Cyberpunk 277 was initially released on December 10th, 2020.
It is December 5th, 2023.
So it's about time that this game finally feels complete.
Now, while that may sound like hate to some, I will let you know that I have an announcement to make.
and by announcement, I mean a reveal that's going to blow your mind away.
Not really, but I just really wanted to say that I've been playing
cyberpunk 2077 for the past two to three weeks.
And let me tell you something, it is one of my favorite games of all time.
But we're going to get to that later, probably at the end of the segment.
So I just wanted to throw that in there as I have been playing
cyberpunk extensively so that I was surprised to,
hear this announcement because I was like the CD Project Red know I'm currently playing this game like literally I'm at the point in the game where I'm very
experienced as far as leveling up but as far as the main story I'm not too far into it if that makes sense so these
updates and changes are really going to have an impact on my playthrough because I'm not that far but yet I
am because I do a lot of side quests if that makes sense.
So anyways, not to confuse y'all anymore.
Let's get into some of the updates on why I'm even doing the segment over this.
Because for some reason, people are going to think that I'm pitting GTA and cyberpunk against each other when I drop these at the same time.
But really, that is the people doing that as I am a fan of both.
And I don't know why that stand point is just forgotten amongst the two fan bases.
Like can we all just get along?
But of course not.
As when I looked up
Cyberpunk on the internet, you know what?
The first thing that popped up was,
Grand The F Auto 6.
Literally, I typed
in Cyberpunk, just seeing
what people are saying, and the first thing
I see is
Grand The Fado 6's trailer has already been
watched more...
Oh no, that's not it.
Grant Fado's 6 trailer has already been
watched more than the reveal trailers for cyberpunk 2077 now who in the world
ask for that information like all we're just pitting these open world games against each other now
is that what we're doing if that's the case then let's pit let's put grand theft auto
against mass effect let's put grant the photo against legend of zelda mario like there's other
open world games that we could pit against grant the photo instead of trying to target cyberpun
Every single time we want to bring up an open world realistic game, right?
So I think that's a little disingenuous when people try to target and pit these two games against each other.
Because like I said, can we all just get along?
Like I see so much, oh, GTA or Rockstar is going to show CD Project Red how to make an open world game at launch or something like that.
Which granted, they probably will because Cyberpunk did release.
as one of the bugiest messes I've ever seen in life.
Like, as far as a messy release,
CD Project Red put a masterclass on how not to launch a game.
So that's not a good thing at all.
But, hey, at least it was the best at that.
So anyways, currently, which is the trailer we're about to get into,
and they have another trailer, I believe.
CD Project Red has finally fixed the game in this entirety,
and this is the game that they initially was trying to give to us.
I mean, so much has been implemented that at this point is literally a brand new game.
Like, when I was playing it, I was thinking to myself, I'm glad I played it now because if I would have played this game when it first came out, I don't know if I would have finished it.
Because let me tell you, it's nothing more frustrating than high potential that's never met.
And for CD Project Red, it took three years.
but hey we have finally seen the potential that was promised to us in 2020 it has finally come to fruition in 2023 so i am
pleased to announce that cd project red or not cd cyberpunk 2077 is one of my favorite games
of all time but we're going to get into that right we're not going to skip too much let's get into
some of the details right so basically the new update which is 2.1 basically
implements the metro system that's the biggest thing as far as what they have announced and
told to us the metro system has been announced and if you don't know this will allow travel between
all 19 metro stations in night city you can either fast travel with the trains or just ride
the train and enjoy the different hangouts and available mpc on the trains because apparently
all of them are different so you can run it to unique and
interactions with certain people on different metro stations.
But that being said, also they implemented the radio port feature where you can now radio on foot.
So that's the biggest thing.
They didn't implement like the radio like that wasn't a new feature.
Basically you being able to get out your car, walk around and still be able to play music from your radio on like an iPod or whatever is now implemented into the game because some people is wanting to listen to the radio even if they wasn't in a vehicle.
Replayable car races is another thing they implemented as a lot of people was complaining about how simple the races were and racing in the game was and the biggest, not the biggest, but one of the more disappointing aspects of the game because of how cool it looks was the lackluster car races.
So they said that they went in and improved AI and overall racing experience. Obviously people have to play it for themselves and figure that out and participate in races.
and you will be able to participate in races even after completing the Beast and Me quest for rewards and discounts.
So you can replay races, which is a big deal for a lot of people who enjoy racing and Cyberpunk.
