Starting point is 00:00:00 At first glance, you're probably wondering, how many artists does it take to make one track? Because judging by the features on this single song, you would have thought that when he first announced this, it was the announcement of features for his album. Not just one singular track, because Chase B, I don't know what type of money that he has, but to afford a Travis God, Don Tolliver, Todd Dollar sign, and Cuevo feature, and to put them all on one track, I don't know if it's smart marketing or just poor financial management. But with further research, of course, I found out that Chase B is under Cactus Jack Records, which if you don't know, is a subsidiary label owned by none other than Travis Scott. So this doesn't surprise me that Travis Scott is on the track, but Cuevo, Tidalasine, and Don Tolliver are not easy artists to get on the track.
Starting point is 00:01:06 I know you may see them all over the place, but it's for a reason. You probably see them all over the place on A list artists, not artists like Chase B, no disrespect, of course. But of course, when you're starting off somewhere, you need to have some sort of foundation. And I guess Chase B has found that with this new scene. titled ring ring now I did I did give this track a listen and putting the all-star Avengers Justice League feature list aside it's a pretty solid track it's not it's not really too much of Chase B it's more of Travis Scott Don't Oliver kicking off the track and the melodies and I guess a different version of the song leaked a while
Starting point is 00:01:49 ago but of course when it leaks artists usually like to make some type of tweak so it sounds new when you listens to the final version because if you know anything about leaks uh usually 10 times at it well that's not eight times at a 10 um people don't want their music to be leaked only time that is on purpose or it's a purposeful leak is when they're trying to tease music and see if the audience actually enjoys it i know drake tried this feature year a lot before certified level boy he was leaking all type of tracks and a lot of people said they liked it um but it didn't end up on certified level boy simply for the fact that none of the previous music that he has as a single ended up on certified level boy i'm talking about laugh
Starting point is 00:02:42 not car later uh there was another single that he put out i mean if you think about it if he would have put laugh now cry later on certified level boy his sales his first week sales would have been even more off the charts. Anyways, that's go talk. So let's get back to Chase B. This track is pretty solid. Really not too much to say about it. At the end of the day, when you're on a subsidiary label owned by an artist of Travis Scott's caliber, you would probably want him on a track, and that's exactly what happened for Ring Ring. Now, I'd be interested to see how you got Cuevo Tidalasian Don
Starting point is 00:03:16 Tolliver all on one single track and also I'm surprised that Travis Guy didn't just advise him to put those features on different tracks to try to spread out the stream value but um at the end of the day this is what we have I'm not a huge Chase B fan I don't simply for the fact I don't know too much about them and for this track to have all these features I mean it's going to catch somebody's eye but I don't know if it's going to be for the right reason. Because usually you want your single to kind of reflect you as an artist, but safe to say all of these features will in fact be overwhelming to the point that people are going to think is a Travis Scott song rather than a Chase B single.
Starting point is 00:04:07 So anyways, click my link to you in my bio. Let me know on one of my social medias. What do you think about this All-Star lineup that Chase B has assembled for his scene? titled ring ring and will you be giving it a listen
