Starting point is 00:00:00 I knew after Central Sea had a debut of number one with the Kid Leroy and Junkook that he was going to be more inclined to try to work something out with Sony. And that is exactly what happened as this is the first single from Central C to be under Columbia Records, which is a division of Sony music entertainment. But the kicker is that unexclusive license from CC4L Limited. I think that's very interesting as far as the overall language of this copyright or, yeah, copyright protection. Because these type of words make me feel like it's a distribution deal. Now, of course, Central C has put out tracks under a plethora of different subdivisions and major labels as, if you don't know,
Starting point is 00:01:04 2023 Central C has some pretty prominent collapse. If you don't know about Central C, then you're probably not really keeping up with the rap feel like that because he's pretty much one of the more up-and-coming rappers in this game. Think of Central C like the Chet Holmgram of the NBA. This man is doing things that we haven't seen before at a level to where you realize that he is here to stay for a while. So with that being said, right, getting back into music lane, putting out a song with the goat, aka Arby Graham, it was released under OVO sound. Everybody knows how that went up and blew up off of Drake's saying combination, which that's just the craziest thing in the world. If that man's not a top five comedian, while also being a rapper, I don't know what he's doing.
Starting point is 00:01:53 I think he really missed his calling when not doing no type of stand-up. Anyways, like, did y'all see his latest stream? Anyways, let me stop. You know what I mean? Talk about Drake. So Central C. Sprinter with Dave.
Starting point is 00:02:07 That was released under Neighborhood slash Live Yours. And if you want to fact-checking yourself or if you ever are curious to see what engine or machine these musicians are using, I don't know for Apple, but for Disney. I don't think they have a music streaming platform just yet. But anyways, as far as Spotify, go to whatever artist you want to know or whichever artist's music you want to check for. Go to the album or singles.
Starting point is 00:02:38 And all you have to do is just scroll all the way down. It's right there at the bottom. So too much is the one I was referring to at the beginning of the segment, basically saying that it's success off of Junk Cook and the Killar Roy being distributed by Columbia Records, a division of Sony music entertainment. Now for Central C to put out his first single under Columbia Records by himself, a division of Sony music entertainment, but now we see under exclusive license from CC4L Limited. I'm pretty sure the CC4L probably means Central C for Life.
Starting point is 00:03:17 I'm reaching, but I don't think I'm reaching that much. Like, I don't think it's no Mr. Fantastic Reach. Like, I may be completely wrong, but I'm pretty sure CC4L means that. So why do I bring all that up? Simply because this man cannot miss by himself as an independent. So now that he's with Sony, a major label, I would say that this quote-unquote certified UK drill rapper will bring a whole new meaning to entrepreneur because after making all the success by himself independently, maybe he had a distribution deal here and there.
Starting point is 00:03:55 But for the most part, he got popular because everybody was wondering, how is he competing with major label artists as an independent with no big machine backing him? So with that, Central C has such an impactful year in 2023, but also in 2022 with his sophomore mixtape 23, topping the UK. album's chart and then he continued to keep dropping it wasn't like oh let me ride the success of this he's a workaholic he's successful he's impacting the charts i mean it's all in one with central c he's open to collaborate which you know some artists think they're too big to do as he collaborated with dave he collaborated with the killer roy junk cook drake and now i know you can say like oh
Starting point is 00:04:40 what do you mean he's too big anybody's taking a drake feature or anybody's taking a prominent artist feature. Well, if you look at NF right now, he's doing this thing, but his sales could be a lot bigger if he was to collaborate with other people, but hey, that's just to each his own, right? So Central C, obviously, all this immense success. He has expressed confidence in his achievements, citing significant personal growth in upcoming ventures, including the expansion of his business empire. Biggest thing you need to take away from this is that he has a new track out currently called Entrepreneur. And if that's not on the nose, I don't know what it is. So anyways, click my link to your bio. Let me know one of my social medias. What do you think
Starting point is 00:05:24 about Central seeing his latest track called Entrepreneur? And do you think now with a big machine behind him such as Sony, he will be able to have a bad bunny or Drake-esque type run?