And to let you know, for me, I haven't even got to the races yet.
Like, I literally, I'm literally just doing all the gigs right now, which maybe I should progress the main story at some point.
But I'm having so much fun, just messing around and side gigs and stuff that I haven't even.
touch the main story but i don't want to spoil it for anybody who haven't played it yet but let's just
say i'm not that far into it but i've played the main story enough i've played i played it past the
prologue so if that should tell you anything all right so let's keep going so accessibility
updates is also been implemented into the update 2.1 and quest and open world changes as far as gang
pursuits after aggressive actions basically so this makes sense to me because i played it side
gigs in the game will have you doing different tasks but there's a particular task
where it's a search and rescue type deal and you find the person and if you get
them out safely I'm guessing it wouldn't be any gang pursuits after you but I did
notice sometimes when I'm taking people from point A to point B the people when they
spot me and I'll leave that's it they just stay there so now apparently
from what they've said in the notes, car chases will actually happen in certain gigs and if you take aggressive actions.
So like if you do a stealth option, which is like my main play through.
You know, I always love stealth options.
Like I was always a splinter cell type guy.
So I love the stealth options and cyberpunk.
But if you get the person in and out without being detected, then obviously a car chase wouldn't ensue.
but if you which is the aggressive action i guess get caught and start shooting it out with the opposition
and leave and some of them are left then they will start to follow you in their vehicles and then obviously
vehicle combat will happen and even with that 2.0 revamped and completely changed the mechanics of
vehicle combat to the point where it's totally different like the base game honestly there needs to be a
documentary on how in the world did CD Project
Grade release this game in 2020? Because the amount of stuff
they've implemented and the way that the game is now,
if they were to release the game like this, like took the time in the
oven to actually build upon the game and then release
it with all these features intact,
it could have been one of the greatest releases of all time.
I'm not even joking. Like, the amount of hours I put into this game,
I'm like, this game is one of the greatest games I've ever played.
as a gamer like ever and i've played a lot of games so cyberpunch is really once you get into the
world it could be overwhelming at first but it's kind of like elder ring once you get into it
you realize that the developers took every single detail well they didn't take any crevice back
alley for granted in this open world everything is packed to the brim with content so that's why
compared to Eldon Ring where you can go off in a certain location and you're like,
surely they didn't have it.
Surely they didn't think to put anything over here and you ran into a whole hidden quest
line.
Like it's that type of detailed and jam-pack content in this open world.
So if they would have just actually took the time to build upon this game and didn't get
pressure by whoever was the higher-ups pressuring them to put out this game, I think this
game could have had the chance to be one of the great.
releases of all time because at this point even currently with all the updates and stuff
i think it's still one of the greatest games ever created so that being said uh phantom liberty
of course that was the doc that revamped the whole um game that's when 2.0 came i believe phantom
liberty came with 2.0 i believe so anyways that's what revamped the game and a lot of people
jump back into it i waited a little bit just to see you know if it was still a buggy mess and
once the coast was clear i finally started playing it like two to three weeks ago but also cyberware
and perk changes i'm not going to get into all the the nitty greet uh details of the passion nose
you can look that up for yourself if you want to know about all that but basically i'm just getting
into the biggest changes and implementations of this update so obviously the ui
changes you can now have marked weapons as your favorite and tool kits and tool tips for skill
progression player movement is made to be smoothed and more responsive uh what else oh the dating feature
this is a big one ability to hang with your love interest in non-mission settings so that's
basically going back to your apartment and then popping up having um different activity
together in your apartment now that is available with this new update which you know a lot of people
was clamoring for it let's just leave it at that and what else obviously the interaction unique
experiences would be different in different apartments um there's an apartment in the game right
that's completely trash i think it's called wood something i wonder i wonder what the interactions
are in that apartment like that can't be fun like it's not even a spoiler this is a part
that costs like $500 well they call them eddies in the game 500 eddies or whatever that
can't be any type of interaction in that apartment i mean that apartment is bad like that apartment is so bad
i wouldn't be mad if cd project red literally had like a blocked interaction like you get a text
from the significant elder saying like oh just come over to my place like one of those like i ain't
coming to that place you know but anyways that's besides point uh new motorcycles
bike controls and tricks.
This is one of the things I was also interested on as I usually transverts with my motorcycle.
And the reason for that is because you get to places a lot quicker, in my opinion.
