Getting into Chris MJ with his single C-Nose-S Contigo and obviously with Chris's real name being Christopher, Andreas Alvarez Garcia. I wanted to talk about the specific track C-No S Contigo being the 69th most played track in the world currently as far as the billboard global projections and ultimately him being known for his track Gator only. I'm pretty sure that's his most successful track of all time as far as putting it. now music so with that being said it's very interesting his album not album but his uh musical strategy as far as releasing uh tracks throughout twenty twenty four because if you look at it this man has been pretty active in twenty twenty four but it's not put out an album the last time he put out an album was partisan a partisan by um on november ninth twenty twenty three so of course when you're putting out all these different singles in 2024 you wonder why there's not an

album out but obviously it doesn't make any difference as he's still putting up numbers with these specific tracks as with the um the track c no s contigo is basically more of a romantic type of track and everybody loves those everybody can relate to the whole romantic toizing or the romanticizes No, that's not it. I was about to make up a whole entire word and completely butchered it. Anyways, y'all got on saying. The romantic track is very relatable to a lot of people.

And that showed in the numbers as this man not only is one of the more pivotal players in the Latin music field, but also with this particular track, it's under Sonar LLC, which I actually don't know what that is. I've never seen that before. So Sonor LLC is specifically aimed at DJs. Is Chris a DJ? I don't think he's a DJ. But anyways, I guess they focus on distributing music aimed at DJs and music producers.

Oh, that's interesting. So I guess it's just talking about the marketing strategy. But obviously it's working. So when he put out this track under Sonor LLC as far as CNOS Conno, Tigo and it ended up having 7.9 million streams in the U.S. during his first tracking weekend, which is May 24th through the May 30th, 2024th. And it's November 15th, 2024. And we're still talking about this track being the 69th most played track in the world.

So as far as the projections, the global projections. So as far as other specific regions, he's number one in Chile. A Chile? I think that's how you say. I don't know. Excuse my ignorance. Number three on the U.S. Hot Latin songs.

Seven and Peru. 22 in Mexico and 31 in Spain as far as the specific placements for those regions. So it's already platinum in Spain for selling over 60,000 copies, which, of course, the U.S. metrics is a little different,

but nonetheless, it's a stat that he can definitely put on his resume, even though, I mean, when you make a, track like gaita only it's not really too many people that's going to uh question your resume at that point so anyways the main thing i wanted to get to with chris mj is that he's still being influential with this particular track that came out back in may and it's november and the track is still

as far as global predictions it's set it's set to be the 69th most played track in the world moving 78,000 units with one particular track. Now, of course, his rise to fame happened back in 2022 with his hit Una Noce and Medellin. Hopefully I said that right. But basically, he went viral on TikTok and ultimately the sky was the limit at that point. And when he had Gator only with Floyd Minore,

you just realized that this is a star in the making and when Gator only came out, then he officially became a star because he still has 38.4 million monthly listeners. So that's a pretty significant stat, if I do say so myself. So Chris MJ is definitely out here putting on for the Latin community, and he's definitely a Latin music icon and his own sense in the word because of the amount of just reggaeton and urban music that he puts out and just popularize as far as, putting on for its culture. So with that being said, I do think that this particular track is sliding.

It did say it was sliding while I was looking at the projections, but nonetheless, I mean, it's been out since, what, May?
