Starting point is 00:00:00 Shepard promise me you'll tell them to subscribe for ad free content. You know, I was just wanting three angeladas for rice and beans. Instead of the salsa on the top, can you swap that out for the queso? And then make sure to add the extra angelata, you know what I'm saying? Shepherd. All right. My fault. Ladies and gentlemen, and it's time to get into the group, the band, known as Los
Starting point is 00:00:22 Cardinalis de Nuevo Leon. As of course, you're probably thinking to yourself, over here at notorious vast effect getting into the gaming and music IPs that notoriously affect the masses whenever you look at a specific release date that says april 1st 2021 you probably thinking to yourself hold up now you guys i thought you're supposed to be letting us know the current music and gaming IPs notoriously affecting the masses we'll look no further than k nadee sepa being the 24th most play track in Mexico because of course as far as this particular track being released in 2021, it is still notoriously affected the masses to this day in 2026. And of course, since this is
Starting point is 00:01:14 since this is my first time covering the band, wanted to give you a little background as Los Cardinales de Nuevo Leon, they are Grammy-winning Nortino group. They are a Grammy-winning Nortino group from Monterey, Mexico, and they formed in 1982. Now, I ain't trying to say, all, let me just not say it at all. All I was going to say is they may or may not have seen many moons, you know what I'm saying? No, I'm just saying that's a blessing, you know what I mean? So anyways, they sign to this specific music label called Disa Records. If you don't know, Disa Records was founded in 1970 by the Chavez family and saying,
Starting point is 00:01:58 Nicholas de los Garza and Nuevo Leon, Mexico. So of course, when you look at the specialized efforts from Disa Records, as far as regional Mexican, tropical, and Latin pop music, their early roster included Beto Villa, Los Cardinales de Nuevo Leon, the group we're getting into right now. And then, of course, they also had Los Teme Riorres, Rorrios, Tayme Rorrios and others. So of course, when you look at their efforts specifically,
Starting point is 00:02:33 UMG stepped into the fray. I know that ain't who I think of it is. I know what y'all thinking. And I'm thinking the same thing. Hey, UMG doesn't have 68% of the current music market share for no reason. They definitely spot talent expeditiously, boy. They do not play around. So UMG swooped in and acquired them in 2008,
Starting point is 00:02:55 as part of universal music Latin entertainment and guess what the rest was history as Q Nadi Sapa being the 24th most played track in Mexico isn't the most isn't even the most impressive stat because of course when it first came out it was an it was an original music video released October 28th 2013 and the official video accumulated approximately 90 million YouTube views And of course, you're probably thinking, well, what type of mediums do they appear in as far as the entertainment mediums, as far as tracks being used for covers, being used for movies, being used for all sorts of advertising placement? Guess what? There was none, ladies and gentlemen. A lot of big conglomerates looked at the notorious massive fake of Los Cardinalis, Day de Nuevo Leone, and they said to themselves,
Starting point is 00:03:57 And we beat these folk, what did you do? We beat them. We go forward. And they didn't give them any placement for the very impressive track, K. Nadi Sepa. Because, of course, I know I joked around as far as starting off with my order, as far as my favorite Mexican food of all time. Well, yeah, basically, enchiladas, my favorite Mexican food of all time. And, you know, a little background on me.
Starting point is 00:04:19 Every single birthday when I was growing up just as a wee little lad, I always went to La Jua. and with that specific restaurant, you will always hear music specifically like K. Nadi Sepa. Now, of course, it's not exactly the same as with this specific track, if you don't know, for my English listeners out there, this track covers a very interesting subject matter. What subject matter does it cover? I'm glad you asked. Apparently, not even apparently.
Starting point is 00:04:48 Ladies and gentlemen, I did the research so you don't have to. As this track is about a secret affair. written by Erica Vidrio. What in actual. But then, you know what I'm saying? I was like, damn, look at the- So when you look at the subject matter and you come to realize, no matter the genre,
Starting point is 00:05:07 love is the ultimate subject matter to give you the highest possibility of having a hit. Now, of course, throughout this entire creation of the show notorious mass effect, you already know that love time and time again rears his head, Rears his lovely head, you know, to make a pun,
Starting point is 00:05:27 off of K-pop, rap, R&B, country pop, Caritos, Tumbados, Nortino. It really don't matter. Love as a subject matter makes it to where it is almost the top-tier subject matter for every single song ever made when you look at the top of the charts and what are the most popular tracks, right? So anyways, the reason why we are. I say all that is because they are currently on tour so for the fans out there of
Starting point is 00:05:59 los cardinales de neuva leon do know that they currently on tour as far as the auditorio nascion na siano duelo de accordion accordiones you know i'm working on my spanish i think i'm doing pretty good i'm getting better so as far as about uh pronunciation of the tour Let me do that one more time. So in 2026, they are currently touring in Mexico, right? And the U.S. October days as far as Fort Myers, Wichita, hold up, now is that Kansas? I know they're. I know that ain't who I think it is.
Starting point is 00:06:38 They are also going to Aurora, Thackerville, and they've released materials such as Polo Maiso Nortino. And of course, they have future plans as far as continuing to live performances. As you can see right now, analytic dreams video on Spotify. to see the video along with the audio safe to say they bring out a pretty respectful crowd but every single time they performed so that is why they continued they continued to get booked even though they formed all the way back in 1982 so the main thing i wanted to get at is of course the longevity of this particular this particular group how big their current track k well not current but their track k nadisipa is and of course what they plan to do with that momentum as they come
Starting point is 00:07:23 continue to tour alive. And if you don't know, there's about five to six core members that remain because unfortunately the founder, Kiserio, quote, Don Cheo Sanchez, briefly left in 2020 for a side project with his son Marcos, but he returned in 2021 and brought in a new, and brought in new players from that project. And earlier longtime members, including accordioness, Ray Naldo Gonzalez, Macias, and others departed around then and formed separate groups. So if you was wondering,
Starting point is 00:08:01 why it's not the original group anymore, but there you have it. So the current lineup, Es Casero, that has the lead vocals. You have Marcos, that's the Beho, Sexto, and vocals. You have Juan Jesus. That's the accordion
Starting point is 00:08:19 and the second voice. You have Eduardo. Villan Nueva, that's the electric bass. You have, I think that's basically it. Oh, and then you have Cesario Jr. That's a percussion, right? And then you have
Starting point is 00:08:37 avier Martinez, in quotation marks, Javi, that plays the drums. So ultimately, that is the group as of right now. So if you just wanted to see them in the future, just know that they are currently touring and still making them notorious mass effect. as once again with this specific track k naida sepa being the 24th most play track in the world do not forget
Starting point is 00:08:57 that they've been dominating as far as on-demand streams they have some of the biggest notorious mass effect as they have 14.5 million monthly Spotify listeners so if you just want to become one of them and see them live just make sure to click my link to view my bio to follow me on my social medias and of course if you on Spotify make sure to comment down below who is your favorite nortino Mexican band of all time.
