter, of course,
Starting point is 00:10:34 having Monster Hunter Wilds. I mean, Pragmatah, it seems like the more experimental outing for this spotlight, but also, Ultimately, looking at the pragmatica, I've seen the deep dive into the gameplay. It looks more like a puzzle. And I don't know who plays shooters to do puzzles while shooting. So, you know, you all have to watch it for yourself to understand what I'm talking about.
Starting point is 00:10:54 But as far as the shooting, I want to see if I can find that right quick. Yeah, look at this. It's like a puzzle. Thinking on the fly in the heat of combat and how you handle the multi-sided situation will be key for success. Like, you out here trying to shoot the enemy. And they have you playing testers. Like Wonderworld? So anyways.
Starting point is 00:11:14 Overall, I think this Capcom spotlight was, it was solid just for one brand to have a whole entire event showcase. I think it was pretty solid. So hopefully one of the games off of this spotlight was interesting to y'all. And with that being said, click my link to you in my bio. Let me know one of my social media is. What do you think about the Capcom spotlight that just happened two days ago? Or if you're listening to this in the future, June 26 of 2025. And at the end of the day, are any of these games, are you at?
Starting point is 00:11:41 excited for any of these games as far as trying them out when they initially released.
