You know, as far as what she said about Travis Scott and, you know, bundling to increase your sales in music, it's very interesting. Because I don't know what that is in front of your face right now,

but I felt like that's the same thing. But that's just me, that's just me, right? Let me take this off before the barbs find me. You know what I'm saying? I ain't trying to get them upset. I just want to pinpoint some facts. but really i brought that up to go at travis scott somehow i just i just some stuff about you know niki and the merch popped up so that that's insane anyways um let's get back in the cardy talking

I guess they made up. Anyway, she probably realized that bundles is how you get across in this music industry. So,

I know y'all been asking me.

I don't know what that means when she says when stuff was hot. Like if Cardi puts out any type of music in any point in time, it's going to do well, I believe. I mean, I know she had a track technically with partisan title Tudit Up and that was the only musical offering as far as 2025 and that went nowhere as far as Billboard being considered. But still, like that's partisan's track, I think she was helping them out more than trying to find that hit. Even though Tude It Up, pause. You guys.

See, that's the problem. That track is phenomenal. You know, as far as the bars and things of that nature, some of the things that Cardi B said made me realize why some people may have jumped out the woodworks as far as to take her single status away after she got away from offset. But anyways, we're going to get to that in a second.

So anyways, the main thing I wanted to talk about, especially when it comes to Cardi B, because we really can't talk music. I mean, she has one track out with partisan title, Tuted Up. You guys. And then she has a track titled, higher love as far as off of the smirfs movie that's coming out pretty soon i don't even know if it's

out yet but um the single's out and that came out february 21st 2025 let me see if the murk the smurfs movie is out let's see because i believe rihanna's in it too okay so it comes out like what two months so july 18 2025 yeah so it's essentially like a month in yeah it's like two months so anyways um With that being said, those are the two musical offerings from Cardi B. So you really can't talk too much when it comes into music. I like to cover the music industry. She currently has no digital footprint like she usually had, especially when 2018 was here, right? But it's 2025.

So with that being, with it being 2025, we have to get into some of her other offerings as far as WAP, as far as Up, as far as Hot. This is a PG podcast. So we're just going to say hot stuff or hot poop, right? bongos like what enough she's had some tracks that was very phenomenal as far as quality level i'm not saying like oh she's a lyrical miracle spiritual but as far as listening to it it being a replayable track i think cardi be is a solid artist when it comes to that now of course when it comes to offset he had a lot to do with that in the cardi bands i mean cardi bands cardi fans don't kill me. Cardi, Cardi said herself, the offset, you know, took her under his wing and helped

her cultivate certain rhyme schemes and help her get her pen, but, you know, her delivery, better, and things of that nature. And that is why they probably are going through so much turmoil, but at the end of the day, they always come back to one another. Because offset is like the music executive of Cardi B. Not saying he owns her. I'm just saying he took a chance on her when, of course, people saw the Star Power when it came to, I don't even watch their shows, but the same. the celebrity dramas when they go to a nice restaurant, just to throw drinks on one another, those type of shows.

And then she had that star power there. But in the music industry, she was putting out music and couldn't nobody care less. Like, they couldn't give less of a you know what when Cardi B put out music in that time period. Coincidentally, she gets under offset ring, gets under offset's wing.

And then, I don't want to get the label wrong. P from QC. P, yeah, P from QC, ended up signing Cardi, invasion of privacy came out, and then look where we're, look where we're at now, right? You can't tell me that the first album Cardi B ever put out that got a Grammy nomination was under Atlantic as far as QC. So anyways, putting those puzzle pieces together, you come to realize the offset had a huge hand in Cardi B's musical career. Now she's just out of the, she's just out of this earth. Like she's out of this world as far as just popularity, music-wise, and other things,

which is why she can take such a humongous break from 2018 to now as far as actual projects. Because she's still been putting out singles, but as far as actual projects. So that being said, the main reason I wanted to cover Cardi is just to let y'all know that she's not going anywhere musically. She lets y'all know that she's going to be putting out an album at some point. It's just the whole system of, you know, you got to clear samples, you got to get the marketing budget, you got to get the marketing strategy carty b has a lot of people in her camp and her corner trying to do the best thing for her but sometimes that may be frustrating for her to hear because guess what we don't want to hear we have to wait another two months for the single because you got to get

certain stuff in order i don't want to release it now like she basically is saying right now so with that being said we don't know who's going to be on the album um there's a lot of speculation but we don't know anything about this album the only thing we know is that that is actually here because i don't think she would just be talking about it looking at looking at looking in the camera as far as on Instagram live if it wasn't a real thing. I think she would just be chilling, right? And especially, you know, talking about chilling, I didn't want to get into it, which I'm not going to because, you know, I'm just going to leave it that long.

All I'm going to say is Stefan Dez is doing a number on that man. But then, you know what I'm saying? I was like, damn, look at the state of hip hop. Like, what's going on? That's it. I'm giving one line and then I'm out. I don't do relationship talk. I try to keep in music.

But, you know, of course, Offset, Cardi, one of the greatest power couples in music, which is why I have to bring it up. But yeah, that man, you know, I can't imagine what he's doing. How long is offset on the toilet? That's all I want to know. So anyways, ASCAP, the Voice of Culture Award gave Cardi B voice of the culture on June 8th. Okay, it's upcoming. There's an ASCAP voice of the Culture Award,

last thing that should come into mind is Cardi B. And that's not to discredit Cardi. It's been obvious and blatantly stated. Partisan, offset. There we have it. That's it. All right.

So as far as the pop music award, she's been an eight-time. I don't know if it's a winner or a nominee. It doesn't specify. And that 23-time Rhythmant and Soul Music Awards. And then you have ASCAP chairman Paul Williams saying that Cardi's unapologetic authenticity and talent. and advocacy for women is why she's receiving this award.
