Diving into one of the hottest artists in the game currently from an analytic standpoint,
Chappelle Rowan is currently killing the game because of course we when she initially
released Pink Pony Club back in 2020, it's interesting how fast forward to 2025 and Pink Pony Club is
currently the 45th most played track.
in the world and that's been on a chart
for about 33 weeks but as far as the
projections as far as February
15th 2025
is considered
it's projected to rise all
the way up to the 22nd most
played track in the world now
that's just disregarding
the fact that she has the 14th
no she has the 12th most played
track actually
let me see oh no that was last week
my fault she has the 14th most played
album in the world currently
and then of course her other very popular track is titled Good Luck Babe and that was off of her album back in 2020 wait hold up was that off of because I see the single I don't see the album I thought she had a whole album I guess she only has one album right now as far as 2023 and that came out September 22nd 2023 but as far as good luck babe I mean that's the longest single I've ever heard in life I mean that's where's the lead up to the album
like she has the album in 2023 but that's really it like if you really go to her albums like
is nowhere to be found i mean as far as there's something called the big beat ignition i don't even
know why that's on there doesn't seem like it's from her i don't know why it's on her DSP but anyways
yeah she started putting out music back in 2017 it's 2025 and now she's starting to get her flowers
as she was also at the Grammys one of the biggest um
to highlight a lot of very prominent musicians in the industry
that is probably one of the biggest artists in their respective state
as far as the United States is considered.
Because when you have overseas artists,
when you have people coming from certain states,
if they're even at the Grammys, especially even nominated,
they're definitely probably the biggest artists in their respective state
and things of that nature as far as where they came from.
When it comes to Chappelle Rowan,
whole different discussion because not only did she have her debut Grammy's performance
as far as performing the Pink Pony Club,
she also was nominated for all type of awards as far as earning six Grammy nominations
including album of the year, best new artists, and song of the year. Now, of course,
when it comes to the Grammys, I did cover Kendrick Lamar because you already know as far as
me focusing on the hip-hop side of things when it comes to the music industry. I had to talk about
Kendrick Lamar completely sweeping the Grammys with a pedophile anthem. Very insane, but you know,
I digress. Getting back into Chappelle Rowan, her debut album made the Billboard 200 in April
2024 despite releasing in September 2023. That's probably why I was so surprised that she didn't
have an album out last year because you heard Chappelle Rowan everywhere. So,
I guess it just took a little bit for her Midwest album to pop off as far as the rise and fall of a Midwest princess because that's currently the only album she has out right now.
Other things that Chappelle has been involved in as far as Olivia Rodriguez's 2024 Guts World Tour.
So Olivia and Chappelle on a world a world tour.
That's insane.
I don't know if she like supported her from afar or if she like showed up at a couple of shows.
it basically just says support it but anyways other things when it comes to chapelle is that she's
originally from willard missouri oh she's definitely the biggest artist from that place i ain't
gonna lie to you so anyways don't even need to have speculation on that she signed to
atlantic records in 2015 under her real name cali a caylee rose but was dropped in 2020 dang
how do you drop somebody and then they eventually blow up like five years later that should tell
every musician out there are just humans in general that sometimes when you let go from a certain
situation it may be a blessing of disguise because one door closes and another one opens and you never
know what the other opening leads to it could lead to way greener pasture or it could just lead you
like dalton connect going from the lakers to the charlotte hornets i'm my my fault for all my
non-sports fans out there you probably totally don't get that but i'm just letting you know either the
could be greener or you could be sent from one of the most storied franchises to the charlardt harness now with that
be said let's get back to music right so chappelle rowan signed a publishing deal with sony back in
twenty twenty two now if you don't know sony has about thirty three percent of the entire
music market share now when it comes to the bigger music well the biggest music label in
well right now in the game universal music group has 45 percent sony has 40
33% Warner has 18% and the others as far as the independence and things of that nature they have 4%.
So Chappelle is under Sony. She basically signed back in 2020 now to see her success in 2025.
One could assume Sony had a lot to do with that but also preparation meets opportunity and then
come success. So obviously Chappelle Rowaned even though she was active in 2017 and 2018 dropped in 2020. She stayed
She stayed active to the point where she was picked up by Sony and now look at her.
One of the more highly acclaimed musicians in the world.
And that's why I wanted to double back as far as talking about the Pink Pony Club because not only is it currently the 45th most played track in the world,
but it's also set to be as far as the updated analytics from Billboard is projected to be the 22nd most played track in the world.
So that means her tracks are not only popular right now,
but it's set to be even more popular going into the future.
So with that being said, click my link to your in my bio.
Let me know one of my social media is if you're a Chappelle Rowan fan.
Are you anticipating an album from her this year?
And if you are, if you're a super fan, do you think you could guess what month that her new album may come?
