Starting point is 00:00:00 Peso is added again as he has attached his name to the likes of Christian Nodal as these two Mexican singers basically have a new track titled La Antencion. Hopefully I did not butcher that too bad. So anyways, it just came out now in all DSPs and has an official music video to go along with it. But the biggest thing with that is me letting y'all know that I am a huge. huge peso pluma fan now if you go shameless plug of course but link uh click my link tree in my bio basically towards the bottom i have a little playlist well a little tab that says what i'm listening to go to fresh fire in 2023 and basically type in peso pluma and you will see how many
Starting point is 00:00:46 pace of pluma tracks i have in that playlist like i actually listen to peso pluma and i really do enjoy him other than him you know just breaking the charts of course with him and calli ooches um him by himself with Genesis, him being, basically, him just being on certain lineups when performing and attributing to so many people's success in the Latin space, I think Paiso Pluma is one of the more important artists in the Latin community. because obviously you can point to a lot of other people who have had success but if you attach your name to somebody and then they start to have more success because of it like a lot more success and then you put your music out on your own and now you also are having tremendous success i think there's only a moment of time till we start to figure out who is the actual secret recipe or no no secret ingredient to the recipe and making it work so i think that's patient
Starting point is 00:01:53 Peso Pluma as I mean in general this man has really taken the global the global charge by storm and also the hip hop when I hip hop the American charts by storm but really he's more of a global charts as I think one of the biggest singles he's had is with Cali Uchus and the track that I can't pronounce all I'm gonna say is like Un Angel something like that with Calli Uch's and Paiso Pluma but with this collab obviously I'm not having those type of expectations as I don't know too much about Christian Nodale but what I do know is that they've been working on this for a while and basically Nodale showed the preview way back in January it was not too far back but back in 20 January 15th and it was officially released today
Starting point is 00:02:45 so that being said the music video was of course filmed in Los Angeles California directed by Fernando Lugo that's how you say it and then Christian Nodale was celebrating the beginning of 2024 with multiple nominations at the Premio Lo Nuestro and expresses happiness between the collaboration with Pesopuma, because let me tell you, Paiso Pluma, you attach him to anything and it's going to at least turn the gold. So I'm pretty sure that's a hefty check coming towards Christian Nodal's way, simply for having that engine that is Pesopuma, which is usually I like to listen to music that encapsulates the masses and is very credited across the spectrum because I try to find
Starting point is 00:03:36 what's so interesting about the music that makes everybody want to listen. And for Paiso Pluma, he's one of those that I still haven't figured it out, obviously, because, you know, just a different language, all that. Like, it's definitely a language barrier. Don't get that twisted. But sonically, structure-wise, I can see. And definitely promotion-wise, I can see why he would be so coveted as an artist to have on a track album, things of that nature, because he puts up so many numbers by himself and just Latin community. So, I mean, some of the other things I was wanting to get into wasn't really too pressing.
Starting point is 00:04:11 I mean, I was going to talk about him at Cala Uches. I think I already touched on that. Some of the top global songs he was attached to, even some of his own songs, he was pushing in the top Billboard, Top 100. But the biggest by far was probably the track with him and Cali as they basically had that track on the charts for so long. I mean, I think that track currently has surpassed like 20 million streams on Spotify. Let me see if I can find this. Oh, yeah, Calli Uch's chart. So, yeah, Cali Uch's and Pacea Pluma surpassed 20 million streams on Spotify.
Starting point is 00:04:50 So that's kind of insane. And then top artists on all platforms, number one is Benito, which if you all know who that is, that's the one and only bad bunny. That's bad bunny, I believe, right? Yeah, I don't know why it says that. Maybe that's bad bunny in Spanish. I don't get it. And then, of course, number two, you have what type of profile pictures?
Starting point is 00:05:13 I don't know who this is. And then number three, you have Paisa Pluma. And then you have Grupo Frontera, of course. I think it's like more of the overseas charts. But you get a, you get a perspective. on how big this man is. If they're comparing him to pay a bad bunny, like I think the biggest albums was
Starting point is 00:05:34 Callie Uches with Orcatus Genesis by Paisal Pluma. I mean, some would say Bad Bunny, but I know that a lot of his fans was like it's not as good as the previous album he put out. So I don't know. And he earned like 13 nominations himself, talking about Paiso Pluma at the Premium Lo Nuistro Awards.
Starting point is 00:05:56 and well deserved because I mean he's just really one of the more talented artists in the Latin space I'm not even just saying that from like a numbers perspective I've listened to him I mean if I was talking about numbers I would just say bad bunnies is my favorite and I don't know something about peso I feel like he follows more of a hip hop type vibe to me than other Latin musicians so with that being said click my link to my bio let me know one of my social media is what do you think about Christian no doubt and peso pluma's latest collab title lie intension and also do you think peso pluma is the best artist currently in the latin music field