And it's a lot cooler, I think.
With the new motorcycle features, I was wondering why I wasn't able to do flips.
If I was going off a ramp, I wasn't able to do anything.
And so now they've implemented it, which keeps reiterating the fact that they should have waited to put this game out.
And I just feel like they was pressured into putting this game out in 2020 when it should have waited like a year or two after.
Like maybe not all the way into 2023, but man, this game was undercooked when you really look at the final product.
Other additions, of course, is updates to boss fights.
One of the significant boss fights is the, I.
I wonder if that's a spoiler because they were showing that, but I'm like, bro, if nobody played the game,
like, why are you showing this boss fight?
It's like one of the main prominent people in the game.
Let's just say he has a whole new revamp mechanic system.
And if you ever seen the anime, Edge Runners, which I also watched that, I watched that before I actually play the game.
That shows you how invested I was into the world.
It's just I was scared to play the game
Because I don't like to get into open world games and be disappointed
Like I remember playing
I forget what the game was
It was
It was the one with a look like a monopoly head type guy
That probably doesn't
Clear it up at all
Like the cover is in my head
I definitely
Let me see
I think it was Bethesda
Open World game
Bethesda
I don't know if that's
I don't know if it's going to pull it up
like I needed to
Yeah, that's not
That's not it
Dang, I really forgot the name of that game
That's going to bother me
You ever think of something
It was like the tip of your tone
But you forget the actual game
I wonder if I have it out here
Hold on, let me go to my PlayStation right quick
Because I already have it up
Because I was going to show you all there
I actually been playing the game
I ain't just talking
but uh besides that before we get into that let me just let me actually see which game i was talking
about because it's it's gonna bug me the outer worlds that's what yeah i definitely wasn't gonna remember
that name uh the outer worlds i got into that game thinking i was gonna have a grandiose time right
that game was trash i ain't gonna lie to you that game was so boring like that was one of those
type of games where you get into it and then you put some hours into it and realize like you
don't care nothing about what's going on. So that game was to me a lack of
underwhelming and definitely disappointing. So for cyberpunk, it was the exact opposite,
like literally exact opposite. But before I stop, you know, gushing over how much I enjoyed
the game, pause, let's get into different trailers to kind of give you a over a video aspect
of what the update entails. And also for the people listening on my main platform, know that
Analytic Dreams video is where you can get the video along with the audio so if you want to watch
your trailer along with hearing it so with that being said let's get into the trailer right now
this is the update 2.1 overview and then there's another trailer we're going to get into
okay what are we got here nice tunes where do i go for a good time so as you see this the
this is the metro system right here that a lot of people was uh asking for at the beginning of the game
because if you don't remember
literally the launch trailer had V
and the Metro
riding it to his location
wherever he was going
and then the game
when it launched in 2020
Metro System was nowhere to be found
so obviously that was going to be a huge critique
and now they're just now putting this
feature into the game which is
goes back to my point
I'm going to keep saying it because it needs to be said
like just because now
this game is in totality
is one of the greatest games
ever made
doesn't mean
should have revisionist history. CD Project Red put out a lacklustre product in a 2020 version of this game.
But now, honestly, even me playing it, like, I may be a little biased, but this game is different.
Like, lose yourself in this world type different. Like, you ever read like a, well, I'm not going to act like y'all can't read.
But your favorite book, right?
the world that pushed you to push you into you getting captivated to the point where you want to
just keep learning more and more about it that's what cd project red has accomplished in video game
format and the only other times i felt that was definitely mass of a phaeltering and of course gta but
we're on this right now so anyways let's keep going on the world i ain't never heard that cuss word
before that's that's a little different so obviously you can see the metro
And honestly, this may be in-game.
Yeah, this is in-game footage.
Like, cyberpunk, that's another thing.
This game looks gorgeous.
Like, one of the better-looking games I've ever played.
Fight the View.
Oh, and it's first person.
So that may throw some people off.
Like, I'm not going to keep pausing it.
But first person may throw some people off for me.
It was a problem at first, but then you kind of get used to it.
And then you realize on vehicles it goes back out the third person.
Because that's another thing.
If I had to drive in first person, I wouldn't even got past the first mission.
of this game because driving the first person to me
should be illegal in video games
but it goes to third person
when you get into vehicles but that's what's the point
body count resulting from illegal
street racing continues to grow
this is the most
this was the most
exciting part for me
is to improve bike mechanics
being able to do flips and stuff because I was wondering
I was like I'm going off ramps and stuff
trying to do wheelies or I'm going
off ramps trying to do flips
I'm riding around going at like,
like going super fast,
trying to do a willy,
and it's like nothing.
