Starting point is 00:00:00 So we're never getting into EA Sports FC. I do have to say that my coverage of rematch is coming out soon as far as me deep diving into the 3V3, 4V4, 5B5 different modes and how it's more of an arcade style of play when it comes to soccer. But ultimately, when it comes to FC26, it's safe to say that this is still unequivocally the only realistic soccer game out as rematch reinvents the wheel as far as making it more of an arcade. type of field in the soccer realm. And they do that specifically not to be direct competition with EAFC in my opinion. I feel like EAFC still has a monopoly over the realistic take on soccer. And that will be set in stone for quite some time. I don't think there's any other game out that's going to compete with EAFC when it comes

Starting point is 00:00:53 to the realistic take on soccer. So the reason why I say that is because I also covered EA Sports FC 20. And that did pretty well. And I talked about how that specific game broke records as far as sales. And ultimately, it topped the rankings in UK despite having a slight dip in sales compared to his predecessor. And it did pretty well over the different platforms. But the main thing I was just, I went into more detail in the actual segment. But it topped the rank, right, uh, the rankings in UK.

Starting point is 00:01:28 So that was one of the tip is I wanted to give just off the cuff for this reaction. But ultimately, this is literally just for the EA Sports FC 26 official reveal trailer. I think EAFC still has the rights to actual players. I do not think rematch can use any of the likeness as far as the player.

Starting point is 00:02:14 I could be wrong with that. I could be wrong with that. But when I covered it, it seemed like it was just straight arcade. Like it was just random players, customizable players, stuff like that. This, I feel like, well, I feel like this obviously is a realistic take on soccer as far as the teams, the jerseys, the people. I think I'm wrong with that. I think rematch does have some of the actual soccer teams in the game. Or maybe I'm actually, let me look that up because now.

Starting point is 00:02:40 I don't want to spread misinformation. Let me find this out. So rematch, let me see. Let's see. Can it? Because I don't think it can. Can it use in play room like this?

Starting point is 00:02:57 Yeah, we had to stop to do that because, you know, I can't just be, I can't be spreading misinformation out here. Can't be doing that. All right. So when it comes to rematch, rematch includes, includes at least one real world football player. I don't know what that means.

Starting point is 00:03:16 because they say Rinaldine. Renardine Hote? What in the world? Is that Ronaldo? But like somebody else? Okay, so rematch does not use real team likeness. It only includes a limited number of real player likenesses. Okay.

Starting point is 00:03:35 So, yeah, ultimately they're definitely going for that arcade feel. Because, you know, if you really want to simulate what soccer feels like, you want to play as a real teams and a real player. So anyways, let's get back to the official reveal trailer. Oh, it's a beautiful day for football. Starting point is 00:04:15 all hold hold hold hold oh i know that's bad button i know that's licensed we're moving that right quick expeditiously all right we just go now we just get the look at the graphics oh let me see when the music goes off that's bad button he's still going what in the world yo why do they do they do they not want content creators to react to they try to trailers yeah he won the world I guess you could but you guys just you just get demonetized which you know that defeats the purpose I ain't gonna captain all right so somebody's reacting still playing copyright music that's great but as you can see you know that showing a lot of features that they change for the game passing

Starting point is 00:04:53 feel sluggish so I guess they changed it to feel smoother or whatever drag to chop trickster rainbow oh oh this is like one of The main moves in rematch. This right here, that move is kind of clean. Whenever I saw this in rematch, like, I'm going to play rematch at some point. But it was this move right here. So he took the ball and flicked it, but he did it like quicker in rematch because, you know, it's more arcady. That move is fired.

Starting point is 00:05:18 Like, do they really be doing that in the yet? And like, I mean, obviously they do that, but it's like, bro, that has to be hard to pull off. Ain't no way you can just flick the ball over your head while running and nobody interrupts you at all. Like, can't you slide and tackle and stuff like that? I don't know, that may be a foul. As you can tell, I'm ignorant to the game of soccer. But that moves like pretty clean. All right.

Starting point is 00:05:39 Still playing copyright music. Offball shielding. Smarter GK movement. I'm just reading what they have on the screen. Low driven power shot. They have the actual players playing the game. That's cool. I bet that's like a surreal feeling to play yourself in the game.

Starting point is 00:05:56 I'd be like, be actually on the professional team and play as yourself. Because, you know, obviously you can customize yourself. But, you know, that's fire. So yeah, they're showing a lot of gameplay, which is the main focus of the trailer, which is why they started off with the trailer. And it was like, had the bubbles pop up as far as, oh, we want gameplay. We won gameplay. So they show gameplay. So that's pretty cool.

Starting point is 00:06:22 Yeah, still, I think that's bad bunny. I don't know who that is. Let's see. Every innovation in every mode inspired by you. Oh, got the women teams. Okay. So as you can see, pre-order by all. August 26.

Starting point is 00:06:41 I do believe as of right now, college football 26 is running the charts as far as on PlayStation. Xbox, it's not as... It's an Xbox or PlayStation? No, PlayStation is the top game on PlayStation. So interestingly enough, you can have a free trial on Xbox

Starting point is 00:06:58 on Xbox Game Pass and it's still like not one of the top games on Game Pass or top pay games on Xbox. So it's pretty interesting when it comes to that. But on PlayStation, It's a top selling game, which you know, it kind of counteracts some of the points when it comes to place. Sony Pony's not buying games.

Starting point is 00:07:16 So, well, I guess, you know, ball games always do well. But pre-ordered by August 26, EAFC 26 is set to come out. And ultimately, if you're a huge soccer fan, I'm pretty sure you're excited for me. It really doesn't do too much for me. Like, I wear this jersey just, you know, to show kudos to the people who's out here. helping out the gaming industry because these games are always the top of the charts when it comes to sales i mean if it's not eafc is madden if it's not madden it's college football if it's not college football is mlb i mean goodness talk about ball gamers they only play ball games because
