Now, of course, because I cover hip hop, a lot of people are going to be assuming that the topic of this track is about the one and only, the iconic, the living legend, Little Wayne, because of the track being titled Tunchy.
But of course, that's not the case.
As, you know, I like to dabble in the Latin music field and see who's impacting the masses on a global scale, of course.
And one of those people that I've been repeatedly covering throughout my history of podcasting is Chino Pakis.
Why is that?
Simply for the fact that I believe in certain genres affecting how hip hop maneuvers, right?
So I started to pay attention more to how the other genres, top performers, navigate through the industry.
And with that, obviously for my Chino Packes fans,
I have to give you a little update of what he's been up to because what has he been doing in 2024 besides putting out this type of music, you know?
I'm glad you asked.
Chino Packets has been at the Latin American Music Awards, of course, and if you didn't know, I think when he was around 16, he became one of the most listened to singers and Coritos turned Bottos.
I think that's how you said it.
But anyways, that genre, right?
he was nominated for the new artist of the year at the 2020 well basically the reason why
say that is because he was nominated for new artists of the year at the 24 latin american music awards
which just goes to show you that as far as putting out music and it captivating the masses
it's all about persistence, consistency,
and navigating in a way that's,
you know, some would say slightly delusional
because you have to believe in yourself
when others won't,
but then you have to see some type of return
on investment at some point,
or, hey, you may just have to give it up.
Now, I'm just joking.
Always be persistent because you never know when it can happen.
I mean, some of the biggest artists nowadays
are super late into the older years, right?
And even with content creation
in general. So being persistent and something you enjoy doing is the biggest thing.
Anyways, let's get back to Chino. So he was nominated. I don't know if he won. I think it would
have said if he won. But he definitely made history by becoming the first Latin artist to perform
at Roland Loud in Los Angeles and was a big milestone and significant moment for the Coritos music.
I think I'm saying this right.
Hold on.
Let me make sure I'm saying this right because I'm not trying to be disrespectful.
All right.
Okay, give me one second.
We're going to figure out how to say this.
All right, it's not helping me.
All right, that's not going to happen.
So anyways, I'm just going to keep mispronouncing it.
All right.
So, Chino Packers has obviously been successful in his own right.
And with him being the first Latin artist to perform at rolling loud in Los Angeles,
you know very ESPN type stat but nonetheless it is a stat he has hinted at possible collaborations
with my goat drake as his growing popularity and his amount of songs have begun to increase
and be expedited because a lot of people want to hear from him so to bring it for a circle
that's why we have this new track tunci and no it's not about little way it's about chino packis and
I think as I say oh hey yeah I try right now just play anyways uh make sure to give that track a listen as is out now on all DSPs remember tunci by Chino Pakis and Gabito uh balesteros so with that being said click my link tree in my bio let me know one of my social medias what do you think about the collaboration between these two particular artists and obviously as far as the Latin music fans are considered do you think tunci is fire or trash
Thank you.