So I'm so glad to implement to that.
But this is where everybody else is wanting.
This right here.
Look,
hey, you know what they was wanting to see,
but it's just okay.
I'm going to let them live, man.
I guess it's a little different.
Teach his own, isn't that what they say?
And that's the part,
that scene that just happened.
That's the part that was like,
isn't that spoiler?
But whatever.
But obviously, no, you're going to fight him,
but to show it, it's kind of crazy.
And then to have Idris Elba,
because if you don't know, he's in the D.O.C.
So that's another thing.
Keanu Reeves is in the base game,
but then they added D.O.C. with Phantom Liberty
that has the main protagonist or antagonist.
I don't know if he's good or bad,
as Idris Elba.
So we have two,
I'm not going to say A-Liber.
that's because like keanu reeves let me not be disrespectful he is john wick
me let me not be disrespectful two a list actors and idris elba and keanuoree
reeves in one video game it's it's a little it's a little insane honestly um
something else oh yeah the other trailer okay so let's get into the ultimate edition trailer
which is what they're calling the final package of this game
all right so that's idris elba as you can kind of see um
it's kind of dark.
That's actually insane what they're doing right here.
It's like a full circle moment.
Like this,
if this,
I'm not going to lie to you.
If this is how the game launched,
I'm not going to keep saying it,
but man,
were they working with nothing at the beginning?
Like,
I want to see it's on them,
but like they knew the product wasn't ready.
Like at this point,
it's like,
I'm convinced they knew in 2020
that the product wasn't ready.
because the amount of stuff they implemented if they would have that in a base edition man
but whatever that part right there is what you're willing to become oh this part right here
this part was interesting the only limit to what you can do is what you're willing to become
that part right there that part was that was interesting because it was like it's a certain mission
but it's just so unexpected
because it doesn't like say you're going to run into him
I'm just going to leave it at that
I'm not trying to spoil it oh and the reason I know about
Adam Smashers because I watched Edge Runners
and I really enjoyed the anime to the point where
like I started to get more into the world
but that's basically where I knew him from
so to get into the game and realize it's like a continuation
like this is like the main line
and Edge Runners was really like his own thing
it's pretty cool to see him
having such a big impact in this story too
this is all.
Oh, this is all in game.
The future is yours for the take.
It's crazy.
I want to go to this one trailer
because I remember seeing it,
but I don't think I've ever shown it
while I was recording.
There was this one thing that Idris Elba did
at the end when he was like,
the game is fixed.
I wonder if it's this one.
He like turned it to his video game character.
I was like, oh, that's fire.
Oh, yeah, it's right here.
All right, so this part right here
was fire.
I was like, oh, I definitely got to play.
This is when I knew I was going to play Cyberpunk.
Obviously, I had to plan it out because it's a humongous game.
And obviously, I don't have all the time in the world.
So I had to pick like a time where I could actually sit down and play it.
So I chose the break, of course.
That's when I usually get into these type of games.
But yeah, this is what sold me right here.
Watch this.
The more you have, the more you stand to lose.
So go ahead and play.
Just don't forget.
the game is fixed and then if you don't know that's him rapping in the background the game is fixed
that man was really rapping on his own soundtrack that so was crazy but i do remember covering the
soundtrack just look up phantom liberty and allergic dreams and it should pop up but basically
i covered the whole soundtrack and him rapping like it was he was getting some bars off but anyways
obviously nothing you would be like hey turn that injure's elbow on like you know it's
ain't all that but it's pretty solid um
That's basically it.
I don't have anything else to say.
Last remarks is probably for the GTA community
and for the cyberpunk community
to just hold hands, sing kumbaya,
and know that we're all in this together as gamers.
No need to pin two fantastic open world games against each other.
So with that being said, click my link to me through my bio.
Let me know in one of my social medias.
Are you going to be playing the cyberpunk 20s,
77 ultimate edition that just went live today, December 5th, 2023.
And also, if you've played the game, do you, wait, hold up.
I totally forgot what I was about to do.
Nah, we ain't even close to done.
Let me show you y'all been playing the game.
Like y'all thought I was for the rapid.
Hold on.
Hold on.
Give me a second.
Let me see if I can find it right.
All right.
Yeah.
So y'all should be at the scene what I see now.
So basically.
As you can see, I play 54 hours of this game and I just started as what two, three weeks ago, I think.
Anyways, obviously that's a lot of time to put in the game, right?
And I feel like I haven't even scratched the surface, but I'm having so much fun in this game.
And then another thing, right?
Let me see if I could find it.
Another thing, I had to compare it because I was like, man, I really am playing this game and I'm really enjoying it.
Like, to the point where it's like, this may be one of my favorite games with all time.
So what did I do?
I went to some of my favorite games of all time.
I'm like, dang, that I put this many hours into it?
Like, granted, I didn't even got, I just scratched the surface of this game.
I'm already at 54 hours.
Elder Ring, I had to compare it to Eldon Ring because Elder Ring is a humongous game, right?
54 hours played.
And if y'all have watched my gameplay walkthrough of Elder Ring, you would know that I'm basically done with the quest that gets you the ending with Ronnie.
And so now I'm doing the main story.
So I'm basically on the main line story, and that's not as long as the side quest
that I had to go on to get my specific ending that I wanted.
So 54 hours, and I'm basically almost done with the game.
The only reason I ain't beat it was because I'm going to go back in when the DOC comes out.
I'm going to finish this game and I'm going to start the DLC because I don't want to go
into DLC knowing they're going to throw all type of humongous bosses at me.
I'm trying to get my feel for it.
So no, I ain't beat Millennia yet, but if you've seen my build, I ain't really.
really too worried. So, but anyways, 54 hours and one of my favorite games of all time in Eldon Ring,
right? And I'm basically, I know it says 24% but that's like trophies. That's like, you know,
hardcore trophy hunting type stuff. I don't do all that. I just play the game. So I'm basically
almost done with Elder Ring as far as the main storyline and I'm at 54 hours. I haven't
even scratched the surface of cyberpunk and I'm already at 54 hours and I'm enjoying like every
second of it like literally every second so then i had to think to myself i was like dang is this my like
favorite game of all time like it got to that point i was like because i really enjoyed the world of
cyberpunk and so i had to go you already know i had to go you know my podcast his name so i had to go to the
game i had to compare it this is the type of enjoyment i'm having with cyberpunk i had to compare it to the
og the icon the the the legend and it still doesn't really compare i have a hundred
22 hours so i was like yeah uh mass effect is still my favorite game by far but if you think about it
it is three games in the legendary edition so technically it's like 40 plus hours per game so
if we're talking about one game i'd probably enjoy cyberpunk 27 the most at any game i've ever
played but as far as in totality of course mass effect is still the greatest and
and 122 hours play should show you that that's the case.
So with that being said,
I just wanted to give you kind of a rendition of what,
not rendition,
just an overview of the type of enjoyment level I'm having with
cyberpunk.
It's really one of those games where it had me thinking,
dang, is it my favorite game of all time?
But, I mean, it's up there.
I would say top three.
I would say, as far as game of the year,
it's kind of disqualified for me
because it initially released in 2020
and you had three years to work on it
so I don't think that's,
I don't think that's fair to compare it to games
who came out this year.
So it's still Star Wars Jedi Survivor for me
as far as my game of the year.
But as far as overview,
like not
not in the constructs of one year,
cyberpunk 2077 is one of my favorite games
of all time.
I'll probably say massive,
I didn't beat it yet.
Like that's how much fun I'm having with it.
I'll probably say Mass Effect.
I'll probably say,
say one of the
Spider-Man games is probably number two for me.
Maybe Spider-Man PS-4 because
that really
showed me that
if a development studio, they actually knew what they
was doing, got their hands on Spider-Man, like a
class that could be made. And then
probably Cyberpunk will go after that.
So, it's in my top
three already. I ain't even beat it yet. So
with that being said,
yeah, I think that's basically it.
So with that being said, click my link to me in my bio.
Let me know what of my social media is. What do you think about
cyberpunk 2077 and will you be playing the update 2.1 that just went live today December 5th
2023 and also for my people my viewers over at analytic dreams video which i appreciate y'all as well um
let me know would you want to see me do a because i'm not going to play the entire game on on stream
obviously there's a lot of stuff that goes on in cyberpont that can't really show so would you want me to do
one-off or depending how I performance,
you want me to do a gameplay walkthrough of cyberpunk
so y'all get a glimpse into, I guess,
my play style or just me enjoying the game in its totality.
